Brianna Salinas I’d like to give a shoutout to Premier ER for the great service every single time. I’ve been feeling crappy the last 3 days so I finally went in last night. The care I received from Dr. Martinez, Augustine, & Ashley was amazing. As a stay at home mom I tend to put myself on the back burner & don’t worry about myself until the last minute, but I really appreciate the good, top notch care I received. There’s never been a time that I’ve waited more than 5 minutes & as soon as you go back, they’re right there helping you. They were all so friendly & so sweet, they got me all taken care of & I hopefully will be feeling better within a few days. This wasn’t my first time there & definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend!

Not much of a wait either which is really nice bcs I was freaking out internally. I was expecting a long wait I even took my backpack so I could study I didn’t even need it to get off my car lol.

Angie lopez If I could give this place a 100 stars I would. A co worker referred me to this place and WOW…. From the front service all the way to the back , staff is very polite, and professional. The place is clean and they are quick. They made me feel so comfortable and took what I was saying serious and ran so many test. A lot of facility’s just write you a prescription and call it day. Not this place. They heard my concerns and ran everything. I NEVER right reviews , but I had to for this ER!! The BEST in CORPUS and all around. Will definitely be my go to in the future if needed. Loreena Robles I absolutely can not express how much I love this place!! I hardly even go to my doctor anymore! Every time I’m sick and I mean every time that I am sick, I always get an explanation of the issue that I am having to where I’m able to comprehend, proper medication prescribed to me / issued to me in house to where I am feeling better within a day or two. There have been times where I go to major hospital ER and don’t get the proper care and have to go back to physicians premier just for them to adjust the issue and ever since that incident I have never gone back to any spohn facility!! Everyone that I have ever encountered from the register,, to the nurses,, to the doctors they are all so kind and caring. Always in such a great mood, it makes you feel good going there, especially since most of the time I’m not feeling too well.. it’s nice to be welcomed with smile. ❤️ thank you all so much for what y’all do. I’m sure I’ll see y’all soon. lol

Will Goranson If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my wife to go in after a car accident to get checked for a concussion. Its like they heard the words "car accident" and their eyes lit up. Doctor barely checked her out and immediately wanted to do a CT scan then we were sent on our way. One hour and ten minutes of being there and now Im being charged $33,000 for our visit. They never took our insurance information or anything just walked us to the back immediately to go get looked at since no one was there. Absolute scammers and now that I am trying to dispute the charges they will not cooperate and were extremely rude when we demanded an itemized receipt and wanted to speak with someone about these ridiculous charges. I recommend never going here ever unless you want an outstanding medical bill.

Brenda Barraza I took my dad in today to the ER. I was so impressed with the staff. The nurses and doctor were so friendly, professional and caring. I know that some would say that is their job but they were very patient with my dad. One nurse stopped to say goodbye after his shift ended. That was very kind. Gabriela Moreno Let me tell you physician premiere does not does not play around. This place is so quick so efficient listen to every concern or symptom you are having. Ive never had a bad experience here the staff is always awesome and they really listen to you. If you are a person that wants to wait countless hours in a waiting room and countless hours waiting to be seen then this place is not for you. They listen to your concerns The physician will assist you and treat you and you are on your way home before you know it so you can rest and get to feeling better. Holly Dale While visiting my daughter in Corpus, I woke up with acute knee pain. I called my PCP in Houston who recommended I go to an ER with sonogram and X-ray capabilities. My daughter recommended Physicians Premier ER Parkdale/Everhart. Everyone on staff, the receptionist, nurses, X-ray and sonogram technicians and the doctor were warm, welcoming and reassuring. They were attentive and responsive with little to no wait time for both the X-ray and sonogram. I was provided copies of my results to share with my PCP after I returned home. I was very pleased with the care provided and would highly recommend Physicians Premier ER Parkdale/Everhart.

Keith Bass They were AWESOME. Cut my hand pretty good and came here based on reviews. I dreaded the idea of waiting for hours in a doctor’s office but was in and out within an hour! Most painless stitches I’ve ever had and a week later the cut looks great. The staff was wonderful. I’ll be back! Hopefully not real soon.. thanks for the best stitch experience I’ve ever had!

Katy Goree We went to the Doctors Center Urgent Care today because my daughter started feeling really under the weather. Turns out she has the flu. The staff was very helpful in getting us seen without an appointment. They saw and diagnosed her quickly. Will definitely use them in the future!!

Hannah Poe Do NOT, for one second, believe this is an “urgent care.” If you are in pain and need quicker help than and hour plus wait and want actual care, do NOT use this clinic. Waited over an hour, never saw a doctor, pain 5/10 with what I suspect are gallstones. This is not an emergency room issue but is turning in to one now. Check in is awful. Sat for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment and then when I asked it was “did you scan the QR code?” I’m nauseated, in pain, and they want me to use my phone. Witnessed them argue with a man who asked for paper forms who did not know how to use his phone well. “You just click the link” He was very frustrated and I guess can’t be seen unless he can operate a phone? Thankfully I was able to get a refund of my copay. No one asked any questions because no one there seems to care.

Michelle Bucey I think I came in on a "bad day" I looked at the reviews prior to coming in and they were all wonderful. Unfortunately, I didnt experience that kind of treatment. I only got as far as the front desk worker. Rude is an understatement. Not a "hello" "Ill be with you..." NOTHING. I signed the sheet and sat down. 15 minutes later I go up and she says "scan the bar code" Thats it. Doesnt explain it, absolutely nothing. Ive been in healthcare 30 years and this was one of the rudest first impressions in my life. Needless to say, we left. Very disappointed.

Dallas Vanden This review is unique in the fact that Ive never even seen Dr. Sanwal, but that is the same reason for this review. He is one of two doctors who declined to see me at all. I have already written the same review under the other doctor, for the same reason. As veterans, we are limited to doctors within the VA Network. I wished to discontinue treatment under Dr. Mahmood. When the VA contacted Dr. Sanwals office, they were informed Dr. Sanwal wouldnt even consider me as a patient because "they dont do second opinions". Ive been diagnosed, not by Dr. Mahmood, there is no opinion. The VA expressed that fact upon Dr. Sanwals staff, but they informed the VA that the doctor "Considers it a second opinion, therefore it is a second opinion." I am in no way trying to force a Dr. to treat someone they dont want to. However, I believe when a doctor enters the VA network, they obligate themselves to veterans; and that obligation is being neglected. Ive suggested to the VA that they remove these doctors from the network and to offer better incentives to better doctors. I believe any ongoing vouchers with veterans should be maintained, since this office understands the risk of dropping a veteran who will be denied treatment as a "second opinion". The reason and insistence to not even allow a veteran to visit their office, is dubious. Dr. Sanwals office may disagree their behavior, as a VA Networked doctor, is dubious; but I consider it to be dubious behavior, therefore it is. I advise prospective veteran patients to seek care elsewhere.

From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining every step of the process with patience and empathy. Doctor Torres demonstrated exceptional expertise and a reassuring bedside manner, which greatly eased my concerns. The nurses were equally fantastic, attentive to my needs and quick to offer support or a kind word. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in my experience today. georgia teller Efficient, professional, caring health care workers. Heatheren, my nurse, was very attentive and cheerful and made sure that I was comfortable. The anesthesiologist and his nurse Mary were informative and kind. I felt that I was in very good hands. Dr. Peter Neff, my orthopedic surgeon, is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Facility was very clean. I highly recommend this surgical hospital and staff!

Stephen Berry If I could give this place a big fat ZERO. I would. Had hernia surgery in 2020. Worst possible time. Nurses rushed me to get dress, alone. Rushed me out the door n never said a word to my wife, handed her the paperwork n closed the door.

Brandy Hoffman Dr Winnie and his staff are very dedicated to their patients’ care. They have been nothing less than perfect in their professionalism and respect for my time and wellness. Seems something has to happen when we need our doctors after their offices are closed. Dr Winnie’s after hours healthcare response was quick and caring. He followed up and seem genuinely concerned. Further, he ensured everything was ok. If you need a doctor, Dr Winnie and his team are their for you. What more could one want from their physician?

I’m currently trying to find a new primary care doctor so I call this number and the front desk person starts giving me a whole spill about a membership service if $1800 a year just to see this so called “doctor”??? Yeah right. Not to mention this guy has 2 official strikes on the medical board of Texas. I would look elsewhere and don’t waste your time with Dr. Winnie. Mark Barrientos The Karen’s that work here are money hungry they won’t do their jobs they charge extra for copay even though your fully covered. They don’t save your information and insurance information and always have an excuse to give me they will sit there and argue with me and do absolutely nothing to help they just want that $$$.

Vicki Lynn Hilsabeck I was incredibly ill. The doctor here diagnosed m. When I was still desperately sick 7 days later I went back for reevaluation. I had terrible vertigo every single day. I could not focus on anything. This doc in a box would see me. I had just been there 7 days prior and I was refused medical care when I needed reevaluating. I didnt bring my ID and insurance. I didnt even think about it. I had to take Uber over there. The vertigo was sooo terrible I did not need to be behind the wheel.of a car. Now I dont know about yall, but neither my picture nor my signature is on my health insurance card. And they already had a copy of it. I was refused care that day, the assistant office administrator told me, because they were AFRAID my insurance claim would get rejected. Really disappointing outcome for me. Terrible decision making on their part.

Amy Muston I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I found it as in network on my insurance app and it didn’t look very crowded and I badly hurt my pinky toe/foot the day prior. It took over an hour to get called back. In fact when I signed in there was one other person waiting and she was called in and left before I was ever called back. Then got to the room and showed the triage girl my foot and told her what happened. She immediately said oh our xray people leave shortly and left the room. I heard them talking about me for 30 mins. Everything from if I was even there for my injury to did I really need an xray. They didn’t want to bother the doctor to get a diagnosis code to put in for xray. They said my name, how I was injured, the triage person was like I saw it she needs an xray another one was saying well that lady just wants an xray. On and on for 30 mins then another girl was like look xray was supposed to leave already just tell her she had to pay for the xray. She came in said you have a deductible to get an xray it’s $130 do you want to pay or not? I have had the exact same insurance for 2 years now and had 2 other injuries in that time and never had an urgent care charge me for an xray. I told her nope, I just heard the offices entire conversation I’ve now been here nearly 2 hours…go ahead and let your xray person leave and give me back my copay. I waited another 20 mins for the front office to get refund approval and she couldn’t even figure out how to refund me properly and ended up stealing $5 from me because she apparently can’t add. It was a horrible experience, I could have driven to TLC on calallen been seen and gotten back in the time it took to just be triaged at this place.

Dell Shaw Had been going to Dr. Loeffler for over a year. Had an appointment rescheduled by his office. After waiting two hours in waiting room was told would be another hour because they were supper busy. I left. Office staff called me and was real rude wanting to know if I was coming back. I told them I would not wait 3 hours to see a doctor I had an appointment with because they overbooked it. They hung up on me.

diane deleon Dr Paul W. Loeffler is a people friendly doctor. He takes his time to talk to you . The desk staff get 1 star or less. They are not people friendly. Even on the phone they don;t take time to listen as to why you are calling. They put you on hold and forget you. This staff needs to be replaced with friendlier people. The waiting time are long. Once I had an early appointment and at 1 pm I was still waiting at two hours I left. Why make appointments!!!

TX GM20 I have been an established patient of Dr. Loeffler. The doctor rates 5 stars. The problem is horrible wait times and scheduling. The front staff are rude and unresponsive. It is unacceptable to wait 60-90 minutes to be seen. At my last appointment I waited in my car for over 30 minutes as required by them to practice social distancing only to then be seated in the waiting area where I began my next wait to begin. After another 30-40 minutes wait, I went to the front desk window and waited about 5 minutes for someone to staff the desk. I eventually stuck my head thru the window and hollered at the staff I could see in the back talking to each other. When one of them came over to speak to me I was told to have a seat until my name was called. I told them I was not waiting any longer and was leaving. I guess everyone else has caught on. I called back to schedule an appointment for the first person of the day. I was offered a date for six months later.

Jillian Gordon The doctors and staff are great. Sometimes a longer wait than usual at times but Dr Leoffler is quick in the visits. The front window staff could be a little less rude and the signing in part could be easier.

Staci Clear The staff everyone from dr to nurses nurse practioners admitting staff literally everyone including cleaning and meal service every one was great very attentive to my needs very polite,lotsa of compassion.Dr Regional Medical center is the best hospital and has the best care teamsthere.as well as their sister hospital bay are cc.tx medical center.I really like to thank the Urlogoy Team they had removed a kidney stone from me on nov27 & it went so smooth i had no after pain then feb 27 went to have the left kidney stone removed and it went well exxcept this procedure it had to be taken out threw my back this procedure was way more painfull n had to stay few days extra but everyone was still great n took good care of me .i guess pain is to be expected after surgery.but they made sure that i was comfortable and always friendly. And as my pain was easier to deal wit it was time to go home..great experience love this hospital

Tj Lowery No check out instructions, wrong meds.I have never seen a hospital this bad before. Also, all the contact numbers for after care were wrong. No work excuse for my wife. She was in for heart failure, was in for 5 days, now has to go back to work the next day, no work excuse or care suggestions.

Diva Mom Finding out that surgery is necessary to repair an issue is never fun and being apprehensive is always nerve wracking! However, from being greeted by a Fantastic Receptionist, through the surgery staff and the discharge nurse....I can say.....WOW!!!!!!, SUCH STUPENDOUS SERVICE! Ive had two Minor back surgury and they keep me comfortable and make sure im doing well the whole time.ive had leslie who talked to me aboutthe surgury the fist timer. I have to mention Bill who is awesome and will make sur yourcomfortable and keep you smiling. The nurses are the best in recovery. They help you and they do not rush you. My recovery nurse this time was the sweetest lady darn cant remember her name. Overall i highly recommend CC outpatient for any surgery they ate the best!!

Amy Gonzales Mhmr. Situated my appointments in person. Thats great place was clean, fast service, accurate. You have to ask questions to get answers. Depending on your psychosis you can determine what rrally wirks fir you. if nit in your right state of mind, getting prooer meds, rest and a balanced diet you can easily be manipulated, lied to, tried to be told nothing by another pArogram that coinsides with mhmr. I had nit asked questions of PATH, then lied to by staff, giving me a confusing program that they are called pathways. Have appointments . Its like you have to fight back in words and a deminors to get the help you need. I have a combination still need a proper diagnosis and I also drink occasionally. I can say if Im enjoying myself its an old habbit to keep hydrated by drinking and feel nice then get dyhydrated due to alchol. So, its a process. I cant wait to find out my next move Tom. Get every thing in oder to balance out mentally and phycally.

Also the nurse from Labor and Delivery Amy I dont know what would I do without her. All the staff made me feel special always checking on me and making sure I had everything I need.

Shannon McKee i walked into the emergency room because my water broke on 2/11 and was greeted with so much kindness and support from the beginning. my labor and delivery nurses were so kind and understanding. one even came back after she was supposed to go home to help me finish delivering my son because she wanted to make sure i was okay all the way through delivery. and the two nurses who took over for her were so caring and gave the best advice a new mom could ask for. the support from these women was absolutely phenomenal. everything from comforting me to talking me up when i told them “i can’t do this.” my anesthesiologist was kind and extremely funny. he even came back in to meet my baby after delivery. and the nurses who cared for my baby and i once we were in the postpartum room made me feel so comfortable and answered every single question i had. as a first time mom, my experience was truly amazing and i can’t imagine delivering at another hospital. i am eternally grateful for this staff.

Sarah I went in for a routine baby visit and landed in the antepartum department for a 23 hr observation. My Nurses Jewell and Mel were absolutely amazing! They were both so caring and educational. Dr. Teresa James was the on-call provider and she too has wonderful bedside manner and really takes into account what her patients want. I’m a first time mom and my experience with this team just puts me at so much ease for when my baby girl does decided it’s time. I also highly recommend Dr. Kirkham and his Nurse Practitioners, they all have been wonderful.

Brigette Escamilla I was seen at the Bay Area on Wednesday 1/29/25. The staff in the ER were extremely busy. As I walked to the window to sign in, I was greeted by a nurse with a hello and big smile, she asked me to sign in, have a set, and someone would be with me as soon as possible. Due to the extent of my emergency, I was seen right away. The PA who examined me was professional and courteous. As I sat down he sat in front of me at eye level and asked why I was there. As I explained to him the reason for my visit he sat quietly and listened. Once I was done he examined me, told me what was going to happen next and asked me to have a seat in the lobby. A short time later my name was called, I was taken for a scan, both the transporter and tech who provided my scan were professional and courteous. Once they were done I was taken back to the lobby and asked to wait. Again I didn’t wait long, I was called to the back, and given my results, I was given treatment, they explained what I needed to do next and asked me to wait in the lobby while they prepared my discharge papers. Needless to say I was in the emergency room for a total of 3 hours, mind you, they were extremely busy. Everyone was courteous, they worked as a team and everything flowed smoothly. If I’m not mistaken the PA’s name was James, I’d like to thank him and the rest of the ER staff who worked that night, they did an awesome job! Thank you everyone for your kind service!

Vanissa I recently visited the ER and had a fantastic first time experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. They were efficient and answered all of my questions with care. The process for lab work, medication, billing was quick, and everything went smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was able to be treated and discharged. Thank you to the entire team for making a stressful situation so manageable! Highly recommend this ER for their excellent care.

Back the Blue Blue Lives Matter If patients come into emergency room for non life threatening issues and medical staff and doctors are busy with priority calls, I get it. But have some sort of decency/respect for patients still not feeling well and waiting for their initial screening. Let them know something rather than sit and wait 5 hours! Say sorry but it will be awhile, you can leave or choose to wait. Pitiful

rebecca salinas My 4 year old son had his Open Heart surgery done here on Nov 7th and was admitted for 1 week in the PICU. The nurses and doctors were very caring and dedicated to their job. They were always good about hearing our concerns and were able to answer all our questions as well. My son is Autistic and the nurses and doctors didnt treat him any different but with more love and care. My son had excellent care at this hospital throughout his whole stay... He was in good hands. I trusted them with my sons life and they did let me down. My son is now home still recovering. I will always be thankful for the PICU nurses and doctors who took good care of my son and always will remember them for being at my side as well even though I wasnt their patient. I would definitely recommend this hospital 100%. Im so thankful for this hospital they saved my sons life.

Leanne Flowers My experience at the pediatric ER was absolutely awful, and I would never return. I’m not from this area and chose this facility based on a search for pediatric care, but I deeply regret it. Upon arrival, the triage nurse was sitting in a room, staring out the window, seemingly oblivious to the patients waiting. After a long wait, we were finally called in, but the nurse cut me off several times while I was trying to explain my childs symptoms. Once in the exam room, I encountered a noisy environment with multiple staff members standing around at the desk, which made it difficult to focus. I had to repeat my childs history and symptoms to several different people, including a nurse who came in and immediately asked for the same information. It felt like no one was communicating with each other. When the physician entered, I was taken aback by his rude attitude. With my background in emergency medicine, I found his approach to be unprofessional. He quickly dismissed my concerns, stating my child sounded fine. However, a respiratory therapist later assessed my child and noted he sounded “coarse and wheezy,” which contradicted the doctors earlier statement. Adding to my frustration, I informed the physician that my child had just one morning left on a 10-day course of antibiotics for an ear infection. He casually said, “His ears are not infected. He wouldn’t need antibiotics, so just stop them. This happens with kids.” This was concerning since my child was still undergoing treatment, and I felt completely disregarded. During the visit, I had to step out briefly to take my 2.5-year-old to the restroom. Despite the chaos, I found it difficult to get help finding the bathroom, which was frustrating while managing a 6-month-old and a toddler. Finally, the monitoring equipment was alarming frequently. The staff silenced the alarms outside the room, even though my childs heart rate was at 190, and the physician entered, saw the good waveform on the oxygen saturation and heart rate, and just turned the monitor off. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a medical setting. I understand how busy and demanding an ER can be, but there was a severe lack of care and attention to patients. I cannot recommend this facility, especially for pediatric emergencies.

Chantal Ortiz Assef My 14 month old daughter was hospitalized on Christmas Day. Initially I was so sad at the circumstances, but quickly touched by the staff at DCH. The nurses and physicians truly put their heart into everything they do. They even gifted my daughter a Christmas gift the day of. I enjoyed how detailed the staff was. They took their time explaining everything and took such good care of my daughter until she was ready to be discharged. Truly we are so blessed to have this hospital and their staff in Corpus Christi. Thank you, Driscoll Children’s Hospital!

Kaylon Adkins I really love this clinic. All the staff Ive met are amazing, caring individuals. Teresa especially puts in effort to greet all the patients at the door, direct them to where they can best be tended, and sees them off with well wishes and compliments. Truly, I am so nervous to see new offices, but Teresa has made the transition a breeze with a kind heart, warm words, patience, and an absolutely lovable personality.

Amanda Emam Pediatric care: Dr.Kim, Dr.Baggerman, & (Front Staff Marisol A.) are PHENOMENAL. This team absolutely cares for their patients, and are super thorough. 10/10 recommend. Plus their hours of operation accommodate more to my husband and I busy schedule! Cant beat that!

Cassandra Soliz I wish we didnt have to give him any stars to do this. Comment yesterday at 6 PM. They called me and they told me that thing. Were gonna cancel my daughters appointment on Monday. And that she wasnt gonna be seen because she needed a whole new referral, because my insurance change, but theres a secondary insurance. They told me they werent gonna see her. Because the insurance got denied with the first claim and they entered the wrong insurance. This whole time, which wasnt my fault. They had all week to call me, let me know, but no, they decided to call me on a Friday at 6 PM when my pediatrician is closed to get A. Referral, I seriously think this office is ridiculous. They are money hungry. Just because one insurance got declined, but my secondary paid it, so I dont know what theyre crying about.

Isabel Casas I have been dealing with sinus issues for 2 years and not able to breathe properly through my nose. Dr Bishop helped me and I am able to breathe and smell again after 2 years.

richie Swift Doctor Bishop is awesome. The nurse Rosie is awesome. The front desk lady, not so much. Neither of them seemed nice honestly. Other than that, I’m not going to let grumpy front desk assistants ruin the rest of the staff of Dr. Bishop. Came in with an ear infection and was freaking out about not being able to hear again since it’s been a few days of muffled hearing. Dr. Bishop really sat and got on my level, assured me everything will be ok and provided a game plan. I have a follow up in 3 weeks. I trust his advice.

Maria Lopez Monica in the referral department is an employee this business needs to appreciate, acknowledge and treasure. She is very knowledgeable in her job and making sure the proper offices notes are received to get exams approved. Thank you so much Monica for your help. Dr. Oshman is a Dr I recommend to the point in regards to medical questions. Staff is friendly office is clean.

Teresa Espinoza Went with my daughter to her first appointment with Dr Hyde,,,She came right in didnt say hello, or introduce herself,, straight to the point started asking questions,, facial expressions made us feel like we irritated her , did not feel comfortable with her

Susie Lee I love MJH, she is so personable and a fantastic doc. One concern I have lately is the over crowded waiting room and an hour to hour and a half wait times. This seems to be consistently getting worse. I hope they can get this situation under control because it feels more like a clinic atmosphere and a lack of time management.

Danielle Boyd Dr Hyde delivered 3 out of 4 of my kids but was my main OB for all of them. She may seem to give some tough love when in her care but its only out of care and concern for her patients and their babies. Shes very knowledgeable and compassionate. I appreciate her to the fullest and am so proud to have her as my OBGYN for my last pregnancy and hopefully delivery.

Stephanie Gutierrez Everybody here was very helpful and nice. Every time I had to have a test done I would get a phone call from them the next day or the day after that with all my results and any plans we had if the test required anything further so Dr Hyde is very nice. I love her attitude. I love the way she carries herself. She is extremely knowledgeable probably the smartest gynecologist that I have ever been to and I will continue to see her here on out.

jessica smith She took me in as a patient at 32 weeks and delivered my baby. She is an amazing Dr. and will make sure you are well set! Any concerns you may have during your pregnancy she will make sure to put you at ease. Very caring Dr. and I look forward to her delivering all my babies.

Phil LLanez I’m very sorry I don’t remember the nurses name in the ER but she was phenomenal!!! Not that I wanted to be in the ER but the care I received in the ER as well as the rest of the hospital was by far the best. Great bedside manner, extremely professional and friendly and above all EXCELLENT health care which saved my life. Thank you.

Mary Ehrmin I would have rated this a five except for two things: 1) Access - I needed to be moved from the ER to the hospital and there wasnt a room for me. 2) at 3:15 a.m. a lab tech turned the overhead lights on without warning and then jammed a needle into my arm with unnecessary roughness and no concern for the pain she caused, which lasted FOUR hours. I have had countless blood draws but never one like this. One of the staff let it slip that this woman has a reputation for being rough. Rough doesnt begin to describe it. Her name is Lourdes and she should not be allowed to handle needles.

Lorrie Meyer The staff at the satellite emergency center were friendly and attentive. The ambulance transfer personnel were very nice. The staff at the emergency room at Doctors Hospital were also attentive, informative and friendly. Thank you for such great care!

Betty Garcia It was a terrible ER visit! Felt terrible and had to sit in a cold hallway for a very long time! Still felt the same after being discharged. Blood pressure never got controlled and dizziness and was still discharged. :( Not very compassionate towards patients!

Eric Staut I arrived at the ER at about 12:30 PM for a possible TIA (on my Drs advice). Check-in was good, as was ER care until about 4 PM. Then, I was moved to the ER hallway "to await assignment to a room in the hospital." I got my final test, an MRI, at about 6PM. At about 8 PM, I was finally given my first food to eat since check-in after we complained to the RN--I was told I was on do-not-eat anything status because I might go into a seizure, but I had already been checked by a hospitalist and a Dr. (moving my tongue around etc), and had already had all three ordered tests completed. The ER was a zoo after about 4PM, with numerous patients lined up in ambulance gurneys.At about 9:30 PM, I checked myself out and went home after I was told that I would probably spend the night in the hallway, because the Dr. who was going to read my MRI had gone home for the night and there were no available beds in the hospital. What SHOULD HAVE been done was schedule me for the MRI sooner so it could have been read by a Dr before he went home for the night, so I could have been released to go home rather than spend 15 hours in the ER hallway, where sleep would have been impossible. I also SHOULD HAVE been given some food sooner without our having to force the issue with an RN.

After her anesthesia wore off , I was just so relieved to hear her say that the staff that attended to her treated her so kindly she said. Thank you to the staff members at Saratoga Surgical for taking care of my daughter while she has this procedure done.

Brittnee Bryant Such a clean and calm environment. Staff was very thorough in explaining the procedure and anesthesiologist made me feel more at ease about my son’s procedure. They kept me informed the whole time and were very reassuring. Dr.Whidden truly took cake of my son like he was her own and we can’t be more grateful for her and her staff.

Sara Mayberry I just had a tonsillectomy on Tuesday and I can’t say enough good things about the staff here! They made me feel very comfortable before surgery when I was super nervous. And they were extremely nice! The best part was definitely the nurse that was wearing her taco earrings after my surgery! That made my experience just that much better! I remember laughing because she said “let’s taco bout it”. So she definitely made me have a better experience just by that simple thing too!

Toni Rivera I was hesitant during this procedure my daughter was scheduled to have because now a days you walk into a business and everyone is so rude and grouchy. The staff at the surgical center were so nice. They nurses took such good care of my baby and her discharge nurse was a gift from God, wished I remembered her name. Thank you for this experience especially since my daughter was so nervous. They made her feel at ease and treated her so well. Definitely recommend them.

Nahir Soto The staff are friendly and Dr. Elizondo is very approachable and seems to care about his patients. However, the wait times are way too long. On previous occasions, I have had to wait approximately an hour to be called from the waiting area and then 30 minutes to be actually seen by the doctor in the exam room. On a more recent occasion, I arrived literally 2 minutes past my scheduled time. Instead of being understanding about the situation, I was outright refused and told to come back and reschedule. While I could have understood being placed at the bottom of the list to be fair to other patients, I cannot understand how 2 minutes means losing an appointment. I lose an entire afternoon waiting to be seen, but 2 minutes is losing the appointment.

Randy Harrod The staff and nurses are outstanding and very friendly. Dr Elizondo is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and seems to really care about his patients. Anytime I need to talk to him I can call and he will get back to me at a reasonable amount of time sometimes right away. Im glad they opened this facility its closer for me to come to 10 mins away from my house instead of 45 mins to memorial clinic.

Dawnya Goodridge Dr elizondo is great and very easy to talk too. I really like him. Everyone was friendly and the place was well run.

Jennifer Rose I dont know why they open this clinic. ALL STAFF ARE VERY BUT VERY RUDE!!!! I can not get anyone on the phone. This place is disgusting and should be shut down. These people are not professionals!
