Ana King I usually take my son elsewhere for sick appointments because there were never any slots left when I tried to get him in, but the lady who got us in today was so helpful. Her phone etiquette was amazing. The new NP my son saw today was great as well. Addressed my concerns and had a caring tone when speaking to my child.
The reason I’ve leaving a 2 star vs a higher review is due to the MA or LVN who called my son back. She was very non caring/rude and impatient in my opinion. I’m not saying anyone has to baby my son, but when working in a pediatric clinic it’s somewhat expected to speak with compassion or at least the bare minimum respect. Overall our interaction was very minimal since I requested her not coming back in due to her tone and statement made. As someone who works in the medical field she should work on how she speaks to children.

Melanie Lopez My kids have been coming her for almost 5 years and Dr. Brenda Williams is the best. She always takes great care of my kids and she treats us like were family. Any time my kids get sick i can always call on short notice and this office always makes sure to get them in even if they have to squeeze them in. They always make sure that all my concerns and my kids needs are taken into consideration and taken care of and that my babies are properly cared for. They are the best and always do an excellent job.

Lezlie Israel I rarely leave reviews, but I feel I should warn people about this clinic. They are not caring.. at all. And I would not trust mine or my child’s health in their hands. I called for an appointment for my 3 month old daughter because I noticed a lump on her ankle, right above her foot. They wouldn’t see her FOR 3 WEEKS, because it wasn’t causing pain. When we did see the doctor, she was 4 months, so this was also her 4 month check up. All the doctor did is check her hips, sit her up and look in her diaper area, and check her ears. She did not feel of her head... check her soft spots, lymph nodes, look in her throat or anything else. Then, I explain to her about the lump and she kind of blows it off, acting as though it’s probably nothing. I ask if we can have a sonogram done to be sure and she says “that sounds like a good idea” So she schedules that and we have it done and she calls me to let me know the radiologist called it a “cystic mass” and she is referring us to a surgeon. What makes me the most upset, is she had no bedside manner. When I asked, “It’s not cancer or anything, right?” She irritatedly said, “well it could be, that’s why the surgeon may want to remove it.” It wasn’t so much her words as her tone. Now, I’m awaiting an appointment with a surgeon and although I have faith that it’s likely fatty tissue or something, I’m so displeased with this office. The receptionists are often rude too. My daughter should have been seen sooner. I shouldn’t have had to do the doctor’s job for her. And honestly, it’s VERY scary to think that if I’d just have let her push me away, my child could be in serious trouble. All of this, combined with her coldness when she called to tell me what the ultrasound revealed... we will not be going back here and I highly recommend you stay away too. The doctor who examined my child seemed like a nice lady, she is no doubt burnt out though and it shows. We all get burnt out, but when you’re a nurse or doctor, responsible for the care of people’s children, it’s unacceptable.

Ivy is such a sweetheart shes always managed to make me laugh anytime I see her during an appointment she was with me during my second pregnancy. The waiting area is pretty chill they are usually busy but they are really good at getting one signed in and taken care of.

Gloria Epperson RDH We had a male Dr. today for my boys yearly checkup. I’m so bad with names but he had great chair side manners, introduced himself, built rapport, and was super thorough and kind. I want to now switch my primary care to my boys doctor. I only leave reviews when I’m super impressed Great job!
