5 /5 Ray Plasencia Jr: I took in my vehicle for paint and body work due it got rear ended. As soon as I got there, I got greeted. When they called me and/or I would call them for an update I noticed their professionalism. They kept me very well informed about my vehicle. I had taken the same vehicle in 2020 for paint and body repair, over the years I noticed the paint fading on the front bumper. I pointed out that concern and it was repainted under warranty. Finally, when I got my vehicle it looked great, but it had a few minor imperfections, but they were fixed. Overall I give them five star rating.

5 /5 KARLA RAMOS: Checking my vehicle in was simple, and the girls up front are so friendly and professional. I just took in the paperwork insurance provided and they handled the rest! My estimator was precise both when checking in my car and as repairs were being made.He explained the damages in a way that someone with little knowledge about cars could clearly understand. I received timely updates through text as my vehicle was being repaired. Pick up was a breeze when my car was ready, and I was more than satisfied with the results! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I took my vehicle in recently for work due to an accident and 3 weeks later my vehicle looked like new again. Its amazing! In addition, the staff is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was updated every step of the way and the whole process from start to finish was a breeze. There was even an issue with my insurance company that A-1 was able to take care of - I am extremely grateful for that. This is the only repair shop I will take my vehicles to.
