N C They were just great. I got a little lost as a new patient when the systems went down which was a bit upsetting but they rectified so well, I have to give a 5 star. My concerns were heard and my fears brought way down by the Dr. And attending student. And want to mention how pleasant their staff is!! Medical things can be scary and uncomfortable so having the face of the department, (administration) being just top notch really makes a difference.

Chrislen Paige my experience with Dr. Hansen was incredible, from the first phone conversation with the staff to the end of the appointment. the office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with incredible communication. Dr. Hansen was able to give me answers, provide me with a solution, and communicate it to me in a way where i understood the whole of the situation and what was needed moving forward, while also being conscious of the delivery of the information (because, let’s face it, no one WANTS to have hernias that need surgery.) i look forward to meeting with Dr. Hansen and seeing the office staff again, and i feel more comfortable and confident about my situation knowing that i am in incredibly capable hands.

Starlet Bright I’ve been a patient of Dr. Michael Jenkins for over ten years. He is very kind, compassionate and caring. He listens to my concerns and we work together regarding my mental healthcare. Also, supporting him is an excellent staff of people that are kind and caring as well. They are quick to acknowledge and greet you warmly upon arrival. I need to mention that I am in need of wheelchair assistance due to my disability. So I am very grateful to each one of his staff that have come and taken me from the handicap entrance and cheerfully brought me to the office for each of my appointments. christiana dawson Everyone at Top of Texas Ortho were so friendly, Dr Cooper as well. They get you in without that long of a wait in their waiting room or inner rooms. Their facility is very nice too. Dr Cooper takes his time explaining everything to you, answers all your questions, and puts you at ease. I highly recommend them.

Karen McDougal Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My questions were answered without being rushed. I felt a Christian atmosphere that we need more of these days!

Darrell Bonjour Everyone was so friendly and nice. The nurse and doctor were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I believe they are truly The Top in Texas clinic.

Chris Brewer Dr Weinheimer was very attentive and knowledgeable about my situation. He has a good bedside manner and isn’t one of those doctors who just does surgery to do it. He said my injury was healing well and he wanted to watch it and see if it would heal on its own since there was no infection or corrections needed for my thumb. If down the road it got infected or wasn’t healing properly then we would address surgery.

Amy Hataway We were referred to him by a family friend, an orthopedic surgeon. He explained things so you understood what was expected of you during treatment. His bedside manner in the clinic & surgery setting is very kind and honest. I would highly recommend him as an orthopedic surgeon.

Jacob Nibarger We took our 12 year old son to see Dr Weinheimer for a broken hand. He and his staff were very professional and we felt did an amazing job. We happened to double covered they said they wouldn’t see her bc she had to see the main doctors not a clinic one and pushed for her to be rescheduled. Angelica Lopez Have been trying to access my daughter’s shot records since May. She is now pushing up on 1 year and has had 2 rounds of shots only. No one has returned any calls before the system was down and now that system has been down (new excuse) for WEEKS. Makes me realize Texas Tech doesn’t really care about their patients and it doesn’t seem as though they intent to get it back up. No consistency when we did go there, poor scheduling and different faces every time. Just take your kids somewhere else tbh, this place is a hot mess.

Jeb Bridges Dr. Contreras, Parker, and Rankin have all been some of the most thorough and compassionate doctors I have ever worked with. When my grandson was taken to the ICU and diagnosed with diabetes I feel like they stepped in and saved his life. They also helped my family understand everything that we needed to know during such a devastating time. I am so grateful to have such an amazing team of doctors.

Nathan The worst doctors office Ive ever experienced. Extremely rude front staff, lack of concern or care about your child and their well being. If you get lucky enough to finally get seen and make it past the ruthless cold hearted front staff, you get a doctor that ignores your concerns because of course the doctor knows better and wont even hear what you have to say. Mis diagnosed my child over and over. Dangerous place for children. I wouldnt recommend bringing your child to this place

Ashley Massey I see Dr Nashs PA- Wilson Cochrane and he has been Amazing!! He always makes sure all of my issues have been addressed and TRULY cares about my well-being both physical and mental. His nurse is just as amazing and my calls are usually returned same day. The girls at the front are very friendly and efficient as well. The facility is very clean and the waiting area is nice. I have never waited for long even as a walk in. I am so blessed to have been brought to this place!!

Tina Maloney First time visiting as I am a new patient. Location is convenient and facilities are bright and clean. All reception data were friendly and helpful. Nurse was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. Dr Nash took his time and conducted a thorough review of my medical history and current concerns. Jessie’s Girl I scheduled for a PCP. They are were very professional and answered all questions. There wasnt a long wait for my appointment. Everything went smooth and they communicated well. Edited to add that I have returned for a second appt and I had another great experience. No one likes going to the Dr. And more so when you arent being listened to or feelings even validated. It takes a lot for most people to be vulnerable. Thank you for making it smoother. I have seen Dr Cabrera twice and thankful for the whole experience

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly told me exactly where to go. checking in was very easy and the nurse who took me back was also very friendly. And I had a great experience with Dr. Nash. I’m gonna be very happy coming there as a patient and having him for my doctor he was very compassionate took his time talking to me and all around very nice doctor. I’m glad I found somewhere nice to go.

Benjamin Bustos They dont take monthly payments here. Might have to go somewhere outside of Amarillo to get the surgery done with my right knee. I aint paying $5,145 upfront with all the expenses combined. Only the upperclass can afford that. They just want the payment upfront. Its okay, Dallas Texas is 5 hours away. Im pretty sure Ill find a surgical hospital who can take monthly payments

Jack Porter I was involved in a motorcycle accident June 25. I broke my tibia and fibula in my left leg. I had orif surgery to repair it. Dr. Potter explained what was going to happen and what he was going to do. He installed 2 rods 4 screws and the other associated hardware in my leg. It is now September 16, I have been walking with no aid. No crutches, cane or walker. I am 61 years old. Is there some pain, sure there is. I have returned to work in about 30 days after surgery. I you are going to have orthopedic surgery, I highly reccomend Dr. Potter. His bedside manner is great. His staff is the best. As I continue to heal I am grateful for his him and his staff.

I receive personal phone calls from Dr Pay when he has concerns, questions, or follow-ups on important test results (including medication management). I trust him with my life completely. I encourage anyone looking to *upgrade* to a better primary care doctor to contact his office and schedule a consultation.

Karen Moore I have the utmost respect for Dr. Pay. He is my Primary Care Physician and I have recommended him on several occasions as I feel that he gives me good care and advice. I never have to wait for my appointment (generally less than 5 minutes after check in) and he comes right in and gets right to the point. On-site testing is a great service that saves me time and money. I can get my appointment and care completed on the spot. They now offer online check in that allows you to pay from the parking lot or prior to your appointment and this is a real enhancement. I dont dread going to see Dr. Pay. He and his staff do what I hire them to do and I am pleased 100% of the time. Thank you Dr. Pay and all of the people who work with him to give me the best health care for my money.

Diana Clawson My husband saw Dr. Pay for the first time today. He called him a drug user-he is not! He very much dislikes going to doctors because he feels like they dont listen to him and was searching for a new Primary because with insurance changes his former PCP was no longer in-network. Dr. Pay made him feel belittled, unimportant and not at all like he was worthy of his time. Shame on him!

Zelda Vinson Dr. Pay is timely and thorough. He takes time to explain and discuss your current medical concerns including the determination of treatment and followup. He review’s your current medications to discuss their effectiveness or if he should make changes. What I particularly like about Dr. Pay he provides a recap and notes from your past appointment in conjunction with the notes taken during the current appointment. I would recommend Dr. Pay to anyone as a excellent choice for their Primary Physician.

Dustin Carlile Dr. Potter is phenomenal. He treated my son like a person and explained everything to him as well as me. Great staff, too. I hope no one needs his services, but if you have any bone fractures, hes definitely the guy to see.

Wai-meng Leong What medical office building has very comfortable environment. I went there for skin treatment. The staff of course are very kind. Yet, the environment was very comfortable, and the view was awesome. The room has big windows, some with drop floor windows. Looking out the big window from the 4th floor, the scenes was sure enjoyable.

Nic The building itself is confusing. I walked in and went towards the left to registration. I was told my doctor was on the 2nd floor. I went out the same door I went in for registration into a foyer. I took the elevator to the second floor and could not find anything. After going back to registration, I was apparently supposed to go through another set of doors and use a different elevator to get to another part of the 2nd floor. My appointment time was fast approaching and I felt like I was in the Winchester house wandering around weird crooked hallways and dead ends. On the other hand, registration, lab, and everyone in the doctors office are really nice. (If you can find them). Be sure to allow an extra 15 minutes for an unaccompanied tour of this fun house if you have never been before.

Nancy Garrett This place is awesome. My daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer in August of last year and Dr May was the best. My daughter now is cancer free and doing very good. I can not say enough good things about this place. Love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Gerson David I started going to physical therapy due to an accident at work and I really feel very comfortable and happy with the therapists Ron and Aaron. Not only are they great professionals, but very nice people, friendly and they make that hour of therapy a pleasant environment. Very grateful to them for taking care of my wrist.

Ben Jones Spent all afternoon at this place to do a simple physical. They were unable to process the physical. The doctor was very lacking in knowledge and rude. I was told they would refund my money and waited another hour for that. I would suggest taking your business anywhere else.

Gloria Perez I saw Courtni, NP and her nurse, Samantha. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I understood everything we discussed. I was very pleased with my visit and definitely recommend these ladies to other patients. The receptionist was not as pleasant. She was very short and not once looked me in the eye. It seemed her only concern was taking my payment. When I asked for a note for work she acted as if it was a bother for her to print it & stamp the Drs signature - which took less than a minute to do.

Rick Franks This place is terrible. Took my granddaughter who was having stomach cramps all night. They did the usual blood pressure, weight, height and oxygen. Then they did a urine sample. The Dr. Courtney came in and listen to her stomach did a xray and sent her home telling her NOTHING. I called 3 hrs. Later and they said xray was good come back for a ultra sound. Guess what hell no. They had there chance and did NOTHING except charge me several hundred dollors.

Elizabeth Byard I made an online appointment and the checkin went smoothly and very fast because I also filled out all the online paperwork and uploaded my insurance and id. Within only a few minutes of checkin I was called back, was seen by a nurse immediately and was tested for COVID and Strep. As soon as my results were complete, Courtni came in with my results and discussed treatment options. I got a steroid shot and was on my way. I was out 40 minutes after walking in the door! Excellent service, everyone was very nice and professional, and it was very fast.

Bella Paslay I went in feeling about a crappy as a person can feel. The nurse Ashley was a ray of sunshine, sweet, and caring. Dr Andrus saw how bad i was shaking and brought me a blanket. (This is my come to place and she was the first). On line check in kept me from having to sit there for hours so I could go home to bed. They elevated the experience for sure. Next day and Im already about 50% better.

Brenda Mullins Only problem Im having is I am leaving messages in my portal the doctors never read messages in the portal. I called and left a message yesterday as instructed never received a callback. I was told by Dr. Slatin if the antibiotic didnt work he would prescribe another one. I will wait til my appointment January 6 and take care of it then.

J. C. This doctors office is prejudiced, they refused me help because I had market place health insurance for low income people. I was sad and disappointed, and felt discriminated against. This is not my doctor’s office anymore. I was happy I had Dr. Anderson until then.

Destiny Bonar Im incredibly disappointed with NW Physicians Group. I was so excited to finally find a doctor for my kids who accepted medicaid. Two of my kids are double covered, and one only medicaid, and I called and confirmed that all the insurance would be accepted, and I was told it was. They sent me new patient forms, that I filled out and sent back, and I called the insurance and updated their PCP, just like they had asked me to, only to be called a week before their appointment and be told "sorry, we cant accept you, we arent accepting new medicaid patients as of this week." I put a ton of time and effort for absolutely nothing. Then they called me again the next day and told me the same thing, because no one updated in their records that they had already called me and cancelled the appointment. I understand not taking new patients, but cancelling appointments after all the paper work has been done, and insurance has been switched, is very unprofessional. Now I have to start at square one, and change their PCP with the insurance again. Im less than impressed.

Dona Kreutzer I had an appointment at 10Am, checked in and the app said 1 other person was there and their appointment was for 10:20. After waiting for about 30 minutes they took this other person back, and another 20 minutes later they called me back. After vitals and what not I waited again. I could hear the NP doing notes for this other person then I could hear the nurse giving him a brief description of why I was there. Finally he came into my room and started asking the same questions and he kept getting mixed up with what I was telling him. Finally we came to a conclusion as what to do. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes or so for someone to come in a give me a shot, during this wait I could hear the NP doing notes on me and was still getting the information wrong! He came back in to clarify, and while waiting he continued to talk into something my visit notes. Obviously when there a just a few people in the waiting room it’s not hard to figure out who he’s talking about, I didn’t like that at all. If it wasn’t for my insurance I wouldn’t be back to this place.

Teena G Great place! When I got there, there was no wait. The longest wait was for the receptionist to check on insurance. The staff was all great! They were very friendly. They knew Id probably need an xray and placed me close to the xray room. The xray tech was very gentle when positioning me. It turns out that I broke my foot. The NP did a great job bandaging it up, explaining things to me, and answering questions. They encouraged me to call back with any questions, and they made me an appt with an orthopedic doctor. I would recommend to anyone!

Autumn Stewart I started out taking my son to BSA Xpress Care on Georgia today and was told I had to pay a very large portion of my deductible up front plus all tests done would have to be paid in full before I left! I came to Northwest Urgent Care as my second choice. I shouldve made it my FIRST choice! All the staff were super friendly. I didnt have to pay anything up front, in order to be seen. The wait time was extremely reasonable for how busy they were. I will be choosing this place in the future over any other.

Cynthia Atkinson My sister died there of bad medical assistance. I would never put anyone in this place ever again. BSA Hospital should have kept her and took responsibility for an operation that went bad and as a result, killed our sweet Laurie Adcock! Its just not right for anyone to get away Scott free!!!

Millie Davis Reflecting on our “stay” it was positive. Some people are made for this and it’s more than a job. My mother received excellent care, from the physicians to the housekeeping staff. Ruby and Troy made magnificent impressions. They are LEADERS in the field due to their attitudes, integrity, patience, and knowledge. Both were professional, kind, and personable. True angels! Also, the food was delicious. My mom was sick and couldn’t eat for some time, when she was finally able, and was very thankful to have healthy, yet tasteful options. Thank you for taking care of her and working together to get her healthy and back home ♥️

Emilio Porras Called to make an appointment here, the person answering had an attitude literally hung up the phone no thank you bye anything. If that’s the way my 1st appointment is gonna start I rather not deal with it. 2 stars just cause I don’t know anything about the physicians

Carrie Archer Keep getting phone calls that I owe for a no show appointment. Problem is, I haven’t lived in amarillo for 11 years and did not make an appointment to see a dr there. Never even visited this clinic when we lived in Amarillo!

Wesley Luginbyhl Family member went in for a only a "wellness", but everything was pushed as an upsell to increase the cost of the visit. Family member was not listened to and tons of extra labs were ordered without clear explanation, costing way more than previous years. They will not review labs unless you come in for a second visit (another money grab). Had been going here for years and had liked it, but we are done. Keep your guard up.

He is so dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring about his patients!! What a blessing it is to have a doctor who goes above and beyond to treat medical conditions with heartfelt concern and true expertise!! Jill Ten So frustrated! We had an appointment today, June 30th at 1:30. My mom needs help getting to her appointments. I have to leave work to take her. When we arrived, they claimed our appointment was yesterday. No way! I always put the appointments in my phone when they schedule and my mom keeps the card. They said they couldn’t work us in because Dr. Nickens was too busy and would have to reschedule us for next week. She really likes Dr. Nickens but this is unbelievably frustrating-a waste of time and gas and will have to miss another day of work. Here is a picture of the appointment card. Today was her appointment and we were sent away.
