5 /5 Carol Erdmann: When I made the appointment and told Jared the problem he explained what they would do and approximate cost. When I arrived everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jared checked me in and explained exactly what would be done. Waited for my car and free coffee, water and drinks were available. Car was ready a short time later. The bill was what they said it would be. Was referred by three different people who said they were trustworthy, reliable and honest which proved to be true. Very positive experience, relief to know I have a place to take my car with people I can trust and will certainly go back.

I initially thought I needed a new transmission, but after some trial and error, they were able to find the root cause of my issues. They went above and beyond to rebuild a part instead of having to order it, which saved me $1500. I truly felt like they cared about making sure they provided good, honest service without trying to profit off of me. I dont see myself using anyone else for any service needs in the future.

They came highly recommended from a friend. They answered all my questions, took my car in, finished very quickly, let me pay over the phone and then helped me figure out how to get back to them to get my car!

1 /5 Larry M: Do not be amazed by the reviews of this place. Guaranteed they remove negative reviews. I went in to get my oil change and to also get my transmission looked at. I waited patiently for a very long time during the oil change. It was not busy there at all, and I could see employees playing around in the back while my car was just sitting there. I spoke to a man named Jordan after waiting some time and he was extremely short with me. I even tried to be understanding thinking maybe he was just having a bad day. But after the way he talked to me, and having to endure such a poor service I chose to disregard getting my transmission checked and just ended service after they finished the oil change. It took his employees nearly 2 hours with my car on the lift for them to finish the oil change with only 2 other customers present at the time. I will never come back here mainly because of how Jordan talks to his customers. I never have issues with people, but this man is completely disrespectful.

5 /5 Elijah Mabli: Baker’s Spring Valley Automotive has been my go to place to get my car repaired ever since my old shop decided to go a new direction! They are very attentive to me and Mack has always taken a look at my car and been straight with me about the issues. He’s the guy you want working on your car! Jacob is a great rep for the company as well. Always down to help and find deals on parts for me. The work is always fantastic! The waiting room is also a pleasant to be in. Plenty of chargers around and if you need to get some work done there is free Wi-Fi The bathrooms are clean and they have free coffee! Definitely a great place to go for a car repair or upgrade.
