5 /5 Stuart Leija: We needed an oil change for the truck, and weve also been looking for a good mechanic, and I saw Bradys had excellent review,s, so I called and they were able to get me in same day for an oil change. Mark from Bradys was very friendly and professional and offered free check up, and once completed, he fully explained the results. Most things were good, but some things probably need addressing and he showed the evidence and asked about previous maintenance from carfax. I never got the feeling like I was being upsold, just seemed like I was getting the facts. I couldnt get anything else done that day, but definitely plan on going back, hopefully will have more good reviews to leave in the future.

5 /5 Daren Cortez: Excellent service! I have been to Bradys a couple of times for repairs and maintenance needs on our cars. Josh is AMAZING! He stated in constant communication from with me from the moment I dropped off the car. Bradys goes above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our experience. Everything was repaired/maintenaced as needed with NO pressure to fix anything we didnt feel necessary. Highly recommend!

5 /5 brad reed: We were over 900 miles from home on our 2,200-mile round trip from Arizona to Texas to buy a travel trailer… when our ABS light came on. I started praying and my prayers were answered! I called Brady’s and discovered that we were only 1 block away after exiting the interstate. They squeezed us into their schedule and even found us a hotel room in San Antonio and drove us there! (All the rooms were booked in Boerne because of the flood) Before we left they had our Ram 3500 diesel on the rack and showed my husband our front wheel was barely attached due to a catastrophic hub bearing failure!!! To make a very long story short thank God for Mark, Josh, Corey, Troy, Mason, Jose, AND MADDY! They went above and beyond treating us right… it felt like they were treating us the way they would want to be treated, if they were in our shoes. They explained the issues that needed immediate attention and advised us of what we should address before we pulled our new travel trailer. We agreed to all the recommended repairs and even added some extras of our own! I have only 1 problem… you all are in Texas, and we are in Arizona otherwise we would be a customer for life!
