His nurse Janine (I hope I spelled it correctly) was very helpful, nice and caring. I think it was her going the extra mile that got me the help I needed. Janet Leichliter Dr. Thomas was a life saver for me in 2016. I appreciated his knowledge and expertise in my case, a serious situation where a different doctor tore my colon during a colonoscopy. Dr Tomas had to remove part of my colonoscopy, and deal with acute peritonitis. I had followup surgery at Mayo Clinic. They were very impressed with the emergency surgery Dr Thomas performed.

David Marmonti Dr Hall is simply the best primary care physician that I have ever had. He likely saved my life or at least averted serious complications by insisting that I see a urologist when my PSA results were only slightly elevated. Emily Lambert As a first-time customer new to the area, I was searching for a local vet for my suddenly very sick dog, Kylo. I appreciate the clinics prompt attention once I was in a room and medical care, including X-rays, blood work, and medications, which helped my dog recover significantly (but still not 100%) However, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up. Having owned dogs for years, Im accustomed to receiving post-visit calls, especially after illnesses and treatment. A simple call, email, or text inquiring about my dogs recovery would have made a tremendous difference, providing reassurance and demonstrating genuine care. While I seldom write reviews, the absence of communication, especially when my dog isnt fully recovered a month later and considering the substantial cost of $700, felt noteworthy. I did value the attentive listening and thorough explanation of the tests and results during the visit. My hope is that this feedback encourages a more proactive approach to post-treatment care. A follow-up can truly enhance the overall experience, offering peace of mind to pet owners

patrick shaub You NEVER answer the phone. You NEVER reply to my phone messages. You only contact me to set up Medicare physicals and ignore me when I NEED to see a doctor. Your customer service in this regard is terrible its been this way for years. You never even reply when I take the time to tell you on these "requests for information." Startle me this time and reply. Better: tell me what youre going to do to fix this. Most recently the only way I got to see a doctor after two weeks of ignored phone calls I personally walked into the office and set up an appointment with my doctors receptionist personally. I look forward to hearing how you plan to fix this.

Jackie Carnes Dr. Buxton is a wonderful doctor & person in general. He actually listens to you & is very thorough. He is very knowledgeable & if I dont understand, he will explain until I do! Just the mere fact that he always suggests you should always get a second opinion tells me that he truly cares about the welfare of his patients! We had a conversation about my daughter who had a tumor on her brain & he took the time to ask me in detail about her & guided me in the right direction for the well-being of my daughter. Hes a very caring person. All doctors could learn a great deal from him on how to be a better doctor!!! And he has surrounded himself with a very talented & caring staff!

krh 0505 Great experience for an ER visit. The Doctor, nurses and staff were all amazing. They got me back quickly, ordered all necessary tests, explained everything as they were treating me. The nursers were all very personable and attentive, and the doc spent so much time with me figuring out the best course of action. As test results came in they changed the treatment course accordingly. I couldn’t leave without being on oxygen and the ER staff took care of having it delivered to the hospital. I highly recommend this facility if you need ER care!

Margot F We took our 9 month old who came down suddenly with a fever and trouble breathing into the emergency room. He was diagnosed with croup, which often comes on very suddenly in the middle of the night. His treatment helped tremendously and we are grateful to his doctor and care team. I have two suggestions to the care team. The first is to treat infants with the same dignity and respect they would any other human being. The nurse placed the thermometer rectally without warning or asking us for consent. It scared my son and angered us as we are used to all medical professionals we come in contact with giving us our right to informed consent. I understand you do this everyday, you still need to ask. The same nurse was very condescending when she asked why we did not give our child Tylenol. The answer was that we were on vacation and did not have a thermometer or Tylenol and no store was open when his fever came on suddenly in the night. We even had to drive two towns over just to reach this emergency room. There was no way to give our son a fever reducer which is why we were at the ER. Her tone was very condescending when she walked out of the room with her back to us as she said “just so you know you should have given him Tylenol because fever can lead to seizures”. That is not the kind of professionalism and compassion I am used to encountering in a medical emergency. Despite that negative interaction I am very grateful for the care my son received.

Reba Stewart I was very pleased with my care while I was at Seton Highland Lakes. They were very attentive and compassionate concerning my pain. They met my every need while I was there and for that I am truly thankful. They even tried to get my insurance company to agree to a week in rehab upon discharge to which they denied and left me going door to door in my hospital gown at 8:30 PM trying to find someone to open my medications for me. The joys of compassion of insurance companies!!!

Betty Eric I had outpatient surgery on December 17, 2024. Everyone was caring and professional. I felt very safe. The pre-op nurse Deseree was with me the most and she was so helpful, caring, and informative. The anesthesiologist was professional and caring. All of the other nurses were very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and getting the care I needed. I definitely recommend this surgery center.

Raemi Poitras The staff was WONDERFUL! Once I saw Dr. Matul Patel it went seriously downhill. He was not cordial and never smiled. He didnt seem to care or believe that I am disabled. I was only there for a ADA placard to help me until August, to get home to Oregon as I am really in a bad way currently. I did not ask for any pain meds. He admitted he couldnt read the x-rays so I waited 2 full days for them to be sent out only to be told that Dr. Patel had decided I only had mild arthritis and he wouldnt be helping me. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I am barely walking at this point;

Samantha Leavitt The front staff have no integrity! I had a problem that I went up to the clinic to resolve. The front desk lady, Sally, said it will be waived and my son could get his school physical done. So on the day of the appointment we went in and got everything done. Once we were checking out this other lady, Melissa, popped up completely ignoring me talking to only my son. Even when I was trying to address her. Said he will be billed??? When she finally did acknowledge me she said he is 18 and she cant talk to me. Well he gave her permission to have a conversation with me. She honestly could have handled that so much better. Not once did anyone apologize for any confusion. We were not supposed to be billed bc it was a service they were completing. But instead of talking to me at the very beginning of the appointment about any confusion. She let us go in so they can get their money later. No balance was ever mentioned when checking in. She even admitted that I should have been consulted before the doctor saw us. Then I asked her "you cant talked to me but she had me sign this paperwork stuff"? She also admitted it was another error. I want someone higher up to give me a call bc is this how yall serve the community? They said it was waived then sneak around and bill anyways? This is integrity! This was a service they were doing with the school. They cut the service short at the school after we paid and said come by the clinic to finish. Now we are billed again.

Branden First off I went into the office to have Mr Mulkey sign a paper from the social security administration given to me directly from them with instructions from the disability office. However Mr Mulkey wanted to take it upon himself to change the rules and decide on how and who and when that paper would be signed! He stated that it was not his job and he was not authorized to sign a paper like that. However the year before when I first was diagnosed with the herniated disc he signed a paper saying return to work. He didnt even realize or know that I had been to another doctors office and had more MRI scans done. He stated to me that he was not going to sign off for one hernia and I told him that he needed to look at the chart a little better because I have been diagnosed with several since his last visit. I have been given less than mediocre care with no amount of urgency whatsoever from him. When I stated this to him he got mad and said he didnt have to take this from a patient and I could leave. I asked him for a wheelchair and he stated he didnt care how I got to the parking lot and that if I didnt leave that he would call the cops! Furthermore, Mr. Mulkey lied to me and told me it was illegal to record in his office! He was very rude to my witness that I had sitting in with me. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT ESPECIALLY FROM A DOCTOR! MR MULKEY STATED HE WAS GOING TO TURN ME IN FOR BAD CONDUCT

C SWEEDEN Dr. Patel is now my primary. I have been twice so far. He is so great and listens and the whole staff is friendly. Facility is spacious , clean and lovely.

T T The front staff is very slow and the lady was rude. I didnt like her attitude but I really like my new APRN violet she is awesome. If I didnt live 7 min away and if Violet wasnt working there I would not go. Violet you rock!!!! I give this place 1 star Violet you get 5 stars for being so approachable and knowledgeable.

Branden This is a terrible person. Ive been going to him for several years trying to get a hernia fixed and he keeps denying me everything I ask for! Including the signature for my disability. Mr Mulkey came into my doctors appointment completely unprepared and ill informed of The progress of my medical diagnosis. Tried to tell me I had one herniated disc when I have four or five. Also was unaware that I was sitting in his office with a stent in my kidney.! I had been in the ER twice the day after Christmas and rushed to Austin by ambulance for surgery on a kidney stone. (Which is still in there along with the j hook stent) When I stated the truth to Mr Mulkey he got mad and said that he didnt have to put up with this from a patient and kicked me out of the office and told me to leave the doctors appointment. I asked him for a wheelchair and he said I dont care how you get out of here Im going to call the cops. He also said he was going to report me to the medical board for a reprimand for bad conduct. Mr Mulkey obviously did not read my chart before the doctors appointment as he was very ill-prepared and misinformed. His conduct is very unprofessional and has no regards to compassion for his patients. Furthermore I informed Mr Mulkey that he could be being recorded and he said that was illegal and he threatened to throw my witness in jail. This was all in front of customers and staff. I cannot believe a doctor is going to tell me he does not care how I get to my vehicle when I am in there for excruciating pain! I pray that nobody has to go through the pain and suffering that I have been through while on his caseload. ESPECIALLY A CHILD!

Bonnie Wells I was switched to him a few years back when my primary person relocated. He never really took my issues seriously. Long story short...I had neck pain and was finally diagnosed with degenerative disc disease with stenosis when another medical professional had proper tests done. I had covid with on going symptoms. Again he didnt persue the cause of these issues until I finally ASKED him to at least do a chest xray. I couldnt breathe. So he FINALLY orders a chest xray and EKG. It was congestive heart failure! I will always feel that if he had been more aggressive with follow up care I might not have the serious heart damage that I do.

Tonya Hutson I will start by saying that Stephen mulkey is very unprofessional my husband has been under his care for several years. My husband has gone to Mr mulkey on several occasions with pain in his right side stomach cramps numbness in his hands and Mr mulkey always makes up some kind of an excuse instead of getting down to the problem at hand my husband went to an appointment today on this second day of January 2025 do you have a follow-up visit after two emergency room visits one day apart from each other the day after Christmas plus needing a paper disability Mr mulkey had the audacity to tell my husband that he was not disabled but yet my husband cannot stand or sit for more than a few moments at a time due to the excruciating pain in his back hip leg and foot not to mention the kidney stone that has been undetected under Mr mulkeys care my husband was in with excruciating pain plus a stint in his kidney and Mr mulkey treated him like he was the ground he walked on he proceeded to tell him to get all the office because my husband was begging him for care and he told my husband he didnt care how he got out of his office and he needed to leave or he was going to call the cops has my husband is standing there asking for a wheelchair because he couldnt stand no longer his hands were shaking and body trembling as he was being talked to in a very foul manner by Mr mulkey thank goodness for the kind-hearted nurses in the office that got him a wheelchair and helped him out to the truck. This man does not deserve entitlement of being a doctor he is very unprofessional inconsiderate of ones pains . I highly recommend never using Stephen mulkey as your care provider. And just to add I took my daughter to him one time in the past because her PCP was unavailable and he was very rude to my daughter in which she is overweight and he looked her in the face its quite obvious youre fat as a cow and you need to go on a diet.Needless to say my daughter cried all the way home. As a wife and a mother that is very disheartening to see a loved one treated in such manner . I hope and pray that nobody has to put up or deal with that mans treatment ever To whom it may concern

Shane Blair The first time I visited with him he listened and seemed interested in the issues I had. As the appointments continued it seemed like he was less interested and wanted to rush the visit. The final straw was when I did my annual physical and he failed to sign and send the forms to my insurance before he went on vacation resulting in my insurance rate going up 100$ a month. No apology nothing. As a Doctor you should be a professional and your patients shouldnt have to babysit you to make sure you do your job.

Iwona Schmidt Just came back from my first visit with this individual that is hard for me to call Dr .It was a great disappointment and a waist of time for me. He doesnt want to listen but rather talks very loud over me ,like I am dea. fHe is paranoid about safetyThe med I am taking is for anxiety so he was trying to experiment on me with different drugs and did not prescribe me my med, since I did not want to try his experiment .I already tried at least 6 or 7 meds before found out that this one change my life tremendously ,before I couldnt drive anywhere , couldnt even live the house, where now I drive alone long distance without fear. I take a very small dose twice a day and dont have any side effects and certainly dont need to experiment with other meds. He must never experienced the feeling of anxiety. He is not polite and just rude living me in the room without furtherdirections How he got to be so called Dr I am not sure. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS RUDE PERSON.
