Oh boy, where do I even begin? If you’re looking for a clinic that’ll give you an unforgettable experience (and by unforgettable, I mean the kind that’ll make you question your life choices), this is the place! A band of highly unprofessional masterminds run this show, and their customer service skills are truly groundbreaking—if “groundbreaking” means not knowing a thing about how to actually serve a customer.
Their superpower? Depleting your bank account faster than you can say “fraud.” You see, they’re not just any ordinary clinic. No, no. They’ve perfected the art of billing your insurance for services you never knew you needed (or, you know, actually didn’t need). Tests? Oh, they’ve got tests—irrelevant, unnecessary tests galore! All cleverly disguised as part of your “routine check-up.” Genius, right?
But the real kicker? If you dare to question their money-making tests, they hit you with the classic line: “Oh, it’s your first visit, you have to do these tests!” Silly me, I thought I was just there for an annual check-up, but apparently, I signed up for the full scam experience.
Fast forward to when the bills start rolling in, from the clinic, from the lab—oh, and twice for the same visit because why not? And when the insurance company rightfully says, “Uh, no thanks,” guess who gets to foot the bill? That’s right, me! And when you call to discuss this, you get the pleasure of speaking to a robot that repeats scripted lines like they’re auditioning for a B-movie. Fantastic.
I could go on for days, but I think you get the point. Unless you enjoy being scammed, overcharged, and talked to like you’re in a customer service purgatory, do yourself a favor and steer clear. Consider this your warning: STAY AWAY!
doctor Jalil Khan may be good as I don’t know much about him as it was my first visit.. but his clinic made the first visit a last visit and a bitter experience I would always remember..

Joann Richardson Dr. Khan and PA Reena bedside style of practice is Class A and what I have been so fortunate To be use to, However since Office Management has changed I’ve had the worst experience from office staff!
I pray that they don’t ruin his practice! I have recommended his care to more than a few co-workers I pray that they are not met with the subpar service from staff that I’ve experienced just recently!
Respect of person and kindness cost nothing!

AZ I have been a patient of Dr. Jalil Khan for several years, and my father also visits his office. While Dr. Khan initially appears to be friendly, Ive recently had a disappointing experience with him regarding my medication refills.
I have been taking levothyroxine for my thyroid condition, and Ive found that Dr. Khan has made it increasingly difficult for me to continue my treatment without unnecessary hurdles. For instance, he insists on frequent blood work every three months, which not only seems excessive but also adds financial strain due to the associated costs.
While I understand the importance of monitoring ones health and adjusting treatments accordingly, I feel that this approach is overbearing and does not take into consideration the patients well-being and financial situation. I am disappointed in the level of care I have received and will be seeking an alternative healthcare provider who better understands my needs and concerns.

J A The folks there are very nice, I really like dr Kahn. I am frustrated tho that I cant get a hold of anyone on the phone and its highly unlikely to get a call back if you leave a voicemail. Not sure how patients can get appointments, medicine, or help if no ones there to answer. Ive been calling all day and theres been nothing. Its likely Ill consider switching doctors soon since Ive had trouble receiving prescriptions at the pharmacy and I cant get help if I call even if I spend all day calling too.
