Mg G After having a negative experience with another facility, I chose instead to use Memorial Hermann Surgical to have my endoscopy and colonoscopy. From the scheduling process to the day of the procedure, my experience was a very positive one. Every staff member from the young lady in the lobby to the procedure room were great. They took very good care of me from beginning to end. The best part for me was the heated gowns they hook you up to while your waiting. Some of the names I was able to remember were Linda my nurse in the waiting area and Dr Thompson the anesthesialogist they both put me at ease. Lindsey was also great handling my insurance. Nurse Corey calling to explain the prep leading to the procedure. And of course Dr Osayande who performed the procedure. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you all

Brenda Voller The medical part of the visit went fine. BUT I had to fill out a ton of forms on arrival that I had not seen before and filling them out prior to the procedure was a real hassle. There were also some protocol matters to attemd to, like the fact I had to remove a tiny sugar monitoering device on my arm. They are costly so a reminder not to wear one prior to the MRI would have saved me having to toss the one I had on. All the staff were very professional and understanding.

I stated that the reason for my visit was to get a renewal for my vyvanse prescription. When I go to the appointment the dr tells me she doesn’t prescribe vyvanse, I’ll have to go elsewhere. And btw, I still have to pay the $80 copay. Pleasure doing business with you!

The staff here are pleasant. Everyone here is very supportive always willing to give a hand when needed. When I started my stay, I was not able to walk. Kim Hinojosa Pam Rehab has been a great asset to our senior living community. When our residents need inpatient rehab, Princess Santiago comes out to assess them and works with our community and the family to make sure that they get the best inpatient rehab available. Their staff is kind and caring and works hard to return patients back to their prior level of functioning. I appreciate the work that they do with our residents.

Colleen Kroeker I was at PAM for 2 weeks and had excellent care from the nurses and aides to the OT and PT staff. I could name a lot of people but to start I want to especially thank Edy and Maria for looking after me so well. Gina, Sussan and Michael were three nurses that I had several times and again looked after me with care. There are many others that I dont have names for that did an excellent job. Finally, the entire therapy teams, both OT and PT were excellent challenging me to build my strength. Some names that I recall are Renish, Billy, Maria, Steven and Tyler PT. The OT group made me feel respected Some names include Gisselle, Jason, Amanda Michelle, Madison. If I missed anyone I apologize. All the therapists were awesome. Nod to the kitchen staff for providing good meals Thank you PAM for getting me back on my feet walking. The Last 2 people are Ruthie and Dr O. Ahmad for looking after me.

Jerry Ramirez Ive just started going to a doctors office after do many decades, and I can truly day the my experience was awesome. Dr. Francisco is very nice and very professional. She actually listens to your concerns and will answer you questions truthfully. I never thought these in-network plans were a good idea, but I got proven wrong. I only hate that I cant actually call directly to their office to ask questions. Other than that, its great.

Pam Vacek There is a problem with communications between your central answering department communications and getting messages to the doctor. I have had this problem twice in the last 6 months to get orders to the retirement living facilities my mom is at to give an antibiotic that was prescribed and the second was to send orders for PT. Both times we called at least 5-6 times with no results I finally had to drive to the doctors office to get this taken care of. This is unacceptable service especially since she has only been a patient there for 6 months

Gary Fagala My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Anzaldua for about 30 years. That should probably speak louder than anything specific I might say, but here goes. His exams are very thorough and complete. He doesnt hesitate to refer to specialists if his patient needs one. The specialists to whom he refers are all top-notch and compatible with the patients insurance. His explanations to his patients are always thorough and easily understood. Hes been a great doctor.

Traci Williams My family and I have been going to Dr. Anzaldua for 23 years and there’s a reason we haven’t switched doctors even after moving into Houston. He is good at what he does and is friendly, professional, and understanding. I also really like the fact that he pays it forward to aspiring doctors In the community. It’s not uncommon for him to come into the room with an intern (after getting permission, of course) so they’ll get to see/hear it firsthand as they learn. Dr. Anzaldua’s support team is also friendly and helpful and they run a tight ship while still making the interaction personal. I usually get in and out of my appointments quickly, which is also important to me.

JackieD Dr. Tong is amazing, however the front desk is terrible! I called 2 weeks after my initial appointment to get my lab results and to follow up on a referral I requested to see a specialist. The lady I spoke to said that only part of my labs were sent?? Also, she did not see a referral request for me. She said she would look into it and call me back within the next hour. She also said she would send a note to the nurse and have her call me back. I never got a call back from anyone. Im usually really patient with medical offices, because I used to work at one and I know how hectic it can be, but this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a medical office. Their disorganization will lose me as a client because I will not be returning. Leaving a patient hanging is unacceptable. Get it together Oak Bend!

Jessica Rodriguez She herself is a nice enough doctor, however she puts her beliefs of pain medications on the patient, well at lease she did that to me. I have horrible knees and severe back damages, she has all the documents and there are times that I was not able to be seen by my specialist, so I went to her for help in hopes that she could cover me for the few days.. NOPE all she said was that she would not ever proscribe any of the pain medications I have been given before but that she would prescribe some muscle relaxer. Honey i have bone on bone and slipped disk what is a muscle relaxer going to do. Nevertheless, I contacted Village Medical to ask if that was there policy or just hers, I was informed that it was not there policy to not assist patients when necessary but that it was up to the doctor. Im going to try one more doctor in their Clinic and see what my out come with him is.

Natalie Hart After the Nurse took my vitals, Rx and reason for me visit, there was a 20 Minute wait before some came to check on me. The Staff Member who came in Next NEVER Introduced herself, she just asked me questions about my health, listened to my chest and said the Dr. Would be in soon. 15 Mins later said Staff member returns with more questions, still not introducing herself. The Dr finally makes it in to see me about 4:10 pm. My Appt started at 3:40pm. The Dr is thorough and tells me They will take some swabs and get me the Rx I need to get better. The Nurse swabbed me about 4:40pm. Then I was left in the room until 5:30 with NO COMMUNICATION. I was Sick, tired and frustrated and being ignored in the Dr. Office is neglectful and irresponsible. Especially when you hear the staff laughing and chatting as if they dont have a Client Waiting for Service. Please Pay Attention to your clients in the future. People are already uncomfortable or in pain when we come to the Dr., we should not leave the office feeling worse. NH

Jigar Gandhi Avoid at All Costs - Shocking Billing Practices and Unhelpful Staff I visited Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in Rosenberg, TX, on January 3rd for a simple flu test, expecting transparency and reasonable charges. Instead, I was met with an experience that can only be described as daylight robbery. At the time of service, I specifically asked for a cost estimate, but was informed their system was down and they couldnt provide one. Imagine my shock when I received a bill on February 11 for $528 for just a flu test and office visit - an amount that seems egregiously overpriced for the services rendered. When I tried to address this issue, the customer service was beyond disappointing. I spent 25 minutes on the phone, only to be told they couldnt help and I should call the office. Once I called the office, or rather, spoke with another representative on the phone, I was bounced around with no resolution; the representative could not assist and promised a callback without any timeline. This left me in limbo, frustrated, and feeling utterly disregarded. The lack of transparency, the exorbitant charges, and the unwillingness or inability of the staff to resolve billing issues make this clinic one to avoid if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. I strongly caution anyone considering this facility to look elsewhere for healthcare services where you wont be treated like just another number in a billing system.

Maggie Conrad I was referred to this place after discovering that my dogs tumor had tripled in size overnight. At 13 years old, I knew surgery would be high risk. The previous clinic we visited for vaccinations gave me a very high quote and we’re rushing me into signing consent right then and there.There was no communication, no examination done before my eyes, and they didn’t provide proper medication before the procedure. After a referral, I found this clinic. They communicated excellently and were very honest about the risks involved. They took their time assessing my dog and even recommended waiting a week to address the infection before surgery. It was clear they prioritized his well-being over rushing into surgery. They took great care of him, and now he’s home recovering, tumor-free. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team. If you’re unsure where to go, I highly recommend this place! I’ll definitely be returning for years to come. Just a heads-up: they get really busy early in the morning!

Marle Martin I went to the vet for a check-up with Dr. Aguirre and asked him to examine my Yorkie’s teeth. I handed my Yorkie to him, and when the doctor tried to open his mouth, my Yorkie reacted by trying to bite him. Dr. Aguirre immediately reacted the same way toward my dog and hit him on the muzzle. I was shocked by the doctor’s reaction and confronted him about it, but he replied that my dog shouldn’t bite him. I truly found his attitude very unprofessional, and I will not be returning to his clinic. I believe there are other ways to handle the situation, and he acted inappropriately in front of a client. xin liu Dr. Teng literally saved my moms life. My mom was a breast cancer survivor for years and the checkups she had in other hospital and imagine centers did not flag issues. When we switched to seeing Dr. Teng, she insisted us taking another image with Kelsey which led to multiple progressive exams that eventually lead to a diagnosis of stage zero cancer for my mom. We couldnt be more thankful for her high standard of professionalism as a doctor. Obviously she operates at the caring level thats independent, professional, and true to science, and not swayed by other previous opinions. The doctors are good although they could allow you time to ask more questions but they are good. The nurses are compassionate and most of them are sensitive to my needs. Communication is great, service to call lights is prompt, scheduled treatments and interventions occur in a timely manner and when there is a delay, it is communicated and updated. Nursing care has been excellent on both day and night shift from both the licensed and non licensed staff. Thank you to all who continue to be involved with our needs!

Cynthia Martinez During my stay at kindred it has been great the nurse that I Ive been having is Leila I think shes awesome shes always making sure I have everything I need always making sure Im okay the staff here is so so great but there could be some improvements which you know you can speak with someone about it and theyll work on it but I just want to put it out there that the nurse Leila is great and my stay here at kindred has been great. Housekeeping is good at cleaning the rooms my room was always nice and clean trash was always taken out even before the the trash was full the housekeeping staff always had a smile greeted me with the hello good morning and hello good evening in the afternoon when they would come they do come several times a day which is great because they make sure your room is nice and clean and there is never any trash on the floor theyre awesome. When I had wound care Monique was great at changing my bandage on my wound she made sure she didnt cause any more pain than what I was in she was gentle explained everything on what she was doing while cleaning my room which I thought was great.

I have known the owner and NP in charge for a long time, the service and dedication she provide to all customer is one to emulate. She is always very precise with her diagnosis and treatment given according to your health issues. She is been my father’s and brother’s provider for quite a bit of time and they can’t be more pleased with the care received in this clinic. Appointments in this clinic are easy to arrange, but you can also walk in and for sure you will be assisted in not longer that 20 minutes wait. Im in another country now, my check-ups will be done by another doctor. Despite this, he did not think that my work was done, he asked me for a weekly e-mail. Kristina Okpor Hands Down THE BEST OBGYNs… he keeps it real and loving and Dr. Ubom was a breath of fresh air whenever I saw her for my appointments. They have a team of loving nurses and administrative staff. I had a high-risk pregnancy and was seen every week of my pregnancy to ensure everything was going according to plan. With multiple locations to choose from it made scheduling my appointments easy and convenient. Ultrasounds and Labs are done right in the office, so no need to book extra appointments and wait for hours. There are no long waits when you get to the office for your appointment. They have the convenience of MyChart and work closely with the hospital to ensure the level of care is at VIP status. I truly enjoyed the care I received and I highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Sarah Sullivan Dr. Fagbohun delivered my baby via c-section almost 4 years ago. Because of him I have suffered major postpartum depression as well as birth trauma. My Dr. throughout pregnancy was Dr. Rios who was great but for my birth Fagbohun was on call. I went into labor at 40 weeks & 4 days and the first thing out of his mouth when he met me was to tell me about his daughters and how he would never let them go over 39 weeks and how I should have already been induced. (Red flag 1) he told the nurses to keep uping my pitocin every hour. He very clearly made everyone uncomfortable but the nurses did what he said. After a long labor my epidural wore off and I ended up in a C-section for “failure to progress”. After the anesthesiologist administered my spinal and asked me if I could still fill the pokes on my knees and stomach I said yes. They re-administered my spinal and I could still feel everything and move my legs. Dr. Fagbohun was very obviously annoyed by this and told me it was fine and that it was working now. He proceeded to cut into me while I screamed out in pain, thank god for the anesthesiologist who put me to sleep so I was no longer in pain but I missed the chance to meet and hold my baby girl. The first picture I have of her Im asleep with my every closed. Not getting to hear her first cry or meet her until I woke up. Dr. Fagbohun completely ruined my birth experience. I will never forget the pain of being cut into. I’ll never forget how scared I felt when the Dr. holding the scalpel was annoyed with me. After years of therapy and processing I’m here to tell you to please get care from someone else. I wish I could go back in time and make an official report against him.

Munazza Qamar Im writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at Dr. Funsho Fagbohuns clinic. Unfortunately, my encounter with Dr. Fagbohun was extremely unsatisfactory, and I felt neglected and disrespected. Specifically, I found Dr. Fagbohun to be incompetent and insensitive in addressing my concerns. After sharing my previous miscarriage experience and seeking guidance on future pregnancy, he failed to provide meaningful answers or adequate care. Alarmingly, he didnt even have time for a crucial ultrasound during my visit. To make matters worse, his staff was rude and unprofessional. After waiting for over 2.5 hours, I was still unclear about the next steps and was left uninformed about the wait time. Whats more, the clinic rescheduled my appointment at the last minute, only to keep me waiting for over two hours upon arrival. Given this distressing experience, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering Dr. Fagbohun as their healthcare provider.

Coach Szabo Great experience today with the office staff and Dr Depue. She ask pertinent questions, received my answers without judgement listened to my concerns and allowed me to be in charge of my health decisions. I feel comfortable in my decision choosing her as my PCP.

Magical Marya If I could give zero stars I would. I would like to start off by saying she is “nice” but not a very good listener. She mostly focuses on responding to her patients then actually listening to what they have to say. She never has any answers for the questions asked but, she is quick to tell you that you’re wrong about what you’re feeling. The nurse was really nice and welcoming but the doctor her self needs more training on bedside manners.

I was impressed by the nice office, friendly staff, and minimal wait time. Dr. Depue is not only sweet and kind, but also very knowledgeable. Tiffany Davis My dad had surgery today and the employees are so nice. They were very knowledgeable and made sure not only was my dad okay but me as well. The doctor doing the surgery was great as well. He came out to talk to me about the surgery and made sure I didnt have any questions. I had to call the nurse station to get an update about my dad. They called me by name, which shocked me because its a big city. Every worker that passed me in the waiting area spoke and checked in on me and the other lady there. His surgery nurse was hilarious and kept my dad in high spirits. I am glad he had his surgery here! Thank you all.

Amy Larson My husband spent 6 days there for 2 separate surgeries. The food was outstanding. Ive never encountered such friendly and caring staff - from nurses to cnas to custodians. We especially appreciated our nurses Ana and Georgia and cna Christian who went way above and beyond to make sure we were BOTH comfortable and satisfied. The room and restroom were enormous. Completely recommend!

Andreina Patterson Worst hospital ever. My son recently had surgery and the staff and surgeon who performed the surgery did not provide quality pain management. The provider was concerned about him becoming addicted to the pain medication and the nurse didn’t feel comfortable administering oral and IV pain meds at the same time. I asked for the hospital policy on why the two could not be administered together and all they could provide was a pain management algorithm but nothing stating both could not be administered together

Vanessa Montes it was on wednesday morning i walked in at the Emergency room around 12:51 they took me in right away and sited me on a chair in the hall way the nurses had complications with their computers, taking my x-rays and gave me a hard time I had severe nausea and stomach pain And back pain i was in the x ray room for 30 min after that, they sent me back down on the chair And had no attendance at all waited there till 4:30 I asked the nurse for something for nausea because I started throwing up after that, I asked the doctor and he seemed like he didn’t care After some while they didn’t give me anything for nausea or for pain The nurse that put my IV in did not tape it right on my arm. I happened to pull it out of my arm When I called the nurse she seemed more Concerned about cleaning the floor I asked to take me to the bathroom sheet just showed me directions after I wasn’t feeling good so I walked out of the Emergency room And went to Memorial Hermann instead I am completely shocked and devastated for how they took car of me they just i Forgot the doctors name, but he was a Indian guy. He seemed completely careless about his patients He was literally literally sitting down on the computer for 4 hours I even walked up to him, ordering something for pain and nausea and he told me the nurse is Bringing the medication 2 hours later no body came to me :( memorial Hermann diagnosed me with a stomach flu. They took care of me and gave me something for pain and nausea within 25 minutes I am just concerned so no one else will have the same experience as me at oakbend emergency

Its actually a joy to go to the medical center knowing she will take care of all my needs. Alison, at the front desk, always takes great care of me. Carmen does the same. Mason Thomas The front office is the most inefficient front office I have come across. My first visit was fine, but every visit after that was like pulling teeth. I had to reschedule an appointment but they never answer their phones. Despite leaving a voicemail over a day prior to my appointment I was told I missed my appointment without cancellation. I tried calling to reschedule my appointment for OVER TWO MONTHS. My wife and I called and left voicemails multiple times a week (sometimes multiple a day) all at different times of the day and no even once returned our calls. I finally got a hold of them and was told that their voicemails go to someone who doesnt even work in the office. I hope they were just to embarrassed to admit they never return my calls because that is the most absurd thing I have ever heard. On top of the front office inefficiencies they run so many different test. I was asked to do more test in my first 3 visits there than I have been asked to do in the past 5 years with my previous family practice. Plan on taking an EKG, covid test, or whatever test they decide you need, every time you visit. It comes across as them running test because they know insurance will pay for it. I also have ADD and was trying to find a new doctor since my old doctor retired. They said they could take over the care but required I do a new test and I do drug screening every 3 months. I told them that I used recreation cannabis and asked if that would be an issue and was told no. They then had me pay a couple hundred dollars to get "tested" for ADD, which the test was just 20 or so questions I answered on an ipad. When I went back after the drug screening I was told they would not treat my ADD because I tested positive for cannabis use... which I had informed them about prior to any of the test they made me take and charged me for. I was livid because I had essentially been charged money to take test that they then deemed me as "failing" after I had already been completely upfront with my cannabis use prior. They did eventually agree to treat my ADD, but after that I felt like I was getting treated more as some addict trying to get ADD meds than an actual patient. Dr. Tootle is nice enough and seems competent in her practice. She however was the main player in the drama included above and felt the need to lecture me every time I went in. At the end of the day it is not to overcome the frustrations with my overall experience. This office might have been a 4-5* office a year or two ago, but it is far from that now.

Amir Gilak Worst place on the earth! Had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes ! No one came so we left! Also the proscription they recommended was never sent to our pharmacy! I called every day for 30 days and no one answered. Waste of time and I had to get a half day off from work for this bs.

T Cummins The first thing you will notice is a stop sign saying to NOT ENTER if you are sick. They mean it. Dont divulge any allergy symptoms, or they will FORCE you to get a Covid test. Rachael is amazing. But you will have to duck and dodge around her office staff to see her. She does not run this practice, as she personally told me. Shes not even there right now. Im finally giving up though. Expect them to charge you, test you, and then refuse to see you if that strip comes out positive. They also RARELY IF EVER answer the phones. I almost always have to drive to the office just to speak to someone. So if you miss 2020... this is your doctors office. ** Side note. I saw 3 caregivers for years here, and every one of them missed that I had hyperaldosteronism. A serious disease when missed. After hundreds... literally hundreds of blood tests. Even Rachael. She literally got angry with me because her ekg said I had heart problems, but the cardiologist she sent me to saw no problems. It was hyperaldosteronism, Rachael. Not my fault.

Erica Mejia I will not return to see Dr Borenstein. He was referred by my family who saw him as kids so I thought it was gnna be a good referral for my son but I guess I was wrong. It was my son’s first visit and he made me feel like we just weren’t up to parr for him. He looked at me and my son up and down as if we weren’t rich enough for him and just made me feel very uncomfortable. I would think with it being my sons first visit he would come in and greet us, shake our hands and say nice to meet u and how can I help u but no that was far from it and I guess I thought too far ahead cuz he walked in the office looked at us up and down and said what can I do for u. To be greeted like that and looked at us like some homeless people of the street I was very disappointed ‼️

Felicia Bures Such an amazing team at St. Michaels facility in Sugar Land for extraordinary care! My husband was seen early on Wednesday evening for an issue, for which he received immediate attention and diagnostics. The group is thorough beyond words, attentive in their care and very detailed in communicating results. They provided us with copies of his diagnostics along with a CD of one of the tests and instructions for post ER visit. We were sent home with a packet of information to give to our doctor, and their kindness is exceptional. And as always, they phoned 24 hours later to see how my husband was doing! The facility itself is absolutely spotless...we have been there multiple times but this is our first post to review and we are proud and happy to do so. Well deserved, St. Michaels, and a big THANK YOU!!!
