Dominick Zamora Waited 3.5 hours for a simple drug screen. Some staff was nicer and apologetic than others but they should prioritize getting patients timely care instead of profit. What they lack is enough staff. Plain and simple.

Sarah Jarzombek I went in for an annual physical for my job. Overall I was there for four hours, one nurse couldn’t find my vein for a blood draw after repeatedly injecting the needle then told me I have to go to a “lab” to have my blood drawn since she couldn’t find it. Another nurse rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could drink some water. Hardly any instructions were given for my audio or urine test. Half of my tests I needed for my job weren’t completed and the service was very rude. They also kept mixing up my paperwork.

marrium saad Really had bad experiences. My daughter had fever and stomach pain. I had to wait for my turn for 1 hour. Even I was on time. But there was no room available. I ask the front office lady she said she cant do anything. It was a poor choice I made I will never go there again.

Susan Winchester Dont EVER go to get your teeth worked on by the dental students. They butchered my husbands mouth. No antibiotics...nothing for pain! He had two teeth pulled and they cut him open and the stitches were not done correctly at all. The Dr. said to the students...it looks ok. And left. My husband a few days later had to go to the ER because he was getting pain going into his head and chest. He couldnt even swallow! Over $800.00 dollars for ER visit and we had to pay for THREE prescriptions! NEVER GO THERE! THEY DONT CARE!

Bryan Duncan I visited Dr. Buras on two occasions. The first time, he informed me of a medical issue and called me personally to inform me about what to consider. At the following check up, they ran labs, and I got no word from him or his office on the previous condition. I asked if I could get an explanation from Dr. Buras. They informed me that I could come in and talk to him directly that morning. I arrived and they were going to charge me for another appt. I was told "If you want to go behind the door, you have to pay the copay." This seems criminal to first of all be billing insurance companies for a second visit when I already paid and the labs were conducted and you did not explain them to me. Two months later, I needed my referral to a specialist sent to a different doctor within my network. I was then informed that I was removed from the practice for not coming to my appt. Beware of Dr. Buras and his office. he will certainly accept cash payments and then will find ways to continue to seek charges to insurance companies for a service that was already conducted. The other thing, is that I was never informed that I had been dropped from the practice. I left the office saying no, Im not going to pay two copays within a week of each other. I was compliant as a patient. I am in the medical field and never been treated this way or seen how people can act this way. I am considering filing a complaint with the licensing board.

Eric Eimon After hearing my co workers talk about this Dr I would never go there or recommend him either. Does NOT care about anything but the money going in his pocket. If you need a Dr that cares about you look elsewhere. I you go in with a bullet hole hell put a band-aid on it and call it a day. If you have a medical issue he wont find out what is causing the problem he will give you meds and send you away. Is very rude and inconsiderate towards patients and their families. To be clear I myself have not been to him but see and hear the frustration of my co workers after seeing him. The last time was bad enough that they dont ever wanna take their family members there again. You can take this review for whatever you like. I just feel people have a right to know about someone before they let them make decisions about their health care.

Carolyn LeJune When we moved from Houston we needed to find a new doctor. We found Dr. Buras and have been extremely satisfied with his service. He listens to what you have to say and takes his time to diagnose your situation. Dr. Buras stays updated with the latest medicine and technology. He is caring and compassionate with his patients. He has a very good staff that works for him and an excellent nurse that assist him. My mom is 93 years young and very picky about her doctors, but really likes the way he takes his time to understand what her needs are!

Ashley Gomez I was very sick and my mom brought me here because she recommended that it would be the best thing for instead of waiting at the ER and waiting for hours to be seen. Doctor speaks English just fine, incould barley talk or swallow, ears hurting with a bad headache and stiffness on neck, I got my diagnosis and got 2 injections (1 steroid 1 antibiotic) with prescribed antibiotics and same day within the hour I started to feel a whole lot better and it is now night time it feels like I didnt have any sickness. Highly recommend but the pay was about 180 and it took less then 10 mins to be seen. Better then what the actual ER would do for you for way more.

Itziar Paz Doctor was great but I had a really hard time trying to get my prescriptions. The pharmacy lady had told me there was no prescriptions for me and I called the clinic to make sure they had sent it. In return they were arguing with me. I called pharmacy again a couple hours later and they let me know that the clinic had misspelled my last name thats why I was having a hard time. Tried calling the clinic to let them know to double check and make sure patient info is correct before sending to pharmacy but got no response.

Brenna Goodson I was really excited about going here and Jennifer Light was so kind in person. But when we had a miscarriage I was reminded that I am just a number to the system. When I messaged them with concerns that something was wrong they did not help me make an appointment just told me to call in for a problem visit, no one answered. No one returned my call. When the baby had passed I called them to say I was looking at my deceased baby the lady at the front desk just told me to come in to make sure I really had a miscarriage. No sympathy or anything. I messaged saying I needed to cancel future appointments due to a miscarriage and all I got back was. “ your appointment has been cancelled”. I didn’t really feel cared for at all by this team during a really difficult time. Then to make things worst was sent a bill for $320 even though I had paid everything up front for my last visit and they told me that I paid everything and it was all taken care of… will be looking for a new doctor for future pregnancies.

Patty Lobdell Dr. Bonds was our doctor for the 7 years we lived in College Station. He always spent a lot of time with me and my husband and was an excellent diagnostician. He was very calm and reassuring to me when I had heart issues. We moved to Austin 12 years ago and we still miss him.
5 /5
Frances Taplin Dr. Bonds has been our physician for 15+ years. He is very thorough & genuinely concerned about his patients welfare. He has such a "how can I make this easier for you to handle" mentality. Dr. Bonds & his staff have given us excellent care over the years & have become like family. Were so thankful for his excellent care over the years.
5 /5
Jerry Went to Bonds for over 10 years. I have to agree with some of the other posts about him having your diagnosis made up in his mind before even talking to you, and he always knows best, just ask him. It is such a PITA to change doctors, I just lived with it. But....recently he held my prescription ransom for a balance on my account that I had no idea I even had, he offered no explanation, wouldnt return my call, and failed to call in my order for blood work, so I fired him. While I appreciate what he has done for me in the past, he is surely failing here recently so my advice is to avoid him like the plague until he gets his you know what together.

Steve Mark Dr. Bonds has been our primary care physician for 7 years, and we would not consider going anywhere else. Never have we had a doctor so completely up to date on medical research and best practices. Dr. Bonds takes the time to explain our test results, and always finds time when we have an emergency. We trust Dr. Bonds completely with our medical care. He is especially careful to watch tests and procedures with regards to cost, and his staff has always been helpful. I would give 6 stars if possible.
5 /5
Markus Nimocks I dont write many online reviews, but Dr. Bonds deserve these five stars. I started seeing him six or seven years ago after a couple very frustrating experiences here in town with some other practices that made me feel like a number rather than a person. He has a casual bedside manner but is very thorough and always describes everything he is doing. Its obvious he is very knowledgeable and I am very pleased he is my Doctor! My wife also goes to him and we have referred several others over the years. Plus he has some of the sweetest nurses youll ever meet. Highly recommended!

Boston Shontae (Texassweetheart) I’ve only had great experiences with BSW! From the doctors- cleaning crew everyone was equally impressive! I’ve been considered disabled since 2014! It was very complicated going from an employee to a patient. However, I’m so thankful for my team of doctors at BSW! I was brought from being paralyzed from the waist down-rehabilitation-relearned how to walk again. God knows the strength it took to get here. I have all BSW doctors. I am also still friends with the staff that cared for me.

Nona A family member was admitted to the ER, while we were 6 hours away. They were very informative and kept us updated the entire time. They took great care of my sister from the ER, ICU and med surg floor. The entire staff we encountered from food services, nurses and doctors were ALL very accommodating and kind to us. Their customer service was impeccable. Even her previous doctors and nurses came to visit her to make sure she was doing okay and making progress. The facility had great amenities and everything was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better hospital for my sister to be cared for. HIGHLY recommend this place for your loved ones. Thank you Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - College Station!

Cathy Lester The Doctors were wonderful and felt with my post-op pain. The nurse gave me a Tylenol after my gall bladder removal. I had a complication and had to return to surgery for the second repair. In fact, last week I had a third surgery to remove the stent that was placed to drain any bile I had draining post op Dr Lily Nguyen deserves to be thanked for her kindness and bedside manner. If I ever n need a general surgeon, I would request that she perform it.

Phillis Ideker Very happy with Scott & White and their Doctors through all my healthcare challenges. The doctors starting with my family doctor Christopher Gray, my knee surgeon Dr. Michael Connelly referred me to another surgeon in his practice, Dr. Clarence Kee because he specialized in the kind of knee replacement I needed. How often does that happen? And lastly I had to have cervical surgery performed by Dr. Jason Hoover. He truly was a Godsend. He explained in detail what my surgery would be and also the risk. Thankfully the surgery went off perfectly. The anesthesiologist were also very good.I was kept in the hospital 2 days because I was unable to keep anything on my stomach. I was on morphine for the pain and as I sat on the side of the bed, the most incredible nurses held me in their arms wiping my face as I profusely vomited everywhere. I wet the bed as I was vomiting, it was so humiliating but they stayed until the vomiting stopped then cleaned me up, changed my bed and got me back into bed. I will never forget their kindness and professionalism. I was in Room 40 on the 4th Floor. The nurses names were Jessica, Patty, Diane and Sandra. They were my heroes. They went above and beyond. I did not like my discharge nurse on Sunday morning when I checked out because she acted like she was on a timer and wanted me out ASAP even after the Dr. told us to take our time leaving and eat breakfast first. But I dont guess it all could be perfect. Thank you all for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Rajpreet K. Singh, DO

Address: 1725 Birmingham Rd Suite 200, College Station, TX 77845

(12) Reviews Dr. Rajpreet K. Singh, DO:

Mary Payne Ive met with Dr. Singh twice now. At my first appointment she just walked in to the room, felt the joints in my hands and asked if they hurt. I told her no, thats not where Ive had any pain, it was shoulder and knees. She then told me to go get blood work done at their lab and that was the end of the appointment. I had already had blood work done, that was why I was referred to this rheumatologist. The next appointment they sent me back to the room to wait for the doctor. I sat in the room for 55 minutes until the doctor finally arrived. She then proceeded to tell me that the blood work didnt really didnt show anything, and then did an ultrasound on my hand. Including waiting time in the lobby I spent almost 1 hour and 20 minutes just waiting past my scheduled appointment time. The best part is, all of the useless tests she just kept running werent covered by my BCBS insurance and Ive now paid over $400 dollars for her to not help me and never even sit down to speak with me about what to expect when youve been diagnosed with the early stages of rheumatoid arthritis at the age of 25. The only thing she offered after telling me I didnt seem symptomatic was a prescription. She just kept pushing pills on me and saying there wasnt anything else she could do for me. $400 dollars for her to tell me I was faking it and throw a prescription at me.

Linda Harding Dr. Rajpreet K. Singh is a wonderful doctor! She was able to diagnose my rare disease and helped save my life! I had been feeling ill for a long time and and slowly getting worse. I had seen several other doctors over the years and the only thing I was told is it was an autoamune disease. But not until I met Dr. Singh; She diagnose me! I was very ill the day I met with her my blood pressure was very high. She called the St. Joseph Hospital ER from her office and had them waiting for me as soon as I walked in the doors. I was admitted into the hospital and put on medicine. She saved my life!

Samiel Smith I would never go back to this doctor. I saw her, did blood work, had all my files sent to her from Houston and had my oncologist call from his office while I was sitting there to OK a treatment plan for my RA. After 7 months of this she offered me less than 1/6th of the medication I need. After all this, when I objected, she suggested this be my exit visit and now I have to begin all over again with a new doctor. I have been living in a lot of pain all this time just to begin again with another doctor. I am considering filing a claim with the medical board.

Paige Rivera Dr. Singh is okay. She started out as a very informative doctor and I was excited to find someone I liked, however it didnt really last beyond my first appointment. From the get-go my wait times were always over an hour, regardless of whether I got there early or not. Her staff was very kind, especially the nurses who checked initial vitals. They remembered me, despite having been one of what I can only assume is hundreds of patients. She seems to order a plethora of blood tests the first visit and I cant fault her for that (knowledge is power), I was a little confused when she said the results were inconclusive and then moved on as though nothing were abnormal. Id had several irregular results but they didnt fit within what she was looking for so she discarded them. At that point it was just medication 24/7. She prescribed me a medication that I couldnt sleep on and then switched me to one where all I did was sleep. Then she tried to get me a name brand for $350 a month and then it was back to the first one at a lower dose. I used the medication for 3 months and was supposed to come in for an evaluation but my appointment got pushed back, though I was out of my meds. In the 2 weeks I waited, I had the worst, most incredible withdrawal symptoms. I wasnt aware that it would happen and when I called in a panic they made me feel like I was overreacting. I went in for my evaluation and told Dr. Singh I wanted off the meds and she said no. I told her I wasnt asking permission and she said, "Fine" and switched me to a medication for RA, a disease I dont have. I never filled the new prescription, and went to my GP to get weaned off of the medication. It took 6 months and a lot of pain but Im off now. After hearing others talk about her pushing pills on them, I feel more justified. Im not saying she isnt right for you, she just wasnt right for me.

tj STEW I saw dr Singh today. Needless to say Im so disappointed. I feel profiled, I feel lied to, I feel angry and most of all I am still in pain. I made the appt to confirm that I had lupus because i was tested positive for during a hospital stay in 2007. Thats all I wanted was the confirmation. I am currently having a flare up. I have a rash on my forehead that will not go away and has been there for over two months, I have pain Im most joints and I cant work. I go into to see her today and my appt is at 1130. About an hour later i get called back only to wait another 20minutes or so....then she walks in and not only makes snarky remarks about the rash on my face telling me to see a dermatologist which mind you I told her I was without insurance and I cannot afford to just throw money around, but then begins to make me feel profiled and mocked when I bring up lupus. She says we will run a lab on you....when I finally get the info for the labs its not only lupus test its about 10other tests I didnt need and a bill of $500 dollars. No way. Not only did she not listen to me or my concerns health wise or financially she made me feel unimportant, and belittled as most drs have lately. Awesome experience. I cancelled follow up appts and I said I wanted money back for the five minutes I wasted under her "care" and the almost hour and a half I cannot get back of my life waiting. Needlesa to say I was denied my $200 cash new patient fee back. Annnnnd I drove over 2 hrs to be there. Unbelievable.

Von M I will not be returning here. I should have consulted a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner. She arrived 30 minutes late, which is normally understandable, but given that my daughter is non-verbal, level 3 autistic, and struggles to stay calm in unfamiliar environments, this was particularly challenging. This should have been a sign to switch to seeing a doctor for future appointments, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. In a previous visit, when discussing my sons issues, she mentioned that a chest x-ray should have been done at the emergency room the day before. Despite this, she chose not to perform an x-ray for my son, who had a high fever, opting instead to wait several more days. Ultimately, we did get the x-ray, but only after multiple visits and considerable frustration. Additionally, she provided the wrong dosage for my sons medication. It seems she has too many patients to manage effectively, which isnt entirely her fault. However, I can no longer continue with this place.

Joannananananana This place as absolutely horrible. When I was sick with a fever for A WEEK, I turned to the UPA which did NOTHING. They said it would heal overtime and gave me antibiotics because they thought it was strep throat. It was not strep throat by the way, it was a virus. When they discovered it was a virus, they had me get tested. I waited for around a week or more and I hadnt been notified on my virus. It turns out, my sample was LOST. By the time I found this out, I had already healed from a Chinese herbal medicine my aunt diagnosed me with. This place is extremely irresponsible. Also, the lollipops are very sticky.

Yuan Dai I think this is a right time to give an update on my last review. After I posted my review on Google review, UPA did get back to me for the testing results. I first want to say that I appreciate the office calling me back. Unfortunately the update is really something that should never have happened: they could not find my kids specimen so they called me asking where did my kid get her blood drawn. My rational is that : 1. UPA should have found that they lost the specimen much earlier if they are taking active care of my kid. 2. Where are all those days between the blood was drawn and I post my review on Google review? ----the only reason they did not know the specimen was lost is because they dont care about their patients----they dont care about a child patient, who has been seeing UPA for more than 10 years since she was born, had been on fever for more than a week in 2024. Actually at the same time when I sought care at UPA, I took my kid to St Joseph urgent care since I could not get an appointment with UPA. On the 4th day when I told St Joseph urgent care that my kid was still in fever, urgent care called me back three times that morning, asking me to take my kid back for evaluation. I thought I was in good hands since I was taking my kid to a pediatricians office. What a joke! Doctors cannot cure everything and we as parents deeply understand it. But attitude matters. This is all I can say. We as human beings, regardless it is a practice or it is a personal relationship, we care first, then we cure. I hope my reviews can help UPA improves their practice principles so to help other worrying parents ----UPA, please focus on your active patients, but not how many more patients you can enroll.
1 /5
Yuan Dai The UPA is getting worse and worse. If you can find some smaller operations, take your kiddo to those small operations. My kid had a fever for more than a week, but they never returned the viral test results to us. During this time, we sought some herbal medicine. Those herbal medicine is magic. They worked better than Tylenol because the herbal medicine ont only reduced the fever, but also had antiviral effects. But, at least UPA owns me the testing results. They are so irresponsible. Plus, during the active treatment, I sent messages to the doctor in "my chart". He never got back to us. But when we were in office, he told us that we could send message in my chart. I am sorry, if you dont check the messages, that is totally fine. Please be straight with us.

Melissa Mize I am writing about a bad doctor who wrote a wrong Rx on eyeglasses and refused a follow-up to allow me to prove it to get good lenses. Dont ever use Dr. Posvar. I am a Veteran and must go where the VA sends me. Even when he is wrong, I must use this bad doctor. But what to do if doctor refuses to see me and VA said they already paid him, so I have to go back to him? Yet doctor refuses to see me, and after I made appointment his nurse calls me to cancel. Temple VA said they never ran across a doctor refusing to see a patient. They said to call VA Community Care. But thanks to Dr. Posvar, I am out a great deal of money and bought new eyeglasses I cant see out of. VA Community Care said to have my VA primary write a new referral rerouting me to see a new eye doctor for a new vision test. Or simply stated, put in for a new request for service for my vision test by someone other than Baylor Scott and White Dr. Posvar in College Station. I request Dr. Posvar eye doctor from Baylor Scott and White be removed from referral for the VA in the future. I purchased eyeglasses and lenses from Sams Club. They made eyeglasses correctly to Dr. Posvar Rx. So I might have to pay all over again. Its not Sams Club fault if Dr. Posvar wrote the Rx wrong, so Sams Club is not liable for remaking the lenses again at no charge for a doctor mistake. Especially given the Dr. Posvar refused to check my vision after given the eyeglasses. So, Dr. Posvar screwed me royally, wasting my time and money. Now I must pay to see a second eye doctor for a vision test, and pay all over again $600 for lenses, because Posvar refused to check his work with a follow up exam. Posvar said it was 6 months after he wrote Rx, so hes not liable. It was 5 months due to back surgery. But a follow-up appointment is part of what Posvar got paid for when he accepted my exam and the money. He said my vision was much better which is why he wrote the Rx for twice the weakness of my current eyeglasses (which is why I cant see anything out of them). But now he says my vision is much worse given he did the exam 5 months ago and wrote the Rx then; but refuses to see me to check his work, making this diagnosis without seeing through the phone. Amazing he can make diagnosis over the phone but not in person, w/o rechecking my lenses and vision test. Because of Dr. Posvar refusing to see me, I must pay for a new eye exam and pay for new lenses all over again OUT OF POCKET. Please see to it that Baylor Scott and White Dr. Posvar is taken off the referral list for the VA. Dont ever use this horrible doctor and his nurse.Temple VA said they never ran across a doctor refusing to see a patient. VA Community Care said to have my VA primary write a new referral rerouting me to see a new eye doctor for a new vision test. By someone other than BSW Dr. Posvar in College Station. I purchased eyeglasses and lenses from Sams Club. If they made the eyeglasses correctly to Dr. Posvar Rx, then its not Sams Club fault. So is Sams Club liable for remaking lenses again at no charge for a doctor mistake? Especially given Dr. Posvar refused to check my vision after the lenses were made. So, Dr. Posvar screwed me royally, wasting my time and money. Now I must pay a second eye doctor for a vision test, and pay all over again for new lenses. Because Dr. Posvar refused to check his work with a follow up exam Dr. Posvar said it was 6 months after he wrote Rx, so hes not liable. But a follow-up appointment is part of what he got paid for when he accepted my exam and the money. He said my vision was much better which is why he wrote the Rx for twice the weakness of my current eyeglasses (which is why I cant see anything out of them). But now he says my vision is much worse; but refuses to see me to check his work, making this diagnosis over the phone. Amazing to diagnosis over the phone but not in person. Because of Dr. Posvar refusing to see me, I must pay for a new eye exam and pay for new lenses all over again OUT OF POCKET. Remove him from Veterans referral list and fix me.

Gracelyn I went on and cancelled my September 24th OBGYN appointment, because I am transferring my care at that time, which I’ve discussed with Dr. Darcey and the scheduling team multiple times, and I woke up this morning to all of my appointments being cancelled with no communication to me whatsoever, not only has this been an issue but there has been a severe lack of communication from the OBGYN department since my intake. I do not hear anything back when I receive abnormal test results, when scheduling my 3 hr glucose test the front desk/check out schedule me for a 1 hr again, and if I wouldn’t have noticed and said something they would’ve just incorrectly scheduled me and wasted my time, this is an ongoing issue and there is a severe lack of training and communication in their office, I have never witnessed such dysfunction in a medical office in my life and I have worked as a receptionist and medical office clerk my entire career, I am extremely tired of the lack of communication on Baylor Scott and Whites end, I do not feel I am being cared for properly in the slightest. I called multiple times and was told someone would call me back because no one was answering the phones, and never received any calls back,I have never received such poor and careless healthcare in my life.

K I scheduled an appointment to be seen for pregnancy and after waiting weeks for the scheduled phone appointment was told I could not set up a physical appointment until Medicaid was under their insurance which was already in the process since I had used this facility in prior pregnancies I had already selected the plan after the phone appointment they refused to set up an in person appointment even when I tried scheduling after the date it would be effective, they wouldn’t even set up an appointment to pay out of pocket and stated that I would have to call back on the effective date which was still several weeks out and they could set it up then. Waited weeks to call back and proceed to schedule physical appointment they tried setting me up to do a phone appointment again I explained I already went through the steps given and what do you know they are full and can’t accept any more patients. I was then told I could try scheduling with a doctor accepting new patients instead of the doctor I had seen my last pregnancies I scheduled an appointment and a week later they cancelled it. Wasted 2 months total between waiting for phone intake appointment then to schedule a physical appointment per their direct instructions to be told there was nothing they could do. Don’t waste your time especially if your in a similar situation find care elsewhere and save yourself some stress.

LEO I wish I could leave 0 stars as a review for this place. I recently relocated to College Station from out of state and called to inquire about making an OBGYN appointment, as I am into my second trimester of pregnancy and needed to transfer my care. They did a complete intake of me, my history, etc. and then 3 days before my next appointment they called and left a VM that they are full and "have their numbers" for the month of August (my due date) and that I would need to find a provider elsewhere to take care of me during my pregnancy. This, to me, is unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgusting. I am now on the hunt for another OB, after Baylor Scott & White has completely wasted my time. Really, really dont recommend reaching out to this place for care.

Kate Middleton SO I GOT A FUNNY UPDATE FOR YALL FOR MY LAST POST: Hi, Im a patient for Baylor Scott & White Clinic - College Station Rock Prairie, I was seeing a really great neurologist from Temple, TX but it was hard for me to go back-and-forth from Temple, TX because I have Seizures . So my PCP helped me to get a neurologist in College Station, TX. It takes 3 month to get in with one down here but I just went and seen Monika Mishra, "MD" on Feb 22, 2024 and she was so very rude and disrespectful. She will not listen to me when I try to explain to her why I was seeing her today. She kept talking over me left and right. Then she kept on saying you need to go see your old neurologist and I tried to explain to her it was hard for me to get to temple, tx but she was ignoring me the whole time so I just gave up and walked out of the office. Now I have been trying to get a hold of someone to report her but I keep getting the runaround. DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR (Monika Mishra, "MD") UPDATE: So I got a hold of the supervisor and the patient reporter line on Feb 23, 2024 and they said she denied to keep my seizure med going. so Im trying to figure out what Im going to do because since my last neurologist put me on seizure med. My seizure have slow down and I try to explain to them on the phone. They said I have to get with my PCP to get a new refer or a new neurologist. I was like really doctor can be rude and disrespectful to there patient and stop the med that been helping them. Now the patient have to started all back around again. SO STUPID. if there are another patient she is doing this to. Im so sorry found a different doctor. and report her and DO NOT USE THAT WEBSITE THEY SEND YOU WHEN YOU POST A REVIEW. THEY DON"T HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. Oh I found out the doctor is head of neurologist and now I see why she can getaway with the stuff she does. LOL DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR (Monika Mishra, "MD") Does anyone know someone who I can contact with the head of the hospital of Baylor Scott & White Clinic Rock Prairie - College Station, TX

K. T. Been coming here for 3yrs now since we made the big move from Hawaii. Dr. Dacumos is a very friendly and informational doctor. Shes our family doctor and we all love coming to her. She always treats us like shes known us forever and provides and recommends us with the best route to take. The lobby staff are fast and friendly. I’ve heard some horror stories about the billing side of it, but fortunately, no issues yet. The area is clean and not dirty looking like some other clinics. Small parking lot, but it doesnt get too busy so the parking is more than enough. Located next to Stellas donuts and Pizza Hut on Villa Maria.

Grace Tsai Dr. Dacumos was nice and helpful, but the billing office up front is lacking. I had checked before going that my annual exam would not cost anything through my insurance, but when I arrived the front desk insisted that I have a copay BEFORE (important detail) my visit. I ended up paying to avoid issues, but then later my insurance claim had no record of the copay. I called my insurance and they said I never should have been charged and to take it up with the doctors office. After calling the PCP office, they said that was because I discussed something during my visit about fatigue. I thought back to the visit and the doctor had randomly asked me if I ever felt tired--I answered yes, I do, because I dont get enough sleep. The doctor literally just told me to get more sleep (duh?). The office staff then said that because of that discussion on fatigue, I was charged the copay. Charging me for discussing fatigue makes no sense because I was charged BEFORE I spoke to the doctor, and I wasnt actually treated for fatigue and, furthermore, it was not the reason I visited--the doctor had initiated that discussion. After going back and forth, the office said they would provide me a copay credit for my next visit, but not actually refund the cost. I would avoid the trouble of going to this clinic, not because of the poor quality of the doctor(s), but because of the misleading billing practices. I would hate to see what they would charge if I actually had a health scare.

S Thomas Weve never had anything but excellent service from both doctors and nurses there. Have been seen on short notice multiple times with no problem whatsoever. My son has a rare autoimmune disease and theyre extremely tuned in to whats best for him, even ready to send him to Texas Childrens in Houston if thats what he needed. Fortunately, hes better and we dont have to go as often but theyve been just as responsive with the flu (which hes had twice this season). Would highly recommend!

Eva McDowell Worst nurse practitioner Mrs.Perez was. I will be changing my doctor asap! She told me the whole time, she was there what she wasn’t going to do. Didn’t care about my physical well being, but made sure she wasn’t prescribing anything for me and made sure not to ask . I thought doctors are supposed to help you not what they not gonna do.

Amber CH I have tried, multiple times, to get in to see my PCP instead of clogging up UC or the ER. However, there is always some mix up or mistake that results in my appointments being cancelled or pushed back. Recently made a virtual appointment due to having flu like symptoms, get a call that I have to come in in person. I say ok, they cancel that appointment (15 minutes before said appointment mind you) because she’s overbooked.

Veronica Alvarado As a walk in, it takes a good amount of time in the waiting room before you can go back, but if an appointment is made, things go a bit quicker. The service is wonderful. All employees are kind and good listeners;never annoyed or too rushed/busy to really talk to you. The doctors are thorough and care about your well-being beyond simply prescribing you medication to get you out of their exam room. The downfall would be the wait time. Be sure to have ~1-2 hours set aside. Billing and pricing is always straightforward and has never been a problem.

MessTAMU16 I came in for an ingrown toe nail that had gotten pretty bad. When the doctor saw me I asked if she could cut it out and she said "I always heard you arent supposed to cut them out." She put a little silver nitrate on my toe and told me it would grow out on its own. I was uneasy with her decision to not doing anything about my toe, but figured maybe "I always hear" actually meant I heard at med school. When checking out they tacked on a new patient fee that doubled my cost that I was paying. Two months later after following their instructions it had only gotten worse. I went to another doctor in town who cut my toe nail and used acid to prevent regrowth. I asked him about what the doctor at this location said and he told me while very minor ingrowns can come out, once they get more significant the standard practice is to cut them out. My toe is now healing great and my pain is gone. So in summary, I paid this place twice the going rate for them to treat (or not treat) my toe based on "I always heard" just to later have to go to a decent doctor to get the issue fixed.

This place is ridiculous so if you are in need of quick service or if you feel terrible I would never advise someone to come here.

Gena Markantonis I had a sore throat and the doctor didnt even know what tests to run. I had to ASK for a Strep test, a mono test, and penicillin. I paid my co-pay and left, so disappointed in their ineptitude and still very sick. Then they sent me a letter demanding more money. Even after showing them the receipts that I, and my insurance, had paid, they insisted I owed them. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Tim Smith Been here about 2 times. Anytime I went in though I noticed the doctor would need to read through a pamphlet or print-out to answer any question I had. Never been to a doctor who relied so heavily on pamphlets to answer every question. Starting to question if she even went to medical school.

Craig Velez Whatever happened to Catholic charity, love, and patience? I thought this was a Catholic sponsored health system. The receptionist who greeted us was clearly unhappy that my wife tried to get x-rays for workman comp. Her rudeness was so unsettling. My wife had an appointment, but refused to stay because if that’s what the front is like, we can only imagine the back of the house attitude. When we told the receptionist we were leaving without being seen, she was happy to see us leave and didn’t even ask why we were leaving. I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Shingles on the face around the eye, which could have lead to blindness in my right eye! I had no idea it could be so devastating!! But she did.

Mecka B If you’re paying out of pocket or through your insurance company from your employer this place is the worse center I’ve ever been to. Im working on a formal complaint against this place. I’ve been waiting for medical paperwork for my employer over 3 months, never received it. I tried talking to office manager Julie, she lies about her whereabouts to avoid talking to you. When you make it to your appointment. There will be about 6 girls behind the 4 windows. They do absolutely nothing, no hello can I help you, nothing. If you want to be seen for multiple reasons like for example; you have a headache and your leg hurts. You will need to set up multiple appointments, they will only treat one thing at a time. This is so they can get paid for each issue. If you have bloodwork done that is an additional charge over $120. The ladies that answers the calls are so rude with the worse attitudes. I pay for very good insurance will never go to this place ever again. One good thing is the resident doctor Dr Grant was the sweetest guy but I can not and will not be treated poorly. It is not right.

Marie Goad I’m giving 5 stars because I usually see Abigail Carranza. She was booked I definitely noticed a difference in the patient/ dr relationship. She is exceptional every time I come in for a visit. Making me and my family feel like we are top priority. My visit this week was far from the standards she has set. I will definitely wait for Dr. Carranza my next appointment.

Ryan Williams This place would rather watch you die than offer any type of assistance. The doctors are nice. Front desk staff lacks empathy, professionalism, and courtesy. The phone system is also horrid.

Nicole dietzel Honestly, some of the doctors are fantastic, but you will work with residents. Its the office and call center that are a royal mess. Paperwork will take days longer than they tell you. Prescriptions may or may not get called in or updated on time, especially if your insurance changes. Your appointment may be changed or canceled without warning. If more than 1 member of your family sees doctors there, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, so you cant assume theyre returning your call. And when your resident "graduates" or whatever, youre thrown up in the air, no guidance or anything. Even the after hours line will do you no good in the transition. Its been 36 hours and nothing.

Pattie Pederson I recommend the A&M Physicians Group to everyone. I can not stress enough how wonderful their entire organization is. My PCP is Dr. Blalock, and I adore her; but oftentimes, I need to be seen quicker that her schedule allows. I always feel confident that whomever I see is quite capable of helping me get fixed up. Best group of medical professionals!

Lindsey Wallace I take my elderly mom to A&M family medicine. We’ve mostly good experiences. But this last one makes me a little hot (ie- pissed off .) I’m a daughter to an elderly mother. That is why I am at your clinic- for my mom. I am also a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Something my mom is extremely proud of and tends to over share about, especially when we go to a doctors visit. So, when I’m there with my mom and she is bragging on her daughter it is really disheartening to have a resident who just finished puberty quiz and challenge my knowledge of anatomy when I am talking about my moms symptoms. I don’t blame just the resident, I blame the attitude of medical schools that disrespect and malign the role of nurse practitioners. I know I am not a doctor. But my years on the planet should be enough to earn me the respect of being listened to vs being challenged. That is all.

All they care about is poking, prying, roughing you up as much as they can and having 10 people watch... never bother asking you if you are comfortable or not...one visit I had they took me to a room what looked like a closet or storage room for my appt.... so if that tells you anything, I would never go there..

Cynthia Ive been trying to get in touch with Dr. Higgins for a few days with no luck. I have tried on several occasions. It has been difficult to get something as simple as a prescription for a handicap tag or my parents from this doctor. You dont have to be a doctor to see the need or this assistance. Doctors are supposed to help you. Higgins does not seem to have the best indication of being helpful with his patients.

Stephanie Lopez I went to see Dr. Higgins because his nurse called and said that he would be able to fill my prescription. Long story short I had told him other problems I was having regarding my wrist. He barley looked at it and suggested that it was tendinitis. My previous doctor would have told me would I could do to solve this problem and print out a paper about it to see and an explanation on what tendinitis actually is. At the end of my visit I told doctor Higgins I was also here to see him to refill my prescription. He blankly looked at me and said I don’t prescribe that. I asked “well Dr.Higgins what do you prescribe “? He told me a medicine but nothing about it. Then asked me all kinds of questions about that medicine that I do take. Like if I abuse the medication that I have been taken for 3 years. In the end he told me “You need to go back to Bryan to clinic off of Villia Maria” then I correct him and said you mean Boonville. He did not want to be correct. He said the clinic on boonville. You need to go back to Bryan and see Dr. ….. The is one of the most rudest doctors I have ever seen at bsw. Felicia Mckinney This was my second time having a horrible experience with the ER. The first time, I had a miscarriage in the waiting room and sat there bleeding for hours. Then the doctor was extremely heartless and let me leave with instructions. I unfortunately had to pass my baby at home, in the worst pain of my life. Second time I literally came in by ambulance after having a wreck. Once again heartless doctors and nurses forced me to limp out out barefoot. Didn’t even offer a wheelchair until after I complained. Seems like they rather see you die. Then they forcefully ask for a payment before even seeing you or checking insurance.

Andrew Stephens Horrible experience. Four hours and didn’t see a doctor. Lots of patients waiting while staff cut up and joked around. Excellent business opportunity to cut incompetent staff, increase efficiency and effectiveness. Ended up being faster to drive to Houston and be seen by more competent medical professionals. Not sure why I thought it would be a good experience, was a medical facility with Baylor in the name.

Shaubrey Shelton My mother was seen in the ER dept on 3.5.25 for unstable blood pressure, chest pain, and dizziness. Throughout the evening, she’d been monitoring her blood pressure which resulted in the ER visit. I called to speak to her & she mentioned her most recent blood pressure. As a healthcare professional, I was concerned with the numbers and asked her to page her nurse. A male nurse walked in and I began expressing my concerns to him. In the middle of my explanation, he said “we’ve been monitoring her blood pressure all evening. She’s fine.” And he walked out. DISGUSTING! LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, DIGNITY, RESPECT, COLLABORATION, & COMPASSION! No wonder why these reviews are low! Disappointing to see the direction of where healthcare is headed! You’re treating people, lives, not objects!

mollyashland downey I brought my new born in for a rash and breathing retractions and they didn’t even spend 10 minutes examining him and sent us home saying it was just an allergy. I then got into a doc two days later and the very first thing he said was that it was not an allergy. My baby had an infection. I then looked over the discharge papers the next day and saw they lied on everything. They had his weight at 8lbs when that wasn’t what the scale said and two days later at the doc his weight was 10lbs 12oz. The paper says his 02 was 100% but when I was standing right next to the monitor it was 96%. All I can say is don’t take your baby here take the time to either ago across the street to st.josephs or somewhere else because they do not care or take the time to truly examine you or your babies.

Taylor Dubois Awful! DO NOT EXPECT HELP HERE! He took my grandmother off multiple medications and when she experienced psychosis and was taken to the ER twice over a weekend, he refused to alter her medication to stabilize her. He had been warned by multiple family members that she was showing signs of spiraling into a manic episode in the weeks before and he refused to schedule an appointment before her already scheduled appointment three months away. When family reached out to ask him to assess her while in the ER he said "there are people there that do that" which was not true. He clearly doesnt care for his patients or their families and has forgotten his oath to do no harm.

Khan uim As for someone that has never seen a psychiatrist before and was seeking professional help I can tell you this IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO. I guess in that sense he helped me realize that my underlying fears of psychiatry is nothing but valid. Whatever someone might be going through will probably be better off fixing themselves rather than entering Longmire Psychiatrys doors. I would definitely recommend saving your money and finding someone better. These people dont care about anything besides getting you scheduled for another appointment. Probably why they make you do the co-pay first before seeing anyone because half their clients probably get the same treatment from this 1 star Psychiatrist and feels if they got scammed and dont want to pay for his terrible 1 star service. By the time I finished with my first session which didnt feel like an hour Dr. Dranetz was trying to sign me up for all these different groups in which I didnt fit nor needed because in fact this guy has no clue what hes actually talking about. Remembering right he didnt say anything besides a single mid conversation question and then later on he chimed in trying to sign me up to these support groups for people dealing issues that are way over my own needs. When he felt that the session was over it was like he became incoherent. Ive never dealt with such an unprofessional individual in my life. After that he walked out of the office and grabbed the next person. The service was so bad that the dude couldnt even say have a good day, he was more worried about cashing out on the next client.
