Tanner c I went to this place for my shoulder, went in for 10 minutes, paid out of pocket and thought that was that. Few days later I saw I owed them money (on the app) that was unspecified on the invoice. I called to clarify and the lady was extremely rude. She told me it was for “extra fees for the extra treatment she provided” but wouldn’t tell me what exactly the extra treatment was. I told her the provider asked me questions, inspected me, and gave me a prescription. And that I wasn’t sure which part of that warranted 70 dollars and that wouldn’t pay it until I knew exactly what I was being charged for. Well- instead of helping me understand (which I’d gladly pay up if I knew what I was being charged for) she told me they’d send a claim collection if I didn’t pay. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else that’ll be more honest than this place is.

James Buchanan I had an appointment with, PA Leslie Nabors on Thursday, June 1. I explained I had an upper respiratory infection for 9 days and now think I have a UTI. She ordered blood work, urinalysis and X-Ray. She said she would call the next day, Friday and go over the results. She never called. Around 2:00 pm, Rhonda from the clinic called and explained that the urinalysis showed a UTI and Leslie had sent in a prescription for Cefpodoxime. I asked if she had forgotten I had just finished taking Azithromycin yesterday and I was concerned if I should take the new antibiotic so soon, because I understood the azithromycin would continue working for another 5 days. Rhonda said she would send a message to PA Leslie Nabors and have her call to go over the antibiotic and the X-Ray. But again, she never called. This is Friday and now Ill have to wait until Monday to talk with someone. Later in the afternoon, I received a call from Walmart that Leslie sent in a prescription for a steroid. I dont know what shes giving that for. I had already had a steroid for the upper respiratory infection. I dont appreciate being left in the dark all weekend.

David Raciti Had a visit with Miss Lizzy Nabors for Covid on 8.28. I was very sick and close to being admitted to the hospital. She did nothing and said there was no treatment for Covid , even though I asked for Hydroxychloroquine and a z pack. I was told that that medicine doesnt work and is a health risk. I had researched 48 positive articles with 1000s of positive case results I was still denied. I left and went home to find a Dr. who would actually practice medicine. Miss Nabors is a useless waste of human flesh and needs to be fired! Thank goodness there are real Doctors out there. I am better and gaining strength daily. No thanks to this waste of a clinic and Dr.

Donnie Pulver I saw Leslie Nabors as a new patient for a post-hospital follow up. While she seemed attentive during the visit and took copious notes, she literally addressed none of the concerns I came in for. When I called the office to follow-up (twice) they said they would get the message to her and have her call me. I never heard from her. I then received a bill for over $400. I had no labs done, nothing but a consultation. And she isn’t even a Doctor. It was all very disappointing.

Jackylyn S Came in to see doctors about my legs and the pain Ive been in for a week now. Got here at 11:30am, met with receptionist (pretty nice), got heart and blood pressure done at 12:25, got blood work done in the lobby at 1:15pm, finally got to a room at 3:30pm, now waiting for a doctor. No wonder I never go to the doctors unless I have too, and that is far in few between...I have to be hurting so bad or dying to come back here again...at least I got a warm blancket in the icebox freezer they have going on here. I wanna go home, at least its cleaner there.

Andrea Sherrill Horrible horrible place. The doctor wouldnt see me until I called my insurance company to make her my primary care practitioner. I spent an hour and a half filling out paperwork and on the phone with the insurance company. I finally walked out in frustration.

Jolie C I recently visited this ER, and I’ll admit I was nervous because of the reviews I had read. However, I was in excruciating pain and experiencing symptoms so severe that I felt like I might have a stroke or worse. I truly feared for my life. I couldn’t drive myself and it was late in the evening, so my options were limited. I didn’t want to burden anyone or risk traveling further to a hospital in Houston or Pearland, especially since one of my symptoms was double vision. With that, I decided to go to this ER and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was compassionate and understanding. They let me turn off the lights in my room because the bright hospital lights were unbearable given my condition. I couldn’t open my eyes but every person who interacted with me was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. I could feel their sincerity and care, which made a terrifying situation much more bearable. I wish I could personally name everyone who helped me that night but unfortunately, I couldn’t see them to remember faces. The only name I have is Nurse Practitioner Pamela Drever, listed on my paperwork. If she or anyone reading this can identify the lovely team that worked with her that night, I’d love to update this review and give them the recognition they deserve. By the next day, I was feeling so much better and immensely relieved. I cannot thank this team enough for the outstanding care I received. If you’re hesitant about this ER, let me assure you that they treated me with professionalism, kindness, and compassion when I needed it most. UPDATE: Removed stars…it’s been a few weeks and despite me sending a message on MyChart I have yet to get my lab result?

Whitney Garcia Horrible, horrible, horrible care. When asked what was going on, or an update after not being checked on for 2 hours, the nurse said “you’re not the only patient, and we’re busy”. So at that point my mother was ready to be discharged, the doctor came in, and didn’t care much either. Finally took her for a scan, waited a few more hours, and after waiting a while she finally went to look for the nurse, and she was sitting on her phone at the desk. The nurses name is, Nidia N Perez.

Aidé Barroso Hmm.. well, the 1st time I took my son there, the experience was great. I thought I had finally found a great hospital. 2nd time around.. well... not so much. I took my 17 year old, the doctor asked him questions as he should, however anytime my son asked me or I said anything the doctor completely ignored me as if I was invisible and mute. He made dismissive sarcastic remarks towards our concers as if we offended his grandioseness as THE doctor. A nurse and him where laughing and joking at their counter, then that same nurse came with the discharge papers, completely ignored me and walked straight to my 17 yr old and asked him to sign the paperwork, and then she happened to remember he was under age and turned to me to sign, very rudely and seemed as if on purpose. Maybe at 17, they drove themselves to the doctors or er, and knew their medical history and their parents didnt need to be involved, but my 17 year old male isnt that interested in paying them or remembering his childhood medical history etc... Not sure what their problem was. I am not a helicopter parent, nor was I out of line in any way, they just acted like I shouldnt even have been there with an almost adult son. Sad, because I liked the hospital so much the 1st time.

James Duginski Doctor Philip Singer was great. He put in phone calls to find me a specialist to look over my case. It was late but he found one. Audrey Marie (nurse) was kind and listen to me babble on, i was nervous. She was great. The staff from counter check in to my release was great. they were all polite and professional. I just want to say thanks to all of them.
