5 /5 Eddie: I usually do not write reviews, but felt very compelled to do so after the All Star customer service I received from Lena, Carlos and their crew. I was recommended to take my 2010 Jeep Wrangler here from a friend and was a little skeptical at first because I didn’t really know anything about this particular business. Plus, I had a laundry list of things that needed to be done to the Jeep and didn’t know who to trust. After following through with my friend’s recommendation, I was MORE than pleased with my experience!!!! Lena was very professional and very communicative in everything my jeep needed and the cost. Even found some things they brought to my attention that needed to be done, but wouldn’t move forward unless she talked to me first. I really appreciated that. The clarity on the cost of parts and labor were appreciated too. Carlos the mechanic is very knowledgeable and his expertise shows in how he explains everything and answers any question you may have about your vehicle. I had to get my AC fixed, brakes replaced , and rear suspension replaced just to name a few. They did a lot more work than that! Trust me! I also appreciated that if they ran into a problem, they had solutions to give me that were economical and time efficient. Because of all the work that needed to be done, I had to leave my jeep there for a few days. The turnaround time was very fast though! And my 2010 Jeep is running better than ever! Thank you for all your hard work Lena , Carlos and everyone at Auto Service Experts! You have gained a customer for life! I will not have my Jeep serviced anywhere else. I’m about to take our second car there for a brake pad replacement and I’m looking forward to seeing the crew. They truly go above and beyond , and put the customer first!
