Jamie Walker Hooker Tyler and Adam tried their hardest to get us out of a pickle, stuck in the middle of a storm without decent windshield wipers on the rental car. They absolutely went over and beyond to try to accommodate us and they were so kind and friendly! Thank you guys, seriously. At least we had some good laughs before the storm passed and we moved on!

Roma Davis They run an efficient and accurate and friendly company. I called and explained everything, they were on top of their game. Even came and picked up my vehicle in a hour and half. I was texted all problems and the cost of the repairs within the next two hours. They have it and have no doubt about it that they will do an excellent job.

Gianna King My serpentine belt snapped just outside of Memphis, luckily I was able to make it to the loves parking lot and then to J&Js. I told them what happened and they immediately came out to look at my car and saw the problem. They had to go somewhere else to get a belt that would fit my car but they had me fixed up and back on the road pretty fast! They were super kind too and well priced! I really appreciate them.

Jeremie paige He does excellent work in a timely manner. I had brakes done on front and rear and rotors replaced on front he did the job quickly and accurately. I asked him to replace my spark plugs which was not what I initially called for and he did it without hesitation even went and got the plugs for me and came right back and handled it. I will be continuing to use him for repairs and definitely would recommend.

Lisa Heckart-Wood My husband, my father and I were leaving a business to travel several hours away. We had traveled 8 hours already. When we got ready to leave our car would not start. I called and they responded immediately. They were able to help diagnose and repair my car. It needed a new alternator and they were able to repair it on the spot. We were stranded being from out of town and no time to wait for an opening at a shop. They worked quickly and in the heat. We are extremely grateful they answered, were quick, knowledgeable and did great work!

Kaithen and Patrick worked so quickly to fix the problem and Joey was willing to take us in for an emergency. We were able to continue our trip quickly and Joey gave us a really great price!
