5 /5 Brandee Coffia: I HIGHLY recommend AM Mobile RV Service! Not only do I highly recommend, but Allen is the ONLY repair service I will use for my 5th wheel needs! Allen is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional, he is also HONEST. He will not recommend any service or unnecessary repairs just to make a buck. He is also extremely kind, generous and patient when dealing with customers (and their dogs). Especially when you’re trying to describe an issue but can’t seem to find the right words, he still manages to figure out what the problem is without frustration or rushing the customer. He always gives 100% of his time and focus while working on an issue, and is completely focused on the customer to make sure everything is resolved to my satisfaction before he leaves, and STILL finds time to follow up afterwards in case I have additional questions or concerns. I know I can call or text Allen ANYTIME and as soon as he is finished giving another customer the same level of time and high quality customer service that he gives me, he WILL return my call/text. Allen has been a Godsend several times for me and my 5th wheel, and will continue to be the ONLY person I trust to fix any and every thing that should ever go wrong with it!!! (Knocks on wood.) As a mobile repair person, he is more efficient, reliable, affordable and experienced than the RV dealership service departments that I have dealt with in the last 18 years. He has gone the extra mile to become qualified to do warranty work. He is kind and considerate; honest, and explains things in a way that I can understand.

In fact, if everyone was even a fraction the professional Alan is, this world would be a much better place!
