5 /5 Serenity: I dropped my car off with no appointment and I was concerned they would have it for days since I didnt have appointment but by 12 ish they were done. I took it in for something but they advise me to take it to the dealer after they inspected to check for the problem. I proceed to ask for the amount (which I thought was like anywhere between $50-$200) and she said “u are all good, don’t worry about it”… They are definitely NOT money hungry. I had taking my previous car there and also had a good experience. Thanks for taking the time and also printing stuff for me to read as well so I can take it to the dealer.. Thank you again. 5 /5 Carlin Dyer: Webb the technician and Lori the office manager are above par compared to anywhere else I’ve ever been. They was professional, quick to offer any help with services and attention to detail like no other shop!!!! On top of that they are well adverse in diesel transmissions and transfer cases. They rebuilt my 2006 T case along with overdrive housing. Wonderful people

The Lady who answered my call (Lori) was the best at being helpful and kind and very responsive to what i was asking. i have called over 19 other shops in the area and she was the best to help with questions I had. i might not be using the service now because of financial issues but when i get out of this rut i will definitely come back.
