5 /5 Paul Campbell: I have brought multiple vehicles to A&A, both domestic and foreign, and they do a fantastic job every time. They do a great job at explaining exactly what the problem is and what repairs are needed. They are very good at what they do and I recommend them completely.

5 /5 solomon cisneros: I needed some work done on my a/c to figure out where a leak might be coming from. I found this place and since it was so close just walked right in. It was I believe Francisco that helped me, but if you’re reading this please correct me! He was super friendly; I talked to him about what I thought it might be, he listened, and I left my Subaru forester with him. The next day he called and he couldn’t figure out what it was but did an a/c recharge along with adding a leak detector to figure out the leak( it’s a very slow leak, for me the last a/c recharge lasted maybe 8 months). And the prices were affordable! What I liked most was not only was he hospitable but he was honest. He didn’t try to upcharge me, he tackled the issue we talked about. The problem with other big mechanics in the round rock area that I noticed was their lack of customer service. I emailed 3 places, one of them being rising sun auto. I explained a separate issue with my car and all they sent was essentially, “oh it’s a Subaru, you need the engine replaced”. a 2-3 sentence reply at most. Didn’t try to take a look at it, didn’t say they would diagnose it, or even to say hey bring it in. Not even a “with regards, (auto shop). Like who is writing these responses lol. Anyways sorry for the rambling, go to this shop if you need work done!!

5 /5 Ramesh Reddy Somagattu: Very Honest person. It went there suspecting alternator issues. He cleaned the corrosion and mentioned no issues with the alternator. He loves his job. Very friendly and honest.

5 /5 Steen Jon (turbo312): My first visit here was around 1 year ago, and its left such an impact I feel confident writing this review so late. I took my car in when a cylinder started misfiring. I brought my car in and the same day I was told the issue how much it was gonna cost along with an eta. I dont remember the exact details but I know I sure as hell was surprised by both the cost and speed in which my car was fixed. Something to add to their integrity here I was actually stopped by someone walking their dog, and I now come to realize was the person who left the only 1 star review here. That person warned about them being "Scummy" here. I wanna say it was Francisco who saw me being stopped, and when I went back in to pick up my car he actually explained what was going on and explained where the misunderstanding came from. Of course a year later and not a single issue with my car.

5 /5 Michael Ciernia: I took my 2015 Equinox into A & A Automotive Car Repair for a noisy front end. Francisco took a look and correctly identified the problem. He recommended repacking the wheel bearings and a front end realignment. The repair was fast and smooth at a price that was fair and reasonable. Take your vehicle there and you will be glad you did.
