Maddie B Just go elsewhere. This place only cares about money and does NOT have the ability to properly read insurance. I refuse to allow a company to owe me money. My insurance said I am responsible for 20% not whatever complete contracted rate they offer. Went to another urgent care and was seem plus properly charged after wasting my time driving here and waiting for the lady at the front desk to figure out how to work the computer. Go where they are knowledgeable, trained and know how to work their systems. Then for them to gossip about my situation in front of me which I found actually violated my rights to privacy. Notice all of their good reviews were months ago. As of lately these people are atrocious.

Lakshmi Best urgent care out there. I did a walk in and didnt have to wait The staff was friendly and professional and the facility was well kept and clean. Im so glad I choose this urgent care. I highly recommend this place.

Holly Lynn Staff is very friendly, empathetic and professional. Love how the facility is small, well kept and welcoming. I have been twice to this location and the Lewisville one and highly recommend. For $205 they take care of anything you may need for the moment which for me was getting a cast and x-ray for my fractured ankle.

Cynthia Greene Please do NOT waste your time coming here with your sick children. It took the lady at the front desk to attempt to fix something in the computer. Then she states she has the run the insurance again when somebody else had already contacted me by phone and ran it. She comes up with me paying $198 per person when the insurance uses co pays. I really could have taken my sick children to a different urgent care where they could have actually be seen today instead of standing in a lobby for 15 minutes while she played with a computer to attempt to fix something. Never again will I come here.

Andalusia Hinojos Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. It was quick and efficient. They took my insurance and the copay was reasonable. The facility was clean and nice.

Jake Friemel This place is one of the worst run ER/Urgent care facilities that my family has gone to. The only staff that was friendly was the nurses but the doctors were absolutely awful. We were getting transferred to another hospital and it took 3 hours for this process to be completed when the doctors stated at the very beginning that he would not be able to treat her. I went out and asked for the discharge papers and Dr. Patel decided to get smart with me and talk to me in a condescending tone. This is a doctor who has little patience and is willing to talk down to his patients. If I could give this LegacyER 0 stars I would.

Angela M First, I will say that the staff has been very attentive in our visits thus far. My low ranking centers around the billing. My huband came into Legacy ER shortly before 8:30pm on January 2nd with a bad headache and some nausea. We were too late to hit the urgent care that we have used in the past, so we went to Legacy as their Urgent Care was open until 9pm. Turned out to be a $4k visit for migraine diagnosis as he was upgraded to ER status. The time stamp on the consent for emergency treatment, which was presented as he was vomiting and struggling with headache, was 8:34pm. This was before his triage was completed and prior to seeing the physician. His acuity ranking in the triage was level 5 which is least urgent....yet he was billed out for Level 5 ER...which is for the most serious other than critical care. Again, the staff is friendly and does a good job, but the billing process is questionable...so always take a family member back with you to be eyes and ears. And I have taken up with the contact for the business handling the account prior to posting this.

Bruce Anderson Sliced the tip of my finger which bled a great deal. Decided I needed to visit the urgent care. This place was recommended by our physician and my wife had previously visited the urgent care and was very satisfied. The doctor examined the cut and used medical glue to seal the cut. Bandage and fitted with a finger protector. The staff were great and personable and I was in and out in a very short time. Definitely recommend .

Izzy Hatzenbuehler While I’m sure Dr Gupta is a smart doctor, I was not pleased with her bedside manner. I felt that she cut me off frequently and didn’t want to hear me. She was curt, almost rude at times during the consultation. As I was trying to explain symptoms, she would stop me and say things like, “yes I get the point” or “don’t care about that” when what I was trying to tell her was relevant if she would have just let me get there before shutting me down. Dr Gupta seems to lack basic people skills.

Linda Buckner I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Gupta. She took time to listen to me and gave her advice on what I need to do. Her staff was very professional and friendly. My wait time in the office was minimal.

Brian Walrath Only office in an empty building. Very cheap exam room decor. Paper posters and thumbtacks. She is very efficient. She is simultaneously very arrogant, ignorant, and misandristic . Asks questions but interrupts a few words into answer to ask another question, more interested in what she was going to say next than my symptoms. It was like she was running thru a checklist very quickly. Did a cursory exam with no instrumentality, so no way to quantify results or compare them with previous results from other docs. At one point told me to be quiet and started questioning my wife. Got insulted when I said i did feel she could help me. When she interrupted me for the umpteenth time, I raised my voice to get to the end of my sentence. She then walked into the hall and shouted for the receptionist to call 911 if I did not leave immediately. I am reporting her to the state and the insurance company. I feel lucky I got out of there in one piece.

Deborah Trice I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for many years now. She has helped me so so much. She is very caring and the compassion she has is amazing. I recommend Dr.Gupta to many people. If you need a fantastic neurologist you need to go see her.

Heather Claytor The office often runs behind schedule. Be prepared for a straight shooter in Dr. Gupta. She was able to identify my auto-immune issues that had plagued me for years. Be prepared for a potential lengthly process to identify your particular issue. Dr. Gupta may often come across as stern, but that is just her passion coming through. She wants the best for you and she wants you to believe it too. Im not a fan of her office building. There is a steep entrance, no door assist and motion sensor lighting. Her office is, however, nice. I would certainly give her a try and see what she could do for you.

Sophia Saxena Dr Vandana is an excellent physician. She is very thorough and takes time to answer all my questions. I have been going to her for several years and feel like she genuinely cares about her patients. She does not dismiss any concerns or questions. She monitors the health and adjusts medications whenever necessary. I am able to get appointments easily and there is no waiting time. I highly recommend her as a PCP.

Cindy Robertson Dr Vandana Goyle is truly an amazing physician. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is seeking good medical care with an expert doctor. She is very compassionate and detailed. She takes the time to explain things and answer questions. She is a constant source of support for me and my family. I feel like we can trust her. She takes a very holistic approach and does not push for medications or surgery like most other doctors do. Her office staff is amazing too, very helpful and responsive.

Jin Chong Dr. Vandana Goyle is terrible. She refused to see my mother because she did not want to use a translator. How is that ethical? She didn’t want to deal with a translator so she told us to find a new doctor. Not only that, she notified us that she would be cancelling our appointment the day before the scheduled appointment. We had made the appointment several weeks beforehand and even confirmed that we would need a translator. They decide to call us the day before our appointment to cancel because Dr. Goyle doesn’t want to deal with a translator? Not very professional at all. We even offered to have my brother go with my mother to help translate but she said she didn’t want to deal with it. After the late notification of cancellation, we had to spend time to find a new doctor and schedule an appointment for several weeks later. Now we have found out that my mother has medical issues which cannot be remediated because it’s too late. Had we been able to see Dr. Goyle a month earlier as originally planned, perhaps this could have been avoided? Maybe not since Dr. Goyle seems like an awful human being. Would not recommend her at all.

Krystle Eastlin Met with her on July 29th about a health concern regarding ongoing back pains. This is considering that I have been extremely large breast, and the pains were increasing. Anyone looking at me with a blind eye could see the issues considering my small frame. I wasn’t looking for surgery at the time or medication just solutions and a plan. Her response was that my issue seemed “generic” and stated that she would “proceed as if I were being serious.” That response was inconsiderate and unprofessional. I decided not to return. Went to a different doctor and they were able to clearly see the issue and work with me or an appropriate solution. I would not return to her nor recommend anyone to her practice.

Courtney Becht I absolutely adore Dr. Goyle! She makes me feel extremely comfortable discussing any and all matters pertaining to my health as well as keeps me accountable for my health. Her knowledge is fantastic and she explains things in ways that make it easy to understand. When I go, it feels like visiting a friend because she is so warm and kind. She takes care of my whole family and I know we are in the best hands. The nurses on staff are also excellent and consistent. I see the same nurses each time I go which also helps with the comfortability. The entire office is fantastic!

craig harper primary doc would not listen. discharged my mom with 2 active infections , one of which (covid) was acquired during her stay. nurses and therapists were fantastic.

Jill Johnson My mom has been in PAM twice, My dad once. The first time it was truly wonderful. Great care and sweet people. What I found this time is there are still wonderful therapists who worked kindly and well with my mom. The night staff were very rough. The food was not good. One very kind charge nurse told us she could order all kinds of things but if she did they would not bring it to her. She had diarrhea and wanted a grilled cheese sandwich and they brought her a dried up hard hamburger patty. The case manager was super kind with me and worked to take care of her but the nursing staff could be sub par. They ended up giving her medications that caused her to return to the hospital because she ended up with c.diff

Melanie Stahler The day staff and Drs are wonderful. There are some night nurses that are downright mean. These patients don’t deserve this kind of treatment. They don’t want to be there anymore than the patients. More than one patient has complained and they were reported to a supervisor but I don’t have high hopes of anything being done. Also on Sundays, the aides tend to call in leaving the nurses to do everything. Not right!

Jaimie Helmbright Before admission, my MIL was to be admitted and we were not made aware, we are asking about payments and insurance and was told it was all covered, however my MIL was told she would have to pay for 12 days?! I had to track down who to contact and when she was being admitted because no one called us. However, since my MIL was admitted we have not been contacted by anyone regarding DC planning. When I called and spoke to the case manager he was rude and too busy eating I couldn’t understand what he was saying. He then told me the facility does not contact families if the patient is alert and oriented. Which she is NOT! When I asked how she was doing in therapy his response was “good.” Surprised to hear because 3 days before she was unable to walk. We live in Pennsylvania and was not able to be there therefore we depended on communication but never received it. We have PAM facilities in PA and they are phenomenal but this particular facility is lacking in professionalism and communication.

Betty Esposito This facility is truly top notch. From the Pt,OT, Staff to the people coming to transport you from your room to therapy they go above board in helping you and encouraging you. I had a very invasive spinal surgery, they were encouraging me from the beginning and now I can get up without help. I’m able to walk, dress myself, and take care of my hygiene. I’m 72 yrs old and I was able accomplish this with hard work. The nursing staff is incredible, if you ring for help they respond quickly, this includes CNA and aides. Every doctor assigned to me were again always took their time to ask you how your doing and if there was a problem they handled things and kept on top of things. Honestly this was the best decision I made after my surgery to come here for rehabilitation.

Lisette lemus This is my first PCP in a while, and they have treated me with respect and professionalism that went above and beyond! I truly felt comfortable coming here as Dr. Kitowski listened to me and understood my problems. The nurse here that took blood sample and flu shot is also amazing, she had me done in just a few minutes and I’ve felt more pain from an ant bite than a needle from here. So happy I chose this practice.

Swift Moves I visited twice. The front desk clerks are nasty and appear to be very unhappy. The scheduler told me I was complaining because I had a fractured arm and was not seen because I was 5 minutes late, yet on my first visit, I waited 15 minutes. I was transferred to Ashley, the office manager, who hung up on me. The nurse was extremely professional, and the NP Kiowoski sent me to a radiologist to get a scan, although I had a banged-up arm from a fall. Two weeks later, she sent me to Ortho Express after her vacation. Very negligent. They also dont take Care Credit or credit cards. Dr. JB

Michael Padilla, Sr. I have been a patient at Brookwood for years and have always received professional care at Brookwood from day one. Prompt service, compassion, and respect from all the staff at Brookwood. There is no other place in Allen I know of which is so kind in their service to patients. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Lena Letichevsky Jennifer and Nicole went above and beyond to carve out a time for me between scheduled patients when I called in with severe COVID symptoms. Instead of telling me to go to ER, they safely met me outside multiple times to examine and prescribe fast acting medications. Thank you!

Aaron Busch Really not sure how to review. I love DrRodgers. She’s been my doctor for close to 2 decades. Shes considerate, knowledgable, and is great to talk to. I’ve never had any problem with her that would keep me from rating 5 stars. HOWEVER, as others have mentioned, the support staff is a nightmare to interact with. You won’t be notified when you need to come in for a med check, your prescription will just be denied by the pharmacy and you’ll not be sure why. Then when you schedule an appt with the receptionist, they direct you to the nurses line for temporary refill. The man issue here is that Im not even sure the nurses ever pick up. Its always sent to voicemail. You leave a voicemail mid day and likely wont hear back for at least a day. I requested a refill after telling them I had an appointment scheduled, but called walmart the next day and they said they hadnt gotten any requests. Not surprised because this has happened before. Its a poor system that leaves patients scrambling for their meds last second. Dangerous and negligent.

Krysten Fay I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this one is one that I could not keep to myself. Dr. Mindy Ly has been my PCP for a while now and I could not be more thankful for her and her medical assistant. They are so patient with me and never make me feel like an inconvenience or annoying. She has such a huge heart. I often send her messages through the patient portal and no matter how small or random my questions/concerns may be, she is always quick to respond. Her assistant is also very quick to keep patients updated with any labs, results, or communication from Dr. Ly. They truly do care about the well being of her patients. When I had to move to California for several months to be with my husband at his new duty station, I was so fearful of seeing someone new. With my medical issues, it’s hard for me to trust other doctors. I had found one that was not the best and didn’t take the time to understand my needs. I was able to still contact Mindy Ly to get the advice and guidance that I needed. Thankfully I am back in Texas and get to continue to be her patient. If you are looking for a Doctor and have a hard time trusting someone, please please contact Doctor Ly. I promise you will be deeply cared for, be a priority, and given the best guidance. I cannot express enough how much of a blessing she had been.

Rachel Jackson Dr. Thu Mindy Ly has been my primary care physician for years and she is absolutely incredible! Both Dr. Ly and her very caring team have always taken exceptional care of me. Not only do they take great care of my health, but every single one of them are such a joy to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal care of her patients as people whilst also delivering outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient! She is an absolute gem.

Sanjay Ambekar We recently switched our family Physician to Dr. Reddy and have been very pleased. Her office is very professional and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have seen both the Doctor and her RN, and they are both great. Getting same day appointments has not been an issue and wait time to see the Doc/RN has been minimal. Overall if you are looking for a great Doctor who you can actually see in a timely manner when you need to and are frustrated with the "larger" practices that dont treat you with respect, give Allen Family First Clinic a try - you will not be disappointed.

Angela M My son had a recent appointment at Allen Family First Clinic. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We were even able to get in a few minutes early. I was very impressed with Dr. Reddy. She took the time to listen and also answer questions. She was very personable and did not make us feel rushed as many doctors do these days. I think that we have found our family practice now. Highly recommend their office.

elmer gomez I feel terrible for Dr Reddy. She is a professional but her staff is terrible. They have messed up my prescription so bad that this is the 5th time they dont send it to the pharmacy. I understand they need special approval but come on really 5th time my medicine is delayed or not sent or still waiting for approval? I had enough I am going to see a new doctor. My kids medicine was ordered 2 days after mine and he got it the next day and yet here I am 2 weeks later and still waiting on the dr to approve because she is on vacation. I am finally writing this review, not to hurt Dr Reddys practice. But I feel that other patients should know my experience. If you dont mind waiting, never getting a call back until you call them time and time again then go ahead go see Dr Reddy but if you care about getting your meds on time dont even bother. I spoke to the office manager 3rd time and she assured me the issue would be resolved and yet here I am still waiting.

Erica Anderson I have been seeing Dr. Connolly for four years. He is the best doctor I have ever been to. He actually listens to his patients and cares. I suffered for years with hypothyroid symptoms until I saw Dr. Connolly. He ran more labs than any other doctor would and he listened to me when I discussed my long list of symptoms…no other doctor took more than 3 minutes with me and dismissed all my symptoms to aging…(I’m 44 years old for reference) BONUS- Dr. Connolly’s staff are very kind, organized and extremely quick in replying!

I was treated with the highest respect, provided quick answers when had questions and they even went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family during our stay at the hospital. I was NEVER left without answers the nurses such as Felita, Judy, Jen, Brooke. Wait there’s more, Anne, Mary,& Olivia the weekend nurse. The beautiful Carol in charge of all the nurses were amazing I absolutely adored the Nicu nurse Tammi. I mean everyone was just nice and helpful. The food was very, very good I enjoyed my celebration meal and so did my hubby. Patti the pediatrician on call who cared so well for my little one was very funny and kept me smiling. This experience was different but I knew I was in great hands because everyone kept reassuring me everything was going to be just fine. I wrote them a note letting them know I hope to see them again in a different path such as a future Dr. I will never forget the staff here nor the experience please keep being a pillar to all future mom’s and moms of multiples we need staff like this! Chem I was dreading going to the ER bc of the typical wait times. But I went back to a room almost right away and someone was with me within 15min. Also, they were pretty attentive from then on. They may have a new head nurse in charge. As I was leaving I commented on the extremely quick service for an ER, she said she was the head nurse and that she is very adamant about quick service. I was very impressed.

George R *** Took BLOOD And NO RESULTS*** When I asked THEY Said Everything GOOD******Nothing on MY CHART ** I recently visited the ER and was deeply disappointed by the experience. The staff displayed a lot of bad attitudes and seemed to lack any care or compassion. To make matters worse, there were beds lined up in the hallway, which was quite disheartening. It’s truly sad to see how people are being treated in such a critical environment. If you want to take further action, you might consider reporting your experience to the hospital administration or relevant health authorities. This can help bring attention to the issues and potentially lead to improvements. If you need guidance on how to report hospital negligence, I can provide some resources for you. Brittney Morales Horrible ER experience. I was referred by my OB office for possible ectopic pregnancy April 2024. The staff was rude and acted like I was an idiot for coming in. I never once saw a doctor. Was told everything was fine even though my HCG levels were up and down and they could see that in their system. The baby was never found on ultrasound and I had to have a D&C a few weeks later. After paying double what I was quoted for these visits, after insurance, I have now received a bill from a debt collector for an additional $200+. I never received this bill from Texas Health, never received a call and nothing showed up on the app, which is where I paid all the other random charges. Now, after finally get back to normal following the loss of my child, they have sent me to collections for a mistake on their end. I have since switched providers and will never step foot in another Texas Health location.

Rachel Johnson Called ahead of time to see if they can take care of an abscess in ear canal the receptionist said yes. We get back to the room (total time of 3 hours) and the doctor said we have to see a specialist and the only thing they could give us was antibiotics...

Dana Buckett I waited more than 4 weeks for a new patient appointment only to arrive to be told that they don’t prescribe the medications I am on. They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support.

Ice Box Waste of time. I will never go back. Waited 45 minutes for basic blood work that took all of 2 minutes. Went back a week later to discuss results and get a physical. Waited 30 mins and got zero answers. Very basic generic not personal attention at all. Not one answer to any concerns. After raising 5 different questions/concerns and getting NOTHING but B/S textbook responses so she could get the appt over with, the doctor dismissed herself. I honestly don’t think she knows what she’s doing because if there are red flags on blood work, and the patient is expressing concerns as well, you as a doctor would try to see why. She didn’t even look at the results and when I pointed them out, she was very dismissive. They make you wait for nothing and then charge your insurance company an outrageous premium for a waste of an appt. Front desk never answers the phones, looks miserable, is not friendly at all and there are plenty of other PCPs in the area. There is nothing of value at this office.

Shriya Dr. Vandana Goyal is the sweetest person! Loved her energy and enthusiasm treating me as a new pt, however her medical assistant needs some manners. Firstly she didn’t introduce herself, kept cutting me off as I was addressing a few things, impatient and so SLOW, and for some reason had an attitude at 9am…. As someone also working in the medical field I get that it can get stressful, but to be unnecessarily rude to a new patient and to say things like “yeah well it’s a physical… you should’ve known to fast”. Hello? I’m a new patient and no one told me when I called before my appointment. A few of my family members visit this clinic and had the same experience with the exact same person. Never caught her name, but she had lashes. ALSO, they gave me the wrong discharge papers… breach of patient privacy? Please do better!

Mindy Stuart I have called twice in the last 4 weeks to schedule my annual exam with NO! return phone call from anyone. The message even says "Dont leave multiple messages it will only delay a return call." I left all my information on the answering system but nothing. Very frustrating!!! I love Dr Goyal and have been a patient here many years even when Dr McGrath was in practice here. Very Unprofessional, not impressed and if this is how patients are treated Im finding a new doctor.

Please train the staff properly to have just basic courtesy instead of saying things such as “you should’ve known” “ok well that’s not my problem” to the patients. Pathetic

My second visit was for an issue. At the visit they said I had a UTI. But I did not! Not sure who determined that. The meds they gave did not stop it. They sent off a sample to an advance lab and found out later but no one called to tell me. I got so sick I was in bed and could not function. I had to go elsewhere to get immediate care as their call in service did not follow through on a call. Obviously Im a slow learner. I did come back for a medication follow-up about a ED issue. I was told that when my previous prescription ran out then I could call in for an updated prescription. Today, I called in and now Im being told that I need to come back for a follow-up. What was the other office visit for? Thats right, medication follow-up! I guess I need to have follow-ups for follow-ups. So ridiculous. Oh and when I was in for that the medication follow-up they wanted to do testing for an issue I did NOT have. Looks to be a cash vacuum at this place. It appears they want you to keep coming back to keep the residual cash flowing. I should have been done when they miss diagnosed me. I spent too long here for sure. Oh BTW they can not comment because they will need to stay away from HIPAA. Poor service has nothing to do with HIPAA. Just saying. This place is too institutionalized. End of story.

Carol YSchmidt Vru is terrible, Listen to ongoing message with no easy way to stop annoying message. Multiple prompts for multiple offices. Never answers, if closed it should say so, otherwise same message plays continuously and wait on hold for hours. What happened to real receptionist, just terrible computer answering. Great Drs when you can see one, terrible phone system,yet only one human phone receptionist, appears after 9am, sad. Drs tend to rely on nurse practicioners often too. Carols sons review.

Jeremy Verret DO NOT RECOMMEND! They really dont care about their patients. After calling the clinic and asking for the soonest appointment amongst all locations possible for an urgent issue, I was scheduled 2 weeks later for Dr. Graham. 1 hour before the appointment they called me and said they had to cancel the appointment because I once saw another Dr. one time within their network a year ago. Dr. Graham doesnt see transfer of care? What does that even mean? They could not tell me why or explain it to me and refused to keep the appointment despite a very urgent issue. Now I am two weeks behind and forced to find another Dr. and another appointment. No effort made to rectify the situation they put me in and no accountability for their failure to inform me at the time of scheduling or their inability to even explain this odd policy to me.
