Jamie Crawford I was on my way out of town with 3 little kids and a car full of stuff when I unfortunately got a flat tire. I barely made it to this tire shop and when I pulled in it was PACKED. I thought that I would be there all day with 3 antsy toddlers and was panicking a little. I went to the front desk to check in and have someone check my tire. About 5 min after I sat down the manager came over and said they patched my tire and I was ready to go. I was SHOCKED and so thankful for their quick work and compassion. What a great company and team. I am forever grateful! I highly highly recommend this business!!!

Kayla Grooms Ali is simply the BEST!!! He serviced my vehicle (2014 BMW 740 LI), and in each and every way he went above and beyond. He was always transparent and communicated everything he was doing including sending videos and pictures. He always took his time explaining how everything worked and what needed to be done. In addition, he worked hard to make sure I was getting the best deal on replacement parts. His patience, understanding, humility, expertise, knowledge and most importantly his kindness are unmatched and I feel so incredibly blessed to have found him. Rebecca Perry I have taken my car to a few dealerships but I have not been fully satisfied with the repairs that they have done despite the exorbitant cost of the repairs. One even told me that they need to have the car for a few days to fix the lift gate. This time I made a diligent effort to read reviews on several car repair shops; and my overall conclusion is to take my car to Colony One at Dulles. I told David that my car gets hot especially when the air conditioning is on & the lift gate does not work properly. He said that they will run diagnostics & it will be a separate charge from the repair; which I consented to it. He called me after a few hours & informed me exactly me of the results of the diagnostics. He gave me a quote & I told him to proceed with the repair. My car stayed with them for only half a day & all repairs were done to my satisfaction. They even gave me a follow up call just to make sure that everything is OK & that I can call them if I have any issues &/or questions. That is customer service. From hereon they will be my go-to car repair shop. Kudos to the staff!

Amy Polak I’ve visited Garage Guys a couple of time on two different occasions. Once to get my vehicle registration, and second for my /c unit not blowing cold air. On both instances I had an excellent customer experience. The team got me in and out as quickly as possible. I’m usually a little hesitant when visiting a new place of business, like this one, however I was quickly put at ease and left knowing I got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend garage guys for all your vehicle needs.
