Had to get my 2015 Jeep Wrangler serviced recently and the folks at Baker were welcoming, informative, communicative and so helpful. Chase at the front desk is great. Illya Coleman is at another level when it comes to customer service - he graciously transported me a few times from the shop to my home and was the epitome of friendly, kind and professional. Ill definitely be returning for my next repair/maintenance/service need.
