Leslie Morlandt Cant say enough good things about the folks who work here. They are wonderful, take the time to explain everything, answer your questions so you understand. I have total confidence and trust when I take my pup in for services. Shes comfortable there as well!

Zan Bullock I cannot say enough great things about the amazing doctors and staff here. They are compassionate, empathetic and so caring. They understand that they are not tending to just another animal, they are treating your loved one. Your baby. They listen to you and don’t dismiss you like some of the vets in Amarillo. We had an emergency recently and Amber was quick to answer texts and she would even text to check on my baby later in the evening. They are just all around amazing people. I will recommend Claude Veterinary Hospital to anyone and everyone!

Joseph Barnett They helped my boy out when we were passing through. Great vet

Aspen Hill Excellent experience all around. Professional, compassionate and superior clinical attention. Bringing the whole tribe of terriers for routine and, as needed, attention. Terriers know how to find trouble. Tree climbing, feral cat chasing, mix it up with the local yotes-the potential need for excellent veterinary care is ever present. We have visited (once) the big corporation type vets ("your pet HAS to have that xyz for ONLY $850, IF you love them"), the you-should-be-grateful-we-would-grant-you-an-appointment vet and the so disorganized "are you SURE your appointment was for today?" type after calling a day before to verify. Out of Amarillo a bit, great prices and a thoroughly wonderful staff is WORTH the drive. Our terriers rate the best care we can find. We have found it.

Sochill Ibarra My husband is in the military stationed in Tennessee so my sister had to bring me with my niece. The moment we walked in the front desk ladies were rude and short with us. Having to do a OB appointment without my husband is hard enough, but the way they treat my sister and niece was unacceptable. We will be looking for a different doctor to take care of us.

Abigail Frost Do Not Recommend. We are not from Shreveport and are a military family, so nettle is to say we are having to help each other out. The front desk ladies were rude from the moment we stepped in. I had my daughter with me and she yelled across the room we couldn’t be in the waiting room. We are currently looking for a different doctor to be moved to, and do not recommend any military or people with children go here.

Gay Chrystal My experience was great. Kindly staff. Samantha was so pleasant but professional and down to earth. Easy to communicate with. Holly was equally professional but pleasant and down to earth. Both made me feel comfortable. Both were very knowledgeable about my concerns. They are definitely an asset to the practice.

Lee Athey The people at Dr Michael’s office are exceptional. Every young lady we encountered was warm and friendly. Dr Michaels genuinely cares for my health and my concerns. They are respectful and gracious and I wouldn’t trade her expertise for anything. The facility is spotless, spacious and bright. Wonderful experience.

They were personable with every patient in the waiting room while I was there. And Paula is the best health care professional Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is very compassionate and works hard to make sure her patients get what they need.

Stephenia Glover We love our patients!!!! We want to make sure our patients are always taken care of!! This is a note from one of our patients. Not only do I work for Paula as her nurse she is also my whole families doctor!!! I wouldn’t trust my kids or husband with anyone else. She has helped my family so much in so many ways! We love Paula!!!

Jerry Glover After years of dealing with medical issues and coming up with no answers I visited this clinic and Paula and her staff was nothing short of amazing, they made me feel like I wasn’t just being rushed in and out so they could make money off me but instead Paula sat and both listened to and addressed every issue and concern I had. She found an underlying medical condition that had been missed multiple times and I am now on the track to better health. I recommend everyone to give Paula and her nurse Stephenia the opportunity to treat you, you come in as a new patient and you leave as a member of the family.

Tiffany Mathison The care is apoloing. Lack of really. Picture in pain with no one that cared, told could not have a blanket to place on the floor against policy. Couldnt put him in a room we had to wait. There is NO compassion from Nurses or staff at desk, triage. Came in last night 7pm, told need surgery, its 9am and still waiting on surgeon to come assess situation. Being told by charge nurse it could take several hours, Doctors come when they come. Its a Saturday which is a weekend so who knows. Pain not managed, call button not hooked up. When you look for help no one is around. Poor excuse for an ER or hospital.

Barbara Bailey Procedure was quick and no problems. This was for Eugene and NOT Barbara! And I don’t like the fact that her post would be public when she is not the patient or even if she was the patient. The public has no right to our medical business as to the “Posting publicly across Google” stated above. I was to arrive 2pm for 2:30 procedure. CT person was excellent at her job and I was back in my car at 1:59 pm!! Before I was even scheduled for CT!! Great job by her!! Thank you, E L Bailey For our privacy, not the public. My medical info is no business of Trump or Elon.

Terry Rogers Upon my arrival to the ER it didnt start out real well. I was sent there by my Doctor to check for clots. I waited 3.5 hours in the waiting room. After I got to the back they ran some tests but didnt see or find anything. They were getting ready to send me home when I explained to the Doctor that I wasnt there just to receive pain medication that something was very wrong. The Doctor listened to me and ran one more test and that is when they found the clot. After that they did everything to make me comfortable and got me to the surgeon I needed. They were able to get the clot cleared up. My nurses were great and very professional. My surgeon also was great and very professional. They made my time there enjoyable. I couldnt ask for a better staff. My one recommendation would be for the ER staff to really listen to the patient and give that patient the proper test before sending them home. I believe if I didnt speak up and tell the doctor that there was something serious going on then this clot could have killed me. Overall experience was a positive one. I would go back if needed.

Bibiana A. Rivera In and out in no time: they require you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to get your information (very short questionnaire) and signatures. Change into a short smock and into the room where the exam takes place. Always a pleasant, friendly tech who puts you at ease, hold your breath, change position and done. Very unexpectedly, I received a call from my doctor’s office to let me know the results that very afternoon (three hours later). WHO does that???!!! Very Happy with their work. Keep it up.

I am one that hates going to the doctor but here they all make it very comfortable and at ease. The staff are pleasant and definitely on top of their game. They have a beautiful red headed nurse that is funny and really makes you feel at ease, but the whole staff works well together and compliments each other so they all just click.

Tim Again hospital is a joke. Had to call for an ambulance to take to the emergency room. Attending Dr was in blue jeans and a hoody kept my dad for 2 nights for observation. The whole time the Dr or hospital did not contact his primary cardiologist. Which he was admitted for heart issues. This hospital should be shut down. Close to talking to a lawyer.

The doctors, nurses, and staff are phenomenal and I was able to learn something from virtually everyone I came in contact with. This staff cares deeply about their patients and their health outcomes. I am so grateful to this hospital for hosting me and helping shape my practice as a future provider. Although I was not a patient, I can say with confidence that I would trust this hospital with my own care or the care of my family members. Thank you all for your hard work through an unprecedented year and thank you for taking on another challenge- a student learner- when you are already busy with the current healthcare climate.

WYATT KAREN (Personal) I loved the cared that I received. I was a walk-in patient back in May, 2018 on my way to a three day conference in Amarillo. I was diagnosed with a sinus and double ear infection. I received amazing care. I also loved that they sent me a "Thank you" note for choosing their clinic.

Susan H Communication with the clinic is becoming more and more difficult as numerous messages are provided but system shuts down……..either there are phone complications or I was hung up on by attendant who answered the phone. I have tried working thru the on-line portal but it’s even more problematic than phone contact. Perhaps I should attempt to change providers.

ворон Karchata (ЧЕРНАЯ ПТИЦА) I can’t take any more of this place. No one answers the phones. Ever! I went for ailments and because the dr also is specializing in mental illness, she had me convinced I was crazy instead of treating a very serious skin infection another dr finally helped me with. Done done DONE!

Casey Reese A few years ago I came in with severe abdominal pain. Legitimately felt like I was dying. The doctor walked in, loudly and proudly claimed "well theres nothing wrong with your gallbladder, so thats good!" And misdiagnosed me with something that affected an area that wasnt even in pain. Two weeks later Im in a different ER. My gallbladder was full of gallstones, SEVERELY infected, was actively infecting my liver, and needed to be removed immediately. I was in recovery for 2 weeks due to how badly it had progressed, which could have been prevented had the doctors at Ochsner not faileed to do their job. I could have died. Had I known at the time or had the energy to, I would have sued for medical negligence. Seek care elsewhere if you can.

Jodi Shaw I have been Seeing Dr Nida and Dr Hayat and these ladies are AMAZING!! I haven’t been able to move hardly for the past 5-6 yrs!! They have helped me so much! Found out something really is wrong it’s not just me! Taking great care of my issues although they aren’t curable or reversible they are slowing it down and controlling some of the pain! But they listen they let me ask questions! They take the time to talk with me!! If only I had been going here 20 yrs ago I wouldn’t be in the shape I’m in!!! I love my Drs so much!! And the ladies in the lab are truly outstanding! So friendly and funny!! Even reception is wonderful!! Love to all!!!!

JB Very inconsistent. My first time coming here with my wife we were here 6 hours and eventually she did get all the care she needed. In here right now for myself and I’ve literally been here 8 hours and haven’t seen a doctor once. The first set of nurses were very unhelpful and rude and clearly trying to usher me out quickly despite me clearly stating my very serious chest pains and feeling on the verge of a seizure. When I finally saw a decent nurse who was able to help (4+ hours later), she promised she would discharge me in 20 mins. Here we are 2+ hours later and I’m seriously just debating dying at home. Seems less miserable. Anyways don’t go here.

Sam Lewis We are having a on go first time experience with this facility. We have encountered nothing but awesome people. Our first 12-1 3 hours was in out patient surgery waiting room where we encountered Ms.Carolyn. Made for an awesome beginning with nothing but kindness and pure love. It was not just to us but we witnessed this her entire shift. She is an asset that definitely deserves recognition. The surgery crew kept us updated during the long procedure. Next we went to 5G19 . Been in lots of hospitals in Mississippi and Louisiana. AWESOME Employees…….Thank you one and all and I wish we could give you each more than just a heart felt thank you.

Jeff R Overall its not a bad place staff is hit n miss on bedside manners and people skills in general but gotta love when in a room in the surgical oncology floor and go to use the restroom and have company... I had seen a few dead ones just inside one of the entrances, but to have a live one on the 6th floor... Seems their pest control practices needs some improvement...

Corri This lab is terrible! You show up 30-45 minutes before they open to “get in line”, but There’s no way to keep others from jumping ahead once the kiosk for checking in opens up. I was 9th to pull a ticket, but still waited 40 minutes before I was called up to verify my information, then waited another 10 minutes to be called back. There are probably 40 people sitting and waiting. I can see why their board says the wait is 3-4 hours!! It’s time to hire some contractor personnel to help with specimen collection!!

Patrick Watters My neighbor needed me to take him to Wilford Hall. He is 88 years old and was in need of the ER. I had never been to Wilford Hall, but he always talked so highly of the medical service he received. I was very impressed by the level of care he received. I was with him for 6 hours until it was determined he would be admitted to BAMC. At that point, I left the care facility. The entire time I was there, they checked on him. Very attentive to his needs. They gave him the best care. His nurse Thomas and Thompson did and outstanding job. May the Lord continue to bless all the great medical staff at Wilford Hall

Jacqueline Espinoza What a shame!!!! The lack of urgency and attentiveness for military and their families is absolutely ridiculous. Tonight I waited over two hours without being seen. My daughter was in pain screaming and no one bat an eye. Unfortunately the ER was the closest to me, so opted to go here. Next time I will take advantage of having tricare select and go elsewhere.

Jaime Cabrera I made an appointment at Wilford Hall Eye Center for a reason and instead they make you wait 45 minutes after your appointment time and when you get through those doors to get checked you still wait more. Their process is not accurate and does not work. We all have schedules and timelines to meet.

Raymond Maldonado My son came into the ER. 3 HOURS in the doc said I dont know what it could be and random tests on the dart board began. Had 102.7 temp gave him mortin, 30 minutes later 103 temp was told by doctor he woild get tylenol through IV. 1 hour 30 minutes later no Tylenol no retest of temperature. I called for tech and finally was told waiting on doctor. Currently over 7 hours and from the walk of the hall, one other patient and still nothing. Asked several times whats going on and all I get it is waiting on doctor. Inexcusable care with minimal patients. Have to see what an emergency or them busy would look like.

Angela Thanasiu If your sick then dont come to this ER! I went in having chest pains, chills, clammy skin, congestion, couch, and fever on 2/7/25. The ER Dr did not introduce himself to me and did not say one work to me.Just listened to my chest, looked down my throat and left the room. Nurse came in with a steroid shot,3 prescriptions and said I had a viral illness. No chest X-ray, no flu swab test. Now today 2/8/25 I am vomiting, chest hurts worse and I am freezing to death. Even the steroid shot they gave me isnt doing nothing for me. Seriously this hospital needs better ER Drs like Dr.Clark. The visit was a huge waste of my time!

sarah grauberger Editing this 2yrs later bc this hospital has had no improvement! My boyfriend has been up there 3 times in the last 3 days trying to get help and dr Patel seems to just think the best course of care for someone who can barely walk is to refuse them any level of care or respect. The care provided at this place is so damn inconsistent. My boyfriend has been told to not wait until hes in this bad if shape by one doctor and then the next doctor tell him sorry we dont see anything wrong with you, stop coming here. Not every damn chronic condition shows up on basic tests. His lab and scan history should be enough to indicate hes not faking. This hospital is the worst. Original review: If I could give a negative stars I would. I dont even leave reviews typically unless theyre good ones. Let me start by saying some doctors and nurses have been really amazing and caring. But overall, the experience my boyfriend and I have had with this hospital are some of the absolute worst ever. From doctors flat out refusing him any type of care, to hearing staff talk negatively about him for trying to manage his own pain and symptoms in the hospital room when they refused to do anything for him but leave him throwing up and in excruciating pain. We have been flat out ignored when trying to explain his symptoms and past. He is judged by his appearance and labeled before they even put a finger on his file. There is no consistency to the level care that is given in this hospital. Its like a roll of the dice every time on whether he will be treated like a human being or not. To a point he waits until he is in bad shape to go. Then a doctor there will tell him to not wait but the ones on staff ignore him or just send him home saying there is nothing they can or will do. I truly hope that none of the staff (or anyone for that matter) ever has to go thru what he does and be treated the way he is. If any staff does see this and you are one of the good ones, please know that we truly appreciate the care and courteousness that you show/have shown him.

Mary Adams Rather than evaluating a patient as an individual, they try to force everybody into the same general mold. Every patient is different and should be treated according to their specific criteria. Most of these doctors and nurses are doing internship in the ER and even the seasoned doctors that work for the hospital were giving wrong information on my husband. They had another patients information. They give you a bunch of nonsense talk without getting to the point on what is wrong with a patient. Medications were being given late (if at all). The system here is broken and needs a complete overhaul. The level of care here is really bad. I wish I had something more positive to say, but with the exception of a few nurses; most just lack complete training or over worked to the point of mistakes being made. This is only the tip of the sadness. I hope and pray they can get it fixed....

walter scott Well, i didnt really love "it", but The 5 stars above means I did think this hospital was very good to our family. This past Summer, my mother passed away at Christus Spohn Memorial Hospital, 2606 Hospital Dr. Corpus Christi, Tx. from lung cancer after about 3 weeks in between intensive care and the regular floor. This is a everyday part of staff’s work and I have worked in a hospital before;so, I anticipated some indifference in staff demeanor , but, i did not notice any "indifference" I have to tell you; I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring nature of the doctors and nursing staff. Frankly, I was touched by them. It’s been 3 months; I am still thinking of them and want to congratulate the Board of Directors of this hospital for retaining these professionals.

Cj Conl I seem to spend, half of my time, here. Staff is always helpful and usually very nice. I really appreciate the Ct Scan employees. They walk you through, every step. Actually, Id rather go to old Memorial, versus Spohn South or Shoreline. I think x- Ray department at Spohn South is great, as well.

Especially er tech Cali! All nurses were excellent, Dr. Harrell was amazing. Top notch care. We even had to endure the yelling of a patient in the other room and they calmed him down with peace and love. Not sure why so many bad reviews but i wont go to another hospital as long as Im in south Texas but this one.

Scott Walters Was treated in the ER on December 29, 2024, after being nailed in the foot by a large stingray - excruciatingly painful! The intake was quick and professional, an EMT checked me out as I was getting in-processed, and they called me back to a room almost immediately. Marlene was my nurse; she was a real sweetheart -- professional but compassionate, too. X-ray tech was sharp; he brought the machine to me, which was great. Dewayne was also great, another great guy and former Navy (Im retired Army). I didnt catch the name of the guy who did all the consent paperwork, but he was also retired Navy and a fantastic guy! The provider who saw me was also very sharp. Hope to never step on a stingray again in Corpus, but if I do, Im going back to the same spot! I could add some photos of the puncture wounds, but it may gross folks out, so Ill hold off on that. Scott Walters

Gina Gonzalez My dad is currently at this hospital, there is too much to say on this review. If I could I would have him moved to another hospital, they rush things without your knowledge, will call you at the time of the procedure leaving you confused and unprepared. My dad had open heart surgery on 10/09 then on 10/23 he got a major stroke leaving him unresponsive not able to talk or eat while in the same hospital, in which he was about to get discharged. Now they are in a rush to do a G Tube to get him out of there. Talking about different nurses and doctors, not knowing the patient. I had to even let them know information about my father. It has been a frustrating and very very sad situation. I wouldnt even give them a one star. I can not wait until they mail me the review on paper because they are getting bad reviews on all the criteria, in which I know they could careless. Its a business, the patient doesnt matter nor our feelings. My dad is not ready to leave and they already talking about discharging him, very sad!

Karen Buckner I was admitted to the hospital on 1/8/25. I spent the first 2 days in the ER, then was admitted to a room until 1/13/25. The staff on the 5th floor was attentive, and I seriously believe that they saved my life. I had acute pneumonia with respiratory failure and probably been dead in another 12 hours. I felt very taken care of. I want to thank the doctors, nurses, therapists, and staff for being there for me.

Suryta Laqua Everyone who attended to my elderly Dad was Awesome!!!! Every team member took time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done to get him better. As a Daddys girl, I am very pleased with the ALL the care he received. Kindness goes a long way. Every staff member from the cleaning crew, dietary, nursing staff, Doctors, PT, OT, Cardiac care, Radiology are very professional, caring, kind, and attentive to his needs and the reassurance our family needed.

Rachael Martinez Most of the staff was friendly and as helpful as they probably could be. I have gone to the er here 4 times over a 2 month period, with different and worsening symptoms. At first I was throwing up constantly and couldn’t keep anything down. After 2 months (and I was seeing my pcp, but waiting for appointments and referrals, etc) I was extremely dizzy, having trouble walking on my own, and I was afraid to go back home because I literally felt like I was dying. It kept getting sent home. There were a few providers who were extremely rude, basically telling me that I was lying, or that my symptoms weren’t real. The last time I went in I was having NEW hearing and vision issues, which I had never had before, along with constant vomiting, I hasn’t been sore to keep food down properly for months, difficult walking due to extreme dizziness. I got sent home again. At this point I didn’t know how long I would survive, things had gotten very serious. Soon after that, I lost my ability to walk or stand at all, and called an ambulance. They took me to a different hospital where I was IMMEDIATELY admitted, and ended up staying for over a week while I was being tested and treated. Thank God I went to the other hospital finally, because Christus Spohn Shoreline was fully ready to just let me die at home.
