Dr. Chavez yearly physical are very thorough and explanation easy to understand. I am truly grateful to have such a great doctor. I can recommend Dr. Chavez as a very good experience family doctor.

Then later that day left a voicemail message to call her about something she read in the doctor’s notes (she didn’t say what just to call her back). I called her back and now it’s the holidays so no telling how long I’ll have to wait to hear what she wanted to share with me.

Ginger Lambert Dr Hussaini is the best there is! My husband has been in bed of a knee replacement for quite a while. After going to 2 Doctors for consultations and feeling like you were a number to be checked off we finally found out way to Dr Hussain. What a blessing. He is so knowledgeable however has the ability and takes the time to make sure YOU understand your diagnosis. To us that is the sign of real authentic care. His staff is just as wonderful as he is. Never sound like they wish they were some where else. Always patient with you. So the excellent care and service goes from the top down. Again, thats what you want. A team you can trust your care to. Sultan Al-Jarbou Dr. Hussaini and his staff are amazing. I drove an hour and a half just to see him, and believe me it was worth it. He is an amazing and humbled human being. Has a great sense of humor too, haha. After tearing my meniscus in my knee, he thoroughly discussed the available options with the goal of getting me back on my feet and enjoying life again. On the day of the procedure, I felt comfortable knowing that someone like him would be doing the operation. The surgery went extremely well, and I am now walking again in a little under two weeks post-surgery. I honestly cannot thank him and his staff enough. He is definitely a first rate surgeon, and I would most definitely refer him to anyone that may need orthopedic assistance.

Mike Tyson I was extremely expressed with my overall experience! When I walk through the door. I was turned around the first lady that greeted me was extremely kind and pointed me in the right direction. I made it up to the second floor to check in and there was four lovely ladies at the receptionist desk. They all had warm, smiles, friendly conversation, and I enjoyed them being kind with everyone that checked in. My first interaction was with nurse, Olga and she was brilliant. She got to know me a bit as I was a first time patient and she let me know someone would be right with me for the next steps. Aylene Martinez is my primary care provider. What a brilliant lady! She was kind, listen to what was going on with me, and immediately made a plan. She also made me aware of items. I might not be privy to with my age. She went ahead and created a plan to ensure I’ll be the healthiest I can be. I can’t say enough kind things about my experience. If you get an opportunity to interact with his staff, I assure you, you will be more than pleased!

Melba Morris In general, Seton Bastrop is a quality medical facility. It needs to provide MRI services and Diagnostic Mammograms, however. I don’t recommend the Emergency Room. My PA, Selina Chrane, upstairs where doctors’ offices are located, is wonderful!

Carolyn Kubesch Dr. Pollock is the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable doctor Ive had in my 70 years. The nursing and admin staff is also top notch. I am so pleased and relieved to have this medical support at this time in my life.

They also have community resources in the same building e.g. counseling and Bastrop ISD Family Resource Center. Highly recommend taking your kiddos here!

Melissa Lopez My daughter just started taking my grand babies to this clinic and tbh it has been the worst clinic we have ever been to. The lady that is in the front makes sure that we are there 15 mins before our appointment but she shows up very late and was rude about me asking her how they expected patients to be early but she can not be on time. The lady in the front called my daughter at noon on a Friday ( this clinic closes at noon on Fridays) to confirm an appointment and because my daughter ( has a new born and a 1 yrs old) was not able to pick up the phone call and confirm( the appointment was made just days before) the appointment when she called the lady ( Rebecca) said she was canceling my grand babies appointment to give it to someone who really needs it! Because of how many problems we have had with the front end receptionist my daughter would have really bad anxiety before taking her babies to this clinic.

Cristina Martinez This clinic makes you wait a whole hour after your appointment time. What’s the point in making an appointment if they are only going to make you wait 30 mins in the front before calling you back and then they put you in a room for a whole hour with no doctor in sight. Glad we’re not here for an emergency! This is ridiculous I have never waited this long.

Jessica Lopez IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR KIDS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!! Where do I start first of all Rebecca is extremely rude and lazy she makes appointments when they’re not open and she cancels appointments out of no where. I had made an appointment for my newborn screening this lady made the appointment at 7:45am knowing they open at 8 and didn’t show up till 8:30 and for her two week screening she called me after hours to confirm my daughter’s appointment I missed the call she left a voicemail stating that she was going to give the appointment to someone who needs it more. Ok that’s just the receptionist now onto the tech they have there this man is horrible with kids and Lordy Jesus he smells so bad. He has no idea how to treat a child for my other daughters 12 month screening she needed a finger poke this man was so rough with my baby he would not stop squeezing her finger and twisting her little arm we had to yell at him to stop because the first few times I told him he didn’t listen. Now on to the pediatricians. The older pediatrician should probably retire she introduced herself at least 5x asked what we was there for multiple times and then asked what she should prescribe my daughter she then forgot to prescribe the medication I had to call in everyday for a week to remind her to prescribe it. The dark haired pediatrician failed to tell me that my newborn has a murmur I found out when I took her to her new pediatrician. To top all this off the main person who runs these clinics doesn’t care I called to report the clinic and they said sorry you experienced this but I don’t seen what’s wrong. I honestly do not understand how they’re still up and running as a clinic

Emma Gibson I can’t begin to explain my disappointment and frustration with this place. We had taken our dogs here in the past and had decent experiences until this past week. We have been given misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis all week leading to us being told that we needed to go to an emergency vet in Austin on the weekend (making it more expensive) where the other vet got the diagnosis right and got him in to surgery. Ultimately, it’s not the money I’m the angriest about. It’s the ineptitude and terrible communication that ultimately resulted in my dog suffering for a week. NEVER and I mean NEVER trust these people with your family member. This dog was there for every step as my sister battled cancer I will never trust a dog with them ever again. Update: He is now in Austin receiving a surgery that could have happened much earlier this week if not for the lack of awareness of this office. FOUR visits and TWO sets of X-Rays and we didn’t hear about the full obstruction in his intestine until the fourth appointment. This could have been addressed on the second appointment but it has now proceeded to the point where his chance of survival is low due to the damage the foreign object has caused to his insides during that time of misdiagnosis. Update 2: He passed. The foreign object wasn’t caught by y’all in time and had caused too much damage.

Aaron Redd I wish I could give less than 1 star. Ive used this location since 2008 for my pets. It used to be a reliable clinic, but front desk service in the last 5 years has really gone down hill. If you have more than one pet, they are constantly confusing pets with basic medical appointments. You seldom ever see the same technician or M.D. twice in a row as they have a extremely high turn around rate in staffing leading to lackluster service. I took my female boxer in for a tooth extraction "per the vets recommendation " and asked them to spay her afterwards as she was already under anesthesia. A technician called to inform me that the tooth was actually in great shape however, the spay had already began. Heavenly Angels will spay a large dog for $165. Bastrop Veterinary Hospital charged me $835.00!!! After all of this, my dog sat in a kennel for 1 1/2 hrs unnecessarily because they called a number for pickup that I had repeatedly instructed them to remove. DONT GO HERE!!! Go to La Grange guys.

Joel Garza We have been coming here since 2020 and were kinda skeptical because we were new to the area but Bastrop vet hospital has been amazing every visit and just recently DVM Selina Rivera has seen our hazel last 2 visits and has been wonderful experience with her...she really takes her time talking to us and getting eye level with our fur baby since she has hight anxiety with vet visits.our baby was experiencing back pain but MISS Rivera examined her and gave us the best option.. highly recommend her thank yall very much Bastrop vet team

Ashlynn Eiler I had a terrible experience here. They do not listen to there patients. I feel it is very important to listen to your patient’s concerns. They just told me there was nothing wrong with me without even looking at me. They completely belittled my symptoms and all they had done was my blood pressure. I’ve never felt more disrespected in a hospital ever. Do not come here, they do not care about their patients. I had wrote a longer description of my experience. Weird how somehow they took it down. That’s how you know there is issues going on within that emergency room.

All staff allowed for questions or concerns and that means a lot. I was very impressed. I dont have any memory of going back to surgery or recovery. Mr Richardson In the beginning I gave them a five star. Now their prices have increased. Even with them giving me a price break they are now more expensive than if I had insurance. The new scheduler keeps messing up my appointments and rescheduling. I now have an appointment that is 21 days out because they canceled my appointment and rescheduled again. And they tried to say that was my fault. The nerve of them. Still better than nothing though. Also two times now no return phone calls for appointments. I now put them at a two star. A Crown that they broke off just broke off again and I cannot get them to answer the phones or respond to my voice message much less set up an appointment to fix their mistake.

Louis H. Dr. Van Wyk and her staff are phenomenal. Dr. Wyk is very thorough! She took some time to conduct research into my particular case and made a correct diagnosis that eluded my former provider for years. She is the real deal when it comes to mental health issues.

Even when she was unresponsive everyone talked to her and explained what they were doing along the way. They quickly took action. When if was too much for them they transferred her. I am grateful for their compassion.

Beatrice Trevino I had a lot of wheezing and cough and I got there and they took me right away and started working on me check my vitals and putting oxygen on me and they got therapist to come do breathing treatment and then I had to and ultrasound but I kept coughing so the therapist came held my until I was about to the ultrasound she very nice and sweet. They do really treat you well and are very nice nurses and doctors I like the way they explain everything that they are going to do to you so can understand the procedure. Even after I got transferred to another hospital. So I would really recommend this hospital to everyone.

Natasha Davis First and last time to use this ER. Went to the nurse station to ask a question about registration, I walked into a conversation that had nothing to do with work guess that upset the person talking as he turned around and said “WHAT” I proceed to tell him my situation and he was VERRRRY RUDE with me so I made a face and walked away. The person I was with heard the nurse who seen me tell the RUDE MAN I made a face at him. They took a very long time to come check on us. Dr seems off he talked very slowly - maybe tired. The nurse was rude with me when she checked on us after she seen I was upset with the man who rudely asked me what. The employees here do NOT share care and are very UNKIND. The lady who took our X Rays was the only person who was nice. Being in this line of work you would think the employees SHOULD BE nice and caring. Very upset and will use services elsewhere next time.

Cathy Bachik They took care of my issue. They were very professional, understood the issue, and compassionate. They explained why they couldnt get me pain free but to a comfortable state which they did. The only frustration I had was how long it took to get there with the pain medication. I couldnt sit, lay, twist, bend, or stand without being in extreme pain. They came to take me for x-rays and I asked them not to until they came with the medication. She went to ask how much longer and they came right away. Discharge happened quickly and not an hour or more as most of my experiences have been in the past. I highly recommend them.

J BB I love the birth center! I have gotten such great care for each pregnancy from the midwives. Dont hesitate to reach out for more information. I recommend doing this early into pregnancy so you can secure your due date with the team. The center is also beautiful and extremely comforting. I was a transfer for my first birth but that does NOT mean anything wrong happened during my care, I was overdue. I was supported by Ellie at the hospital and had a fantastic postpartum. The care I received led to my baby and me being super healthy and I knew I would still come back here (which I did 2 years later with baby 2) regardless.

Morgan Kloesel I’ll never have enough good things to say about Ellie or our experience at The Bastrop Birthing Center. Ellie was with us from the very beginning of our journey to baby girl and a true blessing in our lives. We ultimately had a baby who was stubbornly breech and had to schedule a c section. Ellie immediately shifted to helping me prepare mentally and physically for the c section. She scheduled everything for us with the hospital and was with us the entire time before and during the procedure. She supported me during the c section which allowed my husband to focus on our baby once she arrived. We had the best postpartum experience with Ellie also and she continued to give our little girl the best care for six weeks after birth.

Felicia spinks Ellie was a dream come true. It is so hard to find a midwife that respects all your wishes & desires when it comes to homebirth but Ellie was that rare gem. She supported us through the whole process, giving us our options and suggestions without pressuring us so we could make our own informed decisions. It was wonderful. She trusted me and my intution and body and was very respectful. Her birthing center is so quaint I would have birthed there but didnt feel like getting in the car during labor . Highly recommend her and the center.

Claire Volz We had a refreshing experience at Bastrop Birthing Center from the moment we walked in for our initial consult. Ellie was transparent from the beginning about details of care. Each appointment we grew closer to her and her students finding great peace in the time Ellie took to explain and answer our questions thoroughly. As first time parents, we appreciated never feeling rushed or silly for asking questions. The final student we worked with was Angel who was also so great! If youre looking for a natural birth, BBC is the place to do it. Ellie always respected our wishes as parents and we were never pressured to do anything we didnt want to prenatally or post-partum. My baby gave us a tough time on her way out however Ellie and her supporting midwife that night/morning were exactly the team we needed to deliver her naturally. I was able to birth my daughter in the birth pool which is exactly what I hoped for! Afterwards, I hemorrhaged and I never sensed anxiety or stress from Ellie. I felt completely safe the entire time. We highly recommend her care and hope to return for our next baby!

Madison He refused to renew my handicapped placard because, the way it was explained to me, apparently my disabilities and health issues are not serious or debilitating enough. He and his nurse seem to have had my appointment without me and called me to tell me there was essentially no point in me even coming to my appointment.

Allison Moody Doctor Anderson is the kind of doctor I’ve needed in my life. He hears you. What makes you comfortable is he has a great charm and wit. I felt like he knew what I needed to hear and how to say it. I know I’m going to get the care I need and am in good hands.

Crystal H One of the most unprofessional doctor experiences I’ve ever had in my life. Incapable of providing patient education, and if asked questions about treatment plans, instead of just taking his word for it he accuses you of being a frustrating patient with frustrating symptoms. He expressed he can not be a good fit as a primary care because the symptoms are too frustrating for him.

Laura Hritz My doctor didnt have an opening for that day, but I was offered an available spot with another Dr. I was treated as well as my Dr would have treated me. Great place for medical care!

Mark Alonzo The staff were attentive and friendly. The provider that I met with was very knowledgeable. She made feel like my concerns were being addressed and heard. Overall great experience. And I normally like to schedule doctor visits. But just on this experience alone. I look forward to scheduling future appointments with this provider Emmy Galvan and the clinic.

She answered all our questions and fulfilled all our needs and beyond. The medical assistants in the clinic were also all wonderful. Gabrielle Rincon I called ARC friday feb 28 @ 9:53 am in bastrop to make a doctor appointment with my primary care dr because I have been under the weather since Monday. It being Friday I figured maybe I need antibiotics b4 the weekend. Due to Lots of mucus and lots of coughing. Which stated making my chest heavy. All on top of being sick I was still working. The nurse didnt seem to care and told me due to my symptoms its protocol that I should go to ER. I told her it not that serious or I would of went. I just to see a doctor and probably get on antibiotics. She went back and forth with me for a bit. then finally said well, Ill have to ask your doctor to override the protocol and see if you can come in shell call u back. I said thats fine Ill be waiting for your call. It is now 6:41 pm . No call no nothing from ARC. Office closed at 5 pm. Ive only visited this place once for a woman yearly checkup about a year ago. Which I also had a hard time getting an appointment for. Im not one to ever make reviews or complaints. But I feel so neglected that no one reached back out to me, yet they wanted to send me to the ER.

Andy Cruz I have been to MANY ARCs in Austin over the course of 12 years. Never have I had an unexplained canceled appointment. Bastrop you let me down. I had to miss work and now I have no appointment to go to. Smh very Unprofessional, no one answers phones. Definitely never going back again. And I will keep sharing on Facebook posts as well.

Aureline Longwell I was seen quickly. I feel like I was heard & diagnosed after X-rays were done. Then treated with some medication & given a prescription to continue with after I left. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Great place near my home to be seen on a weekend.

Jack Claiborne Im having a bad experience. They made it clear to me that they were not able to help me with anything more than a referral. I was there less than one hour. I paid $50 initially when checking in. The girl told me it should be around $100. Two weeks later they charged my account for $180 (red flag). Yesterday I received a bill for yet another $140. This will not end well. Stay away. Update: I have cancer. Thanks for nothing. $370

Shawn Phillips They were professional and sweet me very quickly. I went in for back pain. they were able to analyze my situation and come up with a solution that worked in less than an hour from when I arrived. The staff and Doctor were all professional and helpful.

Clint Worthington Service was what was expected. Billing dept. is horrible. I walked in for a quick visit, had insurance, was denied by insurance later. All because they billed from another location that didnt match where I went. It was another business name even. Finally got it straightened out and was waiting on the new bill to be sent (because my insurance started that they over charged me also) and got a call from collections instead. Not very good customer service. My insurance even called them to verify because this location Cosby understand why I was denied. Maybe they should use the right name of business and address of service.

Bex Villarreal Online check in process makes doing a walk in visit so easy. The Dr.s, nurses, and staff are always helpful. Ive been here a few times now and every time its amazing. None of the stress from some other walk in clinics Ive used in the past. Being new to the Bastrop area I have not found a permanent PCP yet. But I know I can go here and find help.
