5 /5 Kuda Tshililiwa: This art museum is incredible. The art pieces are beautiful, clean, and a fresh of breath air. They artists do an amazing job working your brain in understanding the more abstract pieces. The time pieces are done with such attention to detail and meticulousness, they are all very impressive. The ceramic work is also very beautiful. Without a doubt, youll walk out of here mind blown. The creativity, the attention to detail, and the overall sophistication of the art pieces is on another level.

5 /5 Eric Jeffreys-Berns: Do not miss this Austin jewel! A wonderful art museum including a one of a kind structure by Ellsworth Kelly. Every turn is more amazing than the next. Modern art is my favorite so I spent most of my time there. Beautiful works worthy of your time.

5 /5 Erik Vollebregt: I really liked the museum. It had a very interesting exhibition around juxtaposition of calavera art in the 19th century and present day. There is a good collection of older art that contains nice old European pieces likes from Jan Steen, which was a nice surprise for me, being Dutch. Easy for a curious person to spend the whole afternoon here.

5 /5 Tim Joyce: I absolutely loved this museum! It offers a fantastic mix of Modern, Ethnic, and European art—diverse yet not overwhelming. The Day of the Dead exhibit was especially captivating. Plus, admission is free on Tuesdays, making it a great way to enjoy culture and spend a few enriching hours in the heart of Austin.
