He took the time to explain in detail both the dealership’s and his team’s technical reports. Acute Auto Care really knows their stuff! Chriss attention to detail and expertise are unmatched — it’s clear he puts a lot of care into every job. Chris welcomes you with a warm smile and takes awesome care of you!. The guys do an amazing job, the shop is clean, very comfortable waiting room even with a desk and comfortable chair for you to work while you wait. They don’t push you to do things you don’t need or make up issues, they are honest, kind and respectful. Also, not overpriced at all. I am so glad I became a client!.

We work primarily with Chris, who has the highest integrity and auto industry knowledge and goes the extra mile with the best customer service we have ever had from an auto repair shop. Over the years, we have had standard maintenance to major repair jobs done at Acute. The few rare times we had issues with the work performed, Acute always made it right. Acute is the way to go if youre looking for an auto shop in the Lewisville area. I would give them a few extra stars over five; they are that good.

I told him to take it to Acute Auto Care and see if they could do it at a lower cost since I had found them to be reasonable and expert with my vehicles in the past. Chris and his team did their own tests and determined it just needed a system recharge, which was 1/10th of the cost my son had been quoted. Thanks, Acute Auto Care!
