5 /5 Grace Evans: I am so genuinely appreciative of all the services staff at BMW college station. I have had other cars and been in and out of their dealerships with issues, but the people that work here are so quick and efficient and helpful.
I know it sounds like I’m laying it on thick, but I mean it. I won’t go into too much detail, but I’ve been in a bind before, and their services department went above and beyond for me. I can’t say enough nice things about Jason, as well as Mike and Jennifer.
I also really appreciate their shuttle service. My job has strict hours and car issues make it difficult. I think getting to work is more stressful than car issues themselves and every time I’ve had an issue, Jennifer took care of me and got me to work on time. For that, I am super grateful.
Again, I know I laid it on thick and it this sounds like I’m related to one of them lol, but this is unbiased. I mean every word. They made stressful situations so much better for me, and I want to give credit where it is due.
