Only because I really wanted to drive my car. The entire process with very pleasant to say the least. Roy kept me informed throughout the whole process. From the moment I walked in, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest about everything—from diagnostics to pricing. They communicated clearly throughout the repair process and didn’t try to upsell or overcharge. It’s hard to find a shop that truly specializes in European vehicles in this area, but these guys know their stuff and treat your car like it’s their own. 5 /5 Daniel Rodriguez: I cannot begin to express how happy and impressed I am with this shop. What started off as headache with my 2021 Mercedes C300, Roy and his son put my mind at ease after talking to them about my car and the issues it was having. Being a former tech for Chevy I was unable to finish a repair I had started, but Borderland finished it within a day!!! This is after Mercedes of El Paso had told me I would be waiting three weeks for the same job. Not only did they go as far as washing my car after the repair, which really caught by surprise, Roy even gave me a follow up call to see how my car was doing. These little things really made a difference for me and made me feel like a valued customer! Thank you so much, I will definitely be going back in the future if need be!!

5 /5 MikE Dodd: I brought my Mercedes in to have my ignition coils replaced and an oil change. The staff was friendly,professional and had my car in and out. The man upfront, Roy, was great to talk to. Hes very knowledgeable and straightforward. Plus we swapped some great stories! In addition, they were affordable and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. And the same goes for other customers I overheard him talking to on the phone. He told it to them straight and explained different options they had regarding work to be done. I will definitely be bringing my car back even if its just for oil changes. Thanks guys!
