Zach .hf Bad communication and lack of understanding on issues with patients. Very unhappy with the handling of my mothers condition.
Lack of urgency its taken us going on 4 business days not including the weekend to get a simple referral. They dont seem to care that the referral should have been automatic if he knew what he was doing he would have ordered it on our last visit. Instead he says go talk to a vascular surgeon and the vascular surgeon looked pissed that wound care had not been started already stating gang green has started on her toes. We contacted the pcp last week after the visit with the vascular surgeon and are still waiting to get a referral just to start wound care which should have been started. We are not the so called professionals the pcp office is and if they dont care about the urgency of some things their patients are suffering in the mean time and will likely lose another limb even though we have tried to do what we can we even had to have her admitted to the hospital for a week just two days after the pcp visit that should have started wound care weeks ago in the mean time the foot is just rotting away they have no urgency or real care just the basics at this pcp office.

Vanessa Smart My family and I ( 2 kids ages 6 & 8) have seen Dr Bacak and his team since we moved here in 2019. He’s always been very supportive of my decisions and I have never felt pushed or pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Everyone we have seen there has been great!

Cheryl Mushinski Vengeance, righteously and lawfully, belongs to the Lord. Reviews, however, belong to us. With reviews we can share experiences, make recommendations, and (in this case) give fair warning.
To preface, let me state that I refuse to refer to the subject of this review as a "doctor". For the purpose of this review, I will refer to him only as "the subject".
My sweet Mother died less than six months after the subject diagnosed her with a "stomach bug" (yes, that is a direct quote). We were saddened that she chose to go to see him, but my sister drove her to the appointment on a Friday afternoon. The subject must have been in a hurry to start his weekend because he spent maybe 5 minutes with Mom. And, although she had been sick for a week and told him she was in the WORST PAIN OF HER LIFE (with her medical history that statement should have raised a huge red flag) he performed a cursory exam and prescribed nausea meds. He suggested that if she didnt feel better by the next day she should go to an urgent care for an IV.
Well, the next day, she was in the ER - where a team of real medical professionals found a severe intestinal blockage that required emergency surgery and a week-long hospital stay - during which she was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer.
Although gallbladder cancer is notorious for being asymptomatic, Mom had painful symptoms. For YEARS, we begged her to go see a real doctor about her pain, but she was loyal to a fault. The subject rewarded my Moms loyalty by making her feel that her pain was all in her head. He seems to have dismissed her pain as merely the complaints of an old woman. He prescribed psychotropic drugs; unfortunately, those drugs did not help her at all - worse yet, they masked some of the cancer symptoms.
A few weeks before the events that led to Moms visit to the ER, we had finally convinced her to make an appointment with a real doctor. Sadly, she was in the hospital and was unable to make the appointment.
An important note as to the character of "the subject" - he NEVER once visited my Mom; he NEVER once inquired about her condition.
The real doctor - the doctor Mom was scheduled to visit but missed the appointment - that doctor visited every time she was in the hospital, not only after her surgery, but also with her subsequent cancer care. And she never got a chance to make to an actual appointment to see him - so he was never paid a dime. Real doctors CARE about people and do not dismiss their pain.
It has been almost 4 years since our sweet Momma left us. Until now, I couldnt face the writing of this review. But, now, I feel it is my duty to do so. Perhaps, if our Mom had read a review like this one, in time to choose a competent and caring healthcare provider, our story might be different.

Nadine Rodriguez we have been patients since 2007 (give or take a year). We love the entire staff. They truly care about their patients. The visits are never rushed. I always feel confident in their medical advice.
