Jolie C I recently visited this ER, and I’ll admit I was nervous because of the reviews I had read. However, I was in excruciating pain and experiencing symptoms so severe that I felt like I might have a stroke or worse. I truly feared for my life. I couldn’t drive myself and it was late in the evening, so my options were limited. I didn’t want to burden anyone or risk traveling further to a hospital in Houston or Pearland, especially since one of my symptoms was double vision. With that, I decided to go to this ER and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was compassionate and understanding. They let me turn off the lights in my room because the bright hospital lights were unbearable given my condition. I couldn’t open my eyes but every person who interacted with me was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. I could feel their sincerity and care, which made a terrifying situation much more bearable.
I wish I could personally name everyone who helped me that night but unfortunately, I couldn’t see them to remember faces. The only name I have is Nurse Practitioner Pamela Drever, listed on my paperwork. If she or anyone reading this can identify the lovely team that worked with her that night, I’d love to update this review and give them the recognition they deserve.
By the next day, I was feeling so much better and immensely relieved. I cannot thank this team enough for the outstanding care I received. If you’re hesitant about this ER, let me assure you that they treated me with professionalism, kindness, and compassion when I needed it most.
UPDATE: Removed stars…it’s been a few weeks and despite me sending a message on MyChart I have yet to get my lab result?

Whitney Garcia Horrible, horrible, horrible care. When asked what was going on, or an update after not being checked on for 2 hours, the nurse said “you’re not the only patient, and we’re busy”. So at that point my mother was ready to be discharged, the doctor came in, and didn’t care much either. Finally took her for a scan, waited a few more hours, and after waiting a while she finally went to look for the nurse, and she was sitting on her phone at the desk. The nurses name is, Nidia N Perez.

Aidé Barroso Hmm.. well, the 1st time I took my son there, the experience was great. I thought I had finally found a great hospital. 2nd time around.. well... not so much. I took my 17 year old, the doctor asked him questions as he should, however anytime my son asked me or I said anything the doctor completely ignored me as if I was invisible and mute. He made dismissive sarcastic remarks towards our concers as if we offended his grandioseness as THE doctor. A nurse and him where laughing and joking at their counter, then that same nurse came with the discharge papers, completely ignored me and walked straight to my 17 yr old and asked him to sign the paperwork, and then she happened to remember he was under age and turned to me to sign, very rudely and seemed as if on purpose.
Maybe at 17, they drove themselves to the doctors or er, and knew their medical history and their parents didnt need to be involved, but my 17 year old male isnt that interested in paying them or remembering his childhood medical history etc... Not sure what their problem was. I am not a helicopter parent, nor was I out of line in any way, they just acted like I shouldnt even have been there with an almost adult son. Sad, because I liked the hospital so much the 1st time.

James Duginski Doctor Philip Singer was great. He put in phone calls to find me a specialist to look over my case. It was late but he found one. Audrey Marie (nurse) was kind and listen to me babble on, i was nervous. She was great. The staff from counter check in to my release was great. they were all polite and professional. I just want to say thanks to all of them.
