Robert Hicks The staff at the Lake Jackson Alliance location were friendly and extremely professional at there jobs. From the sweet receptionist that greets you and gets your paperwork completed to the technicians that insured my safety getting into the CAT Scan and MRI Rooms, then assisted me to get onto the tables and made sure I was comfortable before we proceeded with the imaging. Great job to a great Team!!!!

I would definitely come here again if I need any additional imaging! Even the owner had come out to introduce himself to me, which I really found to be impressive. A lot of places could learn from their brand of customer service!!! To anything thinking of having diagnostic imaging here: you wont be disappointed!!!

George Ratliff I was very please with my visit to Dr. Charafeddine. He was very pleasant to talk to and despite the fact that I could be dealing with some very serious health issues, he was calming and encouraging. His staff is also attentive and expeditious. I would recommend his office to family and friends.

Cathy Dyson I rarely give first impression reviews. But, my first time office experience was very good. Dr. Charafeddine, was focused, thorough, & easy to confide in as a first visit patient. His office staff was efficient & professional during my first visit & several phone conversations before. I wish wait time for appointments were shorter, but grateful to have good physicians at the end of the wait .

Francisco Juan “Larry F.” I am not from this area overall. I found most physicians to be rather mediocre at best. However Dr. Charafeddine proved to be the exception. Unlike my experience in this area lots of doctors are incompetent and not very informative to one’s questions. Apparently most people don’t know any better so they just go along. Dr. Charafeddine, is thorough, attentive, and most importantly, he listens and explains in layman’s terms. Excellent Doctor. If I need a good doctor for other concerns, I go to the Medical Center in Houston, but for my G.I. needs, I got lucky with Dr. Charafeddine. I can’t comment on other doctors in this area as I have not seen by them. I only speak about my own personal experiences.

me me Dr Charafeddine is great! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. Looking forward to having him work with me. My only suggestion would be this - I noticed that some of the older folks in the waiting room were struggling with the ipad - entering their information to complete the "forms". Perhaps the office personnel could offer assistance to these folks.

Lorraine Hill Dr. Charafeddine and his staff are always very caring and very thorough in explaining your care plan. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a Gastroenterologist. I have seen him multiple times over the last 10 plus years and have had multiple procedures and have always been satisfied with his care.

Marion Carpenter Jr. It is the closest facility to the ferry landing and I live in Bolivar (your sympathy is appreciated). The care teams are always friendly, knowledgeable and able to help. Appointments (unlike parking) are easily attained. I like the staff and other employees at this clinic. They make each trip less like an appointment to see a doctor and more like a social event with good friends.

Huyzeee I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic with my 6-month-old daughter! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure she felt comfortable and happy the entire time. Vanessa Mart Had a dental visit for myself here today. Vanessa was sweet and made taking my X-rays a breeze. The dentist was nice and answered all my questions. Stephanie the hygienist, was the absolute best! She thoroughly cleaned my teeth and gums, she was gentle and friendly. She focused on the areas of my teeth that needed extra attention without making me uncomfortable. Highly recommend a cleaning by Stephanie! Looking forward to my return.

Blk Dia’ Stephanie is amazing and the young man that took my daughter X-rays also very down to earth and makes you very comfortable during your visit the staff everyone so friendly and helpful. Julius Correa I came for my first therapy appointment kind of a mess cause of work the night before, I didnt even have my insurance info. I was prepared to pay full price for my session and deal with the insurance verification another time, but Daniela was really patient and helpful with getting things lined up for me! I walked out paying much less than I wouldve had to and Im very grateful for that.

Denise I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and my wisdom tooth broke over night. I arrived at 9:30 for a walk in appointment. I appreciate everyone who helped squeeze me in to get treated. This is the best dentist office I’ve been to and I will definitely keep coming here. Stephanie at the front desk and Valerie dental assistant I believe, went above and beyond to take care of me and guide me. Despite having an extraction made this was a great experience. Thanks Dr. El Zawi for urgently handling my situation. I have already recommended this office to relatives.

Mar T I went in today for a delicate situation and Maribel and Mari were excellent, professional, and completely comforting. I did have to pay for the visit since they claimed it wasn’t covered despite me having visits like this covered numerous times, but whatever. I needed the visit so I didn’t argue much about it. Either way, the nurses and doctors there are amazing.

The vet techs here are just phenomenal when handling my two cats, Oliver and Greyson. There is no other place I would get them checked out. Natalie H Very poor service I came in with a wounded dog and they quoted me for 3 different antibiotics and 3 different pain meds and Anastasia total came to around 1200 ! I asked why so much and of course they said it’s just a quote and I said so it could potentially go up and they say yes or it will go down this is also a quote that was generated by the staff not even the actual registered veterinarian! I didn’t have this at the time so they wanted me to apply for a pet loan. I was not approved because I have no credit I don’t use credit I pay everything out of pocket, so they recommended me to a facility which was in Galveston an hour drive from their location. thank god my husband told me to call and make it know we are on our way, the woman who answered said I have no idea why they gave you our number or information because we don’t even take injured animals it’s was a spay and neuter clinic. so I walked back in and I was like where are you trying to send me, she was like why what’s wrong? I said they don’t even take injured animals she says oh I didn’t know !! These people will treat you like a number didn’t care where they sent me they just wanted me off their property since I’m not willing to throw 1200 into something that’s doesn’t make any sense the charges were ridiculous. I know my dog didn’t need all that was on the quote! so they just like to over charge you an if you don’t have it good luck is how they see it. Also be very careful they like to send people on wild goose chases!!

Anne Crabtree I was there today, and I can honestly say. I’ve never had better care with more compassionate people. Everyone was wonderful, from the lady who greeted me, to the Doctor, Robert Dickson MD. Wonderful ladies who did my labs and scans:) I would recommend this place to anyone, and I won’t ever go anywhere else, should I need help.

DPB We wont go to any other ER in or near Angleton. The Doctors and Nurses are so professional and actually care, its like an A Team is always there. 2nd time in a year we needed them and both times we walked out knowing real-time results and thorough care. Thank you so much!!

Cathryn Williams I came in vomiting and had been for about 24 hours at that point. I was brought right back and the staff was amazing. Ive never been that sick in my life and they got my vomiting under control (for a little while), got me admitted to MH Pearland. I cannot thank yall enough for your prompt and professional service!! Joel Montes I took a shot for pain from a nurse . 10 min later the doctor came in . I asked him does the shot I just took make you sleepy . He looked at me like I was slow or something . He then walked out and I can hear him making fun of the question I just asked . I’m not a lawyer but I know when I ask questions it’s supposed to stay between the doctor and patient. He then told me I was fine in a rude and unprofessional manner. I went in for my foot and other stuff . He never once looked at my foot . It’s bruised up. I will go to another doctor and if I have any type of problem in my foot I will press charges . Besides him the whole staff is very nice and down to earth people . I bet they have problems with him too .

Desiray Alexus I’ve been coming to this clinic for about 13 years now! Whether it was for a women’s check up, birth control, sickness, therapy, or psychological services. I have never had any issues here. Everyone is extremely friendly, even when they have new hires. The staff is super cool and funny, and they always make me feel comfortable, even on my bad days. The women at the front desk are so nice and helpful. Destiny is by far my favorite to see when I’m coming in. She takes the time to talk to me, even when she doesn’t have to, and we’re always laughing. I would highly recommend this clinic and I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Robin Schwalb I had to change my review. I took Rugar in for an ear wound. I paid a lot of money for his head to get wrapped. The bandage would not stay on and I had to take him back the next day to get rewrapped. If these people would have just told me to get some Pink Lady from the feed to store to stop the bleeding I would have been really happy. I have the pink lady now, I have had a week of hell from all the blood everywhere. I will never go back to this vet clinic again.

C S Absolutely LOVE this clinic! Dr. Weir is amazing with cats - kind and caring, and very thorough, too. They always give you all the costs upfront before treatment so you know all your options and exactly what it will cost. The clinic is extremely clean and the entire staff is great. I definitely recommend, especially if you have cats!

Helped inform me and prices that I had to pay out of pocket and what I really need to pay for vs things that could wait! JESSIE SMITH If I could leave 0 stars I would. In prior visits the office staff has always been so welcoming and kind as well as the providers. As a working Mom who dont misunderstand me will take off of work and take my child/ children to the Dr. if need be called and made an appointment not the initial intake appointment, but a follow up appointment for my child to have a refill on a prescription for ADD medication. Upon making the appointment I verified with the lady scheduling the appointment that the patients Grandmother would be taking him to this appointment making sure that this was acceptable. Because for the first appointment they did ask for a parent to be present, understandable. The Grandmother and patient arrived to the clinic on time for the appointment and were refused services. Have you ever heard of a Grandparent not allowed to take grandchildren to their Dr. appointments? When I was on the phone with the office the office lady was rude and incredibly incompetent. I was shocked and upset and will be changing providers. Sad. Because I thought I had found a good place to take my children.

Natalia Yvette All three of my kids have been with Dr. Lu since they were born. My oldest is now 14. Since he retired I have not been to see Dr. Chang who took over his practice but once. I’ve tried many times when my kids are sick but no one answers. Since my initial visit they have blocked my number. Why? I have no idea. I do not owe them anything and have only had that one visit . At first I thought oh they are just busy. I’ve called several times, it rings one time and then goes to music. No one answers it’s just like they have left me on hold. I’ve waited 20 minutes, 30 minutes and today 10 minutes before because this is the doctor assigned on my insurance. We all know that hassle to find a new doctor and add him to insurance so I stick with him. Then I had other people call and they answer them right away so now I know that they purposely do not answer me. Dr.Chang was great the one visit we had with him but the office staff and his wife were not so much. I’m upset Dr. Lu retired but more upset with how we are being treated by the doctor who took over his practice and his patients.

Robin Azad I called first to make sure they could draw my labs because I did not know if I could just walk. They assured me that I could just come in any time because they are not that busy. When I came there, they asked me first if I had an appointment! Then had a problem with my labs that my doctor said that I did not have to fast for! I sat down, watching as people came in and got their labs drawn because they had appointment. Then my name was called I stood up and they called my name again! I said that it was me. They closed the door as I slowly walked to it, and when I finally got to the door, it was locked. I am disabled so I knocked on the door and Darnesha said yes?! Itold her that I was wanting my labs drawn. She asked me my name, then said come in! That is the first time that I came to a facility and they did not wait for me to come in. I felt like I was an inconvenience! She did draw my blood without hurting me. She did not know that I worked for 28 years at a hospital as an phlebotomis, Operating Room Technician assistant to the doctor in c-sections! I will not be coming back to this facility! When I did call she even told me that it was not far from my house! It was!!

The lady by the door taking the temperature of everyone walking in makes it a point to talk to the people waiting to make them feel more comfortable while waiting on our loved one having surgery.. Jesse Mondragon Received a bill from the surgery center. Has no make payable to on invoice. Their envelope has a different name (Memorial Hermann Surgery) and the invoice had Brazoria Surgery Center. Plus the bottom portion of the statement (which I keep for my records) doesnt have my account number to refer to. Doesnt have my name either. These folks do not sent you an envelope to send back the payment like other businesses. You have to use your own. This business needs to step it up on their administration department.

Melissa Smith Had an appointment scheduled for today, made it 2 weeks ago, but I received a call from their office and said that their computer shows they are out of network for my insurance. I asked how that could be, I found them through my insurance healthcare finder. United Healthcare shows on the app that they are In-Network. I asked her to call and verify and she said no I can’t do that. Confused I said so you want me to call United Healthcare myself? Anyway I did call United Healthcare and yes they are in network, the agent was going to conference me in with them, but when she got on the phone with Elena she said that she would not conference with me and that she had to discuss with the Doctor she could not take the agents word and that they would call me they have my number. What the heck? I don’t care if this place has 5 stars what a terrible first impression! Very unprofessional and even if they do figure out this was a mistake I believe I would be better off driving 30 miles out of my way for a better experience.

Virginia Luna Visited Dr. Raimer for the first time for a surgical removal of a lipoma. Greeted me with a hand shake which is a plus for me. He is an awesome Doctor. He informed me of every step taking place while doing the procedure and was concerned that I was not feeling any pain. Very caring, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Raimer.

David Hathaway We found the Refuge by passing the sign on 523, and u-turned. Glad we did. . This was their Open House that occurs annually between Christmas and New Years. As a result, there were many really interesting exhibits open. I particularly found the butterfly guide informative, because we are trying to encourage pollinators. All the guides were friendly, informative, and committed. . Afterwards, we took the auto tour: you drive through the park to observe wildlife. That was great because, as a marshland, there were plenty of mosquitoes. My wife spied an alligator enjoying the sunny day. . Overall, this was an excellent find that I recommend as a half day trip.

Luke Thompson Wow, the mosquitoes! Jumbo mosquitoes surrounded us anywhere outdoors. The nature center was really cool, they had a small five-year-old American Alligator that we could touch, and the fine gentleman holding it had tons of great information about gators. After the visit inside, we did venture out to the boardwalk and saw a live alligator in the water, as well as some raccoons and several types of birds. We ended with the car path driving tour of the wetlands, which resulted in no additional wildlife sightings. Bring bug spray, cool place, recommended.

D Yarrington Enter off the 227 (hoskins mound). Or Google big slough trail and auto tour. We loved coming here. There are a lot of birds and different species of birds. Even saw some baby birds and some crazy insects. We are from out of town visiting and we will be honest. We went to see some gators. And it didnt disappoint. We saw one gator at the front boardwalk and pavilion but there was one pond on the auto tour where we counted over 25 at one time. Most maybe 5-7 ft but did see a solid 10 footer. It was really awesome. I would highly recommend, and you can be in and out in 15-20 minutes if you want to be. The auto tour has many exits to make it short and sweet if you like.¹

Tonie Meyer I have to compliment your hospital. All of the staff were extremely courteous and I was glad to see that’s also a teaching hospital. I think it’s very important that we look after the future. Everyone was very caring, attentive and make sure I was comfortable at all times. The test ordered were carried out in a very timely manner, and I appreciate your staff immensely.

Richard Shelton Listen. I know NO ONE, wants to have to go to ER. It’s not fun. But I will say I was very impressed by everyone. From RN’s to Docs and even (the billing people) everyone was super nice. And while I never want to go again. Because I don’t want to get hurt obviously. If I ever had to go. This hospital set the precedent for amazing experience. Very grateful to the entire staff for all you did and all you have done. I had 75% of my limbs damaged and some head and other injuries. And well, I’m able to type this whole message. Just 2 weeks later. I believe, that’s in large part to your skill. And I’m sending 5 stars because of your personalities and professionalism. Thank you all.

jennifer forero Had to take my son to the ER today after an injury playing soccer. I have to say I am so very impressed with this ER. I walked in and the ER was very clean. At check in, the receptionist was very nice and efficient. Once I sat down, they nurse called us back within 5 min and while taking the vitals the Dr. Walked in and checked my son. She was helping with vitals and temps and was very nice. She got my son a sling right away and helped make him a bit more comfortable. The nurse finished doing all his part and put us in a room. Shortly after, registration and xray tech came in. The nurse came in gave medication and we waited for results. We were out in less than 1.5 from the ER with everything we needed and a plan forward. I am so happy I took my son here to get him the help he needed.

Rhonda Newton I chose to go the ER at UTMB for some health issues. They were thorough with my care and made my stay actually enjoyable. Big shout out to Kaleigh H., the day nurse during my stay. She is so kind and compassionate and made my days there less stressful!

Vicki Osgood Great experience at this UTMB location. My mom went to the ER for a possible fractured hand and they discovered she actually might have had a heart attack. The ER was awesome (shout out to Deanna Herrera for her kindness) and efficient and once mom was transferred to the floor she was blessed with Jessica Gonzales as one of her caregivers - wonderful nurse!! Dr Cai (cardiologist) came by to check on mom and he was thorough and compassionate. The discharge physician, Dr Jelani Orville was outstanding - one of the absolute best “bedside manners” we have ever encountered! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mother!!

Ashley Simms I’m so happy I chose to deliver my baby here. Everyone was so kind and very attentive. Any questions I had were answered and everyone seemed super happy to be doing their jobs. I was scared of getting an epidural because of a bad experience in the past but everyone assured me they would make sure I got the best anesthesiologist and I definitely did. My progression happened a lot quicker than expected and even though it was right in the middle of a shift change, my care did not waver. Everyone was on their game as soon as they walked in and I never felt like I wasn’t getting the care I needed. I don’t plan to have any more children but if I did, I would 100% go back to this location.
