Amber Gabriel New to the area, I was easily able to make an appointment online and found several openings within a few days time. Staff were friendly, and though the clinic looked busy, I was a tally taken back early. I had a checkup and labs done all in the same day with no waiting. The doctors and nurses were skilled and efficient, but took plenty of time to talk with me and listen to my concerns. Quality care.

Barbara Hendon I have been with BS&W over 4 years and all my Drs are in Temple which is a 50 mile drive one way. I contacted the Gatesville clinic and asked if I could change my PCP to them and it was done quickly and without issues. The lab techs are amazing...never even felt the stick. Nurses are friendly and very attentive. My PCP is wonderful (Dr. Pritchard). I loved my PCP in Temple, but being able to get care closer to home is something I really needed and appreciate the Clinic and Staff for making it happen.

Iris Williamson My brother saw Doctor Jessica Christian on 12/12/23. He was complaining of dizziness and weakness and explained he had tennitus. She never checked his ears. He told her he was afraid that whatever he has is going to kill him. She told him that “we all have to die,” and that It’s in God’s hands,” and basically did nothing. I am now sitting in the emergency room with him. So far the doctor has said he had damage to his ear, and very high blood pressure. I am a Christian woman, but I don’t think her words were appropriate. Upon speaking with others in the area, I have found this is her common practice. Thanks for nothing. It is a sad world we live in when we have to be in the ER to be taken halfway seriously. Do not send me a message asking for more info. You should’ve been that inquisitive at the appointment.

Susan Renea Yes DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC UNLESS YOU WANT UR PERSONAL INFORMATION GIVEN OUT OR IF U WANT TO HAVE UR APPOINTMENT CANCELLED AND THEY STILL CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE AND INSULATE YOU ABOUT YOUR MEDICAL CONSTITUTION AND THE Supervisor Alecia call you names and be a very unprofessional. I will never step foot in the clinic again

I recently had a loved one admitted to the hospital with Dr. Jeffrey Bates, he offered no medical advice only, condescending personal insults. During all 2 minutes of patient interaction. All I have left to say is every graduating class has a first and last. I think we all know he is the last of his class, and lacking of class. Very unprofessional !

Terry Farr Dr. Matli is the best. I hate he works for this rip off place. Monday 3-3-25 will be my last visit. People warned us about this place when we moved here. Recieved a bill stating i owe 25 copayment from service on 10-7-24 in the mail 2-28-25. I have my receipts. Paid 40 dollars as if seeing a specialist then was refunded 15 dollars by mail therefore leaving the 25 copayment. So i guess they want 2 payments. I can imagine all the people been ripped off by this place

Howard Barbo Dr Bawduniak and his staff are some of the most organized and professional people I have witnessed in quiet a while. My colonoscopy yesterday went as smooth as it could possibly be performed. I was well informed the entire time. Thank you very much.....The only downside to this is neither of my two doctors listen when I tell them I am in pain. Ive requested pain medicine multiple times and they ignore my requests. They are happy to send me to test after test, but disregard the fact that I am in pain. Its like they are afraid to give something that actually works. Thanks to all the abusers the innocent must suffer......

Jordan Wilson The saddest excuse for home health. My 73 year old mom had cancer and had surgery. She falls a lot. The head nurse asked what I wanted from PT. I asked them to help strengthen her arms and legs. PT would stay for 10 minutes then leave. Cna came twice. Social services never showed up. We went to clinic to see a doctor. As her doctor had retired. Dr. Danemiller is a joke. So is his little nurse Della. He proceeded to yell at my mom. Della slammed her little in my window in my face when I tried to speak to her. I tried to call the director of the clinic. Does he call me back, NO. Learn to care about peoples life or quite. I give them a negative ate one

David This place is a revolving door , from Clinic to ER . I had a hernia surgery , which may or may not have been necessary , that to this day I have complications with 6 months later . Doctor and staff are cordial to greet and cut in you but from desk to desk lack in any kind of a Team setting within themselves . To put it into perspective , when I called for a checkup/ consultation / review ... The lead on duty said ; Ok , I see here that you had a Gall Bladder surgery recently ? W T F !!! Doesnt get more incompetent than that I hope yall agree . Beats all I ever helt , smelt or felt and still pain from being misdiagnosed . No polite way to say that .

Kimberly Copeland I have been seeing Dr Hurley for several years for a degenerate issue and while he is abrupt and straightforward, he is not rude. He tells you like it is whether you want to hear it or not. If you have questions, he will answer to the best of his ability or get back with you. He is not everyones cup of tea but that does not change his skill. I have not had a negative experience with his nursing staff either.

Betty Mccarthy SHAME on the unrofessional people on here bad mouthing Dr. Hurley. He is direct but only for your own good when necessary. This doctor works hard for his patients welfare and comfort. If you arent really upfront or are looking for a script writer or doctor that will yield to your every demand, even if its not medically necessary; Then you have indeed gone to the wrong one. He doesnt get pushed around by patients; After seeing him for many years, Im convinced hes the most caring and efficient doctor anywhere. I had a sudden move and the only person I really miss there is DR. HURLEY. I COULD DISCUSS ANY OF MY MEDICAL THINGS WITH HIM. In my opinion hes brillant and very caring and knowledgable. I wish I had the funds to fly there for an appointment. Id love his opinionof my recent srtomach hernia surgery. Im lucky to know him anfntotally Htrust him!

Mary Foley 0 out of 100 will never recommend !!!!!! I would never recommend this doctor to my worst enemy!!!!!. I am making it known to everyone I know about this doctor. The reviews really speak for themselves. Well only doctor that could see new patient like right away. Well now i know why!!!. He is so rude, belitting, not understanding. He threatens to call all state services for seeking help, adult protect services,disability, cps, probation, to red flag your medical chart and literally sd he can make it to "where no doctor will ever help again with medicine", on the FIRST APPOINTMENT! He seems to have a very bad controlling & belitting issues with the authority he has as a dr. He will not let his patients talk or listen to them. He walked right out the door after he was done talking when the patient still had questions and was talking. He will cut meds off without a care about the pain or withdrawal it will cause. While his nurses seem to be just as rude, one does like to brag about how much medication her recovering (H- addict) husband gets from her boss. While real patients cant even open their mouth to speak to Hurley about why they are even seeing him for pain management. Me, my kids, family, friends, neighbors, everyone I know, will never ever use any part of coryell health again! We all 5 go to primary dr there and will not even be back to our primary doctor after this horrible encounter. He should not have a license to practice medicine! Sarah Ware I think he is the worst doctor that ever practice medicine. He talks to you like you are not a human being. He makes you feel stupid. I didn’t appreciate the way he spoke to me and the questions he asked me that had no retaining to my medical condition. I thought he was a pain doctor, but I think he’s a psychiatrist. He didn’t do anything for me even though I had xrays and Mri. I don’t recommend him to a dog. He needs to retire . He even compared his wife condition to mines, what an idiot.

Magen Extremely rude and disgusting behavior. He should not be allowed to practice medicine. He insulted my grandmother and made her bend over and get down on her knees even though she was in pain and has had surgery. He disrespected her and her husband for being "low lifes on social security" even though theyre elderly and both disabled. He said he would rather treat pain for someone that works at McDonalds than prescribe medication for people on social security. The entire visit she was enduring his insulting behavior. She was almost in tears by the time she left and never wanted to return.

Nikkole Rodriguez i have a son who is a 6m CHD Warrior, already has had 2 open heart surgeries and many more to come in the future. my son has been in the hospital in FW since the 12th of November 2024. Dad & I noticed his getting a wet cough, so we immediately took him to the ER, the Doctor listed to his breathing, asked me what medication he was taking and then said “okay, it doesn’t sound like he has pneumonia, make a follow up appointment with your PCP in a month.” we noticed that my sons cough had gotten worse that night so we loaded him up and took him to McLane in Temple where they immediately pulled us into a room, asked if we wanted to admit him for overnight observations, and ran test’s immediately. he had rhinovirus, another virus that goes hand-in-hand to rhinovirus, and an old form of Covid (not Covid-19). the fact that Dad & I asked if they wanted to run tests or admit him and they told us no is ridiculous. they care more about the inmates in this town then our kids. don’t waste your time bringing your babies here, drive the extra 20-30 minutes away for actual good care.

lala morales My babygirl was seen for an ear infection the Tylenol wasnt touching the pain at all. Doctor decided she can deal with pain 3 or so hours more until I can buy her some ibuprofen. So I alternate Tylenol and ibuprofen not happy with the pain management. Doctor also decided she can wait t For antibiotics 6 or 7 more hours when local pharmacy opens. I told the nurse if she can provide me ibuprofen as I didnt have any at home. She told me no!! She was there just to give me the discharged paperwork.

Iris Williamson I went to this ER last night for the first time. I told them I really didn’t consider this an emergency but my pain in my leg was getting worse. They triaged me and I’m just a few minutes I was in a room. Immediately I had four people in my room asking me questions. They left and three more came in. One to put in an IV the other to give me pain meds. They were looking after me as if I was a trauma patient with attentiveness and care. To be given this much care after my own doctor not being very helpful, meant more to me than words can express. I HIGHLY recommend coming here. I hope I don’t have to go back but if I do I know I’ll be in the best care.

Delanie Bates You know how you usually can’t take ER reviews to heart because usually everyone who leaves them is pissed off? This is truly one of the worst emergency rooms. If you have more than a stubbed toe go to Temple or Waco save yourself and the lives of others. Because if it’s too complicated, they immediately send you somewhere else because they have no clue what they’re doing.

Sylvia Elliott It has been 18 years since I had to go to an emergency room and that was for my gall bladder. I had to go this morning and I choose to go to Coyell Health in Gatesville. I am so glad I did! I was called back before I even finished registering. The nurse, the head nurse and the doctor were so professional and at the same time personable. I highly recommend. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
