5 /5 rebekah diaz: Food was great, nurses were great (especially second shift). There was one incident where an agency nurse was extremely aggressive and I reported her to the other nurses on-site. Needless to say, that was her first and last day there. The prompt response from the on-shift nurses was appreciated as they set the tone for a healthy environment. As a Veteran, I’ve found myself struggling with my mental health over the past few years. Unfortunately, I didn’t put much attention into getting the help I needed at the time. I’m proud to say that I am on the right medication and I want to thank every single one of the staff members at this facility. They go above and beyond for their patients. I hope they are being paid what they deserve, if not more.

5 /5 Evander: I cannot recommend CCBH highly enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt supported, understood, and truly cared for. The entire team is compassionate and dedicated, but I have to give special recognition to Therapist Alan Gibson and his incredible intern, Marcia. Alan is one of the most insightful, empathetic, and skilled therapists I have ever had the privilege of working with. He has a gift for creating a safe space where healing feels possible, no matter how overwhelming things may seem. His ability to balance professionalism with genuine care is unmatched, and his guidance has been life-changing. Marcia is a rising star in the field—she is attentive, intuitive, and already demonstrates a deep understanding of therapeutic work. She listens with her whole heart and provides thoughtful, compassionate feedback that makes a real difference. Watching her work alongside Alan is inspiring, and I have no doubt she will go on to do amazing things. This program is structured in a way that fosters real, lasting change. The staff is knowledgeable, the resources are invaluable, and the overall atmosphere is one of encouragement and hope. If you are considering outpatient treatment, this is the place to go. I am beyond grateful for everything Alan, Marcia, and the team have done for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone in need of support. Zander

5 /5 StarShine Talent: Tara at the front desk was AMAZING. She seems abrupt at first but that’s just how she sounds. She has the kindest heart and does her best to make sure you get the help you need. The facility is very patient oriented, as they should be. While the communication leaves a bit to be desired, the care was wonderful. Thank you for all your help.
