I just wanted black tips. After the lady was finished with my nails, I washed my hands and noticed some imperfections, but wasn’t going to say anything. The lady at the front desk, noticed I was looking at my nails and asked if anything was wrong with them, I told her they just looked a little messy. She immediately had me sit back down and had a gentleman fix them up perfectly in just a few minutes. I was very happy with them after a little more detail to shaping. They were all very kind and attentive! Sometimes people get offended when you aren’t happy with their services, but they were very polite about the whole situation.
