misty holmes I took my daughter in for an appointment today to the fall creek office. I dont normally complain but the girl that is working with Dr Tompkins check-in was rude. Yes I was early I understand that. she said I cant check you in we have not had lunch yet. Come back. When I got back she was just sitting there on her phone then went around the corner to take a phone call the office and doctors are great but that just I hate the give the off one star for one person. On the other hand Aimee and Rebecca Were very sweet and helpful

Paula Warren As a new patient I can’t say enough about the staff at the Fall Creek Medical Facility. Everyone I encountered was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I arrived early and they got me in early. The initial doctor visit was very quick! So glad I chose this medical facility!

Now… his receptionist Kim needs to be retrained- so rude!! Thank you Aimee for stepping in and doing her job when she could not bother to check me in because she was “busy”. Her job is to check people in and be welcoming- please retrain or dismiss the bad first impression for patients.

Chris Powell Dr, Dean and Mrs, Jheri are the team that anyone would want. They listen to your issues and actually find solutions. I happily tell people about my doctors office. These guys are amazing.

Jim Malone My wife scheduled an appt earlier this year, received a call same day as appt, in which they canceled reason because she was a new patient, she is not a new patient, her physician left the group. That reason made no sense. Rescheduled an appt for June 7th, she arrived 15 minutes early, and the receptionist, whom was very rude, canceled her appt because she didnt come in 30 minutes early. There was no mention of being 30 minutes early when we rescheduled, no mention in follow up text messages, and no mention of being 30 minutes early in the follow up confirmation. My wife could have filled on the paperwork in 15 minutes, and regardless the rude and uncaring attitude of the receptionist was appalling. She also informed my wife that the practice had recently lost 7 physicians. I have a close friend who used to have his practice at Lakeside, and he left due to poor administrative management and a sense that providing the care he gives was not a priority. I am not surprised to see the other negative reviews. Clearly we will not only never go back, we will let friends and neighbors know to look elsewhere. There are a lot of options to Lakeside on Fall Creek, but the administrative staff does not seem to understand Customer Service is critical to healthcare, which is a service industry business too.
