5 /5 boysailor2004: Dog Friendly - Great Guy ! I had to wait a week for a tech to come out from another company only to deny servicing me because of my service dog and his fear of any dog.
When I contacted Austin County RV ...Shane immediately said..." dont worry , I am dog friendly "... second thing he said is give me your number " I will call you back "... next message within the hour..." im on my way " !
I am so happy with dealing with Shane ! To the point, Honest, and Fair on his rates.
His workmanship is top.of the line.
I live away from any town ...and getting techs to come out is difficult enough...waiting...having one show up...and run because my dog is on her leash in my hand ....
And then.to find... a better tech...a better price....faster service... was a blessing !
