1 /5 John Murphy: If I could give them a 0 I would, the customer Service I received was absolutely unsatisfied! I spoke with a girl name, Angela And she said that she was the owner of the mechanic shop. I took my car in on a Saturday so that way they can provide a diagnostic on my car on Monday morning when they first open, they had my car for two days and did not pick my car up till Tuesday right before they closed. I paid for the diagnostic which came out to be $106.50. I was not handed diagnostic paperwork, but was told by Angela to come back the next day and they would have it.
Today is Wednesday, July 9, 2025 and I called up there to see if they could print out the paperwork for the diagnostic And have it ready for pick up Angela proceeded to tell me that there was an error in their system and they cannot print off any paperwork that my information During the diagnostic could not be found! Then she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do and I kept asking her. Why couldn’t they refund me for the service that they did that if I can’t receive the paperwork of the service that was provided? She proceeded to tell me that I could bring my car in between eight and four to get it re-scanned! I only have one vehicle for my husband to get back-and-forth to work . He is a welder and works from 4 am to 5:30 pm And I asked her why she was putting it on me to correct her mistake and To bring it back the car for them to do another diagnosis! I told her That I would like a refund because she could not provide paperwork that the diagnosis was done. Let alone different or underlying issues that my Car may have that I would like a refund! She proceeded to tell me that she could not deal with talking to me at the time that she had other Customers to deal with and then proceeded to hang up on me whenever I asked her for a refund! I’m beyond dissatisfied with this company. I’ve brought my cars to them several times for diagnosis. And paperwork and never had this issue up until now!
I told her as a customer, I bring my vehicles to you often and for you to not want to make it right And put it on me to fix your mistake that your system made is absolutely ridiculous and as a owner I take care of Customers the best way that I could, and if that even resulted for them to have a refund to make it right, I would do so But she didn’t want that and hung up on me so I will never bring my vehicles here again
