Pamela Cochran Love the doctor and the factory that work there they are very helpful. And love the he doctor honesty about what goi g on with your body. I would highly recommend there office to any one that needs a female doctor

Jakrista Hunter To be completely honest i loved the dr, but the nurses attitude always gives “i don’t need to be hear you do” and i just can’t deal anymore
1 /5
Aly Staff are nice but the appointments feel rushed, as if the nurses and doctors just want you out of the room as quickly as possible. They barely let me listen to my baby heartbeats or sit down and ensure I dont have any questions. Would honestly recommend a different clinic, especially if you are on your 1st pregnancy. The only one that takes her is nurse Jasmine. She is amazing.

Think Career Calls r never answered... I usually get an approval for 2 months later and when I call back a week before or thr day of appointment, Noone answers the call .. I m not sure if I dhould just show up and after I go there , there is a surprise. Very unprofessional ...

Julie Rincon I love this WIC place. They’re so nice, respectful & professional. I love how easy it is to make appointments, ask questions & get the responses.

Maria Maria Staff is amazing, they all do a wonderful job throughout the years of my experience with them.

Musheer Not bad for some dental treatments to save some money but they are extremely inefficient and dump, what is the point pf having 2 appointments for only 1 service at a time?. 1 for X-ray and 1 for cleaning. Why do not you provide both at the same time to save time and fuel waste since many customers drive far away?? That is dump and inefficient. It makes no sense to make 2 trips.

Darcia Ruby Review for Dental Clinic: The dental clinic is funded by Harris county Public Health. Its a test trial and is accepting patients, but beware. This dental clinic is not like any professional clinic. This clinic is low down and only performs based on how the staff feels. Often times, I have gone and had an appointment starting at the earliest, the building doesnt open until 8 am so you cannot get into the back department where the dental clinic is until the police officer escorts you and when you get there no one is ready to serve you. Most of the time the staff comes in at the time you arrive.. which is strange. They should be there early enough to get you prepared. There should be a broken on their part because youre already waiting for them to get set up. The priority for this clinic is out of the window. All they care about is themselves. Maria, one of the staff is very unprofessional. She talks to her coworkers while your (patient) mouth is open, she doesnt give you any instructions on what to do next or the following days (none of the staff knows how to give you oral instructions). Misty, she has a nonchalant attitude, shes good at what she does, but has no pep in her step, it might be her demeanor, just dull. The doctor Kimberly Ingram, very nice AA, knows exactly what she is doing. I was happy to see another AA. She ended up giving me a referral for the dental school. The front staffing at first there was a young girl with red hair and then it changed to an older Hispanic lady. When you come here just be warned, they will not give you no leeway if you miss an appointment. They claimed they had been calling, but for the first appointment my dad had I didnt receive any phone calls nor did he. They will NOT call or text beforehand to confirm your appointment. If you miss its considered a broken, thats the term they use. With this broken, it puts all faults on the patient bc they dont take any responsibility or accountability on their part. My dad is elderly, have had several strokes. I told the dental clinic to contact me for his appointments. Why is it, they only contact me the day of his appointment at 8am to confirm it, while Im at work? Why not the day before like other professional legitimate businesses? They said, they had been calling my dad? Why? When Im the sole provider for him? Even his physical therapy knows to contact me only. But not Harris County Public Health dental clinic. Are you serious? You gotta be kidding me? I told them ahead of time, contact me bc he doesnt answer. The first receptionist seemed to make a note of it, but no one can find it nor remember? The receptionist argues with me over the phone after I finally get off work and call her back. She of course is rude and non-compliant. She claims she has been calling him since yesterday to confirm. Well cuckoo if you notice he doesnt answer you call the primary number on file which is me ahead of time. Its frustrating because they arent professional and none caring like other dental places. You would think the many times youve visited here that they would have compassion to care about their patients. Not true! But thankfully this happened, because its a learning lesson.. we will be finding a better dentist. When doing the procedure, they will find the easiest way out as possible. I know they used some kind of sealant on my teeth and even joked about it while I was seated there. Because to them it is the easiest and takes no time. But after each procedure there are NO instructions. Like how am I supposed to know what to do and not to do? I didnt go to dental school. There should be better accountability on their part for contacting the wrong person.

Mini Demon Avoid at all costs if possible. They never answer the phone and you have to just keep calling over and over again until someone answers. They ask you to leave a voicemail but after leaving 4+ voicemails I have NEVER received a call back. They dont send needed medications to the pharmacy until you hound them to get it done(which is nearly impossible because they dont ever answer the phone) they make you wait over an hour past your appointment time but ask that you show up 15 minutes early

Russell Johnson Front Office staff unprofessional, rude , lazy , and incompetent. AT BEST. Never answers phone, and if they answer has attitudes and hangs up on paying patients. Takes a month or longer to get referels Owner or management needs new staff. Been asking for over months to change locations for our medications. They cant even that right.!!!!!

Samantha Bunfill No one knows how to answer a phone. When you finally get ahold of someone, you’re immediately put on hold for 20+minutes minimum, and that’s IF they get back to you at all. 0 stars for the receptionists and office staff. The doctors are slow, typically lolly-gagging and don’t really care about their job at all. They do the bare minimum of their job, if that. They look at you like you’re stupid while not listening to what you’re saying, 0 stars for the doctors and nursing staff. Rude. Abrasive. Dismissive. Unprofessional. Lackluster.

Kimberly Esquivel The staff, especially the front receptionist are awesome. Such a cheerful, welcoming environment. The only thing I feel is that I dont like seeing more than one doctor or practitioner. I also would like to have access to my blood test results online. I am also a little concerned because I asked about an emotional support animal prescription and was told that they are only for people with medical needs and not for emotional support. So, taking one star off for that.

Kristin Brown The GI doctor office in plaza 2 second floor absolutely amazing! Kindest staff and took us quick even when we were there early and did a thorough check in with vitals and the doctor Nath is very caring. My husband had gastroperesis and severely dehydrated and admitted him quickly and efficiently. On the other hand…the night shift of ER is not good. We waited over 3 hours to be seen for dehydration. For some reason during the day the staff is amazing but at night they are very uncaring and negligent. Also the main hospital lobby woman I wish I got her name she was incredibly rude and refused my husband a wheel chair because she doesn’t know the protocols to her own job but when I returned to the GI office and informed them of her carelessness they took matters in their own hands. they handled it quickly and provided my husband a wheelchair and even refunded our copay!

Lisa Marie There are some fantastic nurses here who go above and beyond the call of duty! Katherine "Katie" was so good to my mom. She was kind and gentle and truly caring. She would take the time to make sure my mom had everything she needed and that she felt comfortable and cared for. Most everyone who had contact with my mom or who came into her room, including housekeeping and nutrition, were incredibly thoughtful and kind. There was a phlebotomist who helped mom many times while she was in the ER who was the loveliest lady, I wish I knew her name. The one thing I would critique is for caregivers to please only use the word "diaper" when taking care of a baby or a child. When caring for an adult, help the patient to maintain some dignity by using the term "brief," or anything other than "diaper." Choosing what word you use may seem petty to those who dont have to wear one, but it can have a huge impact on the adult patient who does. What a beautiful gift you would be giving your patients just by choosing words that help them to maintain their dignity. Something so simple, yet so impactful. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom while she was a patient in your ER, and then after being admitted to the 2 North hall.

Seleste Sarcast 2 Bad experience going for left lower abdominal pregnancy, nurse practitioner Kyle Bieschke discharge me without talking to me, they handed my discharge papers and I ask nobody spoke to me about what I have, they ended up calling him and when he came he said that they could not find anything baby looked great and it was impossible to get a MRI in the ER I had to leave with the pain! Not even for being pregnant let me stay until they figure why

I wish i could thank her more, or show her my sweet boy that she helped bring into the world, i hope you see this miss millie! we love you and thank you so very much.

Jessica I was recently hospitalized here for sepsis and every single person we encountered was amazing. Dr. Christina Oricompil was beyond great she continuously kept me updated on what the treatment plan was, what the test results showed and when I would get discharged. She was very thorough with my care and a wonderful Dr. All of the nurses, techs ,ER Drs and Specialists that helped me were phenomenal. Everyone was responsive, kind and worked quickly to get me feeling better. I truly felt in very good hands here and love the compassion I received.

Matthew Rush Needed to get a new prescription in order to get it refilled and they got it very wrong. I ended up getting a fraction of what I needed. I also ended up getting charged full price for that. They “fixed” the prescription. The problem is that I would have to pay for that refill again. When I asked about that they said there was nothing they could do about it. Bottom line is they made the error and I got to pay for it. No accountability whatsoever.

Nakita Polk I do not recommend.. I have a chronic illness , and was denied a refill on my prescription because my last appointment was 3 months ago, which has never happened to me and Im over 30 yrs of age. I have only been with Methodist 6 months & already have been there 3 times for absolutely no reason . I feel scammed just to live. If they cant charge you they will take away your medication

Dustin Johnson Recently, the Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital has left much to desire, but the Primary Care Group in the Mont Belvieu area(particularly NP Kelly Padgett and staff) has been a big breath of fresh air. As a caregiver for my Grandmother, Ive never seen a more professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive/concerned PCP. 10/10 would recommend, especially for anyone looking for a physician who actually takes the time to read and go over charts with patients for full transparency. Houston Methodist has a great thing going with their implementation of MyChart, so a thorough PCP like NP Padgett is the cherry on top!

Brandi Bourne Dr. Flores was great for the initial visit. Heard my concerns and ran some tests. But having to wait almost 4 months (initial appt was in Jan) for a follow up visit was a bit much. Then I got a call that I would have to reschedule because he would be out of town for the May appointment I scheduled. I looked at the dates and the next earliest is July. 5 months for a follow up on some blood tests is gonna be a big no for me. Now Im on the hunt for another PCP with availability sooner than several months out :(

Clint My wife saw Dr Flores at this location. We found the reception was good. The nurses asked all pertinent questions. They did a great job. Furthermore, Dr. Flores was excellent. He took his time and listened to my wife. It seems most doctors fail to do this nowadays. He prescribed medications that treated my wifes issues. Great doctor.

Sean Kemp Other than the X-ray guy... This place is the worst ER in the history of ERs. I was hoping with the remodel they would remodel the service. Nope, lipstick on a pig. I couldnt walk into the ER but they forced me to walk all over the damn hospital. I have abdominal pain that has been intensifying by the minute. I finally told them I cant walk anymore. The service here is trash. They deserve negative stars if it were allowed

Nancy L Have been here several times for various illnesses and injuries. Most recently I was in a car accident, resulting in mild whiplash, and received very good care here. The wait time was reasonable and the staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Update: Went here in Jan. 2025 with bad cough and terrible malaise. It was extremely crowded; after I had a chest X-ray, I just felt so awful I couldnt stay any longer. They actually called me later after I got home, told me I had pneumonia, and even sent in prescriptions for me. Very impressive. Thank you, ER staff.

Tom Thomas Most people are not fun of going to hospitals, mainly because of trust Issues from certain health care facilities either from a personal bad experience or was told of a bad experience, at least thats how i felt because Ive had some frightening scary experiences before in the past in Hospitals, so my trust levels where low when it came to health care facilities, But Houston Methodist Baytown has changed my outlook on health care facilities with their State-of-the-art health care facility, so advanced in technology & leading in health care , the the staff is the best the nicest and the greatest.. the doctors & nurses are some of the best from around the word , even the food is great, its a bitter sweet moment when time to go home, because its hard to leave a place that loves & really care for you , Methodist isnt one of the best Hospitals, Methodist is the best Hospital, this is the place to come to if youre in trouble with your Health. A person can just come in to have lunch on their lunch break, Methodist have the best food around & we all know no one really cared for Hospital food until now. Let me stop this Hospital brings tears of joy to my eyes

Christian Ubnoskye If I could rate this a zero, I would! There is a nurse there named Juan! He’s rude and he’s unnecessarily rough! He’s completely unprofessional and acts like he take sick pleasure in causing people pain! People! If you have to go to this ER, if you encounter this nurse as your own nurse, request another nurse! Trust me! He does not care about his patients in the slightest! He does not care about sterilization in the patients room and he does not care if his patients are comfortable or not! He put one of my loved ones through pure hell for almost 12 hours!

Kelly Baygents First time here at the ER. My mother in law came in by ambulance. The “ladies” at the front desk were very rude. They were laughing and playing and when someone would ask a question they would be very rude to them. When I would try to speak to the receptionist she would cut me off and speak over me. I overheard several other people being treated the same. I finally told them they needed to be more respectful and stop talking ugly to people. The nurses in the ER were great but someone needs to work on the receptionist. I will not allow my mother in law to return to this hospital. Hope someone who cares reads this and actually follows up so this can be fixed. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

Arlo Ricci Went here for a simple company drug test and it was the longest I have ever waited. Horrible in every way. Lied to me saying they did not receive an order for my drug test, had to call my employer to confirm and send again for good measure when they had it the whole time. There is plenty of irrelevant chit-chat going on in the back though. If you’re waiting long, you might want to shout back there to remind them pf what you’re waiting on. Disgusting and completely unsanitary environment. Will provide pictures. I can’t imagine having to go here for actual medical help.

J C If I could give this place a zero rating I would! The lady with the see through hair knows NOTHING ABOUT HOW HEALTH INSURANCE WORKS! This was my first time going there because a friend who is a pharmaceutical sales rep referred me to this place because they are open late. I went and the lady with the see through hair informed me of my deductible and told me that I have to pay 100% off all my visits until my deductible is made. I listened and explained to her that I work for this health insurance company and that is NOT how health insurance deductibles work. I called my insurance company to confirm that what I was saying and what I was taught was correct. I went and sat in my car while I was on the phone and had to calm down before I went in there because she was talking to me like I was a very uneducated person. I called the office five times and she did not answer the phone. I had my friend call and she answered the phone right away!!! All of this was in a 30 min time frame! I went back into the office after my 30 min calm down and watching this lady ignore my calls, and asked her if the phones are broken and she said no. I informed her I called her a few times and she didnt and my friend called and she answered right away. She proceeded to play the innocent "oh my gosh " act and I told her that I was trying to call and I watched her not answer and my friend called and she answered right away. She was very rude , condescending and unprofessional and really need a class on how health insurance works. I wished I would have read the reviews before wasting my time. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!

Lisa Saldivar Very unprofessional, paid over $400 for a physical and failed to give me all the results at the time of the visit. When I call and request to have them faxed to me a very much ghetto girl answered that assured me they would be faxed and of course did not!!! By far the worst experience ever from initially calling to schedule the appointment until now that I trying to request my own medical records.

Mayra Tovar Let me start off by saying that the doctor is great, so are his nurses. They listen to you and hear your concerns in my experience but even with that I cannot overlook their terribly long waittimes as well as their rude and never available receptionists. I have come in 3 times and have waited at LEAST an hr every time. One of those times I waited almost 2 hours. I tried to alert one of the receptionists to this and there was no one at the front for over 45 mins. It seems that all their patients experience this as there was a lot of complaining while I was there of people who had been there even longer than I. I am sick of it and am currently on a waitlist to become a patient at a different office where my husband goes and they bring him in in a timely manner and the doctor is great as well. I do not think that great service equals long wait times as I have moved around a lot and have had many doctors who are both quick AND efficient. I cannot plan my entire morning around 1 single appt but if you have no problem with this then go for it.

Shima A. Taher Very, very, very rude staff. Slow and extremely rude, you cannot talk to them, I thought I was there to see the Queen of England. Never going back there, had to be there (work related). We plan to file an official complain, we did talk to our HR about it. Its embarrassing how they talk and yell at people. The staff are not competent to be working in a place that provides care and kindness to people. And when I was in the back I realized theyre slow because theyre unprofessional, the clinic was empty! Yet they were so annoyed by the existence of the few. They were chatting about things unrelated to work, and laughing shamelessly in front of us in the back. Only the nurse that attended to us was good.
