I brought my two-year-old car in to the dealership I bought it from for what I thought was a routine maintenance and alignment fix, but it turned out to be anything but routine with the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me for damages, vehicle alignment, and a whole load of other items when I came in for my free vehicle maintenance.
B&N provided a second opinion for me when I faced these issues and were able to, not only inform me that the dealership’s quotes for the alleged damages were severely overpriced, but also determine that the dealership lied about all of the damages in the first place.
What would have been $6,000 in fake repairs for damage that doesnt exist at the dealership became $50 of diagnosis at B&N.
Words can’t describe the service they provided to me, in evaluating the quotes from the dealership, in educating me on the prices, and in accurately diagnosing my car when I was being taken advantage of by the dealership.
