R M Davidson’s Car Care – Trusted, Skilled, and Fair I brought my ‘93 Gen 1 Viper to Davidson’s Car Care in Allen, and they did a great job at a fair price. These guys have been in the neighborhood a long time, and it shows in the quality of their work and the way they treat their customers which is consistent with my experience. I’ve always done my own work, but these days my hands don’t give me that option anymore. It’s a big shift to hand over the wrench, but Davidson’s made it an easy one. It feels good to know I now have a trusted partner for future car care. Highly recommend.

Kasey Carson This is the BEST Firestone. They have not tried to upsell me or try to talk me into doing things that weren’t needed. As a petite woman who knows nothing about cars, my lack of knowledge has been taken advantage of for YEARS (and yes even at other Firestone locations… in Allen). I’ve been coming to this location for almost the past year and it is SUCH a relief to be able to take my car in and see friendly, genuine faces that I can trust. And a special shoutout to William! Today when I walked in and explained my situation with my car and my concerns about past experiences, he not only reassured me that they would take care of me, but he said he even remembered me! Which was super nice since I haven’t been to the store in months. Very very nice. I had a nail in my tire (I just knew I had a flat, didn’t know what was wrong) and needed an oil change. I picked up my car with a patched tire and fresh oil! I truly believe other locations would’ve suckered me into a whole new tire and who knows what else. Thank you McDermott Firestone!!!

Chris Carpenter I took my Chevy truck in for a full-service tune-up, and I’m seriously impressed. John, the guy who worked on my truck, knows his stuff and really put in the effort to get everything running smoothly. Rick gave me a quote upfront, and the best part? The final price was 10% lower than what he originally said. Happy New Year to me! The Allen Car Care team were quick, reliable, and just overall solid. John did a great job, and I’ll definitely be coming back here with my wife’s car. Highly recommend these guys!

Donna Carter They fit my car into their schedule to help me make sure it was ready for my long Christmas/New Year trip. They gave my car an oil change, front brake pads and new cables for my battery. They did a diagnostic and drove it for me. They reassuranced me that a little noise I hear sometimes is a strut sound, but it doesnt need attention now. They proved themselves trustworthy to me! I planned on buying a new battery, they said I dont need one yet, so they were not trying to run the bill up. They gave me solid advice. I feel confident they are going to help me be able to make this car last many more miles!

Matthew Vue Starter wasn’t engaging. They came and installed a new starter right in my driveway. Truck fires up every time now.
