Maddy Drye Dr. Calzada is the most caring mental healthcare professional I’ve ever met, certainly the most caring psychiatrist. You’re in good hands.
5 /5
Jen Rochelle Dr. Calzada is great! I’ve been a patient of his for over five years. He is reliable, thorough and prompt. He is very easy to work with and his availability is better than any other doc I have been a patient of. I’m glad to have found him and I look forward to continuing to be a patient of his.

M Schmitz I cant say enough about Dr Calzada. Hes the best doctor (not just psychiatrist) Ive ever encountered--compassionate, responsive, and most importantly, highly competent and knowledgeable. When I first went to see him about five years ago, I was in a very bad place and was extremely hesitant to see a psychiatrist. However, I never felt more understood and cared for as a patient, and since then, my quality of life has improved immeasurably. I truly feel like he saved my life, and I regret not seeking his help earlier. Im so grateful to him for being there in my time of need and providing me with the tools to successfully cope and overcome my issues, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking genuine healing and lasting positive change. His dedication to his patients is evident, and the care he provides is, without a doubt, unparalleled.
5 /5
Megan Dorn My Psych, Dr. Calzada, has gone above and beyond for my mental health. He will make you feel like you are in the hands of a very present, compassionate, and understanding (still professional) friend. He is thorough in getting to know you and it is so obvious through words and action how much he cares. He truly wants to assist his clients in living their best and happiest life. If I could give a 10/10 I would! Highly recommend!

Transforming Environments This practice has made a huge impact on my life. I suffered from extreme sensory overload panic attacks/episodes, resulting in avoiding public places all together. Finding this clinic and being a patient of Dr. Calzada’s has given me back a life that I thought I was not capable of enjoying anymore. An honest and caring doctor, very kind staff and unbeatable response times from the doctor himself. Healthcare on this level just doesn’t exist anymore. I highly suggest giving him a try to see if it’s a good fit for you!

Wilcox Warren (REALTOR) The Wyoming springs is a multi-office medical facility with very clean and comfortable interior along with a pretty exterior. It is home to doctors and support services around the medical field . The building is very well maintained, well lit and easy to find. It is conveniently located next to the Round Rock hospital and other medical facilities. There is plenty of parking and very good access through side and front doors, it is all one story along with that. This is a very convenient place to house a lot of different doctors offices and specialists. Im very glad that this exists in our community as a resource for medical services also. Good job on being a convenient facility for a lot of medical providers!

Barry Townes I wish I had gotten her name, but the young lady that checked me in was very nice, welcoming, professional, and patient. I told her thus when I left and it gave her a huge smile. The image techs were exceptionally nice and accommodating. They fully explained everything they were doing and were going to do. I was made comfortable physically (warm blanket) and mentally. I was totally at ease. They were very friendly, yet professional. The male tech led me out to the lobby and made sure I found the coffee!!!
5 /5
June Ingraham My husbands check-In was very fast and he was actually called back for the procedure a bit sooner than the appointment time... no waiting in the large conference area as he has had to do in the past. The technician was friendly and professional and completed the procedure as fast as possible. My husband commented that this was the easiest and quickest procedure of this type that he has ever had. Very pleased with the St. Davids Round Rock Medical Center, thanks to the lady who checked my husband in and to the technician who performed the procedure.

Linda Lim Yang My husband took me to the ER at St. Davids Round Rock on Saturday night after several hours of the worst vertigo symptoms I had ever experienced. Everyone there was so nice and empathetic - everything from checking in, to putting in an IV (I am usually terrified of needles and barely noticed this time), to talking to the doctor and nurses, CT scan, and check out. I felt incredibly well cared for by Dr. Jerome Vu, Jamaica, and Blake - as well as all the staff there that night that helped me. I know they were busy yet they still checked in on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and was aware of what was happening through each step of the process. Thank you all so much.
5 /5
Armando Cumpian I found the completion of the online check-in process simple and allowed my check-in to be smooth and timely. The staff from the front desk to the techs were friendly, professional, and efficient which reduced my anxiety. The only negative I can share about my experience is the lack of available parking. It was not only frustrating but increased my anxiety of the procedure I had scheduled. It would be best to be dropped off rather than seek parking.
4 /5
선화 Staff was very friendly and fast. We got seen by a doctor very quickly, and the exams happened fast too. Ive never had an ER visit this quick before! The doctor did a great job handling many patients all at once; I was given attention and care, and he did a great job answering my questions and explaining what I needed to do moving forward.

Marlen Burrows I made an appointment online for 7:20 on Friday using the user-friendly steps on the appointment booking page. I get there early was able to checking right away. I only had to wait a few minute to be seeing by one of the nurse. She was very kind and respectful. I told her all about my deep coughing that I wanted to look at. After she left, I had to wait a few more minute until the actual doctor come to check on me. She was very kind and had very good bedside manners. She also suggested doing x-rays which I agree too. After have the x-rays done and was wait for the doctor to go over it with me, I had a bad coughing fit cause a nurse to ask if I wanted some water which I said yes. Overall great service, clean environment and excellent quality of care.

Izumigawa Maevis “Mae” Very nice staff and it’s not their fault. But I made an appointment to see the dr at 3pm. But waited almost 1 hr. Would it have been faster to walk in? Patients were going in and out before me. But I was feeling sick and needed help. I don’t like staying in the public when I am sick. Thank you and have a happy new years

Brandon Kaplan Wonderful experience! You can tell staff and Dr.s the people really care. Dr Garcia was wonderful. If I ever have any “urgent” issues again I will definitely come back to that location. Thanks guys! I would recommend to all.
5 /5
Benjamin Wise The lady at the front desk told me that the physician "didnt feel comfortable" doing sutures on my four year old daughters chin. Its absolutely ridiculous. Also, this facility is gross and dirty. We quickly went to another urgent care for children, and they fixed up my little girl with three sutures in under an hour, and their facility was clean and very inviting for children.

Stacey randig Five Star service per normal!! Dr. Millar (our normal pediatrician) was unavailable for a same day sick visit appointment, so we were booked with his new Nurse Practitioner, Iesha and she was nothing short of Wonderful! There is a reason I’ve trusted Dr. Millar with all 3 of my boys health needs for close to 15 yrs!

Achute Bhandari Even after an appointment very long wait for the doctor or nurse practitioner after taking the vitals from the nurse. No call back given for if you request referrals.

Shiloh Appel We have been patients since my first daughter in 2020. We have always had a great experience here but my youngest got sick about a month ago and Dr. Millar and his nurse Pam have been amazing!! I really appreciate the wonderful care that she received and the attention to detail.

Catie Sas We’ve loved park valley, but are very ready to see the doctors and nurses faces. It’s been a very different experience bringing my toddler in for the last 3 years, and having no idea what anyone actually looks like. It’s hard for a connection to be made when you’re unable to see a smiling face. Aside from that, Park Valley Pediatrics and Dr Millar have been great.

Kimberley Bustamante Dr. Adams and every single person I interacted with at this facility treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. Everyone was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived to the moment I departed. As a person with mobility issues, that speaks volumes! Thank you all!
5 /5
K C No idea about billing. What I know is Dr.Adams took a scared, alone patient that had a previously not positive experience and then a problem on the day of injection and was magnificent! I am sorry for getting upset that there was that problem. Yet yall treated me better than I have ever been treated. Under some frustrations on my part, my whole team was made of priceless gifts packaged in humanity. I went from upset to honored and beyond appreciative. This man said he wanted to help and he did! No amount of thank you will do justice for restoring everything I felt I had been wronged in. Easily the best doctor I could have had.

Nereida Tanner Great place. Nurses are very attentive & helpful. They keep me comfortable. Staff is very professional and prompt. I never have to wait more than 20 mins. I love the anesthesiologist, especially Vivien.

W S (Faithful is He) I had a surgical procedure done yesterday and was very nervous. Jeanne who checked me in on the 2nd floor was thorough and got me back as quickly as she could. I was blown away by the compassion of the nurse anesthetist and nursing staff who chatted with me about their sweet pets to calm my nerves. The nurse anesthetist was telling me about her 23 year old cat who is still doing pretty well! My doctor, Dr. Ye also patiently talked with me about what he was going to do and what to expect. He truly cares. From a medication standpoint, my anxiety and pain were addressed pre and post-surgically well. Truly a gem of a medical team. And Im highly critical given I am a medical professional myself.

Heather Phillips I would find another doctor at this practice if you are able. She did not listen or have a desire to treat or help. If you are comfortable being aggressive for treatment it might be ok but if you are like me and it takes something significant to get you to a doctor then I don’t think she is a good match for you.

Lindsay Branton I am so tired of doctors the past 4 years giving such bad care and offering no solutions on all these mystery illnesses that keep circulating. I have had congestion, cough, and extreme ear issues for a month now and I made another televisit but I never saw anyone I just got a rushed phone call and I was given so little info that it could have been a secretary for all I know and I still need a med and have to constantly advocate for myself. What’s even the point?

Erasmo Saenz After a shaky start, the staff and doctors here have been extraordinary. My wife is getting treatment and rehabilitation services to recover from sepsis. The nurses and techs here especially deserve high praise for their level of service AND care and compassion. When your world turns upside down, it’s important to be surrounded by caring individuals and competent professionals which exactly what we’re receiving at Cornerstone. Dee, Michelle, PT staff Deep, OT Charles and Terry in wound care have helped tremendously. Thank you.

Debra Bonilla My husband was there for over 3 weeks he couldnt talk because he had a track . They put him in a isolation room that was at the end of the hall no one around and his nurse was on another hallway. They never checked on him they never answered his lights for help they never kept him clean they left in a feeding tube that should have been taken out weeks ago and sent him home with it still in. He stayed 1 day and had to go back to the hospital I think it because that feeding tube is still in. They never cleaned the room and they still do everything like before computers. There is not one computer in that building how can they function effectively with a computer. No wonder so much stuff dont get done or is forgotten about. Thank goodness someone was with my husband 24/7 or they would have probably killed him giving him wrong meds or dosage. If you dont or cant stay with your loved one I dont suggest you take them here. And the food was so nasty we had to carry all food in for my husband which got very expensive.

Shannon Tefft-Janes Been impressed. My mother has a very difficult diagnosis. Dr. Peckham was what I call "compassionately direct." Theres not a happy ending for Mom, but Dr. Peckham was helpful and told it how it is yet was very kind. Sometimes youre not going to have a good resolution and the patient and family need to be told straight up what the deal is instead of having hopium blown at them.

Judy Ternus Horrible office staff. Hard to get them the correct documentation they needed to get patient scheduled, then they schedule 6 months out. After the 6 month wait, her appointment fell on a day when she was in an inpatient rehab hospital and she could not go. I called multiple times (in advance of the appointment) with no returned calls. The rehab hospital had a few calls returned and Peckham staff told rehab hospital they would work patient in when she gets out of rehab hospital. Called many times since being released. They finally called back and notified me that since they didnt like the interaction with the rehab hospital , they would not longer see us!!! Ridiculous!!! Staff told me Peckham said they could not reschedule patient.

Thing 1 This was the sickest Ive ever been in my entire life. They refused to treat my pain, had trouble with my IV and BLAMED me for them not being able to start it. My arm is torn up and they ripped the IV cover off of my skin at the end and damaged my skin even further on the one IV they got started. I didnt even get fluids because the IV was so messed up, they couldnt keep it working. I was vomiting violently and in severe pain and they treated me really poorly throughout my entire visit. It sucks to be sick and its even worse to be treated poorly when you are desperate for help and miserable feeling. My nurse was trying to connect with me, but it felt really forced and I was really upset that she cast me in a light of being a difficult patient to cover her inability to start my IV. The care was just atrocious. They got blood all over me, the floor and the bed and were really condescending. I was too sick to properly advocate for myself. In the end, they couldnt even figure out what was wrong with me, and they made me feel worse mentally and physically. Attaching photos of my failed IV attempts.

Tina Black My visit to the ER was fine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to my problems. All went smoothly and then they decided to admit me for further testing. I spent the night in the ER because of a lack of beds. The. Following day I got a room in the cardiac care unit. After that I really don’t have to many good things to say so I will leave it at that!!

Kiley Wiseman I drove about an hour just to get there and had to deal with one of the rudest doctors I have ever met. He was rude and made me feel completely invalidated and it seemed like the only thing he cared about was getting me out rather than finding out what was wrong. However the two nurses were very kind and did seem to care. I will not be returning and will stick to dell for the foreseeable future and recommend everyone else do the same.

ambitiouspride22 After being there for about 20 mins waiting, I went to the bathroom just so they could call my name and took someone else as first come, first serve, and my symptoms were completely ignored, very upset at this place. Richard Loftin I received wonderful care in the Emergency Room. They were quick in identifying my heart condition and responding to it. They worked from 3:30 in the afternoon until 6:00 the next morning to stabilize my heart rate and blood pressure. I was confident in their ability to return my heart to a table condition. I have to compliment two wonderful nurses who took care of me. Taylor and Jessica constantly showed me their care and concern. They also demontrated their knowledge and training and that assurred me that I was in great hands. I hope that I am always so fortunate to have such fantistic nurses care for me. They have set a very high standard for others to match.

Jeremy Trainer This place was a nightmare. The entire therapy staff was told they were incompetent and that their clinical judgement couldnt be trusted. We were asked to perform tasks that were unethical. Minutes mattered more than quality care. Employees were openly disciplined in front of other staff. Employees were terminated for speaking up and standing up for themselves. There was no interdisciplinary team approach. Therapists werent even allowed to talk to case management. There was a definite lack of support from all management, despite promises that they were working in our best interest. The clinical therapy staff is amazing, but these other issues made working at PAM miserable.

Dottie Marek This is my second trip here and I stayed longer to make sure I was on the right path of getting healthy. I was doing great when I left walking well with my tall walker, bathing & dressing myself, felt good about myself, was ready to conquer the world. I left the next day to go do my neuropathy stimulator surgery. The PT s are excellent they worked me to the bone, Dawn was my favorite! My OTs were very knowledgeable especially Jeremy I learned a lot from him on how to take care of myself. My husband was very impressed with him too! Both of my speech therapist were wonderful! Made me think outside of the box. Jayne was extremely helpful to me several times. Dr Chavez thank you for taking such excellent care of me especially for letting me get some good sleep. Dr S. Thank you for getting rid of that terrible head cold or allergy that attacked me!

B BS I stayed here for 8 days following bilateral knee replacement. The PT and OT therapies were excellent and I will be returning for outpatient care. The nurses and their assistants were caring and helpful although often slow to respond so it is necessary to give them some notice if you need help. Both of the physicians were attentive and happy to answer questions. Even the dietician came in and tried to help me make preferred food selections. It is difficult to make a selection when in need of a rehabilitation hospital but this was a good choice.

Sasha De Anda Dr. Phillips is a good Dr if you have a quick check up. Once it’s something more serious, they take WEEKS to do anything. The person that you talk to when you call, the male receptionist, is lazy and doesn’t do his job. I have had to call him and my insurance and the facility I needed a CT scan just to see why my insurance denied the scan. Turns out the facility I am supposed to get my scan done had sent the Dr 2 emails about being denied, without a response back on how to move forward. I called him, the receptionist, and he acts as if he never received it, and he sends a message to the Dr. I’ve caught him in lies during these past TWO months trying to get some help on pain I’ve been having. Philip’s doesn’t even care to call to give you test results herself, she has the receptionist call and tell you. So if you have any questions you HAVE to set up an in office appointment and of course that’s more money to pay. It’s always, “I have sent her a message, now we have to wait for her response”. It’s RIDICULOUS!!!!! Now they are closed for a whole week, spring break I get it but it’s ridiculous when people have serious medical issues and she isn’t there. I’ll be changing my Dr for someone who actually cares and interacts with their patients. I do NOT recommend Tina Phillips if you have anything wrong, unless you have a routine check up you’re all good.

Alexandra Bruno Dr Phillips is such a caring, polite, and knowledgeable doctor. Both her and her team make you feel welcome and comfortable while staying extremely efficient with visits. Highly recommend coming to see her if you are in need of a new MD!

Dina Turner I always have a wonderful experience when coming in to see Dr.Tina Philip. I have been her patient for over 10 years! I highly recommend Dr. Philip to all my family, friends and co-workers! She is awesome! Weather its a follow-up visit or new concern she always takes the time to listen and explain. She doesnt rush, she makes sure she answers all your questions. Getting my prescriptions filled are always fast and simple. It great not having to wait so that I could get back to my busy schedule. My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room is very short. The staff always provides excellent professional and courteous care. Dr. Tina Philip is a 10 out of 10!!!

Kara Hlavaty I’ve been under Dr. Philip’s care for several years now, and am so happy with the care Ive been provided. She is straightforward and so knowledgeable in her field. Whenever I need a quick appointment, she and her assistant do whatever they can to fit me in. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else and am so thankful I found her.

Daniel Grady Dr. Philip has been my PCP for nearly two years and I couldnt be a happier patient. Its unfortunate to see some of the other reviews detailing such poor experiences. Dr. Philip has always carried a very polite disposition, and has only rendered exceptional care, in my opinion. I first saw her when I had an HMO insurance plan and I think its difficult to find a quality physician under any HMO plan. Dr. Philip is one of the few exceptions. If youre looking for a PCP and are fortunate enough to establish care you will not be disappointed.

Rshu The doctors and nurses were excellent, however, there are some rude workers at the ER!! The intake people, the med tech and even the person calling you to the back!! You would think with a large elderly population coming there, they would have a little more compassion!! Atp, it makes more sense to go to old Brackenridge hospital and wait the extra time!! I don’t trust people with a bad attitude working on me!! Some of those works are just pure evil!

James Stobinski Nursing care was very good, very seldom saw a doctor. Each time my sister was transferred (3 times) something disappeared. Mostly small, i.e. 2 full boxes of puffs tissues, her comb and most recently a fast charger for her phone. Third transfer was to a room with no phone, no call button or TV control and no chairs. Additionally we never received a message to tell us she was being transferred to another room/floor.

Naeem Khan It was a great experience throughout the whole process of my hernia surgery. The front desk staff, the waiting area staff, the entire nursing staff were excellent and very cooperative. Dr. Erik Lough was extremely helpful in explaining the entire procedures of surgery. The anesthesia doctor and nurse were kind enough to explain anesthesia procedures. My overall experience at the hospital was excellent.

B Wright The staff in the emergency room and 3rd floor were great. Doctor should work on bedside manners. It doesn’t matter if dealing with a newborn or elderly being sensitive to the family is as important as giving concrete information. Instead of blowing them off because you have other things to do or need there bed for another patient.

Joyce StAndrie I was not impressed. It was a completely different experience than it was 4 months ago. First of all, I had 5 different nurses taking care of me. They just kept wandering off, then someone else would come introduce themselves. The first nurse was male and he stuck in the blood draw needle in the muscle of my foreman, even though I told him that no one has ever had trouble using the inside of my elbow. He said he didn’t like using the inside of elbow because it’s too uncomfortable. It hurt me very badly for a couple of hours. I told him look it’s already bruising. He said that’s just blood gathering under the skin and it would go away. He couldn’t get any blood flow so he moved it to my hand. Even though he had already told me that the veins in my hand probably wouldn’t work. He told me he blew out that vein so he moved to the crook of my right arm. That was the most painful experience with blood draw I’ve ever had. The anesthesiologists came to talk to me and they were awful. If I had not been through the same procedure 4 months earlier, I would have had no idea what they were talking about. When I was out of surgery and Dr. Hanson came to talk to me, he asked how much I remember about being in the surgery center. I told him way more than last time. He said I thought so, you were still talking until right before the surgery. Then he told a different male nurse, ‘he was weird. I’ve never seen that before’. When that nurse went to add something to my IV, he discovered that the IV was no longer in place. Finally, they moved it to the crook of my left arm- where I asked him to put it originally. I had two or three more nurses after that gentleman. The recovery nurse was good, but she talked and talked and talked- she was so loud. She had one more nurse take over for her before I was released. And she acted like it was her first day and she had no idea what to do. My daughter was only there for about 30 minutes and she even said, I am not impressed with this place!

Danielle Menoskey I have never in my life had an experience with a mental health provider that could even compare to my experience with this practice. I got in very quickly for my first appointment (in person.) My provider is Rosabelle Pong and she is absolutely, truly amazing. She is compassionate, caring, funny and really LISTENS to me. I also appreciated that Dr Musgrove came in to meet with me during my first appointment. I cannot recommend this practice, especially Rosabelle. Shes the best!

CJ Hood I was denied my normal medication’s because I talk to Dr. WILLIAMS and I was worried about if I was still at risk of seizures due to alcohol withdrawal although I had already been through detox for 11 days and after talking to a professional, I decided to not drink and you keep my sobriety And try to schedule the soonest appointment. I was told they would not prescribe me my normal medication for severe anxiety Cause they are under the That I was having withdrawal symptoms and still in detox, which I’m not. I let them know. I would do a drug test to confirm that and that I’ve only had two hours of sleep in the last four days. Due to panic attacks and anxiety yet they were still not Willing to help. I would not recommend this facility if you want to be honest and truthful because if you do, they will just take away the medication’s or the therapies that were working completely.

Sionnach Wintergreen I’ve been under Dr. Musgrove’s care for about eight years. His diagnosis of my illness was different from what I had been told before. For the first time, my medications worked. I’ve seen several nurse practitioners since I’ve been a patient there. They’ve all been great. Emily is my current one, and I love her. I highly recommend CTMH.

A man called Ian They prescribed Zoloft and I am spiraling completely out of control and cannot afford another session to get medication that works. They are aware that SSRIs do not tend to work for Bipolar and prescribed anyway. I am out of state now, and I will be looking for a doctor that knows what the hell theyre doing.

Tina Gutierrez This is the worst doctor’s office I have ever worked with. Do not use these providers if you want your child cared for and taken care of even in the slightest. The practice LIES that there are Saturday appointments available. There have NEVER been Saturday appointments available in the 8 months we have gone to this facility. They need to take down that misleading claim today! That was a main reason we picked this practice, and it’s just a straight up lie. Another reason we picked this practice for our child was because it claimed it follows the recommended vaccine schedule. That’s a lie too. They will let your child go MONTHS without being protected and getting the proper vaccines. This office is so poorly run that even if you try to schedule your own vaccine appointments, you will show up, and they don’t even have them all ready to give. Then they put you on a fictitious list of families that will be called when the vaccine gets in. As I write this, we have been waiting a month for a call for TWO of the 4 vaccines my son was supposed to get. That call is never coming. This office provides absolutely horrendous care. There are so many other reasons and ways this office and its medical staff have failed my family, and we gave them so many chances. They will not change. We have already found a new provider and they got my son caught up on his vaccines. This office STILL hasn’t called. They are awful. Take your child somewhere else and save yourself the heartache and infuriation.

Jason Kooner They are competent doctors but the billing people wont budge. I brought my baby girl here a few times for vaccinations and checkups then when I lost my job they charged me 2.5x because I was now out of network. I explained that I lost my job and asked for a payment plan or if I could pay the in network amount. Not only did they refuse but they sent a letter soon after saying that would go after my credit if I didnt pay. Thats why doctors offices always ask for you SSN as a new patient. To presure you on any kind of billing issue by threating to go after your credit.
