Efrain Rodriguez I called several oncology places, and this was the only place that called me back. I must say that they have very good at treating me, and the infusion staff has been great. My doctor is sometimes hard to understand because he wears 2 masks, but I believe he is doing what is best for me. I have not had any bad experience with them. In fact, I am going for a CT scan today. Thank You texas oncology.

Tenese Todd These are the best or the best. I am more than happy with everything about the facility. First of all, the front desk admins are amazing, efficient, and very personable. The lab is full of experience and great personalities. The chemo room is full experience , efficient , knowledgeable , and just all around great , especially Kate and Jorge. All of this is extreme important to me because I have never been prone to any ailments and Texas Oncology Sugarland helps give me a little comfort in this time.

Alperen Akın I brought my patient to this clinic for an iron infusion. Initially, they called me and said they needed to reschedule my appointment because they were overbooked. What am I supposed to do about that? If you’ve taken on too many appointments, why are you trying to cancel mine? I told them I didn’t want to reschedule, and in a sad tone, they said, “No.” It felt like they were looking for people naive enough to let their appointments be canceled.
A few days later, they called me again and said, “We noticed your insurance has changed, so we’re canceling your appointment.” However, the only thing that changed with my insurance was upgrading from Silver to Gold—nothing else changed. My PCP still referred me to the same place. Then, a few hours later, they called me back and said, “Never mind, it’s fine; we won’t cancel your appointment, but we need to change the time.”
The fact that they’re trying to reschedule people’s appointments simply because they’re overbooked is extremely disappointing. It clearly shows that this hospital has poor time management. This is supposed to be a hospital, not a business center. Just because they want to make more money doesn’t mean they can cancel other people’s appointments. They did everything they could to cancel my appointment, and in the end, they succeeded.
Don’t go to this place.

Mina SM Today was my appt with the hematologist, Dr. Arvind Bhandari. It was supposed to be at 2:50. They called at 8:46am to reschedule at 2:15.
I was there at 2:06. The receptionist was surprised to see me at that time but did not mention anything and let me in to talk to the scheduler who called me, Tina, and she told me my appt was at 12:30, not 2:15. I asked her the following:
1. How would I mistake "twelve" for "two"?
2. How would I mistake "thirty" for "fifteen"?
3. How would I know if there is even a slot at 2:15, which was actually another patients time slot according to Tina.
Then I had this question after I left. Tina said the doctor was already gone at 2:10 when I was talking to her. But how would he be gone if he had a patients appt at 2:15 with another patient and it was not 2:15 yet? I called to complain. The agent said there is no one named Tina and transferred me to Kimberly. I told her my concerns. Then when she talked, she said "so do you want to reschedule?" Lack of even professional attitude to handle their clients.
And unrelated to the above, but relevant to the lack of a system in place, you guys called me multiple times and and emailed me once to confirm my appt at 2:50. I confirmed by email. Then I received another call on Friday last week. I missed the call. But I called back and I asked what is there you have for me? The agent said there is nothing. You appt is already confirmed.
You guys need to be more professional regarding the appointments and how to handle your clients complaints.
If there was a negative star rating, I would not have hesitated to do so. I never post any reviews. You can check that from my google account. But you pissed me off to the extent that I finally decided to write my first (and last) google review. That was the only thing you were exceptional at.
Edit: The whole scheduling system is BS. Stop these BS replies.
I rescheduled to March 10 3 pm when I was there. Then on March rd, I received an email that the appt is at 1:40. WTFH??!!!
Then I received a call on Mar 7th at 10 am saying the dr needs to reschedule to Wednesday Mar 12 at 1:45 pm. I demanded that they send an email to document it. She said someone just took the appt and gave me an appt at 2:00 pm and sent an email with it. That is PURE BS. NEGATIVE 500 starts. If I was not in need of that visit, I would not have tried.

Mialani The IV lab contacted me to book my iron infusion. I specifically told them I needed a day at the end of the week because I am not able to take off mondays or tuesdays. We booked it for today, Friday Jan. 17th. I arrive today and they tell me that someone mistakenly booked me for Monday instead so they won’t be able to do my infusion. I took off work to get my infusion today and drove an hour to get there. Never again. Get your stuff together because this office sucks. This is not the first time they’ve done this.
