Shauntezz Thomas I had an appointment on October 7 and I was pretty nervous buttttt the entire staff made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff kicked it off with the positive energy, the lovely lady that took my vitals and weight was super kind , and the woman who took my labs was absolutely wonderful . My doctor was extremely helpful and understanding she had a super great vibe and made me feel like she genuinely cared about me and my health . Unlike most doctors that I’ve seen my doctor took the time to actually explain to me certain things that I had questions about without needing to ask . I’m pretty stoked for my follow up appointment due to the environment and the people . Side note the facility is super duper clean and comfy ! Don’t let the comments scare you away .

Michelle Marie I had no problems with my ex therapist Elizabeth until this past month. She made me wait 45 minutes for the first zoom appointment in which I then finally logged out. I texted her personal number and asked if she forget about me and responds with oh your name never showed up. Then yesterday I confirmed my appointment with her over the phone for today and she said yes it’s confirmed. Explaining she may be a little late. So today at 10 am I logged into my zoom appointment and then I get a text message from her asking if I could reschedule until 11 am. I respond back saying 10:30 is the latest I could do. I waited until 10:35 with no response from her so again I logged off. This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior especially if someone has attachment issues, trust issues and anxious attachment problems. I sent her a text message explaining she was fired and that luckily I was not suicidal and got stood up then possibly committing. Some people only need one person to be there for them and she is not dependable.

Kat Ey The doctors are amazing its a shame that the front desk staff is so rude! I have reframed from leaving a review after past visits but here I sit hungry and in pain and can’t even talk to my doctor or get a call back. Im just trying to follow up after my two ER visits so I can get off of a liquid diet that Ive been on for almost more than a week.... but no I got hung up on. This doesnt even include all of the miss information I have received and the appointment that was made for me only to sit in their office for 30 mins only to be told I had no appt.....

Michelle Rodriguez The front desk girls are very rude. Bought my daughter in and the lady that waited on me is making faces and acting like Im stupid. They can get the guys that come in and be very friendly and smiling.think it is time for us to go elsewhere. Sorry Dr Mitchell but your front staff are hateful and disrespectful.

XXGacha HunterxX They are really great people been going there for 6 yrs Berber had any problems and they always have helped me or did what they could in every way to get me in to see a doctor of other needs.

Ronald Hyde I have been a patient of Dr. Saldana for over 20 years. He has always been very attentive and thorough for my needs. He has promptly ordered tests as needed, and then Followed Up with effective treatment or a referral to a competent specialist. His exam room nurse has always been courteous and thorough in her procedures prior to each meeting with the Doctor. His office staff has also been friendly and courteous in scheduling appointments and promptly conveying information to and from the Doctor and handling prescriptions and refills. I do not hesitate to call his office with any medical issues. He is a great asset to medical community in Karnes County.

Scott Ober I take all my family to Dr. Saldana. Absolutely the best doctor and staff I have seen. Dr. Saldana and his staff genuinely make you feel cared for and my kids love him as well. They are never scared or worried when they need to go see him. He’s extremely caring and gentle with them. He’s the only Dr for us.

Mary Ann Sanchez Worst dr. In town,arrogant obnoxious and very unprofessional. Worries about the wrong thing instead of hearing facts about his patient I help with to take to his office. But will be happy to refer her to someone more professional. Been telling her to switch just like I had others switch. Fingers cross she agrees.

Elizabeth Juarez The worst place you want to get medical attention... My husband went to see him for a follow up on a broken foot the day after he was released from the hospital. Dr. Saldana saw him and informed him that he needed to go see a specialist and apparently they were going to make that appointment 1 week later we get no call with a scheduled appointment so I called Dr. Saldanas office and I was told that they have not set the appointment so I asked well where were they sending him I call the specialist in Floresville and I got an appointment then next day .... My husband was also told that he has a trigger figure due to his accident and that he needed a specialist for that and its been a month and still no call... Its either Dr. Saldana thats not doing his job or its his lazy staff that is not doing there job.... Such horrible experience... Were new in town and weve experienced such horrible service ... Im not used to this type of service where were originally from... He needs a new staff or something

Rubie Turley My husband and I just moved to Live Oak County and he needed a doctor since he is a type 1 diabetic. We came here because the website says he specializes in diabetics. During his appointment the only thing they checked was his blood pressure, not once was his blood sugar checked and the doctor NEVER bothered to ask about his insulin. My husband told him he needed his medications refilled and the doctors response was "well I dont know you"...um, since when do physicians deny patients medication they need to live! WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!!

Norman Anthony I just went in for a blood draw. Victoria was the best EVER. One easy stick and I was out of there. Atta girl.

Dre I had vision change due to extreme head pain along with pressure. I was feeling dizzy and faint. All they did was a covid test and sent me home saying "theres nothing we can do" the hell kind of ER is this ? No wonder why its 2.9 stars and going lower Took them over 3 hours btw just for that

Bernadette Rodriguez ER check-in time was under 3 minutes. My husband was treated with great bedside manner.

Kali Dragon I swear this is absolutely one of the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. Sadly this is all we have in our small town if something happens. First off the staff in the er is super rude and super slow even if there’s no cars in the parking lot. It takes hours to get treated and then they bill you outrageous fees when they do nothing. In the past 2 1/2 years my disappointment with this er has just gone up. My fiancé has a history of epilepsy and he had a seizure so I took him in because he’s been seizure free for years but they told him it was just a migraine. Then several times I’ve gone in for different reasons and they just tell me take Tylenol and they can’t do anything for me. Then when I take my daughter in for a rapid spreading rash that came out of nowhere we were pushed to the side and never got seen but got charged for it. They constantly say they are filled up when you see nobody there. They take hours to do anything because they are too busy talking or on their phones. I hate this is the only emergency room that we have around here because the staff is extremely rude nor seem to take us seriously
