Nick B First, I have been a patient for many years now. Ive always worked with Dr Wages, who I absolutely loved, and enjoyed working with, along with specialist Melinda.
The problems that I experienced recently are with the support/administrative staff at this location. I recently had a procedure scheduled and needed to reschedule due to not having a driver available to assist me, which was a requirement. This was the 2nd part of a 2-procedure. I contacted the office and left several messages requesting a revised date for the 2nd procedure. The first msg was left on 11/22/24, @ 2:32 pm,
with no return call, 2nd msg left on 11/25/24 at @9:34am, with no return call, 3rd msg left on 12/2/24@10:52am, 4th msg left 12/2/242@2:06pm, never rec’d return calls. I never received a return call, totally confusing because I had just received the first part of my procedures on 11/19/24. Dr Wages and staff at the surgery center were wonderful. Today 12/5/24, still no return calls. I drove to the office to find out why I had not received a return call with a rescheduled date. The responses that I received were more of the same. The staff who responded to my questions/concerns had no answers. The front desk staffer left the desk on several occasions to talk to someone who did not provide answers to my questions/concerns when she returned. I could not understand why, I was not entitled to a professional conversation with a knowledgeable staffer who could address my concerns. After deciding, that Id had enough of this treatment (never experienced before today), I was heading to the door, and someone yelled out my name. I spoke to a staff member who just stated "You can reschedule your procedure", I attempted to explain that I had called 4 times requesting to reschedule, left four msgs, and recd no return calls. The staffer responded, "l dont know why, I was not here," (a totally unacceptable response for me and representing Precision as well). Again, previously, this has never happened to me, but while writing this review and reading other related reviews, something has definitely changed with the administrative/support staffers. I should look into visiting another pain mgmt clinic to get the services I once received from Precision; as it relates to the administrative/support staff.
I do not have the confidence I once received from knowledgeable staffers. Still, moreover, I received information from what appeared to be nonchalant staffers as it relates to rescheduling 2nd-procedure, insurance requirements, etc.
I sincerely hope that Dr. Wages and the support staff supervisor have the opportunity to read this review and other related documents and make necessary changes in the office. I am not interested in receiving boilerplate language responses which will not change the matter at hand. Thanks.

LaDonnia Fowler Since Dr. Wages left, this place has went down hill fast. I have tried for OVER a month and a half to just get a return phone to set up a procedure. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE has even attempted to return my call..

Lorraine Nickell My husband has had 2 shots here, both only relieving his pain temporarily. When he went back Dr. Brown suggested an ablation, so he scheduled that. As we were leaving Dr. Wages thought that wouldnt work in his situation. He also said he would talk to Dr. Brown and get back with us. 1 1/2 months went by and we didnt hear anything, so my husband called and canceled. He called back to get another shot and was told once again that they would talk to the Dr and get back with him, still NO CALL!! When I called back this morning I was told, yes, he can get another shot, but they want him to come in for another visit first. This place is so unprofessional, we are very disappointed and will look elsewhere for help. All they are is about how much money they can make on insurance!

John Bridges I have been an established patient at the Texarkana center with several procedures having been done in an orderly timeframe until recently.
I have been trying to get an apppintment for 2 months. It does not good to leave a message as nobody returns the call. That and Dr Fite leaving will probably be the cause for me to seek help elsewhere. I have seen the responses to call the 903-592-6000, I have, and the appointment desk still does not answer.
