5 /5 Emily Doyle: This place is awesome. They treat customers like real people and not just ATMs. I highly recommend Joann - she is the only person I will go to for my nails. I came in after having been on vacation and went to another salon for my nails where the removal was so painful I nearly cried. Joann explained why Bnails does the removal style they do (soak) and how what the other salon did can damage the natural nail. A++ service and an incredible human.

5 /5 Anne Purcell: Tried Bnails for the first time. Someone recommended it to me and instantly booked an appointment due to her nails looking so good! Definitely recommend going here! I had Tony and he did a wonderful job with my nails, the whole staff was very welcoming and always checked in to see if I needed anything. I got acrylic with designs and they are the best nails I’ve ever had compared to other places I’ve been to. So glad I found my new favorite nail place!!

5 /5 Netra Patel: Get customer service all around and lots of attention to detail! My nails always last really long when I get them done here and the nail techs follow the reference photos perfectly. the front desk girl is super sweet too. Will be back with my daughter next time.

5 /5 BigDogDaddyD: Took my mom for her birthday. She loved it. The folks that did our pedicures were fantastic. First pedicure for me. My technician really knew what she was doing. Very pleasant and professional. The massage chair was relaxing. The room was clean, cheerful, and relaxing. And the price was fair for the quality treatment we received. We will be going back.
