5 /5 wayne gregory: Had a terrible flapping noise in my 2018 Hilander. Like something was about to break loose at highway speeds. Toyota dealership couldnt hear it, couldnt find it. Bearden quickly saw it was the roof rack, but they couldnt repair it. I took it the next day back to the dealership, told them exactly the problem that Bearden diagnosed, and it was fixed within an hour. I tried to pay Bearden for their very valuable help, but they refused payment. These are pretty good guys.

5 /5 paige simp: Honest, friendly car people. I took my car into FireStone and was told I had a broken AC compressor ($3k repair). Took it to Bearden to get the AC compressor replaced and turns out I never needed the compressor replaced in the first place. Refrigerant is recharged and AC unit is working great. New customer for life! Thanks Bearden!
