5 /5 Kent Zammit: I lost my truck transmission (99 F250 Super Duty Diesel with 6 speed manual) while driving from CA to LA. Allen came highly recommended by another shop in town that was too overloaded to help. Allen agreed to do the repair, found a rebuilt transmission for $2000 less than original estimate, and worked with me to get the job done in a timely manner. He went the extra mile to check differential for any damage, flush the cooling lines to remore any metal and get the core returned for credit. On top of that he met me at the shop on a Sunday to get my truck so I could start my drive home. Allen is a real gem of a person and does GREAT work, I highly recommend him! 5 /5 Angelini Cruz: I cannot speak about the service here but I can speak about Allen who answered the phone when I was broke down with an overheating engine. He asked me where I was, as I knew I just needed coolant, and he helped me find the closest place to me that would sell it to me so I could be on my way. I appreciate the calm voice with direction when I was panicking since I don’t live in the area and was stuck waiting for my truck to cool down on the highway. Seems like a really nice man.

I took my truck to Allen and I had it back the next day, along with an explanation as to what happened. Allen was very informative and kept me updated. Id be happy to consider him my "go-to" mechanic.
