I needed work done on my SUV, and I did not want to wait 3 months for the Chevy house just to look at it and tell me whats wrong, and then wait another week to a month for it to be fixed. But we also needed someone who accepted Car Shield. My husband found Premier. Even though we thought it would take at least a week (10 times better than 3 mos.) before they were able to look at it, it was only one day. I thought at least a week before the work is done. Nope!
