Chris Phone system wastes a lot of time, same even after couple of years, the whole reason i go there is because they are near by.

Lauran Hamby My husband and I both see Dr. Harika Medi (PCP). She and all the staff are very professional, kind, friendly and very responsive to our needs. I have recommended the group to my friends and family.

Mayurika Chirag Patel If I can put negative stars I would put negative 5 stars. This is an absolutely horrible place to get service. Billing department is running frauds with insurance, so beware of visiting this location.

Chirag Patel PCP group initially told they are in network but now sending bill as out of network. Complained to management, was told that I would not have to pay, but still issue is outstanding after 2 months. Also Dr. goes by book and not much professional experience. Very poor service and experience. Would not recommend at all.

A K I imagine the people who left bad reviews dont understand their own insurance, most likely financially stuggling and dont have the inner peace to engage in outer peace with others. Theres plenty of parking, barely a wait and efficient healthcare. My experience from the front desk to physician Dr Ibrahim and Mefford has been phenomenal. Nurses and all staff extremely personable, courteous and helpful from drawing blood for labs to obtaining referalls for diagnostic work. I cant recommend this Direct Primary Care physician office enough - highly recommended!

Desiree Ontiveros I’ve been going here for years. Have never had an issue. Every practitioner has been amazing to me. When I’ve had hospital visits or major health concerns, Dr. Mefford has been prompt and professional. Not 1 complaint from me. My husband loves it here too.

Candi Bridges Pros: you can usually get in to see someone fairly quickly. Cons: the reception seems to hate their job. Their customer service attitude is severely lacking. If you ask for a referral to a specialist, they either do not have or do not utilize a care coordinator that will help you find someone in your area/network, i was told to call around myself to find someone..

Alexa Ortega Zero stars, the employees do not care about you or your time and will treat you accordingly. asking a simple question will have you waiting an hour for someone to answer. do not recommend at all.

April Smith They are great over there. Dr Mefford and staff are so nice. If you are paying out of pocket, affordable office visit.

Just Swept I am 19 now and no longer go there but let me tell you, Dr Cohen is the absolute best doctor i have ever seen in my entire life. he knows how to make a little boy terribly afraid of doctors offices leave with a smile every time no matter what the basis for the appointment was. his attention to detail for patient care is something Ive never seen so well for a childhood doctor. Dr Cohen always listened to what i had to say no matter how silly or insignificant was making me feel heard. why im choosing to write this now is because im about to start my next big steps in life by joining the navy and Dr Cohen has been nothing but helpful in providing me with the notes Ive needed and documents to help my enlistment process. if you end up reading this Dr Cohen just know you will always have a special place in my heart cause you were the first doctor to make me feel safe and heard.

Kate G. The receptionist was so rude and all I was doing was trying to set an appointment. She kept saying comments like, "I guess I can do that..." and she would not set my childrens appointments next to each other..she said,"HEr doctors dont do that"... why on earth would I have to take off work an entire day for my kids to go in for a check up! She stated she HAD to schedule them early in the morning and 3 hours later in the afternoon!!! He made several negative comments about the type of insurance we had! what is wrong with the people you have working there!

Mary Holder Do not take your children to this office. Both my children had been Texas Childrens patients, my oldest until she was an adult and my youngest until I took her to this office. We were previously in the woodlands and moved to Katy and went here for a new patient visit. We will never work with Texas Childrens again after the way we were treated by this office. The Dr completely ignored me telling him my daughter is Autistic and ADHD and asked her leading questions to get the answers he wanted so he could charge more money. He didnt address the actual things we needed to take care of at all. He came in with a predetermined decision on what he was doing with the visit. We talked to the manager, and she even admitted she doesnt take her kids to TCPH. She takes them to Bluefish and suggested we take her there instead. The doctor was dead set on claiming my kid was suicidal when she even told the office manager she wasnt, (if you ask an autistic child hypothetical questions, they will come up with an answer. She even took the time to explain to the office manager how he could have asked those questions better so that she would have understood what he was asking) and they charged us DOUBLE for the visit because he was doing that. He also tried to convince her to take medication she didnt need without me present. We took her to Methodist instead, and at no point did that doctor think my kid was suicidal. Instead, he actually addressed her concerns and treated her with decency and respect. She didnt need psych pills, she needed physical therapy for hypermobility. This doctor is literally one of those docs you hear about that dismisses your actual concerns and just claims you are depressed. It was literally the WORST experience with a doctor I have ever had. Take your kid to Methodist, or anywhere not affiliated with TCPA. These people just want to make money off you. Honestly I wasnt going to leave a review, but they have continued to prove that they are not there for patient care, they are there to make money off you. They charged us an additonal $260 for this mess. All in all they charged my insurance $1,246.00 for a SINGLE WELL CHILD VISIT.

Jenifer Buchanan We are currently in the process of finding a new pediatrician for our son. Dr. Wong is wonderful for well child visits and I have nothing negative to say about her. The outpatient office is just so poorly run and does not set aside appointments for unexpected sick visits. The current wait for a sick visit appointment is almost 2 weeks out. 11 days to be exact. I’ve been told several times to visit an urgent care instead. Clearly there is a problem that isn’t being addressed with the booking system. We will not be waiting around to find out if they can figure it out.

Faolan Smith Was a patient here for many years throughout my childhood. Every time I visited this office (I saw Dr.Pamela McGraw during my time here). There was numerous occasions where i felt like i was not being allowed to explain the cause of other conditions i was dealing with and they would refer me to a cardiologist on several occasions who said i had a clean bill of health and no referal was needed, as the condition they refered me for was not caused by a medical problem. I think the reason why this kept happening was because McGraw had a nurse (named Janice I believe) who was a know it all and McGraw basically let her do all the diagnosing when she was working. Janice was also who would suggest that i go see the cardiolgist, and when I told her they (the cardiologist) gave me a clean bill of health and they (Janice and McGraw) needed to stop referring me for the condition which the cardiolgist determined was not caused by a medical issue, she (Janice) would say to go back anyways just to make sure (this happened over the course of several years). When McGraw would attempt to prevent Janice from getting involved with her diagnosing/examination, Janice would stop her and prevent McGraw (or anyone else in the room) from being able to convey our points across or even let us talk about the subject at hand. Janice created an environment where McGraw (me and my parents) had little to no say in, and an environment where i as the patient was very uncomfortable in. I should also mention that when I would come in for appointments when Janice was not working, I felt way more comfortable and McGraw seemed to be way more open and calm compared to when Janice was working. As a result of the environment her and Janice created, I still have a massive fear of doctors I am still working to fix to this very day. I know there wasnt nothing I could do back then but now I can make my story known.

Diana Villatoro This is my mother’s Go To hospital. she is currently being discharged at 2am with an infection still going on in her kidneys. Doctors talking about “you’ll feel better at home. Aside from that a nurse literally took her to get her discharge papers and medicine and forgot my mother in a part of the hospitals. My mother can barely walk, see and speak minimum English. She kept asking nurses to help guide her way to the discharge center because this nurse didn’t even take her there she forgot her in the way there. After asking 3 nurses for help finally someone helped. This hospital was great when we first started but there has been times I go visit my mother and there is trash on the floor. Sometimes he has to ask for food more than 3x the nurses don’t want to feed her. she even had a case where a nurse was very mean to her for using the restroom on them seles. I have picture proof of all of this sometimes I want to give them a peace of Texas Law due to medical neglect and unsanitary environment. They need to hire people who ACTUALLY WANT TO BECOME GOOD NURSES!

RS 1 December 14, unfortunately I was suffering from chest pains that was determined to be a heart attack. I was originally at LBJ but I was transferred late Saturday night to Ben Taub. The Nurse on 12-14-24 was an Asian lady that was very good. On December 15, the nurse that morning that came in at 7am was Asian as well and she did a great job & the night shift that came in at 7pm the night shift. The Nurse on that shift was a black woman she was nice. But on December 16, 2024 a rude unprofessional nurse was working that Monday morning on the morning shift that started at 7am that was a Hispanic lady. It all started when I was waiting to be seen in ICU on the 6th floor in room thats in the photo on the board. She came in throwing stuff away that was on my table. I instantly was upset and I asked her why was she throwing stuff away that was mines. Mind you she didnt even touch the piss cup that was right on front of her. I guess she got upset because I took off the hbp cup on my arm to urinate standing up by the bed since I couldnt reach the toilet. I told her I dont want her as a nurse and told her to leave the room. I also said send your supervisor in this room so I can talk to her. So when the supervisor came it was a young Asian lady that really wasnt concerned with my grievance, she was more concerned about telling me about how her employee was in the right for throwing away trash on the table. But if a water cup is trash that I was using to wipe my dry eyes because I wasnt drinking it before a surgical procedure. Because they told me the night before to not drink anything or eat anything after midnight. So I already knew. Lets fast forward the surgery I had in ICU It was a success the doctors were very professional it was a 3-hour procedure and Im recovering right now. I love the doctors there that did the surgery they was excellent and I will tell anybody go there but the nurses and the supervisor on the 6th floor of the ICU is not good. When I came back in the room my girlfriend was like sitting there waiting on me and I told her to leave out the room very rudely. I thought to myself why would they be talking rude to somebody thats waiting on me to come back to see if Im okay that didnt sit right with me. The supervisor on that floor is unprofessional.

Julie Holt James My sister was worried because l had cancer and wanted me to go to MD Anderson since she used MD Anderson for her husband. MD Anderson Would not take my insurance so we went to Ben Taub. She was extremely impressed with Doctors and the Nurses.,and everyone else we were contact with. Not only did l have cancer l had mouth cancer that was at stage four. I won’t go into what it all consisted of but it was a amazing ,wonderful job they did… not only did they make sure my pain was always under control and explained everything in detail of all my treatments. I can’t thank my doctors enough either, Dr.Hernandez, Dr. Scuman, Dr.Stoler and Dr. Haskins for all the work they perform. They did amazing job of rebuilding my chin besides the wonderful care they gave me. Again l can’t say thank you enough to the Nurses and hospital staff for the care, professionalism they gave me.

Sylvia Guerrero My mother had a appt here about a week or two ago. Her appt was scheduled for 2pm. We arrived at 1:30. I had to pick up my children from school so I left her at 2pm in the waiting room. I didnt think nothing about it because this office always takes about 15-30mins to call you to the back. I really did think when I got back she would be waiting for me to leave. I got back to the office at 2:50 sat and waited. Around 3:30 I got up and asked if my mom was still in the building? Because I was getting concerned. One of the ladies in the office said she didnt know if my mom was back there because she barely made it to the office. So she went and checked and told me she was. She assured me that my mother would be seen next. 4:05 and people who had went in while we were waiting were coming out. I kept wondering when my mom was coming out? At 4:15 I sent a message to my mom and asked her if she was ok? Since my mom is wheelchair bound (amputee) and this appt was a follow up from being in the hospital a couple of days before. She sent me a message back saying she was tired, the doctor hadnt seen her yet and she was in pain from sitting in her chair for so long. I replied back to tell her, I was going to tell the lady in the front office that we were going to cancel and for my mom to be bought back to the front since the door is locked. When I went to speak to the lady in the front desk, she was on the phone. I stood there for about 5mins and my mom sent me another message and said she couldnt wait anymore she needed to leave because the pain was too much. So I sent her a message to tell her to come to the front and we can leave. The lady was still on the phone when I heard my moms chair apporch the door. She was opening the door when it slammed closed. Everything I heard next was from being on the other side of the door. The Dr was asking her where she was going and my mom told him that she was tired and wanted to go home. He said to her, you cant leave I will see you next. At this time it was 4:50 pm. Mind you we got there at 1:30. My mom told him, that she wanted to leave and if he could move so she can roll out in her chair. At this point I started knocking on the door and yelling at the Dr to move and that she doesnt have to stay if she doesnt want to. He let the door knob go and opened the door to let her out. And we left. Was a horrible experience, I dont recommend this doctor, obviously. And since then we switched over doctors.

Pooja Sharma Dr Khalid will not send your scripts on time and god forbid if pharmacy calls him to change the script he will take ages to respond to them. Me and my family have been calling him for days to just send in a script for my grandmas script . He still hasn’t responded or send the script. Could have sent it correctly the first time and so this is incredibly unprofessional of him. Is this how we deal with geriatric patients ? Inappropriate !

B G Absolutely deplorable experience. I am still at a loss for words by the unacceptable and abysmal treatment we received here today. We had an appointment to be seen at 1:30pm -- we arrived to the office at 1:17pm to find the office doors locked. Upon looking inside, at least three people could be seen sitting at the front desk. Just looking at us. There was NO sign on the door indicating why the door was closed or what time it would be opened. We thought maybe they were taking a late lunch, but NOT ONE person came to tell us (or the other few patients who were waiting outside} what time the office would re-open and we could be seen for our scheduled appointments. We called the number on the door three times until someone finally answered. We explained the dilemma, to which the woman who answered the phone replied: "thats not my problem." We were essentially forced to stand in the scorching heat until the employees decided to open the doors and let us into the office. When asked why there was no notice on the door, a staff member answered "I have worked here for 7 years and weve never done that." Scheduled to be seen for chronic and intense migraines, it was shocking to me that the woman at the front desk did not see anything wrong with their unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for their patients nor their patients conditions. She went on to completely ignore our grievance -- "well what are you here for?" she asked rudely. I was completely taken aback. Never have I been to a medical appointment and left with worse symptoms than when I arrived.... due to the staff and treatment! Very frustrating and incredibly disappointing.

Raghda K. Elsayed They are very not understanding. My daughter need an x-ray. I walked in with my 4.5 year old at 3:59. The lady told me it is already 4 pm. We can’t take her. I asked if she knows anyone else who will take an X-ray. She said no. I called to inform her that earlier HWY 6 had backed up traffic, and we will be possibly a minute late if not on time. They were literally moving a house, and I just picked up my child from school. But no empathy was shown or concern. Got the xray completed in minutes at AV imaging on 12920 Univ. Bulv. Suite 600. The office coordinator, was graceful. It was also a $50 copay. Texas Children’s does not care about children.

Zulfiya Hummed I am completely unhappy about this location. The place was recommended by nurse for blood draw of my 1 year old. My negative experience started from the front desk, the lady was very rude and seemed to be irritated every time I asked a question. The blood work was performed by Rosalyn, actually she couldn’t draw blood, also she wore the same gloves, then stopped in the middle of the process with my baby, called up other patient, dis the breathing test and then returned to us, all the time with the same gloves. Later she couldnt figure out the vein and said by baby is chunky. She was playing with her needle while my poor baby was not even moving and just crying. Then Rosalyn took out needle and said if she can try again or I can return later. NO! My child is not an experimental object. Overall I will not come back here ever and do not recommend anyone bringing their babies here for blood work.

Samuel Means Our son briefly went here for physical therapy. Our son has a long history of care with Texas Childrens Hospital and we believe the system has provided us with great care. However I cannot recommend this location with their current practices. Our son was referred to this location by his provider at the long term survivor program at Texas Childrens. He was previously receiving physical therapy at another location. Because of our history we thought going to through one of their providers would be great. At the previous location we were paying a specialist copay for each PT visit. We assumed that simply based on the title of the practice (Texas Childrens Specialty Care) we would be paying the same amount (our specialist copay through BCBS) After 2 visits we had already been billed $1000. When I called to find out what was going on I was informed that they bill as an "outpatient hospital" not a specialist, and that means the cost goes towards my deductible not a copay. Even once the deductible is met, the 20% coinsurance cost would be about 3x what we were previously paying per visit. None of this was explained to us by anyone at the facility, but of course it is on the forms you sign so they cover themselves. Read carefully, and be informed as a patient. This may be a great practice. The providers might be wonderful, and honestly if this had been made clear to us and we chose it as an informed patient we might have thought it to be worth the extra cost. To Texas Childrens Leadership: This practice needs to be corrected. Parents should be made aware of this at the time of scheduling. Because we chose to leave our previous practice thinking we would be billed similarly we lost our spot there. This experience is a singular stain on the long term care our son has received through the Texas Childrens System

Daritza Despite the miscommunication of having me wait in the lobby for hours instead of prepping me for surgery this place still gets recognized with five stars. Every employee there was friendly, patient, and a great communicator with its patients. It was well structured on how they did things down at the ER (I’m not even sure how with how crowded it was but they managed well). The Registered Nurses assigned to me were very sweet, patient and made me very comfortable. Thank you staff of Memorial Hermann Sugarland and thank you to my surgeon for saving my life.

Zein I called this hospital to follow up because my wife wasn’t feeling well a week after her surgery, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The woman who answered the phone was rude and started yelling at me for no reason. When I told her, *"Dont yell at me,"* she put me on hold without any explanation. I had to hang up and call again, but as soon as she recognized my voice, she immediately put me on hold again. Is this the kind of place we should trust with our loved ones health? What if my wife had been in serious danger? The lack of professionalism and compassion is shocking. I wish I remembered her name, but I know the time I called, and I know my phone number—y’all can trace the call logs. I won’t let this go until I know who this person is because no one with that attitude belongs in healthcare. Patients and their families deserve better.

Ralph Matthew Pidoy I want to thank this hospital for taking care of my moms day surgery. Although checking in, the lady is not that helpful and knowledgeable about the "good estimate" questions and clarifications. Already stressed out for the upcoming procedure my mom just swiped her card. 2 weeks later my mom called MH Billing Department and a very nice, kind and knowledgeable employee named JASMINE R addressed and helped me. All the 5 Stars are for her. Day Surgery isnt that great experience for my mom too but JASMINE R got it all covered. Theres still great in this place and its what i will count. Thank you so much, Ms JASMINE!!!

Mayra Billing: They have a call center and it is hard to get a hold of them. I have requested a UB04 form since September 2024 and it is now March 2025 and I have yet to receive this form. When you ask to get transfer to a manager they send you to their friends/coworkers. When you ask to speak to someone for a follow up or accountability they do not give out names, emails, extensions. They ask you to email their general email account... This whole system does not show any accountability. Nurses: Delivery nurses are wonderful. Truly grateful for their wisdom, knowledge, and empathy. The recovery nurses, they lack empathy and bedside manners. The younger nurses are gossipy. Out of the 8 to 10 nurses only 3/4 of them were great! Doctors: The Doctors here are knowledgeable. ER: They can do better. There was too much office politics going around. I went in there for preeclampsia and the ER team that saw me did not give me additional care ... they called the maternity unit to come pick me up. They did give me medication to drop my blood pressure which was at 209. On another occasion I went to the ER and i had blood withdrawn by a phlebotomist. He was not professional and was on his phone. Overall, I am done with Memorial Hermann. I have given them so many chances and I have reached my breaking point. I am no longer going to give them my business and my good health insurance that I am paying for.

Jess F. As a veteran I am disgusted in the quality of treatment we receive from Medical Staff in the U.S. but more specifically with what I experienced today at Memorial Herman Katy ER! This location is a complete shame. They took my co- payment immediately and yet I was forced to discharged myself with no results due to the rudeness and lack of concern from their staff. This place cannot be a real office of qualified personnel. Please go else where. My care consisted of me sitting up in this chair I posted in the photo the entire time. No privacy whatsoever they sit you all in the same room in agony to look right over you despite you sharing concern. No nurse nor Dr ever discussed my care nor plan of action with me. My chest X ray was taken at 11:21 and those results came back at 11:42 and they sat me for over two hours without sharing despite my request. Thank God I was able to log on and find this because I am honestly still feeling horrible. Choose you and go else where, they don’t care here!

Lina G Cant even review for services. I scheduled a maternity tour that I found on their website and have been sitting in the waiting room for 1 hr. The tour was only supposed to be 1 hr long. The other couples left because of schedules with their kids. We keep asking the nurses for an update, and they keep saying to just keep waiting in the waiting room where they CANT SEE US WAITING. Makes my decision of Memorial Hermann vs Methodist pretty easy. UPDATE: Theresa was great! But many couples were left waiting for an hour without being told to reschedule since the tour began without us. The nurse behind the intercom could have communicated better to say, come in theyre down the hall OR reschedule and dont waste your time waiting. Im fortunate we waited because she gave us a quick tour but the other couple had to leave.

Jillian Boecker We had our son at Memorial Hermann Katy via scheduled induction. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. Because of the nature of labor and delivery (most being unscheduled), the rooms were full at our scheduled time. The staff explained and kept communication open while we sat in the waiting room. The labor and delivery room was large and clean, and the nurses were responsive. We loved all the staff that spoke with us. Shout out to Jen, Christine, Tammy, Kierra, and Melissa plus Dr. Sherri and Dr. Adeyekun. Some advice to help have a positive experience for those that will be going here to have a baby: -Bring your own pillows, if you can. -Ask for the Epidural before you actually need it, if there are multiple deliveries happening, because I believe they share an anesthesiologist. This is our first and only baby, and if were blessed with #2, we will be back.

I would not recommend anyone bring their child here for anything. Only reason we were at this hospital was because another hospital sent us for my son to be admitted, which he wasn’t. I really felt like my son’s symptoms were dismissed and I pray that what was prescribed works. I have no faith in the doctor that he was seen by and the nurse was awful. Overall our treatment was dismissive and lacked true care and compassion. I have zero faith in the emergency room department at this hospital and would suggest anyone to drive a little further to find a better place to take your child because I would not trust the care delivered at this hospital to anyone. Please they have 2.6 star rating for a reason. Like I said the ONLY reason why we went there was because my son was sent from another hospital because they wouldn’t admit him because he is a minor! Not ever again will I go back to that location, ever!

Rachel Cox I visit Dr. Rosenberg, a pediatric ENT for my concerns with a newborn tongue tie preventing bottle use. Dr. Rosenberg did an excellent job explaining the release procedure along with the benefits and potential side effects, helping me feel empowered to make the best decision for my child. Her staff, particular the medical assistant, were extremely attentive and helpful with our care. Highly recommend!

Spoogy Just wow!!!!!! Been here over 5 hours and still not seen by the doctor yet. (Multiple people got frustrated and left, if my child wasnt this ill, Id do the same. My daughter came in with a fever of 104 and yes they gave her medication at the front, then I waited for 4 hours before going to the lady at the front desk. Then they must have gotten frustrated, they put me in a room in the back, where its almost an hour and still havent seen the doctor. If all I needed was Tylenol, I could have stayed home and administered same. Everyone outside (nurses, doctors, etc.) are outside laughing and having nonchalant conversations while children are here sick. My daughter has a respiratory issue, and her breathing is labored even at this point. This healthCARE system needs revamping and People who ACTUALLY CARE. This is ridiculous!!!! EMERGENCY where?

Amanda Self **Update: TCH reached out to discuss our experience. I truly appreciate the effort. Additionally, please stop using this ER like your personal Dr. The amount of stupid people there for stupid reasons is why the ER was overcrowded. I had, by far, the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a medical facility in my life!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. The emergency room wait was over 5.5 hours. My very seriously dehydrated daughter wasn’t offered anything even though I watched far less sick kids get offered juice & snacks. I asked staff for juice and they said they would check only to never return & I was there alone so I couldn’t leave her to go get her anything. Then, I was accosted by an officer who wanted me to leave my child alone to talk to me in the hallway with 12 other police officers because my pacing was showing signs of concerning behavior. That’s laughable; of course I’m pacing. My kid is sick and she’s crying in pain and I can’t make the pain go away… I can’t sit still for five minutes (I’m am severely hyper and bubbly), what makes you think I can sit still for six hours? And I was only pacing to walk off my muscles in between wall sits. I was exercising to channel my frustration. Which Is something I do every month at Methodist while my mom receives cancer treatment and I am met with care and concern. I wish I got his badge number so I could make a formal complaint! We finally get to the back only to have the nurse blow, not one but two veins (one in each hand) in my desperately dehydrated and now very distraught child. When I asked them for the ultrasound machine after the first failed attempt, I was ignored. I would like to know why it was necessary to hurt my baby twice, once wasn’t enough? The waiting room was overcrowded and dirty. Please avoid this emergency room at all costs….

Tatyana P. It’s a pediatric ER! Spending 7 hours total at ER it’s crazy. Two hours spent at the room but 5 hours in the waiting area. Not recommended because of the waiting time! The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and know how to interact and treat little patients. Please do better about this issue!!!

Cassandra I was at this hospital two days ago with 103 temperature as soon as the doctor heard that I had Ptsd the first thing he said, as I’m not prescribing anything with benzodiazepine, although I didn’t ask for anything he just assumed that that’s what I wanted. I wasn’t given any kind of IV fluids and I had been throwing up. They didn’t check my oxygen level, they hardly checked on me the whole time there I was treated very, very bad So I went back to the ER the next day, the other oakbend Because I felt like I had shortness of breath and the lady at the front Had treated me horribly to I get my PTSD Causes anxiety, but nobody should be treated like this because of mental illness. I have struggled with this my whole life and this is how I get treated from both hospitals. I am truly disgusted by this by the doctor by the lady at the other one and I am going to see it that they are held accountable for their actions.

Kimberly Morales The staff and service was amazing all the way around. Each staff I encountered, including the gentleman for billing, showed compassion and was very informative to me as the patient.

Jimmy Conley I went here because it said it worked with my insurance. I had cut open the end of my toe, and it was too late in the evening to go to an urgent care clinic. They rinsed it with saline and iodine and then said they werent sure what to do. Then, while chewing gum over my cut, they decided they could just cover it with glue and Steri-Strips and wrap my foot in gauze. They took x-rays, and the doctor said it didnt look broken, but they were still going to send it to radiology and charge me for it to be reviewed. They billed four grand for this small adventure, saying I had surgery. I would go anywhere else or just dont go and hope for the best. I have learned my lesson about using this facility. I never even left the triage room, which is really small, and you are packed in with other people who are in respiratory distress and probably going to get you sick. When they were done they made me hop on one foot out the door. It couldnt let me use a wheelchair, I guess. They just said bye and walked off. Edit: When you call the number they are just confused as to why you called. They have no idea. It is just to save face on Google which checks out.

Maria Tolentino This place is no good, I took my mother back in March for gallbladder pain, we arrived at 1am and had my mother waiting in corner seat until beds were available, she was in pain, throwing up and all, they waited to give her a bed until 6am and pain medicine, just for about an hour until she had an ultrasound, just for them to tell us she needs to see a nutritionist. We knew she needed a surgery, but they decided to send my mother home. Not to mention the billing. Horrible service! Don’t go there!

Toh Tan Very painful experience. When we got there ,they asked for my symptoms. My neck was hurting so bad I managed to explain to them . You won’t believe they kept asking the same freaking question knowing so well I couldn’t talk due to the pain in my neck(very inexperienced and inattentive RN ). I was put in the bed the nurse who was assigned to me in an emergency room didn’t know how to find a vain, and the excuse was he is from a different hospital . Really???? Another nurse came in and found the vain and connected all the fluids after drawing blood. You won’t believe they fluid got finish. While I was sleeping ontil it was my wife who got the hospital room to tell them it was done. The doctor after seeing what I was going suggest another test for n illness which i said. No to Immediately They brought my results to say yes i had some bacteria in my neck. And at that very moment i was discharged. They didn’t even spend a second to treat any pain or suffering i was going through. that they couldn’t treat me . But send me to the pharmacy to get antibiotics. And if the pain continues i come back . In my life I have never been this disappointed .

Ella Haag If I could give the ER zreo stars I would. This ER had major issues that ran from sub par care to lack of supplies to lack communication. My mother arrived by ambulance. After being wheeled in they, my mother and the EMS team, were slow to be acknowledged in anyway. They did not have a roller to get her from the gurney to the hospital bed. They did not have pillows. They left the call button out of reach. The doctors tone was combative and belittling. And, they lied to her about the pain medication they were administering. I have no doubt the medical professionals working here are understaffed and under supported. That is not their fault. It is the administration and board that runs this hospital that has driven them to this staggering depraved apathy. Shame on them. However, I do fault the staff for the way they treated my mother. Only one person showed her any kindness and for that person I am extremely grateful.

Mrs. Shanita Brown Labor & Delivery has been phenomenal. From registering to checking in every staff member has been very welcoming and friendly. My nurses for labor and delivery Stephanie King and Nicola were so nice and helpful and I truly thank God for them as they were just super pleasant and seemed to truly love their roles. The anesthesia doctor who performed the epidural was very patient and kind and took great care of me. My doctor Cynthia Rios helped me deliver my healthy baby boy. I had super anxious about my delivery but I prayed for a great experience and for friendly nurses and God truly delivered . I had other nurses as well and they were all very helpful . God Bless all that were involved with my labor , delivery and recovery experience.

poison skye Brought my son for arm pain and nurse practitioner said he had a fracture. Followed up with orthopedist 2 days later (today) and he does NOT have a fracture. The orthopedist said if his arm was really broken, then they never should have splinted his arm straight out like they did as that’s not the protocol for the type of fracture they diagnosed him with. If you’re going to tell me my son broke his arm, at least try to help my baby and wrap it the correct way (bent at a 90 degree angle) so it heals. Was very busy so we were seated in the hallway next to the bathroom, a male nurse was using the bathroom (I could hear him peeing), he flushed the toilet, and immediately walked out without any time for him to wash his hands. Maybe he used his foot to flush after he washed his hands, pleading to God he did that. Another time, 2 years ago I brought my son in, and Dr Randolph was very patronizing and rude to me, almost as if he thought I was dumb and crazy. Do not go here if you want actual help.

Eziz Kulyyev Awful experience! On January 4, 2023, I developed severe abdominal pain due to a gallbladder attack and had to go to the ER. The reception staff wasnt nice at all, didnt care that I was almost dying from pain. She didnt call medical staff for help. So my wife took me to the next ER where I got served much better. I appeal to administration to take actions on this incident, so next time if some one really need help wont be ignored. It happened on January 4th, 2023 between 3pm and 4pm.

farrukh baloch Was very disgusted with how the lady at the front desk was treating my family and i during an emergency. I appreciate the staff and every nurse and doctor and their efforts to help my family in their crisis, but the lady at the front was absolutely horrendous. She was being smart with us, she was trying to be funny at times watching Tik toks to herself and threatens to call security. I understand how critical their job is and when people are panicking or worried it’s hard to calm them down, but there is never a situation where you should try to have them removed when their family member is in critical condition and they are worried sick still being respectful enough. I appreciate each and every person there and how much they tried for my family member, but the lady at the front desk is an embarrassment to the place.
