Ken Melton Thank you Dr. T. You and your wife showed honest concern for my health and helped me make the right decision about surgery. You took time to consult with me on the very first visit!!!! Testing scheduled quickly as well as surgery and follow up. All Physicians should follow your lead!!!!

K G I’m still blown away by the amazing bedside manner and compassion that we were shown by the entire staff for my son and to myself. I called asking a question as a concerned parent and the staff directed me to the PA who consulted with the Doctor. They decided an appointment was necessary and got us in a timely manner. They took actual time with us to explain what was happening and were so patient with us and all of our questions. An ultrasound was necessary and again, it was scheduled in a timely manner. They called with the results the same day. I seriously thought that doctors like this no longer existed, but they proved me wrong and restored my Faith. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Tijerina and his Physician Assistant along with their excellent communication skills. Thank you!

Mac Broadway Office is clean, peaceful & professional. Mostly my age (60+) & older clientele. Patient intake paperwork/tests were neither onerous nor complicated. They took bladder scan, blood, urine & vitals. 1st visit was w/Jane Tijerina, the doctors wife & physicians assistant. The exam rooms are quiet & private. Got the typical investigation ↝ look at the plumbing, then palpating prostate. Was concerned it might be a little more disquieting but all was handled professionally & w/ dignity. Asked relevant questions till they understood what’s really bothering me. Felt positive when I left… like maybe things can get better soon!

Dickey Spear Did not do blood work sent me home for a kidney infection went to another doctor 5 days later had bladder cancer in 2017 had surgery and treatments wasnt told I had stage 4 prostate cancer two years later he missed it was confirmed in Dallas Tex UTI by then it had spread to the bone . The story is make sure you check every possibility before you cause a short life for someone like me is terminal Dr Tijerina you need to step down

Cindy Cook The process of getting in was awesome and the care was excellent. Never been to such an organized urgent care before. I registered from home, I was called when room was available, got there within the 15 minutes and within 5 minutes of arrival I was in my room. Only a few minute wait and the doctor came in. Everyone was so polite and caring.
5 /5
Clay Cotham Fantastic experience except for the fact I felt terrible. I was able to check in online and they called me when a room was ready. . Minimal wait time in the reception area. I was taken bacterium a room, examined, tests ran and then I was out the door. The entire staff was pleasant. I felt like I had the best care. I definitely will be back if I do get sick again.

Sherry Poor If you are sick and need a Dr . Go to Salas Emergency! I rarely go to Dr . I’m hardly ever sick, and I really hate Dr visits, I was so impressed with this staff , nicest most professional. I was treated so kind and they listened, got me in and out as quickly as possible because they knew I felt so bad. I will go back to Salas if I need a Dr again. I am on the road to recovery and very thankful I chose Salas. Could not ask for a better treatment from anywhere. Highest of praise. Thank you Salas.

Glynda Lomax I took my two small elderly dogs to Dr. House for continuing care for their CHF and arthritis the entire time we lived in Paris. The clinic is always very clean, we never had long waits and the care my dogs received was excellent! Dr. House and his staff are very kind, very compassionate and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

Alexis Doss Dr. House was absolutely amazing and so was his staff! We had a very bad emergency with very little money but Dr. House came through and helped us! Thanks to him my dog is still alive.

Bev Nelson I called at 4:50 pm on Friday afternoon the day after the 4th of July. They had never seen my precious dog but they told me to bring him in. Dr. House was so thorough and wonderful with Taz (6 year old toy Australian Shepherd) who had a seizure in my home before I took him to the vet. Dr. House did bloodwork, ex-rays, etc to see why he was also having pain his his back/back legs. Taz had a kidney infection with blood on his urine. We were given an antibiotic, pain killer, etc and one week later Taz is almost back to his old self. We have a follow up coming in a week or so and look forward to seeing Dr. House again! Friends for life!

At the time, my family were all going to Paris Family Physicians and so I transferred to them. I have been so impressed with the Drs., the nurses and the back-office staff. Everyone is so friendly and caring....just the place you would want to go with your important health issues! I would not hesitate to recommend!

Sharon Schneider I was left in an exam room for more than 20 minutes because "they forgot" I was waiting. No telling how long if I had not left the room to inquire. When a staff member helps a client with the computer they ask personal medical information in the waiting area...no privacy. A nurse told me on my first visit that I was fine and she didnt know why I was there. I do not feel cared for at this clinic.

Denver Smith My wife and I had our 6-month old kitten spayed yesterday. We are extremely happy with the results. Everything about our visit was professional, from the clinic itself to the staff and in the results. From the way our kitten acts, you wouldnt belief she just underwent surgery. She was prescribed 3 days of pain meds (included in the cost of spaying); we are giving them as directed, but she doesnt seem to be affected by pain or discomfort. This can only come from a very professionally conducted surgical procedure. The "proof is in the pudding", so to speak. Based on our experience, we definitely recommend this clinic to others.

Erica Kuykendall I had to take my very very sick mama dog on a Monday morning when they opened, we had never been there before, they were AMAZING! Dr Hope kept me informed on my girl through the whole day. They wrote a quote up for me and they stuck to it unless I gave the go ahead! My Charlie Sue was better within 24 hours and back to herself by the end of that week! Thank God for Lamar Vet and Dr Hope, without them my Charlie girl would not have survived another day. Charlie is a coonhound so she was so distracted by all the other smells and surroundings she had not peed the entire time she was at the vets, that’s over 24 hours, Dr Hope was so worried she scanned her bladder to make sure there was no obstruction (No cost to us). Of course as soon as we got home Charlie made a bee line to the back yard and boy did she have to pee!!! The vets office called the next day to check on her and we’re just wonderful!!!

Jimmy Latimer If its just simple stuff like prescribing medication or taking blood pressure they might be ok. But they stuck me six times for a blood sample and never got it. Plus charged me a year later for something my company was supposed to pay for, that her staff had messed up on the paperwork.

Axeel Rodriguez Honestly, the WORST clinic I have been to. I got so lucky going here… seriously the best. I love my PCP Cynthia is the only good thing about this place. The wait time is ridiculous, if you have a 10 am, you will be there past 2 hours waiting. I have sustained injuries and getting the care I need has been complicated by their office and how they answer the phone or even double check if a client’s referral is in network. I have had enough and only want to transfer PCP bc the care here is not diligent and sufficient for an office in this day and age.

Karoline Echterbecker Called ahead and confirmed with reception that this clinic would accept walk-ins patients. After arriving and waiting for the lunch closure I returned and found out I would only be able to see a doctor as a walk-in if I was an existing patient at the clinic. This is fair enough, but it would have been much preferred to be advised of this when I called ahead and before I drove an hour and a half round trip to this clinic.

Brenda Cruz I have been there twice to get shots for my child. The first time I called before hand was told they give shots from 1-5. I showed up at 3:45 and was told I couldnt get my child shots. I had an appointment in the same buildig the next week. They told me that they would take care of it after my other appointment. When I got done I was again turned away. The reason I was given was they were doing paper work and giving my child shots would mess up there count. How hard is it to subtract one from the number you previously had and match an Id number on a vaccine.

Maggie Kerby We have received excellent care from this clinic since my children were born! I greatly appreciate that the pediatricians at this clinic are the same on staff at the hospital so Dr. Gibbs has cared for my kids since the day they were born. She patiently answers all my questions and my kids and I adore her! Weve seen most of the other providers as well and always been grateful for the wonderful care weve received. Cant recommend them enough.

Nick Dr Gibbs for the pediatric side has a terrible bedside manner for a. Pediatrician and when we left there was a bloody bandage stuck to our daughters blanket which must have come from the chair we set it in inside the examination room.

Matt Calhoun Ive been seeing Dr. Troutt for about 4 years now, and he and his staff have always gone out of their way to accommodate me however and whenever necessary, including appointments over the telephone, calling in antibiotics when I was unable to come in for a visit, etc. He is successfully treating a couple not so fun illnesses. He takes the time to get to know and actually have conversations with all of his patients, and creates an environment where his patients are comfortable sharing personal info, medical and non medical. He is one of 2 Doctors I can remember ever having a normal conversation with.
5 /5
Mac Broadway Dr Trout, like other US physicians, has many balls to juggle - office visits, hospital duty, nursing home visits, a truckload of record keeping for tracking & obtaining payment from 100’s of patients. It’s EZ2C how trying to keep all his bases covered & maintain a personal life could make the business of caring for others Very impersonal. But Dr Trout seems to keep the personal touch. I Feel he asks appropriate questions & usually listens closely. During last 4 years of Mom’s life was Mom & Dad’s primary care physician. Came periodically to Heritage House to check in on Mom. We took Dad to Dr Trouts office for visits. Thx 4 taking good care of Mom & Dad!

Cannot Say I recommend you avoid this practice. His staff has ruined it. I was asked to leave and wait outside so they could have a birthday party during office hours. In examining their bill, where I was overcharged, I was told to "hush because they assured me they knew more about Medicare billing than I did", they didnt. Just go elsewhere otherwise your health will be at risk.

Barbara Garcia Since Dr. Roberts left, this place has really gone down hill. This new doctor doesnt care about the elderly. I went there a few times and he informed me to get my non-narcotic pain medicine which I have been on for 20 plus years that I would need to go to a pain management clinic which I have Never abused. He gave me 3 different medicines for 1 prescription. 1 of which I explained I couldnt take. Then I got Ill and needed a refill on my nausea medicine, he called in some different medicine. Then he offered me to come in to get a 250.00 COVID test. I believe he is weeding out the elderly people to get younger clients. My mother n law had almost the same experience. He told her she would have to go to pain management clinic. She is 85 yrs old. I will NEVER return. Neither will my mother n law. We WERE taking tramadol. Nothing addictive. We both have taken this med for many years with NO problems. Now I have to find another doctor. And I have no insurance. What a sad situation just because he thinks he knows whats good for someone who he just met. No compassion or care for us. Also at our age I assume that he doesnt care nor understand what it does to our bodies to be taking medicines for many years and then All of a sudden be taken off those medicines.

Katey Jackson I am in my hometown to visit my parents for a week, and my father is experiencing diabetic neuropathy which requires regular wound checks and dressing changes for his feet. I was present when Nina arrived and was able to observe her interactions with my (at times) very stubborn father. Today’s nurse, Nina approached the entire experience with calm professionalism, kindness, and education. She answered his and my questions and provided a lot of peace and education to help me understand what he’s experiencing and what he can do to help improve his symptoms. I live across the country and worry about my parents’ health, and knowing that they are being seen regularly by an organization that employs such kind and patient nursing staff. I can’t overstate how much peace it brings me to know that there are people who take caring for our seniors to heart. Thank you for what you do.

Michael Baldree Absolutely horrible service, they say they will call to check on patient during the week and they never have. They never check my wife’s wounds from hip replacement or back surgery and in the letter they sent they say it’s a service they provide and do when they come to our home. They check vitals that’s about 2 minutes and then 10 minutes on tablet then they leave. They was to also PT for wife’s hip and I was told they was staffed up enough so it probably wouldn’t happen. They get fired on next visit 02/06/23

Allisa Lamar I became involved with Red River Home Care through my significant other, Charles Whipkey. Charles underwent a five way heart bypass in late September of this year. After 16 days in the hospital (UT Southwestern) we were given a list of home health care agencies and chose Red River because of their 5 star rating. We went home and started occupational and physical therapy with Red River. Everything was going pretty good until Charles had his wound on his right leg open up. During his heart surgery the doctor had taken veins from his leg to use in his chest. We ended up spending a little over a week at UT Southwestern and coming home with a wound vac on his leg. Red River was now doing wound care in addition to occupational and physical therapy. This is when we started to have real problems. We asked that Red River coordinate the visits so that it did not take all day as Charles has a business to run. They managed to get the visits on the same days but never could make it not last all day. One of the other problems that we had was the nurses calling before 8am. Even after we asked them not to call before 8am they still did. The quality of care was lacking to say the least. They never had adequate supplies, would wrap his leg wrong, did not properly clean the wound and just really acted like they did not know how to do their job. One nurse even had the audacity to tell me how I should not vape. Another showed up coughing and sneezing sounding very sick. After all this and more , we were going to choose another place to receive home health from but were dismissed suddenly from care with Red River because we went shopping. On Black Friday we called at 9am to see when the nurse would be out to change his wound vac. We were told by Topher in the office that she did not know where the nurse was and that they had 2 nurses call out of work. She said she would call us back. We waited for an hour and the went to town to Home Depot. At 11am Topher called and wanted to know where we were as she had called our home number. I said we are in town shopping. She immediately freaked out saying that Charles was not home bound and they would have to dismiss him from care. After all that the nurse finally showed up about 4:30 that afternoon and changed his wound vac but did not even address the swelling in his legs or change the tubigrip wrapping on them. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Joint Commission on Red River Home Care. Red River Home Care doesn’t listen to their patients, does sloppy unprofessional care, are rude to the patient and family and are way more invasive than need be. The only professional care that he received was from the physical and occupational therapist that we saw. They were wonderful. If you have a loved one that needs home health care don’t be fooled by the supposed 5 star rating of Red River Home Care. Charles is doing better every day and will have a full recovery but this has been a hard couple of months and having to deal with Red River has been a nightmare that we just did not need.

Kindra Smith So my daughter took her baby to the dr on Wednesday, sh wasnt able to see Dr. Scott and had to see another Dr. Which was Dr.Drennen. my granddaughter was running almost 102 temp and this dr said no need to be concern, her tonsils was read and she had fluid in her ear but she told my daughter no need to worry or be concerned. Will I went to Signature Care tonight with my daughter because her baby is still sick. They tested her for RSV and all other infections and for tonsillitis because her tonsils are so swollen they are almost touching each other. After test results she tested positive for RSV and her ears are red so the dr at Signature Care put her on a antibiotic for her ears. My granddaughter was sick when she was seen by Dr.Drennen and she told my daughter it is just allergies from the pollen. Never did she take any kind of test and to come find out by the dr at Signature Care she is sick with RSV. Just wanted to let people know what a bad doctor Dr.Drennen is and not too have your child seen by her.

Kimberly Sikes Dr. Gibbs may be an excellent "baby" doctor, but for teenagers she lacks a lot to be desired. We recently moved here to the Paris area and have been using Primary Care Associates for my childrens health care. We will be looking for another physician, however, because I, as a parent, do not like being treated like an imbecile. I know when my child is sick. Besides if they miss school they must have a doctors note in order to return and have their absence excused. If a child is running a fever you can not send them to school. A nurse practitioner at PCA prescribed my daughter antibiotics a couple of weeks ago and it did not clear up her sinus infection. She was running a fever of 103 yesterday and had to be picked up at school. She has continued to run fever all yesterday and today as well, but the doctor said to let her tough it out....let her run fever....and send her to school tomorrow. Wow! No medicine......she said gargle with warm salt water.....increase fluids.....I already know these things, but since my daughter has been sick off and on for the last 3 months, I thought they might finally give her strong enough medicine to get her well. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who has common sense because anyone with common sense can tell they are just trying to make more money off of people while treating them like idiots.

Ashley s We had to change pediatricians because ours retired so we decided to try Dr. Cutrell. He is great. Sammy Stansbury Everything was great. My nurse was great except for the one Hispanic nurse, older lady very out of touch with reality very rough non-caring the food was horrendous that they brought my wife and myself we could smell it from the hall and it smelt nasty. We both tried to eat it and just could not swallow it, but the nursing was great. They took great care of me in that aspect.

Stephen Outpatient surgical was better than most! Fantastic Anesthesiologist who really made the experience Solid gold! What I wasnt impressed with was the floor care for inpatient care. I had a fantastic night nurse for two days and a good day nurse for a few days but after that the nursing sucked. got stuck with this psycho nurse that was always singing to herself then went totally schizophrenic on me and put me in fear for my life, well I left AMA for my own protection. The food wasnt that bad but would have liked bigger portions. Pretty decent Emergency Department but the surgical care was top notch!

Alyssia Gonzalez Me and my mother came here at 9am today to get seen about her ovary cyst and they let everybody in the back that came in after us, we waited 4 hours and I asked the clerk ( a short African American woman) “mam, how long is it gonna be till they get us back there” she responded with an attitude “that she don’t know” so we waited another hour and one of the nurses came and asked my mother if she wanted to still be seen she said yes and he proceeds to come back in the waiting room and told her that she needed to sign back in because she “said f this place” n “left the hospital”…the crazy thing is we didn’t even leave we were waiting in the waiting room the whole time and me and the nurse made eye contact everytime he came in the waiting room. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!! we decided to go to signature care emergency center and they are a whole lot better with their service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ricky Schardt The nurses on the Orthopedic floor are a fantastic group of women dedicated to their craft. All smiles and pleasant demeanors and, of course, professionalism. Special blessings for Crystal, Grace, and the PT therapists. All wonderful people. Everyone I encountered during my 2 day, 1 night stay were so nice and so polite! Besides the trauma of having my left knee replaced, it was a very pleasant experience.

Marty Henson I had a Heart Cath and was treated like I was important, not a burden as a patient is in most facilities. I was then admitted to ICU. The 3 nurses I had there were OUTSTANDING, they took care of me. Would recommend a Heart Cath by Dr Hashmi at Paris Regional. I hope everyone in ICU treats the patients as well as I was treated.

Cara Fuller RUN AWAY from this place. (Warning long review) Another review stated “ tried to blame me for her and her staffs incompetence and negligence” and I couldn’t put it any better myself. My son is a patient of Dr Holmes. Well, he had one phone visit with her. She prescribed medication. He responded well. That was last year sometime. Since then, we have spent all day holding the phone in hand waiting for a call for a phone visit that never happened TWICE. We were told they tried to call and we didn’t answer. Yeah right - we waited all day, no voicemail or missed call from her or her office. We had another appointment cancelled because she was on leave. Today, they cancelled his appointment because she “called out sick”. They offered me a reschedule two months from now. My son is out of psychiatric meds and will crash. A “crash” for him is generally violent. Dangerous for him, us, and his siblings. Dr Holmes refuses to refill the meds till he is seen. His nurse said she would send her a request when they called to cancel my appointment. That was five hours ago. I just called to check on it and was told they had not heard from her and the nurse or whoever I talked to was rude and dismissive about it. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Literally any other doctor. This place is terrible.

Granga Judy FOREWARNING: This is a lengthy review, but I wanted to share as much of the horrible experience I had so you would have enough “negative” to stay far, far away from this place!!! The ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star rating is because I couldn’t leave a review if I didn’t select a rating!!! I had been referred to this office (mistakenly) by my PCP. I decided to go ahead and see the Nurse Practitioner since my referral was mid-October and Dr. Holmes was booked up until March!! I have seen Nurse Practitioners in the past many times at several different appointments elsewhere so I chose to be seen in 3 days vs 5 months. I should have followed my gut feeling (and nose) when I walked into the office/waiting room and was met with a musty smell and what used to be light colored, suitable for sitting furniture. Or, when I was told by the receptionist, that the nurse practitioner was running late because she had an “emergency” visit…which was literally being conducted IN THE HALLWAY right beside the very small waiting room (with only cheap partial privacy glass between us)!! It was loud enough for us to hear her yelling at what was visually and audibly (the voice) of a CHILD!!!! When I was called back to her office, she wasn’t even in there, the chair was uncomfortable and placed unusually far from her desk. When she came in, she appeared frustrated and almost angry, and it took a really fast downward slide immediately!!! She was very hard for me to understand (very heavy accent and didn’t speak loud enough for me to hear her since I was sitting so far back) and extremely rude!! She didn’t want to hear/know anything ABOUT me…no eye contact whatsoever and just focused on her computer or her notes the entire time. So, when she said “tell me what is going on”, I tried, but she cut me off about 5 words in to ask what medications I was taking. All she wanted to know was what medication I was taking and telling me how wrong the combination was and that it “overlapped” with my current prescription medication routine (meaning more than one medication for certain same diagnoses such as depression and anxiety). But she never listened when I tried to explain how “TREATMENT RESISTANT” my depression and anxiety are!!! Now, I must add, that prior to February of this year I had a phenomenal psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that I had seen for years!! He listened and worked diligently for a long time to get my medication combination and dosage as close to right as he could!! He changed my life significantly twice…my first visit with him gave me hope…My last visit brought “panic” back to it. He retired and I have been searching for another “good” one to take his place. I’m still searching!!! Now, THIS “NP” started barking about taking 2 medications for the same symptom/diagnosis and what all I needed to STOP taking!!! My body does not work that way!!! I have been taking most of my medications for YEARS and I could quickly become suicidal if I stopped taking them! I have an ACTUAL card that I take everywhere with me that has a QR code that can be scanned to show bloodwork results that PROVE my body only responds to some medications when given by a certain route (some with pills, some with shots, and some in liquid form). It also proves my body takes higher than normal doses of some medications to treat my symptoms since I don’t respond to normal doses effectively because my body only uses small amounts of those medications and the rest is “sent to exit my body”. But, again, she refused to listen to my information and also refused to scan my QR code. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This “lady” was so downright rude that I almost got up and walked out…but I had already paid my copay for the visit which literally took about 8 minutes!!! I told my husband in the waiting room (loud enough for all to hear) that I would NEVER set foot in there again!!! Thank you if you read this very lengthy review!! I just can’t describe the level of fury I have with this place and the disservice that all of her other appointments are receiving. So sad!!!

Debbie Wallace Had to mark 1 star just to add a review but this practice does not deserve it. Waited 4 hours past appointment time just to see her for less than an hour visit. Was told to call in 10 days to let her know how medications were working that was over 2 months ago and still no call back. Several calls from us and insurance to get paper work filled out and still no response. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Now thanks to Dr Holmes we no longer have insurance.

T Johnson I would NEVER recommend Dr. Holmes or her office to any of my family and friends. After waiting three months to be seen by her, she cancelled and rescheduled my first appointment, so I had to wait another three weeks. Then at the rescheduled appointment, I waited 2 1/2 hours past my scheduled appointment time just to be seen. Her receptionist, Angela, is extremely rude and does NOT give her messages and it took her 2 weeks to get back to me regarding having a prescription filled. I also needed a form completed by her that had a due date and she never completed it. In addition to this, when I had an emergency because of the medication she prescribed me, it was not treated as such by her receptionist when I called her office during business hours letting Angela know I was having an emergency she told me Dr. Holmes was too busy and hung up on me. I then called the after hours EMERGENCY LINE, which I dont know why they even have because Dr. Holmes herself did not get back to my on her emergency line, which she is in charge of. She did not treat me with the respect or dignity I deserved and tried to blame me for her and her staffs incompetence and negligence. She clearly takes on more patients than she can attend to, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. She also is more concerned about her reputation than her patients. I would NEVER recommend her and advise you to seek help elsewhere.

Wanda Burke would NEVER recommend Dr. Holmes or her office to any one.My grandson sees her monthly. Her staff is VERY RUDE, they never relay messages to Dr. Holmes. It takes 2 or 3 days and several phone calls later in order to get them to call in refills. They will schedual your appointment at 1 time and then not even call you in to be seen for 2 hours after the time. This is pure negligence. She clearly takes on more patients than she can attend to, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend her. And IF there is somewhere else near by that would take on my grandsons insurance we would change in a heartbeat but there isnt. So where stuck here.

Ora Miles I had a sleep study scheduled on Feb 13, 2025 at 2130 hrs. I arrived at 2115 hrs. My sleep study didnt start until almost 2230 when the technician started putting all the wires on my head, arms, and legs. I think her name was Martha. She did give me a form to fill out but I figured if I filled it how I really felt, then it would not get turned in, plus she was rushing me. When attaching the wires standing in front of me, she passes gas loudly and smelly. She said excuse me and then proceeded to continue to pass gas several more times. She had told me to put my stuff on the table upon arrival so I asked how would I be able to get my stuff while all wired up. She told me that I didnt need my stuff. I responded that I had my Ipad in my bag so I could read to make self sleepy. She then picked up my bag and purse and tossed it toward the bed and it landed on the floor. I had to tell her that was really rude and uncalled for and I would not put up with that type of behavior. So once she got me lying down in the bed, she picked up my purse and bag and put it on the bed beside me. I asked her for some water to take my medications and she brought me an 8 ounce bottle of water. When I started drinking it with my medications, she told me I couldnt drink it all because I couldnt get up to go to the bathroom. I informed her that I drank plenty of water all the time and I was not incontinent and knew what I could drink and dont have to get up during the night. The next morning I was supposed to be awakened by 0500 and discharged by 0600. But she came in the room at 0515, turning on the lights and telling me she had to unhook me and I needed to get dressed right away. I can only assume that she was still running behind from the night before. She casually mentioned the 2 papers for me to fill out and return to her. This woman had no good bedside manner and I hope no one else has to go through what I suffered. The only kind thing she did was bring me a blanket when I was cold.

Double edged fist Disgusting excuse for an ER. If you are in pain, DO NOT waste your time coming here. They don’t care. I came in for severe abdominal pain. Place is pretty clean and neat, but that’s the only thing positive. The guy behind check in window doesn’t say a word. You pick up clip board and fill out two sheets, just to hand back in, to silent Bob. He later comes out (still not saying a word) to put on your plastic bracelet. I then later get called in by a young female tech/nurse whose pants are on so tight they looked like they were airbrushed on. Don’t know anybody’s name cause you can’t read their IDs and they don’t introduce themselves. Anyway she barely says two words while trying to take my blood pressure. She screws it up so the guy at the desk has to tell her how to do it. She starts up machine then takes a seat and starts getting on her phone. A real assurance that I’m in for real professional care. Not! Her attitude sucked. Fire her! You don’t belong being in the medical field with an attitude like that. So I’m asked why I came in. I explain that I’m in pain. At no time am I asked my pain levels or offered anything. I was just tossed back in the waiting room. So the waiting begins, with no communication. I have no idea when I’m up, how long the wait is, etc. It’s a whole different ball game when you’re in a large amount of pain, and have to just sit there. I eventually left and went elsewhere. This place is just unreliable. It’s unsettling to know when you need urgent medical care, that there is none available here. Complete lack of humanity. Shame on this place!!!

Nancy Dodson This is a very professional facility. Staff, nurses & my doctor (Frasier) is the best. I always knew what was going on, and it all turned out like they said it would. The doctor is outstanding not only as a surgeon but great bedside manners. They gave me confidence in the hospital nurses & my doctor. Can’t thank you enough for all you did for me.

Kayley Meshaya The nurse was very kind to me, I barely saw the doctor. My PCP wanted me to get an ultrasound on my gallbladder and stomach to confirm suspicions or to rule them out. The Dr at another ER wanted me to get an ultrasound of my ovaries to rule out ovary twists. They only did an ultrasound of my ovaries then gave me a drip for a stomach ulcer (that they didnt test for!). Then proceeded to cut the drip short and send me out once they confirmed I did not have a twist. When I asked about the ultrasound my PCP requested they refused. ALL OF THIS TOOK OVER 4.5 HOURS

Schkueben Schkneiben Hi folks, I was in healthcare and leadership for 25 years ranging from being a combat medic in the Army to leadership in level 1 trauma center and Emergency room. The staff here are amazing with bed side manners and care, the ER is very clean and the coffee is good too. I will point out Reilly RN if you are a veteran; she is amazing. All the people have been great though even Dr Hobbs as well. I will come here again if needed. Very empathetic treatment people.

Richard Vernadeau Went to Dr Gangulys office at 8:30 simply to get the paperwork to go do lab tests. Girl at the reception area told me to go to waiting room that it would be a few minutes. 15 Minutes later I returned to the same reception and she said shed go back there and see what was taking so long and meet me in the waiting room. 10 more minutes pass. I go back to the receptionist and she informs me that they were having to change the ink in the printer. So then I get the paperwork. It is now 9:06. I go down to the Labcorps to hand over paperwork and have tests run. I sit down in that waiting room and one woman sitting there informed me that there was nobody in the lab and that she had been sitting there 20 minutes already. I waited another 15 minutes and another lady had sat down also right as I had come in. Two of us had pushed the button to ring the lab room to let them know we were there. There was no response during the 15 minutes that I was there. I got up and left as I had other appointments elsewhere and was on a time schedule.

GinaMichelle AvinaHernandez Dr. Coleman treated me like A person, a woman; not like someones whos beneath her or stupid. She saw me for almost two yrs, throughout the COVID pandemic, even after I moved too far away to make the drive. Her intake nurse helped me and was so kind and understanding even when I was so late every single time. Dr Coleman often called to see how I was, called and in a prescription to another Pharmacy if I needed it or after hours when I was late. She changed my life many times, now Im a more capable mother and woman! Im so very totally grateful Dr Mrs Coleman; for her professionalism, kindness, understanding and patience. Heaven knows, I am late the majority of times.
