Angie Butler Doctor said he was going to figure out my health condition and get me well. Came back with discharge papers and told me to make appointments with other doctors. Handed me my lab results that were clearly not normal. Had to return to urgent care to get meds needed to alleviate my issue. Nurse was very nice, however Dr. A didnt seem to be concerned in any way.

Becca Robinson Was seen here last night and OMG!!! The nurse was amazing and sweet but the “doctor” and the lab tech who did my CT scan needs a refresh in freaking ethics. The lab tech was mad that she had to be called in and took it out on me being horribly rude and cutting me off! Could barely walk from pain and she offered me NO HELP navigating. Doctor Ellison came in once for 5 minutes, listened to me breathe with her stethoscope and left…. 3 hours went by and neither the “DR” or nurse came in at all with Tylenol or anything for my pain.. the doctor poked her head in 1 time to shout about my urinalysis where everybody could hear instead of following hippa…. Got mad when I asked for a patient liaison and the doctor proceeded to argue with me and have attitude… I will never ever go back even if I’m dying and you shouldn’t either..

Samantha Richards AMAZING care. I arrived at Er department was seen in five minutes and thouroughly evaluated by a carrying staff. I was helped to my treatment room in Er.,which was stocked for everything medical you could think of. I was treated like a family member by all the staff through an arrayof test . After receiving multiple treatments, I was good as new. Answered prayer findings this ER. Thankful its in our community.

Brenda Walker In the last several months my mom has been a patient at the ER 3 times and was treated very well. Dr. Garner was her doctor today and was very compassionate and caring. I wish I knew the nurses name that helped us by keeping my brother and I informed. She was a mature woman and had a very caring and calm attitude. She made several efforts to come outside to give us updates and that was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them.

Katrina Lazenby I wrapped my 2021 Chevy around a tree, the front tire came off, and the cab was in my lap. My God and my Apple Watch saved me. The watch talked to me and gave directions to the Sheriff’s Department and emergency services. After arriving at Tyler County Hospital hours went by with little to no treatment. My top was burned, maybe by the air bag? Never was I put in a gown nor cleaned up. The doctor touched me once on the stomach and back. Only saw him once more because I asked for him. Rather I hollered at a passing person to get the doctor. I was in severe pain and he gave me a prescription for a few anti inflammatories and a muscle relaxant for one a day. He gave me Tramadol, but Walmart was the only pharmacy open and they didn’t have any. Over a week later I’m still in pain! Bruised and scraped from my head to my ankles. Terrible doctor and nurses!!!!
