Does not follow through with steps needed for you get treated from your insurance company thenursehe has wont call you back in time to help.when you call he is doing rounds at hospital and and wont call you when done.wont do prior authorization in time and wont follow up with peor to to perir doctor.i have had five surgeries and depend on medication for comfort and daily activities.because of his negulence I have to suffer and be in pain do to there convenice.do your self a favor and go find a real doctor that cares.

Caroline Wisdom Everyone was very nice but need to work on scheduling patients. Waiting room was completely full and patients were getting very irritable about the long wait. Dr. Wiggins did a great job along with his staff. Very pleased.

Kristen Cribb We got there at 6:30 for my daughter to get tubes. Front desk attendant was very friendly even with Sayler getting into everything and me having to run after her as I filled out the paperwork. All nurses and doctors that we came into contact with were very friendly and offered to answer all questions. After surgery, one nurse cuddled my girl until I could get back there. Overall, very nice experience!

The nurses Josh, Mary, and Andres went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe while they took her vitals and swabbed her nose. Dr. Harris listened to our concerns and reassured us. Everyone went out of their way to make my little girl feel much better. This is the place to go!

Binky Boy I had a wonderful encounter today with everyone on staff. Vanessa and Kadence were super friendly and helpful at the entrance. Then Karen called me back and took my vitals in a very friendly and open way holding a smile the whole time. And I only had to wait maybe a minute before Mollie Cayman and treated me was just as much friendliness. My wife was right to recommend this office because its been the best urgent care experience Ive had ever.

Robbie I was admitted for examination within 2 minutes of arrival. Once in my examination room 3 nurses came in and each had a separate job that they performed in a professional and expeditious manner. The staff were courteous and performed their assigned task in an efficient manner. I was diagnosed and treated and was very pleased with the treatment I received. I recommend TEC should you need emergency care.

Autumn Maree After reading the reviews I decided to take our young son (with special needs) here instead of the bigger one. We arrived at 4:30 with a fever of 102. The receptionist was great. Was immediately checked in and no one was in the waiting room. Walked backed to a room within 5 mins. The nurse comes in and charts his symptoms and did a swab test for the usual. After swabbing him she stuck it so far up like they used to at the beginning of covid and his nose immediately began to bleed. She left and came back I told her his nose was bleeding. She apologized and said the test would be done pretty fast and the doctor would be in. They had no tissues in there just hard rough paper towels to wipe his nose. After she left about 5:00 we never seen anyone for 3 hours straight. At this time my son’s ibuprofen that was given before the visit was wearing off and he’s shivering so bad. So after 8:00 after hearing so many people just talking about their life history. I stick my head out the door and ask the staff across the hall do they know how much longer for the test because he’s shivering from the fever. After looking shocked like they forgot about us, They replied oh it’s been back. We’ll be in there in a second. Comes in stated everything’s normal and looks in one ear and nothing else and says he has a redness in his ear and prescribes antibiotics and walks out. Nothing else was said or checked . Now the pharmacy is closed and my son keeps holding his throat (he’s non verbal) and is still running a high fever even after giving ibuprofen and Tylenol. I pray the rest of the staff is great like everyone has said. I just hope they pay more attention to their patients and is aware that they’re waiting especially ones that can’t speak for themselves. We will be seeing a different doctor tomorrow after looking at the discharge papers and some of his test wasn’t completed.

Autumn Carver Me and my family are always treated great, and fast! I was scared I may have had a blood clot, the doctor listened, did exactly what I needed and sent me on my way which is exactly what i expect from urgent care. Nothing more, nothing less! This is my go to for care when I dont have time to get into my pcp. These doctors and nurses are the most knowledgeable and accurate in Texarkana. I love Texarkana Emergency Center

Victoria Jewell If I could put zero stars I would. I’ve been up there on 3 separate occasions for my low BP and nothing at all has been done outside of basic labs. They were normal so they wouldn’t do anything. Then I was told it’s low because I’m small so I explained how i collapsed in my kitchen one day it was so low and I’ve asked 3 times for a referral, was told it was sent and I called the office it was supposedly sent to they never got it. So I called the nurse back and told her and she got an attitude with me saying “it was sent”. This has been ongoing for over a month. For LOW BLOOD PRESSURE.I was even questioned about whether it was REALLY that low or not.

Hollie They are the most reasonable place I have found for someone without insurance to get imaging. They have great customers service and understanding. And I have never waited longer than 5 min after appointment time to be called back. They are great all the way around.

Michael Rudd Check in was a breeze… the staff was very courteous and friendly. Appointment was on time and the technician also was very courteous, friendly and thorough. During an initial telephone conversation with one of the technicians, she was not what I would say… a good representative because she apparently didn’t have time to answer questions regarding my procedure… but after speaking to a second technician, she answered all my questions. I would recommend them for all your imaging.

Temika Dolberry I went in for a MRI and Mrs. Marcy was amazing. She talked with me before the MRI started comfort and assured me it would be ok. That towel over my eyes and arms in the comfortable cushion. Such a sweet, comforting person. Thank you for helping me get through that testing.

Wendy Austin Always quick here. Every time I come here, I get rapid check in and rarely have to wait too long for a doctor. I can make an appointment online and even check in theoigh my phone. The staff here are very friendly and the rates are affordable. They also work hard to ensure I can get the proper prescriptions when my insurance is being stingy.

Amanda Carter It didnt seem too busy, but after filling out the paperwork, I waited over an hour to get called back. Then it took another hour in the room to see the Doctor. Express is not how I would describe it. the Nurse and Dr were alright, but when you are on the road trying to get home, 2 extra hours makes the day extra long.

Jay Sallis I went in for radiology. My PCP wanted a 2-view f my lungs. After filling out my paperwork, they got me in very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Id definitely go here again!

James Smallwood The VA allows veterans to go here if were needed to be seen outside the VA clinic hours. Dr. Jerry and his staff are very friendly and attentive. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or like I was a burden to them. I also observed them being friendly and respectful to other people while I was waiting to be seen. Travis George ***Take Note- They do not accept walk-ins*** This practice used to be called Exceed Urgent Care. Apparently they change their name to Exceed Health Clinic and now they are a totally different practice. They used to be a convenient place to get in and out. Im sure their care is exceptional (but not convenient, to be seen as a walk-in).

X Y Z Had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. When patients are late they’re held accountable but when it’s the provider it’s excuses. Everyone is nice but theirs no reason a patient shows up 15 minutes early and isn’t seen until 30min after their appointment time.

Sara May I brought my daughter in with the flu on Dec, 23rd.We came from out of town. The staff was friendly, helpful, got us in quickly, got her feeling as comfortable as possible as fast as possible. The doctor was even kind enough to give her a stuffed animal to take home. It was scary going somewhere new, so far from home but we felt reassured and at ease quickly. The nurse and the receptionist were all wonderful too.

Crystal Session Appointment was October 5, 2023 @ 2pm including lab work for pre-surgery clearance. Results the next morning by 9 AM. Staff was friendly, efficient and the provider was excellent. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is needing family services, labs or any medical services. Thx

After I had to go to the local ER and wait for 5 hours to be seen I found out I have the flu. I have the same insurance Ive had for years, so not sure whats going on with that. Hannah Vanderbilt I delivered via c section and most of everything was wonderful. The anesthesiologist was very rude and I’ve never hurt more (actually never hurt after getting a spinal block). The nursing staff were amazing and treated me so well while I was in my vulnerable state. The doctors were amazing and got around in a timely manner. My son was taken care of perfectly. They paid attention to my needs and when they kept coming in with me awake with the baby they took him to the nursery so I could rest. Food was really good, it was like I was ordering from a restaurant and they give you more than enough. My nurses always came in as quietly as possible. They got my IV in one try! And the doctor that delivered my baby did her job so well! This is the fastest I’ve healed from an c section (I’ve had 4) Overall it was a great experience!

Jonathan Scott I’m leaving this review because Dr. Booker and his front desk staff and nurse deserve 10+ stars. I was in a lot of pain and could not sit, stand, or lay down without almost being in tears. Every time I’d exit my car, I almost broke down because my behind hurt so much. Two trips to two different E.R’s nobody had an answer and referred me to a G.I clinic here in town. I couldn’t wait so I walked into that G.I clinic and was told they were booked until mid November. (It’s October 9th at the time). Couldn’t wait. The pain was unbearable and I’ve had a hemorrhoidectomy before several years ago. (This issue wasn’t a hemorrhoid). I was told by that clinic to go to Texarkana Emergency Center to try to get a referral to a Colorectal Surgeon and I did. I walked in with tears and same thing was told to me “I don’t see or feel anything. Let me find you a surgeon”. Dr. Bookers name was on a sheet of paper they gave me and I went straight over to their clinic begging for help and the front desk staff made it happen. Same day appointment, and then three hours later Dr. Booker had me scheduled for surgery within 24 hours as he immediately found out what was wrong. Thank you to everyone there for helping me and getting my issue fixed. It’s not even been 24 hours after surgery and the pain is at a 2 from a 15. Great bedside manners, and listened to me and was very empathetic with my pain. This is the place to go when it comes to your behind. There is no shame as we are all human beings.
