Bobbie Freitag I highly recommend Physician’s Hospital for medical procedures. In previous years surgeries for myself and family members at Physician’s have all been very smooth and staff very patient oriented. This time I needed a heart catherization. Each person in the initial process with whom I had contact was friendly and directed. When there was a glitch regarding the transfer of medical records several staff members, especially Jamie, worked to prevent my procedure from being delayed. The OR staff involved both before and after my procedure were very amiable, reassuring and directed. Charla, my RN was exceptionally kind as read the last set of consent papers for me ( I didn’t have my glasses). I strongly recommend Physician’s Hospital.

robert bierman From the moment you walk into the reception area we were greeted with a huge smile and welcome in. They verified all the documents and the surgery. Outstanding customer service. Then the nurse Karen was absolutely fantastic, funny and so caring. Every step of the way was explained in detail, easy to understand. Dr. ONeil came in and reviewed everything about the procedure and recovery, made my wife feel relaxed. Fantastic and really cares for his patients. We then met Dr. Adams the anesthesiologist who explained everything, very caring, friendly and personable. Then Dr. Fields came over and also very friendly and caring, and went over the nerve block procedure and other medication before surgery. Jen came over and we talked football because of my Notre Dame shirt and she is from Indiana. Very personable and helped my wife before the procedure. After surgery Mary Lou explained to me about the discharge instructions, and helped my wife in recovery. As in the medical field myself, this is the perfect way from beginning to end to treat a patient. Absolutely the best experience at a hospital. I highly recommend this entire group to anyone who needs a surgeon (Dr. ONeil) to front desk personnel, nurses, Karen, Jen, Mary Lou anesthesiologists (Dr. Adams, Dr. Fields).

Michael Lindsey I have been here multiple times & usually dont have an issue. Most of the staff is friendly & professional. The two times I have had an issue its been similar problems. First, the wait times have been getting longer & longer, probably due to over booking. Its clear they dont value your time, comfort & its painful sitting in a waiting room chair, wheelchair or the bed for hours. Also, have yall noticed that there are a high amount of positive reviews vs negative reviews? That is suspicious to me. My issue: After my procedure I woke up in severe pain. My recovery room nurse, Stacey, was rude, short & had a bad attitude. Very poor patient care. She has no business being a nurse that deals with patients. Apparently, she said I was misbehaving. I wouldnt keep the Ice pack on my neck & I was squirming around. Thats because I was in terrible pain. Patients often display combative behavior, altered mental status, do or say off the wall things or have pain issues when waking up from anesthesia. A competent recovery room nurse should recognize that and take the appropriate actions . At some point I was given Tylenol & a muscle relaxer that provided no relief. I dont believe nurse Stacy was accurately communicated my condition fully to my doctor because he wouldnt have discharged me in such a condition. No doctor should. Shortly after that, two young men came into my bay, forcibly dressed me then I was forced into my wheelchair & rolled out of the door to the pick-up area. I was treated very roughly & thrown around like a sack of potatoes. It was more like I was being thrown out than discharged. My dad voiced concern over my condition to nurse Stacy. She said the doctor said I had medicine I could take at home for pain. I couldnt sit up properly in the truck chair but, nurse Stacy & her two goons didnt seem to give a sh*t. It seems they want you out ASAP, whether youre ready or not. I know this sounds preposterous & you may be thinking "there is no way" but, I promise you its the truth. How many other patients have been treated like this and not said anything or were believed? I never plan to come here for anything ever! Beware...

She is amazing with children. They absolutely adore her and ask often when we are doing to visit her office because they truly love it and feel so comfortable with her! Melani Crowe The Pearland Pet Health Center is a great pet hospital. I was really impressed by the Dr and the office staff. All were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Originally, I had taken my dog to my regular vet after my dog had hurt her leg. The Dr told me she cant know for sure without an x-ray but assumed my dog Nala had torn her ACL. The vet said they dont offer that type of surgery and referred me to Pearland Pet Health Center. After the Dr at Pearland did the physical exam, he told me he was sure it was Nalas hip that was the problem area and requested an x-ray. The x-ray showed a hip fracture and he recommended FHO surgery. A couple weeks later, the surgery was done. I was so nervous dropping her off that morning. The front office offered to text/call me to let me know when Nala would be going in for surgery and after she woke up from the anesthesia. The Dr himself called me to tell me how surgery went and that everything went great. I picked Nala up the next morning. Her recovery has been going well and Im so happy with the outcome of everthing. I highly recommend Pearland Pet Health Center.

Amanda Heidemann I have been seeing Dr. Ramirez for over five years and have nothing but great things to say about him. He is friendly and personable. Wendy Maldonado Ive been a patient of Dr. Ramirez since he use to be located off of Binz road. I am guessing at least 10+ yrs. Under his care and treatment I have been flare up free since 2007. His knowledge and compassion of Lupus has kept me loyal to his practice. If he were to move to another location, I will still follow him. I now drive 40 miles and he is worth every mile. I highly recommend Dr. Ramirez.

Theis Deborah “Deb” I have had numerous surgeries, chronic pain and severe arthritis. Dr. Ramirez looked though my extensive medical records, did a thorough clinical interview and explained my diagnosis. Although he could not help me because i do not have an autoimmune issue. However, i would highly recommend him to anyone with that type of arthritis.

Jenai Johnson Would give zero stars if possible. Been calling nonstop to have access to my results which costed over $1,000 to have about 16+ test ran. No one does anything helpful they say ok we will look into and call you back and days later will still never call. I pay $40 every visit and over a $1,000 for testing but no access to seeing my own results? Submitted all my medications I was on prior to coming to them, instead of actually looking into the medication I was on they allowed me to stay on certain ones that I shouldn’t have been on that has now put me at high risk for blood clots. Save your time and money.

Ngoc Le Staffs (nurses) and front-desk are very helpful and pleasant to speak or ask questions. Very nice customer services. the doctors explained very well on each topics. He takes good care of my children when any issues arise. The facility is a plus for parking and the waiting area is clean. Overall, Im very satisfy with services, location, facility.

Toan Trinh We have service of Preventive care and we have 100% cover from my Health Insurance. Even I have explain and show them about my plan details of cover but they still charged us. They said after they claim on my insurance if it not require an copay they will adjust it for me. But now after a month still hear nothing from them. I have call them and the lady tell me: "anyone come here need to pay the copay no matter what". Really??? After that I have email them the statements of my Insurance when they make a claim with $0 copay but still not receive any respond from them. Anyone need more attention when come to get service with them.

Sharada Prasad Dr. Banglawala is a exceptional physician. She listened and heard me out and was patient in explaining what my symptoms meant and what medication she was prescribing. Dr. Banglawala took her time in seeing me and did not feel rushed and was well attended to. The clinic is comfortable, spacious and not crowded - staff polite and helpful - a much better experience than going to a large hospital or medical centre. B f My family and I have been patients of Dr. Banglawala for the past 6 years. This is the longest period of time that our family stayed with the same doctor because of her true compassion for her patients, her commitment to offer the best health care, and her medical competency. She is the whole package. On many occasions, she has stayed past her working hours to get one of my family members in for treatment (as a result of some medical emergency). On a particular occasion she called in a prescription at 10:30 pm and stayed on the phone with the pharmacist to make sure he had the right medication for my son. Dr. Banglawala is a gift to our community and my family and I are so grateful to have her as our family doctor.

To the other reviewer that gave negative comments, he or she should know that they dont do laser hair removal here, they bashed the wrong place, this is a medical doctor, not cosmetic .

During the storm we just had I called to make sure I had to go for the ultrasound to be told yes. The office was closed had to be inspected after the storm… Received a message saying the office staff had left several text and vm I never received one. But, once you mention cancelling appointments you start getting calls. Too late by then.

Tracy McKinley Thanks to Dr. Morgan and his wonderful staff, I feel as if the freedom from pain and swelling in my legs allows me live a more fulfilled life. Dr. Morgan is very knowledgeable about vain disease which allows him to give great personal care. The procedures are relatively painless and quick. I could resume normal activities the same day. I love the fact that ultrasounds are preformed periodically to check that all is well with my legs and healing is progressing as planned. He and his staffs, at both locations, are personable and make the appointments enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing improvement with circulation in their legs. I only wish I had not waited so long to live pain free. Oh, and getting rid of those unsightly bulges is a bonus. My legs look younger and healthy again. :)

Anne Hamilton I’m so disappointed. I’m wondering why I had the ablation procedure. My legs are still restless. No one told me how wrapped up my legs/feet would be after the procedure. I had a wedding the next day and had to wear goofy, oversized tennis shoes. I’ve had several ultrasounds and had to take time off of work to go. I took 1/2 a day off to drive to the woodlands for laser vein removal. I had no idea it would hurt. I said no one told me this would hurt, the guy told me, it’s like getting a tattoo. Well, I’ve never gotten a tattoo. $300 later, I saw no difference. I have spent a lot of time, time off work, and money for nothing. Why do I have to take time off work? Because they work around the employee’s schedules, not the patients. They don’t have late appointments, no exceptions. I went in feeling optimistic and left disappointed.

oldgoatgxp Dr. Morgan is a down to earth man with good medical skills. I had three procedures on me for restless leg syndrome and for the most past the episodes of restless legs has gone down by about 80-90%. The procedures are relatively painless and they give you several ultrasound treatments to make sure no blood clots are present. I also have to thank David Fischer who gave me several ultrasound treatments. As David and I are both car guys we pass the down time talking about cars, and the time for the ultrasound goes by really fast. To any friends of mine, I would strongly suggest visiting with Dr. Morgan for whatever his office practices. Jim Campbell 3/7/18

Their health industry personnel are so accommodating that I once asked them to sell their patient/customer service techniques to industry in and out of their realm of business. It is simple what they deliver a genuine smile and a walk in your shoes mentality. So if you happen to go there for the experience, do not freak out if they walk up to you and ask you to remove your shoes and then places them, on their feet cause they want to make sure they feel your pain!!!!!!!

Micheal Ogude Dr. Challa is great. Every referral has led to an improvement of my health, most notably the ENT referral. The ENT was able to solve my crippling migraine issue that plagued me since I was born, and it truly is amazing to be free of that migraine. I trust Dr. Challa and the other doctors that are helping me navigate my health issues in this challenging time of my life.

Lavinia Elena Romero Waiting times are awesome. Not too long of a wait registration staff was nice and courteous. Nurse on the other hand in my experience was rude and obnoxious. The provider was excessively talktive and repeated the same thing several times also did not really listen to me, I was not able to explain myself. Considering I went for a physical examination to fill out forms for a job, the burocracy behind having a simple form completed by a provider is too complex and unnecessary. Complete waste of time. It is not fair that when you call the appointment line they dont tell you these things and they dont comunicate with each other. I had to take a bus there and back home.

sickem tiko Just a short note to say that G.I. alliance has the best scheduler/customer service representative that I have ever had, her name is Lori P. My case required partnering with more than one doctor, and more than one facility and Lori stayed right on top of it. She was faithful to call back when she said she would, she pursued what was needed from each of the doctors involved, and kept me appraised throughout the whole process. I have not had my procedure yet, but just to say that scheduling is top notch with Lori. Seriously G.I. alliance, you need to give her a raise, and a promotion, good help is hard to find. Thank you, Lori!

C Frost Took my mom who had stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver to see Dr. Gogia - he sent her away without any information and said he wasnt "able to read the scans" from St. Josephs, which we came here only to do, just to find out if we can save my moms life. This doctor is useless and only wanted the $250 I paid out of pocket to go see him. This office turns away sick people instead of helping save them.

Josie Scott Dr. Gogia was very attentive to my needs. He is a great listener. He asked a lot of questions and explained the procedures in detail. He is caring and patient. I was very satisfied with Dr. Gogia since I’m recently new to Pearland. The staff was very nice. The only thing was that his appointments were running a bit late. I highly recommend Dr. Gogia.

Stephanie Harp This is a practice that believes the only participant whose time is valuable is the physician. They do not respect their patients time. They are always an hour plus behind and believe this is an acceptable way to practice. When I asked for a different appointment when they were an hour plus behind they offered on 45 days later.

Gwendolyn Blount I’ve called Dr. Gogia’s office at least 3 or 4 times the past couple of weeks asking to speak with his MA’s. Each time, I’ve explained everything to the person that answers, she tells me she’s going to relay my message and nobody has gotten back with me. Very upsetting and unprofessional. I’m going to switch my care to another GI doctor. Wish me luck when I call them to request my medical records.

(The doctors, nurses, insurance ladies, x-ray guys) theyve all treated me and various members of my family over the years. Jonathan M Took my wife to the ER here and had a great experience as far as ER visits go. The staff was friendly and helped us pass the time with humor and conversation. We were in and out in about 4 hours, got imaging, blood work, and treatment. The entire staff in the ER on 11-23-24 was amazing. I cant remember everyones names but a thank you to both the Chelseys, Willamina (apologies if wrong), and everyone else involved with my wifes visit/treatment. Highly recommend and will definitely go back if the need arises.

Arlisa Celestine-Cole I was admitted 12/03/2024 after going to ER for a lower bowel obstruction. HCA was my 1st choice until this visit. 2 or 3 RNs have been great they served over and about the call of duty! On the other hand the rest of these nurses were unconcerned, slow to do anything that I needed. Pretty much I never complain however after this experience I will NEVER come back to this place. At 1st I thought it was me and then I started documenting the events of the day! Some of these RNs should find another place to work because onviously they clearly don’t care about people or patients. Why does a patient in pain have to wait over an hour for medication or 1 entire day for a clear liquid tray! This is worse than horrible.

Angie Tangy I just had my baby there and my experience was so great. My labor and delivery nurse, Ashley, was absolutely Phenomenal! I felt so cared for, she exceeded expectations with her professionalism and dedication to making sure I was doing good. Doctor Davis was amazing as well. The whole team throughout my stay there was outstanding!

Karen Wheeler My recent visit to Solis Mammography was flawless. The staff greeting new arrivals for scheduled procedures were welcoming and efficient. I was quickly assisted and moved to the registration location. Again, very pleasant, efficient and helpful staff. The actual professional that did my study was amazing in every way. I appreciated her manner of caring for me while being friendly and professional. Anna and Erika were they 2 staff members that I would like to specifically acknowledge. As a registered professional nurse, I know great care. These ladies are wonderful, kind and helpful.

Donna Harrison I genuinely can’t say enough about this place. They’re so great. Everyone is so nice every single step of the way whether you’re checking in it register dealing with financial dealing with the nurse’s doctors surgeons. They’ve all been so nice. I recently had a crazy fiasco were something happened with my chart and my surgery got postponed and I wasn’t even Upset about it because they make you feel so comfortable you could patiently just wait and be understanding.

Angela Evans One start because no stars isn’t an option. My dad was in the hospital for a month. I feel it was because nobody seemed to know what was going on. He was forgotten about, was dirty - had feces on him & on his bed tray, his sheets. There’s a sign that said every day every patient gets a bath (or some such thing). Not once. Had a urinal on his breakfast table. He had to have a sitter because he fell. He had an arteriogram - the doctor did not come out to tell me what he found or what was done. One person said he had a stent, another said he just had a clean out. He fell because a brace was left on his leg for 4 days - it was supposed to be on for 6 hours. He fell because he didn’t know the brace was on. His legs were wrapped & were supposed to be changed daily, they were on for several days. Wound care was not done in a timely manner. I had to mark his wraps every time I was there to be sure they were changed, His sitter told me that there was 1 day that NOBODY came in during her 12 shift, no nurse came to check on him. We waited at least a week to have him released to a rehab facility, because PT notes were not sent. The clock that was supposed to be on the wall was in a drawer with no batteries. There were some helpful nurses that helped me get some answers. I would NOT recommend this hospital or at least Heart Tower 5.

Renee Harbaugh From the front desk to the operating room, the staff at HCA is caring, knowledgeable, and personable. I just had my 3rd surgery there in less than a year due to cancer, and they were incredibly supportive and kind to me. If I need to go back for other procedures I know I will be in great hands.

Jody Dr Patel is a very kind, patient and thorough person. She took the time to speak to me about my back pain, looked at the MRI results and gave me options. I felt so much better after the procedure. She truly cares about her clients. Her staff was very helpful as well. The office manager, Andrea, gives a lot of love and attention to her clients. I would recommend Dr Patel for my family.

Jenny Tolbert Dr Patel came highly recommended by both my PCP and spine surgeon. She really is a great doctor who takes the time to listen and try and treat your pain without just throwing pain pills at you. She has a great bedside manner and is very gentle with cortisone injections. She is the ONLY person I trust to stick a needle in my back!! I always recommend her to anyone I know who needs to see a pain dr. With that being said I do not totally love everyone on her staff and the wait is typically pretty long. To me it’s not a huge deal to wait a bit to see a great doctor who I really feel like cares and who I actually trust.

Barbara Layer Dr Patel is amazing! She’s been more helpful that a dozen specialists over the last 15 years. Less than one year under her care I’m 90% pain free and almost completely OFF PAIN MEDICINE! She listens to symptoms and forms a treatment plan that works and most importantly realistic! Appointments have always been easy to make and never take longer than an hour from sign in to check out.

Candice Hahn Dr Patel did Medial Branch Ablation on my painful back, & I felt 100% better for a time. Yes, it was a bit painful to have this procedure, but due to 100% of my pain being gone for approximately 4 months, I will do it again. I am blessed to have found Dr Patel, thanks to Dr Brian Sansalone. This has made me a better person that’s able to function. ☺️

K B Found this doctor to help manage the pain in my back. I agreed to have an outpatient procedure done to alleviate the pain. I was assured the procedure would work for at least 6 months. It did not. After getting the procedure done, I returned for a follow up. During the follow up, I questioned why the procedure did not work. The look of shock could be seen in the doctors face. She then proceeded to tell me that she never told me it would be a 100% guarantee. This was not told to me at first, as I tried explaining to her. After going back and forth on what was said and what was not said, the only option I was given was to return in a few weeks to see if the medicine started working again. The staff is great. When I initially started going to this office, I would have consultations with Dr. Patel. After awhile, I was no being seen by her and was seen by another doctor.

Roxanne Bene Rosa the front desk agent if you could even call her that has no professionalism. I’m not sure how she was able to secure a job sitting on the front end. I came in to get shots for my nephew to start school, we were not told over the phone we would have to bring in printed copies of shot records. We were told to bring them in. I had them in my phone and they could easily be transferred to their email or printed here but they refuse to do so. What they do is make you go to Office Depot get copies and bring them back. If I would have been told before hand we would have brought the actual copies . After that was discussed I brought to their attention there are NO SIGNS that state they need actual copies on their building . They don’t record their calls so they have No Proof they told you over the phone that you needed to bring these documents in hand so it’s basically your word against theirs. So I asked how long I had before I lost my appointment to run to the store to get these documents printed and Rosa said 15 min while the other lady that sat besides her corrected her and said 30 min. So I asked to speak to a manger Cathy or Barbra was her name, I told her my concerns about how they need to have signs up stating they will not accept emails of shot records. I asked her why we wouldn’t be able to email records and her response was “ because we can’t hold your phone it would cost us money if we were to drop or damage your phone worth $800”. I told her she doesn’t need to touch my phone to get an email sent to her work email address and she just didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. So that was useless. I got Human Resources phone number and will be making a complaint. These women need more training before being set forth front in any company they choose to work with. If this was my company they would not be sitting as the Face or the First person I see. When people walk in.

Duncan Williams These folks were great! They were courteous and understanding, and went the extra mile to make sure we had the paperwork we needed. When we came for the shots, they came out to the car and give my 106 year old mom her vaccination so she wouldnt have to get out in the freezing weather. The Pearland Clinic and staff are a real credit to Brazoria County.

Anthony Pendleton I have been provided a variety of med services at this care center since moving to Pearland approx 6 years ago. On site Cardiologist, Neurologist, Gastroenterologist, PCP, Physical Therapist, & Lab services are available and I have found them to be available for my needs in a timely basis. In no case have any of these providers failed to respond to my medical needs. I am fully satisfied and appreciative of how the doctors, nurses, receptionists, therapy and lab personnel have seen to my care.

Christian Rivas Patient abandonment. I received a letter from my PCP after having many years of pleasant provider & patient relationship supposedly because of "break down in communication". This was abrupt, confusing and most certainly an error. Im not rating my doctor Im rating administration at HMCCC in Pearland because after many attempts at reaching administration regarding this possible mistake and being promised a call, no one ever did. Here is the breakdown of events: -Last visit with PCP nothing out of the ordinary pleasant visit on 4/22 -Received letter on 9/13 (letter was dated 9/7) -Called and left voicemail at clinic on 9/13 (no call back) -Called on 9/14 (left message with clerk no call back) -Visited clinic on 9/15 and clerk informed manager. Manager acknowledged receiving the previous inquiry and let the clerk know she would call me that day. No call was received -Called again on 9/22 was told manager was in meeting and would call back after their meeting (they didnt) At this point I dont expect they will ever call me. They dont seem to care if there was a mistake or caring for their patients. Update: I was finally called back on 9/23 by administration 10 days after reaching out and a day after posting this review. I was told Provider wanted to give me the opportunity to "find better care" (their words). I have no clue how they came to this conclusion or that I needed better care until now, I was happy with my provider. Please visit the Texas board website describing patient abandonment if it happens to you too. A reasonable, prompt notice to end patient physician relationship is needed for such action. "Finding better care" is not a valid reason to release a patient from your care and waiting 5 months to tell them is not prompt.

Fredricka Vaughan I was scheduled for a bone density exam. They told me to be there at 8:30. No one was here in the department but people kept showing up for their appointment. The staff doesn’t appear until 9. Why make people come a half an hour early? Next time I will go to the med center. They run a tighter ship.

Denise Williams I take my client here for labs. Clean facility. Short wait times. Excellent staff. Highly recommend.

Mallely Castro The best staff Ive ever had to deal with in the medical field! Ive brought both my kids (10yo & 17yo)for MRIs. They made them feel very comfortable and welcomed. Mrs. V was exceptional to them both. A absolutely recommended the Imaging side of it.

Itztati I came here and I had a miscarriage and they was acting like they couldn’t check to see if there was anything left behind so it’s been 3 weeks since a stuff was left behind and now I had to go throw a doctor to get it removed when I told this hospital it was urgent and mind you this they lied and said there was nothing left but the doctor said it was so now I’m at high risk but this hospital or the team I had that day played with my life /care.

OurlifeasAlvarez s If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Save your time and take your baby to a legit hospital. I waited a total of 3 hours. My baby came in with a temp of 104. They gave Motrin while we waited (which I had to rush them to give). Finally seen an RN, all she did was check ears and tell me baby’s breathing was ok. So we paid $175 for a syringe of Motrin and an ear check lol. Currently taking my baby to an actual hospital because her breathing isn’t “OK”.

Eddie V I came in at 9pm rushing because they close at 10. “ Shun” a front desk clerk asked me what my sons symptoms were just to ultimately tell me my son cannot be seen because they are done seeing patients the waiting room was empty and there were barely any cars in the parking lot. i was stunned and i could not find on the door or on the website that they stop seeing patients after 9. it came off as they just wanted to be able to leave before 10. I could not understand why she would ask what my son’s symptoms were if she knew he could not be seen. A family arrived as I was leaving and was also turned away by Shun. They stood there confused like me and we agreed this was wrong and we traveled quickly and far just to be turned away with our sick children. If this is a policy it should be made known before parents waste their time. I will be filing multiple complaints regarding this matter and if you have had the same experience I encourage you to file complaints as well .The only way to make change is to come together and make our grievances known! It would have been fine if it was a policy patients knew about. The staff simply wanted to leave sooner and stopped service early. They keep suggesting we speak to the manager April… we need to go beyond the manager that is not changing anything but will most likely agree with her staff. There is a reason why when you call the complaint number it goes right back to April D….

Zeeaa Quadri My wife visited this location recently when our daughter was sick. The service was attentive and staff was professional and courteous. However, the lack of a 5-star review is due to their insurance billing practices. My wife was charged $175 for the visit, which was odd since I thought our insurance had some level of coverage for urgent care centers. As this was a new insurance plan, I brushed it off as a misunderstanding of coverage on my part. I just received out EOB from our insurance carrier outlining that the visit should have cost $34 out of pocket and that they were indeed covered by our insurance. If we receive a refund for this error, I will update this review accordingly.

dayna f new to texas got recommended on fb. drove 25 minutes as a walk in. registered. waited about 7 minutes and we were put into a room. nurse carrie was very helpful, pleasant and understanding. doctor came in very quickly listened to my daughters lungs (which was my concern) checked all other reasons for fever. follow up with PCP no compliants. very kid friendly environment as well.

Crystal Cisneros Went in today because my child has been with a bad cough and high fever’s up to 104.6. He complained about a sore throat as well. Doctor went in check his nose and ears and throat with a light only checked his temperature they gave him Motrin because he had a fever and all I was told was that his body has to fight whatever he has on its own no medication prescribed nothing was done not even a swab on his throat for strep or Covid or even the flu. I was very disappointed I had to drive 25 minutes just to be sent home in less than 15 minutes without a diagnosis never again will I go here don’t waste your time parents children are better off going to other urgent cares I’ve had better service than I did today!! Very disappointed looks like I’ll have to go to theER as he has had a fever all day but hey they were not concerned at all!!

Y Martinez First, I would like to thank the scheduler Mia for answering questions regarding why my 90 year-old mother-in-law’s service had not restarted after the nurse was informed on Saturday that she was home. When the nurse did not respond, I called to see if the HMO authorization was renewed. I was then transferred to the scheduler. Their system still had my MIL as if she was still in the hospital or rather she was not placed back into the schedule rotation. Five days later no communication which also means a full week with no physical therapy. Hopefully, we will be back on schedule Monday (3/3/25) and physical therapy will resume. Because Mia assisted with providing information, I have given them 3 stars.

robin holt So my mom was supposed to have a RN and physical therapist come out once a week from November to mid January. They did good at first then come November 26th was the last time the RN came and December 4th was the last time a physical therapist came out. No one has called or showed up since. My mom is 75 she fell and broke her femar I would give them a zero rating since there has. Come on is this the care our elderly get. Very disgusted and disappointed.

Laura S.-S. Forced to give a star to make a review. Would give negative 10!!!! This company does not care for patients. Spends more time dodging phone calls and passing the blame. Ended up canceling my mothers therapy due to lack of communication and respect. Owner and primary staff do not even respond to emails. It is a shameful that they are even in business. Doctors/insurance companies need to read reviews.

Michele Shepherd The worse care there is They have rules for care that do not benefit the patient. More evaluations than actual treatment My husband had been out of the hospital since March 19th. Insurance approved 12 physical therapy sessions on March 28th. As of today May 24th He has had 2 physical therapy sessions and 3 physical therapist evaluations which uses up the actual therapy sessions. It what world does that make since. What are they evaluating? It is a waste of insurance. Gave this feedback to insurance company. On a positive note the physical therapist that came out twice was amazing. Thank you Dusti
