Victoria Kottman-Eckman Dr. Cochrane takes care of our whole family. He and his medical staff are kind and compassionate, and they really take their time to discuss all facets of your health. The front office staff are also very personable. The office itself is new, beautiful, and decorated in a top-notch manner. We have never had a problem getting an appointment and Dr. Cochrane is extremely good with my kids, including one who has special needs and can be difficult to treat. I could not ask for a better physician. He is a wonderful person, as well. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

He became my primary physician and he takes time to explain the symptom and cause of my illness. He is always available when I have questions. Highly recommended if you are looking for a PCP.

Ashley Hooper I’ve had it with this place. I’ve given them multiple chances, overlooking things that would annoy anyone, but I can’t anymore. The lack of communication is unacceptable—emails, phone calls, even messages through the pharmacy go unanswered. They repeatedly require me to come in for the same updates, charging $200 each time. Each visit involves long wait times, understaffed teams, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including the doctor. Their judgmental attitudes and expressions make it clear they’re not interested in making patients feel understood. Instead, they make you feel judged and looked down upon, which is the last thing anyone needs in a medical setting. After countless attempts to reach out, I finally heard back, only to be told they wouldn’t refill my prescription without another $200 visit. This is for a medication that costs less than $20 for a 3-month supply—but when you factor in the cost of these unnecessary visits, it quickly adds up. Now, I’m left to suffer through withdrawals due to their delays because I refuse to pay them another penny. This place is clearly more interested in money than in patient care. It’s baffling how they have such high ratings. Fool me once, fool me twice—never again.

SappyKromWife I wouldn’t recommend this place, i went with it because of the name and the good reviews but shes just like any other doctor ordering unnecessary EXPENSIVE tests and not listening to the patient . We the patients know what we can and can’t afford what our insurance covers and what they dont. I went in with feminine problems and she told me what test she was gonna order i told her a few of those were unnecessary because im Married and she said women can be trusted men cant… i understand in this day and age that is what the world is like but my husband and i love the Lord and im telling you i dont need those tests nor can we afford them so dont order them. She orders them anyways. I wanted to like this place so bad but if the doctor can’t respect what im telling her then this aint the place for me.

Sophia Ramos We brought our son in for chest pain and breathing issues he was having after a fall. The staff immediately observed him and brought him in to get him checked out. Alexis, the tech, was amazing with our son. He had never had an I.V. before, and she placed it quick and easy with no problem. We come to Signature Care any time we have an emergency. They never disappoint.

Eutimia Valdez I ordered compression leggings through them, since they only had 1 in my size in store. I contacted them after a week, because i didn’t receive them through mail. I called and the employee informed me that the package said delivered. I told them i would look again, but nothing had been delivered to my door or box. The employee said that he would call their distributor and call me back, i never received a call back. I called back the next day and the employee told me that the distributor said that i would have to file with the post office. Every time i would call i could hear the owner talking in the back ground and he was not willing to help me. I was desperate for these leggings, as i needed them and ordered another two pairs and asked for them to be delivered/shipped to their store and i would pick up from there, and again i could hear the owner in the background saying “it’s the same thing”. They were less than helpful and i am out a pair of $45 leggings and stuck dealing with usps myself. Poor customer service and a less than helpful owner. Very disappointed.

Even when I found out they were not in-network with my insurance, they were quick to let me know pricing and offered me the opportunity to deny any additional services I did not want to pay for. I found this place very unprofessional I had an appointment for pre surgery they had schedule surgery within months I had made arrangements the day and on the pre surgery appointment they just reschedule surgery because the doctor was going to be out and they didn’t call me or anything to re schedule made me loose a day of work and my sons school. Then after surgery the post surgery I had confirmed the app. When I arrived to the office there was just a note at the door that all appointments were cancel without any notice or call and without any intention to re-schedule. When I call to re schedule after waiting on line they hang up on me . Without to mention that we didn’t meet the Dr until surgery. I don’t recommend this place specially with kids. Patience reserved respect and intentional care .

Denise Guehlstorff Professional and caring! So many factors affect the day by day running of an office. Schedules change and voicemails can get missed. But the main difference between this and other practices is the fact that the doctors and staff actually care about their patients. No one is just an appointment or name on a piece of paper.. Moreover, their phlebotomist is exceptionally skilled; she effortlessly finds the vein, ensuring a smooth experience without unnecessary discomfort. This attention to detail and expertise truly sets Dr. Pandya’s medical center apart.

Cali Dreamin Friendly staff and the clinic is clean. My wait time was minimal and I got out of there quickly. Dr. Pandya listened to me and called in my prescription as promised. They answer the phones promptly. So far I’m very happy I chose this place.

Mario Carrillo Walked in and all 4 ladies just stared at me. We stared at each other for about 10 seconds until I finally broke the ice to say hi, I’m a new patient what do I need to do. One of the ladies said to sign in, so I signed in and sat down. I noticed there were forms on the middle table and people kept coming in and filling them out and handing them to the front ladies. I got up to ask if I was suppose to fill anything out and she said yes those forms on the table. (Three people already ahead of me while I was waiting.) Waited 40 min and just decided to leave. The place felt 3rd world, the ladies were rude, I was extremely uncomfortable and received no customer service. Also need to mention it’s immigrant infested.

Kathryn Ray Moreno I had a horrible experience here and was turned away due to being pregnant. How am I supposed to even know that that is their policy to not see pregnant women? I just wanted to be seen for a sinus infection. The nurses didn’t even apologize, just said they cannot see me and that I can come back after the baby is born. I’m not sure what makes them think that I want to come back after making me feel terrible and embarrassed.

Pam truly listens, answers all questions, takes the extra minute if need be to make sure you’re truly okay, and makes sure all my medications are all aligned with my daily routine/needs for my diagnosis. Judson Industries I was in a bad MVA. Was having a real hard time with life. Then I came to this place the nurses and staff were exceptionally well versed in theyre fields. The Physical therapy staff how ever when I met them I heard top gun music. Mrs. Patrysha and Mrs. Kendall they are the absolute best Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. I think of them as the female versions of maverick every time I think about them I hear the theme song from top gun. Absolute heros in my opinion they have a difficult job. They have to push you when your hurt. They know exactly what to say to get the absolute best results out of you. I am forever in debt to them and will be eternally grateful. Guy Quiett I have driven both my father and my mother-in-law to this office. It’s a 2.5 hr drive each way. My father was treated very rudely and kept waiting by the front office staff. The Dr was very abrupt and dismissive. We did not go forward with his surgery through them. My mother in law had hip surgery with Dr dickens-it went fine. However her follow up was a nightmare. The office called 4 times to reschedule! The day arrives-we make the long drive- only to be told she missed her appointment and they couldn’t get her in for hours. Needless to say everyone was highly pissed off. My 85 year old mother in law will NOT be returning to this office ever again. There are other choices-I suggest you pick one! This business will continue to lose business if they cannot get better trained, pleasant staff.

Mary Keele Dr Mraz is very kind and listens. Her nurse, on the other hand, is incredibly rude! I tried to get lab results a week later, even though my husband’s doctor, Dr Castle, gave him the next day, and when I was explaining over the phone, she cut me off mid-sentence without even asking my name saying, “She has to review them first.” I asked her how she even knew who I was, and she said I had left her a message. So, she assumed I was somebody without even asking my name. Her tone was angry and impatient, and this isn’t the first time she was like this. So much for compassionate care and quality bedside manner. This woman is rude, rude, rude! It’s enough to make me want to switch to my husband’s doctor who is as good as Dr Mraz and has a personable nurse. Like I said, Dr Mraz is great, but her nurse is another story.

All I am needing to do is schedule my Depo shot appointment and have been trying for weeks with no luck. Requested an appointment online left messages with the answering service as well as waited on hold multiple times. No. Luck! I have reached out to them via [email protected]. hopeful to hear back from them!

Keith Wright Do not attend this facility for long or short term anxiety. I have had to wait over a week for my prescriptions every single time, even after the very first month. I most recently haven’t heard anything from them. This causes extreme withdrawal symptoms. They are less worried about you, and are more worried about their pockets. The front desk “ladies” can only offer their attitudes. I’m pretty sure that these are the brains that are vetting the message portal meant for the doctors or someone at least qualified. They do have a very nice website/app that they will set you up with, and they will never respond to you or acknowledge you. You are welcome.

The Odessa one is way better than this one. There was a front desk lady that even climbed over the counter yall need to get new staff!

They do not treat them well, especially their manager Katy Torres, who instead of correcting her staff tells me to take my daughter to another hospital, and I slander that I offended their staff in English, which I dont even speak, how am I going to offend them in their language if I dont know it. Anyway, dont take your children there

Caitlin Moorhead Had our baby girl at MMH at 38w6d induction because I was on blood pressure medication. Dr.Julian was very on top of everything, such a sweet guy and to the point! We had Dr.Nnomadim the morning of our induction, and the shift change had Dr.Chavez who then delivered our baby. I loved them both so much. Dr.Chavez found what is a cyst that she reassured me can be handled in office and to be seen about it. I thought it was my bladder due to pregnancy! Aha. I will say it’s sad to see so many negative reviews for TexasTech due to their system being down for awhile, it is very unfortunate. When you do see them, their staff is very kind and on top of it! Very friendly environment. Nurse Norma &Kelly are very sweet and helped me so much with getting things figured out. The wait time in midland was less than others I have visited for other pregnancies and the lobby is very comforting! :)

Laura Gomez I have been trying to reach just anybody at this office for 2 days now and I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes each time I call (I’ve called multiple times a day when they’re open) and nobody has answered me. I’m just trying to figure out my patient portal so I can see my lab results but nobody seems to answer. I also need to reschedule my appointment and nobody seems to be able to help me with that. I don’t recommend this office at all to anyone. Go somewhere else unless you want to be ignored.

Erika Pantoja I’ve been to this clinic before for my pregnancy, everything was great and great nurses and residents. But about two months ago I was diagnosed with a cyst in one of my ovaries and I’ve been trying to make an appointment! I’ve called several times left messages with someone saying that they’re going to give me a call back to schedule an appointment/ultrasound hoping it’s not cancerous. Even sent them a message through the portal and they still haven’t responded back. So if they if I recommend them? No I do not!! Take your health somewhere else. Honestly this is my first bad review for something like this.

Amanda MacKenzie An absolute joke to make an appointment with. Never liked them when I was pregnant either. My doctor continuously pressured me to do things I didn’t want. Was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Recently tried to schedule an appointment to have birth control removed since it’s been some years, was on hold for 30 mins and never got an answered. Business hours says they are open.
